Abstract
"TRANSMISSOR PARA UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçõES SEM FIO USANDO CóDIGOS MúLTIPLOS E ANTENAS MúLTIPLAS". Em um transmissor de um sistema de comunicações sem fio que tem M antenas de transmissão (10) , cada antena de transmissão é fornecida com um respectivo sinal combinado que compreende um grupo respectivo de M grupos cada de N sub-feixes de dados, dispersos ortogonalmente por N seq³ências de códigos ortogonais (W1 a WN). As N seq³ências de códigos ortogonais usadas para cada um dos M grupos compreendem uma combinação respectiva de M diferentes combinações de N dentre N~ w~ seq³ências de códigos ortogonais, onde N~ w~ > N. M e N são inteiros maiores que um. os sinais combinados podem também incluir sinais piloto dispersos ortogonalmente (WP) para estimativa de canais em um receptor. M and N are integers greater than one. The combined signals may also include orthogonally dispersed (WP) pilot signals for channel estimation at a receiver. The orthogonality of the signals transmitted from the transmit antennas is increased, so that the transmit signal strength may decrease and / or the receiver may have less than M receive antennas.
