<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>
83 étant visible à la fig. 1.
<Desc/Clms Page number 7>
<Desc/Clms Page number 8>

<Desc/Clms Page number 10>

83 being visible in fig. 1. These pegs touch the lever 61 as the member 25 rotates, and thereby rotate the rod 61 and advance the carriage 66.
The pegs 82,83 have yet another function, namely that they serve to swing the acoustic arm 84 (Fig. 2) outward.
To this end, there is provided at the same height as that of the pegs 82, 83, an arcuate lever 89 (fig. 3) which can turn on a rod 86 of the lower side of the platform 1.
The end of said lever 89 is connected, by a bar 87, to a lever 88 disposed on the lower side of the platform, said lever 88 being fixed to a rod 85 mounted for rotation in the platform and which, in rotating, also rotates the acoustic arm 84.
The device is operated as follows:
The disc magazine 29 ocontaining a number of discs in a more or less inclined position, the lowest placed disc, resting against the flange 31 and against the segment-shaped plate 32, assumes the position indicated a- in fig. 2.
The parts as shown in fig. 1 and 3 correspond to this position, with the exception that in fig 1 the disc magazine 29 is in a different position.
The turntable 2 is in its highest position, the oheville 7 of the worm wheel 8 pressing the lever 5 down from this side.
When the motor 21 starts to rotate, the movement is transmitted through the cable 19 to the worm 14 and the worm wheel 8, the crank 33 starting to rotate in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1. By this movement, the end of the lever is released by the oheville 7, which lowers the turntable 2 with the disc, so that the disc is released from the needle of the piok-up. 84 and is placed on

the arms 45,46.
In the meantime, the cylinder 35 has been pushed inward by the crank 33 and, at the same time, the member 25 by means of the oonic gear transmission 22.
, 23, is caused to rotate by an amplitude such that the ohevil- le 83 has repelled the lever 89, said movement being transmitted, by means of the bar 87 and the lever 88, to the auustic arm 84, which is thus caused to oscillate outwards and has reached the position indicated in broken lines in FIG.
2.
After oeoi, the air damper 35,36 which in the meantime is fully pushed inward, displaces the lever 38, said movement rotating the rod 40 with the arms 45,46 in the position indicated in broken lines in fig. 1. The disc is carried and deposited on two 91.92 slightly oonoave rubber bloos.
By the displacement of the lever 38 and also by the bar 59 connected to oelui-oi, the lever 63 and the xx rod 56 with the arms 52,53 are amens in the position indicated in broken lines in fig 1.
The disc which is overturned with the rubber bloos 91,92 as supports, now rests against the arms 52, 53.
As the worm wheel 8 continues to rotate, the rods 40,56 and therefore also the arms 45,46 and 52,53 are returned to the horizontal position. When the arms are returned to the horizontal position, and at this time the oylinder 35 of the air shock absorber is again pushed outwards, the pin 82 of the member 25 touches the lever 81, and thus turns this cylinder. latest.
By this means, the carriage 66 is pushed to the right and the disc is brought exaotically above the turntable 2. Then, the pin 82 releases the lever again.

81, so that the carriage is returned to the position initiated by the action of the weight 80
In the meantime, the stopper 7 has again tilted the plate lever 5 which causes the @ turn 2 to xxx to mount and receive the disc. At the same time, the disc has touched the needle, so that the needle rests on the disc. The piok-up is placed so that the needle touches the record exactly at the beginning of the groove, so that the device begins to play.
In this position, the control mechanism is stopped by means of the following device:
A lever 94 is pivotally connected to the frame at 93, and one of its ends, located above a disc 111 fixed to the shaft 9, is provided with a stop 95, disposed in a hollow of the periphery of the disc 111.
The other end of the lever 94 is located above an electromagnet 96, while between the pivot 93 and the stopper 95, on the other arm, is fixed a brake block 97, which, in the position indicated, rests on the cable pulley 18 and thereby brakes the cable control.
When the electromagnet 96 is energized, which is done by means of a switch actuated by the acoustic arm when the needle has reached the end of the groove, the lever 94 is attracted, the brake block 97 is raised, the rope pulley and the stop 95 are lifted out of the oreux, which starts the operating mechanism
After the second faoe of the disc has been played, and in this case the member 25 is in a position 180 different from that of FIG.
3 of the drawings, the electromagnet 96 is energized by means of the interruptue reacted by the aooustic arm, and the control mechanism is again set in motion.
After the stopper 7 has again released the lever 5, the disc is placed on the arms 45,46 and the arm is

the tick has been turned inward, the pin 82 having pushed the lever 89 back, while the cylinder 35 of the air shock absorber is pushed inward, the roller 26 of the lever 27 connected to the cylinder. shaft 28 of the disc magazine 29, said roller 26 being located at the end of the arcuate part of the member 25, is released from this part and the lever 27 is caused to rotate inwardly by the aotion of a spring
98, connecting the lever 27 to a fixed part of the frame.
This causes the magazine 29 to rotate) into the position shown in fig. 1.
After that, the rods 40 and /! 56 with arms 45,46 and
52,53 are raised again.
The disc which is on the arms 45,46 is then turned back and is placed against two arched guides 99 which guide towards the magazine, the roller 49 preventing the disc from overturning and being caught between the arms and the guidance.
At the same time, the sheet 48 touches a roller 100 clearly visible in FIG. 4. This roller 100 is placed on the end of an arm 10 of an angled lever mounted to pivot on a horizontal axis at 102, at the lower part of the disc magazine 29, the outer arm 103 of said lever being arti - abutment on a carriage 104, which, when pushed upwards, is brought through a slot in the wall of the disc magazine, into the di, magazine behind the rim 31 and is then pushed upwards against the disc , thus lifting the latter.
When, therefore, as described above, the sheet metal piece 48 pushes against the roller 100, the lever 101, 103 rotates and the carriage is moved upwards, the lower disc is lifted and finally arrives at the top. above the ledge
31 and falls out of the store. The disc lands on two 105,106 rubber blocks and then falls center arms 52,53.

The control mechanism continuing to move, the arms 45, 46 and 52,53 are again lowered, while a disc remains on the guide 99, since oelui-oi com takes hollows 107. At the top, this disc rests against the disc placed highest in the magazine. The other disc on the left side of the magazine is placed on the guides 50,51 by the arms 52, 53.
Immediately thereafter, the lever 81 is moved by the oheville 83, whereby the disc resting on the guides 50,51 is pushed to the turntable 2 by the carriage 66.
Then, the pin 83 releases the lever 81 again and the carriage 66 is returned to the initial position by the weight 80.
At approximately the same time, the roller 26 reaches the outer periphery of the member 25 and oscillates the magazine in the position shown in FIG. 2.
Near the turntable, a curved lever 108, which can pivot on a horizontal axis, is placed on the platform 1. This lever, on the side of the turntable 2, is connected to the platform 1, by a spring 109 and its upper end is provided with an oaoutohouo roller 110. This lever is constructed and placed in such a way that, when the magazine 29 moves outwards, the support disc in the recesses 107 of the guide 99 is pushed further forward. dana lemagasin and goes online with the disks that are in the store.
In the meantime, the turntable 2 has been lifted again and the disc is placed on it, so that the piek-up needle is again xx at the start of the groove.
By means of the switch, the current to the electric heater is cut off, so that / the control mechanism is stopped and the device starts to play.
Various air springs and shock absorbers can be provided,
