Abstract

The voting method is based on a computer and computer program which provides for the voter to use a new form which is entered into the installation before making a vote. After voting the voter recovers the form, confirms it and gives it to the organizer for local manual count where necessary. The computer produces a machine count and may produce additional statistics

Elle ne requiert pas la lecture automatique des supports matériels pour produire la comptabilisation.

  
La machine saisit le vote, le copie sur un support inaltérable et le comptabilise.

  
L'électeur retire le support de la machine. Le vote sur le support est lisible en clair et sans nécessiter d'assistance technique. L'électeur vérifie le vote sur le support. Il remet le support à l'organisateur du vote pour permettre, le cas échéant, le recomptage et la vérification manuelle des résultats que la machine a comptabilisés.
