Interferência entre setores geograficamente próximos é reduzida pelo processo resultando em um aperfeiçoamento em desempenho de relação de portadora para interferência. Freq³ências de portadora de dois feixes internos transmitidos pela antena uma permuta para dois feixes internos que são transmitidos substancialmente na mesma direção por uma outra antena. Isto resulta em um desempenho de portadora para interferência aperfeiçoado para todos os quatro feixes transmitidos pelas antenas. This results in improved carrier-to-interference performance for all four beams transmitted by the antennas. The revealed techniques are applicable to (tricellular) systems excited in the center and excited in the corner.
