Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO DE REDUçãO DE FLUXO DE POLARIZAçãO EM VENTILADORES OSCILATóRIOS". Um dispositivo e método de ventilação de um paciente reduzem o fluxo de polarização com relação aos ventiladores oscilatórios existentes. O dispositivo possui um circuito de fluxo de gás que compreende um tubo de oscilação (14), um tubo de paciente (25) e uma exalação ou um tubo de retorno (67). Um tubo de suprimento de gás (18) e uma válvula de saída (52) se encontram em comunicação pneumática com o circuito de fluxo de gás. Um ou mais purificadores de CO~ 2~ (38, 68) e uma ou mais válvulas de segurança (20 42) são providos no circuito. A patient ventilation device and method reduces bias flow relative to existing oscillating fans. The device has a gas flow circuit comprising an oscillation tube (14), a patient tube (25) and an exhalation or return tube (67). A gas supply tube (18) and an outlet valve (52) are in pneumatic communication with the gas flow circuit. One or more CO 2 ~ purifiers (38, 68) and one or more safety valves (20 42) are provided in the circuit. A method of ventilation using such a device is also presented.
