Abstract
"MéTODO SUSTENTáVEL PARA RECUPERAçãO DE PETRóLEO". A presente invenção consiste de um método de recuperação avançada de petróleo (RAP) que associa as eficiências técnica, económica, ambiental e social para aumento do fator de recuperação de campos de terra ou de mar com alto grau de explotação, mais precisamente com o uso de uma substância miscível com os diversos tipos de petróleo de baixa fluidez encontrados em várias regiões. Mais especificamente, a presente invenção está relacionada com o uso de solventes, tais quais as frações líquidas leves do petróleo, como óleo diesel e o gasóleo; um petróleo leve, e os óleos essenciais, derivados de fontes renováveis, como por exemplo, o biodiesel, usados puros ou em mistura entre si em qualquer proporção, para ser injetado na formação geológica, pelo poço injetor, resultando uma mistura final (petróleo - solvente injetado) que apresenta uma viscosidade muito menor e uma fluidez muito maior que a do petróleo original, que repercute em toda a cadeia produtiva do petróleo. A presente patente apresenta um ganho real em todas as fases da cadeia produtiva. Para efeitos da presente invenção, entende-se por biodiesel o óleo com características similares ao diesel a partir de fontes minerais; porém, sendo produzido a partir de fontes renováveis, usualmente fontes agrícolas."SUSTAINABLE METHOD FOR OIL RECOVERY". The present invention consists of an advanced petroleum recovery (RAP) method that combines the technical, economic, environmental and social efficiencies for increasing the recovery factor of highly exploited land or sea fields, more precisely with the use of of a substance miscible with the various types of low flow oil found in various regions. More specifically, the present invention relates to the use of solvents such as light petroleum liquid fractions such as diesel oil and diesel oil; light oil, and essential oils, derived from renewable sources, such as biodiesel, used pure or mixed together in any proportion to be injected into the geological formation by the injector well, resulting in a final mixture (petroleum - injected solvent) which has a much lower viscosity and much greater fluidity than the original oil, which has an impact on the entire oil production chain. The present patent presents a real gain at all stages of the production chain. For the purposes of the present invention, biodiesel means oil with diesel-like characteristics from mineral sources; however, being produced from renewable sources, usually agricultural sources.
