Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES IMUNOGêNICAS CONTENDO MICROESFERAS BIODEGRADáVEIS ENCAPSULANDO ANTìGENOS, VETORES GêNICOS E ADJUVANTES". A presente invenção diz respeito a composições capazes de estimular uma resposta imune em um hospedeiro inoculado com um antígeno de interesse ou o vetor gênico que o codifica, onde dita composição compreende microesferas baseadas em copolímeros derivados do ácido lático e do ácido glicólico encapsulando antígenos, vetores gênicos e/ou adjuvantes estimuladores da resposta imune obtidos de frações de micobactérias. Uma concretização da presente invenção é o uso do dimicolato de trealose associado a uma proteína de choque térmico ou ao plasmídeo contendo o gene que a codifica encapsulados em microesferas com um tamanho de partícula inferior a 10 <109>m, capaz de induzir a secreção de citocinas implicadas na proteção de doenças infecciosas, após administração de uma única dose ou várias doses."IMMUNOGENIC COMPOSITIONS CONTAINING BIODEGRADABLE MICROSPHERES INCREASING ANTIGENS, GENE AND ADJUVANT VECTORS". The present invention relates to compositions capable of stimulating an immune response in a host inoculated with an antigen of interest or the encoding gene vector, wherein said composition comprises microspheres based on copolymers derived from lactic acid and glycolic acid encapsulating antigens, vectors. and / or immune response stimulating adjuvants obtained from mycobacterial fractions. One embodiment of the present invention is the use of trehalose dimicolate associated with a heat shock protein or plasmid containing the encoding gene encapsulated in microspheres with a particle size of less than 10 µm capable of inducing secretion of cytokines implicated in the protection of infectious diseases following single or multiple doses.
