Abstract

A presente Patente de Invenção refere-se a Capa Antifurto de Celular, (1), cujo desenvolvimento foi embasado em conceito sensorial que resultou na forma construtiva de utilização de capa externa (2), capa interna (3) e um elemento de fixação (4) com duas pontas de fixação visando a segurança patrimonial dos mesmos ao evitar o furto do mesmo, sendo caracterizada por dispor de capa interna que prende o aparelho celular enquanto a capa externa desliza quando do agarre, soltando-se.

001 O presente relatório descritivo de Patente de Invenção diz respeito a Capa Antifurto de Celular, a qual é formada por capa externa, capa interna, elemento de fixação provido com uma das extremidades para acoplamento a capa interna e a outra extremidade para ser fixada onde o usuário estimar conveniente.001 This descriptive report of the Patent of Invention concerns the Cell Phone Anti-Theft Cover, which is formed by an outer cover, an inner cover, a fastening element provided with one end for coupling the inner cover and the other end to be fixed where the user estimating convenient.

GOAL

004 A principal finalidade e objetivo desta Capa Antifurto de Celular é prever e eliminar totalmente o furto de celulares, principalmente aqueles furtos ocasionados por meio do agarre do aparelho e fuga do ou dos meliantes, desta forma o furto ocorreria apenas da capa externa, reduzindo inclusive os riscos para o proprietário do celular, pois o furto terá continuidade sem a subtração do aparelho, mantendo o patrimônio intacto.004 The main purpose and objective of this Cell Phone Anti-Theft Cover is to predict and completely eliminate the theft of cell phones, especially those thefts caused by grabbing the device and fleeing the perpetrator or perpetrators, in this way the theft would only occur from the outer cover, even reducing the risks for the owner of the cell phone, as the theft will continue without the subtraction of the device, keeping the assets intact.

007 Da análise dos problemas encontrados e relatados, bem como visando a colocação no mercado de um produto dotado com características próprias de desenvolvimento, pesquisas de anterioridades foram realizadas no Banco de Dados do INPI e foram encontrados os seguintes documentos:

- MU8101450-3 depositado em 28/06/2001 e publicada em 06/05/2003 sob o título de "SUPORTE PARA TELEFONE CELULAR E CHAVEIRO COM PROTEÇÃO IONIZANTE E DISPOSITIVO CONTRA ROUBO". A presente Patente de Modelo de Utilidade diz respeito a Suporte Para Telefone Celular e Chaveiro com Proteção Ionizante e Dispositivo Contra Roubo, (1), caracterizado por ser constituído por um suporte (2) para o aparelho celular (4) e um dispositivo (3) de fixação, destacando-se que tanto o suporte (2) quanto o dispositivo (3) ou ambos (2) e (3) componentes são dotados de turmalina ativada, o suporte (2) possui formato retangular com a parte inferior e superior curvas, em ambos casos o raio de curva está direcionado para o sentido interno, na sua parte posterior dispõe de abertura transversal (5) para facilitar a introdução do cinto, na parte frontal superior está disposta uma abertura (6) transversal a média seção em relação a largura desta parte superior, na sua parte central está disposto uma abertura (7) retangular, a qual desce de forma vertical até determinada altura onde forma um semi círculo (8), o dispositivo (3) de fixação é formado por dois discos unidos entre si por um eixo central, o de maior diâmetro é introduzido na abertura central superior, o menor é aderido na parte posterior do celular (4) ou chaveiro (9), o dispositivo é encaixado no suporte (2) até alcançar o semi círculo (8) e fixando-se nele.
- MU8502709-0 depositada em 16/12/2005 e publicada em 23/05/2006 "DISPOSITIVO PARA PRENDER TELEFONE CELULAR". O presente resumo refere-se a uma patente de modelo de utilidade para dispositivo para prender, pertencente ao campo dos utensílios usados junto a aparelhos de telefones celulares e compreendido: por dispositivo extremo (1) de fixação em um aparelho de telefone celular, formado essencialmente por fio (2) que é passado em furo (50) da carcaça do aparelho celular (51) e por dispositivo de ligação tipo macho-fêmea (10-3), que retém o fio (2) aplicado no aparelho; por meio elástico intermediário em forma substancial de mola espiral (20) em uma extremidade do qual fica montado o dispositivo de fixação (1); e por gancho (30) dotado de mola de segurança em forma de lingüeta (32), montado na extremidade oposta do meio elástico intermediário (20) e que pode ser enganchado em uma parte de uma peça de vestuário de um usuário ou parte de um acessório de vestuário.

007 Based on the analysis of the problems encountered and reported, as well as with a view to placing a product on the market with its own development characteristics, prior art searches were carried out in the INPI Database and the following documents were found:
