Abstract

DISPOSITIVO AERADOR DE LìQUIDOS OU POLPAS, lança o liquido ou polpa (P) através do bico espalhador sobre a cortina de correntes (C) e aprisionar bolhas de ar no líquido ou polpa (P) quando estes, sob efeito da força de gravidade, escoam pelos elos das correntes (C) formando películas, devido â interação da tensão superficial e molhabilidade entre as três superfícies em questão; tais películas, na dinâmica do escoamento interagirem entre si, aprisionando o ar remanescente entre elas, formando então as bolhas; ditas bolhas, geradas em profusão, resultam na formação de liquido ou polpa (P) espumante à descarga da cortina de correntes.
