PHOTOGRAPHIQUES.. 



   La présente invention se rapporte à des.perfectionnements apport. tés à la fabrication de bobines pour pellicules photographiques, au moyen desquels le procédé de fabrication de ces bobines est notablement simplifié, ce qui a par conséquent pour effet de réduire leur prix de revient en favo- risant ainsi leur fabrication en série. 



   Il est connu   que,,   dans les procédés actuels de fabrication, ce qui augmente le prix de revient, ce sont les opérations manuelles que subit la bobine pour sa finition après sa sortie des moules, du fait que l'extrac- tion des noyaux du moule oblige à ménager certaines ouvertures ou saillies qui requièrent remploi de machines spéciales, pour refouler, river,   etc...,   toutes ces opérations étant supprimées grâce aux perfectionnements suivant l'invention. 



   Ces perfectionnements consistent essentiellement à réaliser la bobine par l'assemblage de deux pièces, à chacune desquelles correspond un disque d'extrémité et un demi-cylindre longitudinal, chaque disque comportant, en son centre, un des éléments couverture cylindrique ou entaille - pour son adaptation et fixation aux éléments correspondants de l'appareil photographi- que, les demi-cylindres présentant des rainures latérales qui, lors de la superposition de ces pièces, forment les ouvertures dans lesquelles l'extr[- mité de la pellicule est introduite pour son enroulement sur la. bobine 
Ces pièces sont   fabriqu[es@à     1?aide     d'un   alliage métallique ou.

   d'une matière plastique, par moulage, par injection sous pression dans des moules appropriés dans lesquels sont placés préalablement des noyaux pour les creux intérieurs, lesdits moules donnant déjà la forme définitive aux deux pièces qui, après assemblage, formeront la bobine, lesdits noyaux pouvant ê- tre extraits facilement. 



   Une forme de réalisation de 1?invention sera décrite ci-après, à simple titre   d9exemple,-   avec référence aux dessins schématiques annexés,

   Les deux pièces qui forment la bobine sont obtenues de préféren- ce par moulage par injection sous pression, quoiqu'elles puissent être obte- nues dans des moules d'utilisation courante. Etant donné que les deux piè- ces sortent du moule sous leur forme définitive, on comprendra que des noyaux sont disposés dans ces moules et convenablement fixés dans ceux-ci, pour for- mer les creux de la pièce ou pour réaliser une économie de matière, ou sim- plement un allègement de ces pièceso 
La bobine obtenue suivant les perfectionnements objet de l'inven- tion, se compose de deux pièces constituées chacune par des disques respec- tivement 1 et 2 qui se prolongent en leur zone   centrale-¯par   une saillie cylin- drique creuse   3,   sur laquelle est prévu un autre prolongement du même dis- que, de forme semi-cylindrique 4,

   Pour la fabrication des bobines par le procédé suivant   l'inven-   tion, on comprend que pour obtenir la forme définitive de la bobine, deux pièces seulement sont nécessaires, lesquelles, contrairement aux autres pro- cédés, ne requièrent aucune machinerie spéciale pour plier des tôles, couper des disques d'extrémité, effectuer des soudures ou les soumettre à estampage,   etc...
