Deux formes d'exécution, données à titre d'exemple non limitatif, sont représentées aux dessins annexés, dans lesquels ;

Users of granulated materials often demand that the granulation of the different deliveries, as well as the granulation of the same delivery, present a maximum of uniformity or that it only vary between certain tolerances o Since certain Materials, especially such as sodium bicarbonate, are obtained from reaction solutions and therefore do not appear in a uniform granulation during their manufacture, a sieve or a mixing machine must be used in order to be able to obtain the required granulation or an average of the values of this granulation.
The use of sieves, especially when it comes to very fine granules smaller than 0.3 mm. only gives imperfect results. Drum mixers give good mixes, however they are very expensive and are difficult to empty. Circulating mixing machines are relatively inexpensive, but their mixing effect is not perfect.
Thanks to the device of the invention, the disadvantages of the known mixing machines are eliminated. Said device consists essentially of a receptacle having, at the top, an opening for the supply of the material to be mixed according to its granulation and, at the bottom, at least two tubes for the discharge of the material, arranged at different heights and meeting on the outside of the container.
Since the material contained in the container separates at its different places in the container since the outlets are at different heights and the jets of material have to travel in paths of different length before meeting again, we necessarily obtains a mixture of the material and, therefore, a balance in terms of its granulation.
The same effect is obviously obtained when the material is continuously supplied and discharged to and from the container.
According to the invention and in order to intensify the mixing, a member, for example an oscillating chute, is placed under the inlet opening of the container and distributes the material to be mixed when it arrives!) Over the whole of the cross section of the container.
In addition, good mixing is obtained by subdividing the container into several compartments by means of vertical partition walls whose discharge openings with their discharge tube are offset from each other in the form of bleachers.
According to the invention, it is also possible to provide an elevator which returns the material leaving the container to the latter in a permanent circuit. In order to obtain a good mixing action, it is more advantageous to provide a mixing worm screw into which the discharge tubes end and from which, by means of an elevator, part of the material can optionally be provided. be brought back in permanent circuit to the container.
According to the invention and in order to enable other materials to be mixed with the granulated material, a special container is provided with a discharge tube which leads to the mixing auger so that it is possible to mixing the granulated material therein with any additive materials.
According to the invention, the material passing through the discharge tubes can be controlled by adjustment members, for example wheels with compartments, arranged in said tubes.
Two embodiments, given by way of non-limiting example, are shown in the accompanying drawings, in which;
Fig. 1 shows a container in which the discharge tubes extend at different heights.
Figo 2 is a container subdivided by partition walls and provided with discharge openings located at different heights depending on the subdivisions.

In the freezes. 1 and 2 the same parts bear the same references in order to avoid repetitions concerning the construction and the action of two devices.
The receptacle 1 of the device has, at the top, a supply opening through which the material to be mixed arrives from the pipe 2. Under the intake opening of the receptacle is arranged an oscillating chute 3 serving to distribute the material. material uniformly over the entire cross-section of the container, At the bottom, the container has three discharge tubes 4, 5, 6 which extend into the container at different heights so that the container 1 is provided with discharge openings offset from each other in the form of steps. , The tubes open into an intermediate container 7 from which the material is conveyed further by a pipe 8 provided with an adjustment member 9.
The device described above forcibly mixes the material contained in the container or supplied continuously to said container, given that the material, separated at different places of the container, does not arrive simultaneously in the intermediate container 7 into which the discharge tubes 4, 5 and 6 of different length terminate.
In the drawing is shown an elevator with the aid of which part of the material, arriving in the intermediate container 7, is returned in a permanent circuit to the container, and this, by means of the pipe 12 provided with 'a locking member 11 which provides a particularly good mixture.
In place of the intermediate container 7 it is also possible to provide a mixing worm screw, so that the reference 7 of the drawings can denote both an intermediate container and a mixing worm. A tube 14. provided with an adjusting member 13. opens into the mixing worm 7 and makes it possible to add any material coming from the receptacle 15 to the material to be mixed in the mixing worm.
Adjustments for controlling the discharge of material from the container are installed in pipes 4, 5 and 6 and are marked 16, 17, 18.
The device shown in figo 2 differs from that of fig.1 only in that the receptacle 1 is subdivided via the vertical walls 19 and 20 into three compartments 21, 22 and 23. The discharge openings 24 , 25 and 26 of said compartments are offset with respect to each other in the form of steps, so that the material fed simultaneously into the compartments 21, 22 and 23 (indicated in the drawing by the hatched lines) arrives one after the 'other in the intermediate container or with the mixing auger 70
In the container of fig. a false bottom 27 is provided which prevents dead spaces from forming between the discharge tubes 4, 5 and 6.
The device of figo 1 shows that it is possible to carry out a device according to the invention by using an existing container in which the tubes 4, 5 and 6 are fitted.
