"SISTEMA DE SEGURANçA E MéTODO PARA VERIFICAçãO CRUZADA SOBRE REDES DE COMUNICAçãO DE DADOS". Um sistema de segurança com verificação cruzada para autenticar usuários sobre redes de comunicações de dados compreende meios (210) para receber de um provedor de serviços (20), dados de identificação de um usuário e de um ponto de acesso (25) a um serviço; meios (205) para identificar a localização geográfica do ponto de acesso e um número de telefone móvel associado ao usuário; meios (212) para enviar o número de telefone móvel a um portador de telefone móvel (30); meios (213) para receber do portador do telefone (30) dados que identifiquem a localização geográfica de um telefone móvel que corresponde ao número de telefone móvel enviado (40); meios de computação (206) para gerar um resultado de uma comparação entre a localização geográfica do ponto de acesso a um serviço (25) e a localização geográfica do telefone móvel (40) e meios (211) para enviar o resultado ou dados como uma função do resultado, ao provedor de serviço (20) ou ao número de telefone móvel.
