 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 4>

  Device authorizing use or access by program support.

  The invention relates to a device authorizing use or access by programmed support. The device comprises two parts: the mobile part, carried by the authorized person, and the non-mobile part which is fixed in the part to be protected or actuated.

  Remote control anti-theft systems currently require manual action by the user. A forgetting to activate or deactivate often causes inconvenience, including theft. Another significant disadvantage for the user is that they have to get out of the keys, or manipulate an access code with cluttered arms.

  Anti-theft or access systems generally require a lot of connections and accessories; which make them visible and therefore vulnerable. In addition, they can only order one module in general.

  The present invention aims to remedy these various drawbacks. The invention as it stands is characterized in the claims. It consists in creating a device, authorizing the use or the access by programmed support.

  It does not require any additional maneuver on the part of the user, and this as part of a normal action.

  Forgetting to activate or deactivate the alarm or anti-theft system is excluded.

  Its use is therefore more practical and more effective. On the other hand it is no longer necessary to have recourse to boring enough keyrings, to penetrate, for example in his vehicle, because being a programmable support, he can memorize several codes of modules.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

  The invention consists in placing one or more modules in the part to be protected. Example in the case of an automobile: we put a module for the actuation of the doors, a module authorizing the starting of the engine or other body.

  All of these modules successively await and after excitation from the latter, the proper exchange of their specifically programmed data; and this in a specific time.

  The exchange of this data is done between the mobile part, which is carried by the authorized person, and the fixed part located in the vehicle. The initialization done, it locks the switching until the next excitation. The modules can be excited for example: by lifting the handle, by closing the driver's side door, by switching on the ignition, by sensors or by actuating consumers.

  This is only one possible example, as the system can be applied to cars, trucks, motorcycles, buses, boats, caravans, as well as to any other party to be protected or activated.

  The invention is set out below, in more detail, and this with the aid of drawings representing only one embodiment.

  Fig. 1 representation of an embodiment of the invention FIG. 2 representation of the internal diagram of the system

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

The invention consists of two very distinct parts.

   The mobile part (1) and the fixed part (2).

   The mobile part carried by the authorized person, is in fact composed of a radio transceiver, its antenna as well as its power supply; it works by exchanging data programmed in its microprocessor and makes it possible to memorize several codes. The part (1) is also provided with a push button (7) which would make it possible to delete the system after initialization, or to perform the unlocking of the fixed part (2) during abusive activations.

   This happens after excitement and within a specific time.

   The range is more or less two meters. The mobile part (1) can also function as a key ring in the case of several fixed modules (2,3, 4).

   Without part (1) the use of the vehicle is for example completely impossible.

   The fixed part (2) is of sufficiently small size to be able to be easily concealed in an automobile, or inserted into an electrical circuit, already existing electronics, example: engine electronic unit (3) etc ...

   This part can be used in different forms of modules. In the case of a vehicle for example: a module for cutting the fuel (2), one for cutting the electronic engine unit (3), one for the starter, anti-theft device or other member of the vehicle.

   Like the mobile part (1), this module is equipped with a transmitter and receiver of data programmed in its 1 microprocessor; with several codes, and its antenna.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 4>

  The module will be activated when the door is closed via the contact (5), the ignition (9), the start or any other detectors.

  It will have protection against abuse of activation which will block the module. A relay output will be used to activate the solenoid valve or to cut the circuit or any other component. An additional output can be used for a signaling system of all kinds (6) example: beep, voice synthesizer etc ... It will also include an internal button for programming the part (1). Its range is two meters maximum depending on its usefulness.

  When the mobile part (1) is less than two meters away and the fixed module (2,3, 4) is activated, example of lifting the handle (8); there is a successive exchange of data by radio waves at different frequencies and codes untro lau deux prhiou, this takes place in a precise buffer until the initialization is complete and correct.

  Beyond this time, the fixed module counts a certain number of tries, then it crashes. Otherwise, it actuates the relay. He keeps this position until the next excitement.

  Unblocking or canceling activity of the module must be done after initialization to excitation and this in a specific time. It will therefore be necessary to press the push button (7) located on the part (1) to be able to cancel or unlock the system.
