Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA ORIENTAçãO IDEAL DE UM DISCO OU ANTENA DE SATéLITE". Método e dispositivo para orientação ideal de um disco ou antena de satélite em um sistema de televisão via satélite para recepção de sinais a partir de mais de um satélite. O sistema de televisão via satélite compreende um disco ou antena de satélite, uma pluralidade de conversores em bloco de baixo ruído (LNB), um receptor e uma televisão. o dispositivo gera uma mostra ou apresentação em tela, apresentando uma mostra de força de sinal para mais de um satélite. Method and device for optimal orientation of a disk or satellite antenna in a satellite television system for receiving signals from more than one satellite. The satellite television system comprises a satellite disk or antenna, a plurality of low-noise block (LNB) converters, a receiver and a television. the device generates a display or screen presentation, showing a signal strength display for more than one satellite. In operation, a user runs disc or antenna tuning software on the satellite receiver and this receiver features a graphical interface on the television screen. The interface comprises a plurality of radio buttons, one for each satellite. In addition, in an alternative embodiment of the invention, a third radio button is provided to facilitate a fine tuning process.
