Abstract
The channel estimation method involves at least one base station (BS) transmitting information to at least one subscriber station (MS) about the beam shaping vector used for the connection from the at least one base station to the at least one subscriber station, based on which the at least one subscriber station carries out channel estimation. An independent claim is also included for the following: (a) a radio communications system.
