PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE TECLADOS DE MEMBRANA E TECLADO DE MEMBRANA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de teclados de membrana e ao teclado de membrana propriamente dito. O espaçador dielétrico usado nos teclados de membrana conhecidos na técnica, composto por adesivo transferível mais filme em poliéster (ou outro filme polimérico) mais adesivo transferível (Figura 1) e o conjunto de resina UV mais adesivo transferível (Figura 2), é substituído por uma única camada de um adesivo curável principalmente com luz ultravioleta de alta intensidade, simplificando o processo de fabricação e reduzindo os custos do mesmo.PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING MEMBRANE KEYPADS AND MEMBRANE KEYPAD ". The present invention relates to a process for the manufacture of membrane keyboards and the membrane keyboard itself. The dielectric spacer used in membrane keyboards known in the art, composed of transferable adhesive plus polyester film (or other polymeric film) plus transferable adhesive (Figure 1) and the UV resin plus transferable adhesive set (Figure 2), is replaced by a single layer of a curable adhesive mainly with UV high intensity, simplifying the manufacturing process and reducing its costs.
