Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren für einen energie- und/oder kostenoptimierten Betrieb von Gebäuden sowie ein zu- gehöriges System (SYS), wobei der Betrieb eines oder mehrerer Gebäude mittels eines Gebäudeautomationssystems (GS) geregelt bzw. gesteuert wird. Vom Gebäudeautomationssystem (GS) werden einer Optimierungseinheit (OE) aktuelle Betriebsdaten und/oder Datenänderungen zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Basis dieser Daten werden von der Optimierungseinheit (OE) energie- und/oder kostenoptimierte Änderungsanweisungen der Betriebsdaten ermittelt. Dabei wird für vorgegebenen Veränderungssituationen von der Optimierungseinheit (OE) eine Entscheidungsabfrage (EA) generiert und an eine Ein-/Ausgabeeinheit (AE) weitergeleitet. Über die Ein-/Ausgabeeinheit (AE) wird einen Entscheidungseingabe (EE) von einem Nutzer eingefordert und von der Optimierungseinheit (OE) evaluiert. Auf Basis der nutzerspezifischen Entscheidungseingabe (EE) wird dann die Änderungsanweisung für die Betriebsdaten angepasst und an das Gebäudeautomationssystem (GS) weitergeleitet, wodurch auf einfache und vorteilhafte Weise nutzerspezifische Interessen berücksichtigt werden können.The invention relates to a method for energy and/or cost-optimized operation of buildings and an associated system (SYS), the operation of one or more buildings being regulated or controlled by means of a building automation system (GS). The change instruction for the operating data is then adapted on the basis of the user-specific decision input (EE) and forwarded to the building automation system (GS), as a result of which user-specific interests can be taken into account in a simple and advantageous manner.
