Abstract
The sample carrier (1) comprises at least one integrated optical component to guide and/or modulate a light beam. The sample holder (2) is divided into two channels, and an excitation light beam (3) is deflected by the total reflection of the integrated optical zones (4) to illuminate different samples (6). A fluorescent signal (8) from the sample can be formed as an image by a lens or directly at a camera or photo-diode.
