Abstract

"PROCESSO DE COLOCAçãO DE UM NúCLEO ABSORVENTE EM UM PRODUTO ABSORVENTE DE CORPO úNICO E PRODUTO ABSORVENTE DE CORPO úNICO". Descreve-se um processo de colocação de um núcleo absorvente em um produto absorvente de corpo único. O processo compreende: - uma primeira etapa, de alimentação de uma folha de material flexível impermeável de largura Cp, a alimentação sendo realizada substancialmente no sentido de comprimento dessa folha de material flexível impermeável; - uma segunda etapa, de colocação de um núcleo absorvente (2) que apresenta comprimento longitudinal Co e uma região substancialmente central Pd, e é posicionado transversalmente em relação ao sentido de comprimento da folha de material flexível impermeável e simetricamente em relação à largura Cp da folha de material flexível impermeável; - uma terceira etapa, de alimentação de uma folha de material flexível permeável de largura Cp, colocada por sobre a folha de material flexível impermeável, de maneira que o núcleo absorvente (2) fica localizado entre a folha de material flexível impermeável e a folha de material flexível permeável. - uma quarta etapa, de corte da folha dupla (100) formando pelo menos dois produtos absorventes (1) assimetricamente e transversalmente dispostos na folha dupla (100), comprimento C1 do produto absorvente (1) sendo substancialmente inferior à largura Cp da folha dupla (100). The process comprises: - a first step, of feeding a sheet of flexible waterproof material of width Cp, the feeding being carried out substantially in the length direction of that sheet of flexible waterproof material; - a second step, of placing an absorbent core (2) that has longitudinal length Co and a substantially central region Pd, and is positioned transversely in relation to the length direction of the sheet of flexible waterproof material and symmetrically in relation to the width Cp of the sheet of flexible waterproof material; - a third step, feeding a sheet of permeable flexible material of width Cp, placed over the sheet of impermeable flexible material, so that the absorbent core (2) is located between the sheet of impermeable flexible material and the sheet of permeable flexible material. - a fourth step, of cutting the double sheet (100) forming at least two absorbent products (1) asymmetrically and transversely arranged on the double sheet (100), length C1 of the absorbent product (1) being substantially less than the width Cp of the double sheet (100).
