Abstract
Des méthodes et des appareils permettant dobtenir un produit de pétrole lourd à partir dun mélange dun premier solvant et du pétrole lourd. Si le produit de pétrole lourd doit contenir des asphaltènes, le procédé consiste à former un mélange traité en traitant le mélange pour éviter la précipitation importante de composants à extrémité lourdes; et à produire un solvant récupéré et le produit de pétrole lourd en séparant une partie du solvant à partir du mélange traité. Si le produit de pétrole lourd doit avoir une plus faible quantité dasphaltènes par rapport aux asphaltènes dans le mélange, le procédé consiste à former un mélange traité contenant des asphaltènes en traitant le mélange pour provoquer la précipitation des asphaltènes; à fournir des asphaltènes séparées et un mélange traité séparé en séparant les asphaltènes à partir du mélange traité; et à produire un solvant récupéré et le produit de pétrole lourd en séparant une partie du solvant à partir du mélange traité séparé.
