Using a single guidewire assembly, functional and anatomical measurements and injury identification can be made. Functional measurements such as pressure can be obtained with a guidewire pressure sensor while anatomical measurements like lumen dimensions can be obtained using a guidewire electrode assembly. The vascular network and stenosed lesions can be modeled on an equivalent electrical network and solved based on the measured parameters to obtain the unknown electrical network parameters. Several treatment plan options can be constructed where each plan can correspond to treating a subset of particular injuries. The anatomical outcome for each of the treatment plans can be estimated and the equivalent modified electrical parameters can be determined. then each of the power grids for each plan can be solved to determine the functional outcome for each treatment plan and the results for all treatment plans can be presented to a physician. 1/1
