Die Erfindung betrifft Plan-oder Schrägroste, die zwecks Förderung des Brennstoffes vor-und zurückbewegt werden, wobei sie an ihrem auf der Beschickungsseite liegenden Ende unter eine nicht durchbrochene Platte treten.
Bei diesen bekannten Rosten besteht der Nachteil, dass bei der Bewegung des Rostes zur Beschickung, wobei er unter die nicht durchbrochene Platte tritt, an freier Rostfläche verloren wird.
Nach der Erfindung wird dieser Nachteil dadurch vermieden, dass der Rost am Feuerbrückenende über eine ruhende, mit Luftspalten versehene Platte gleitet, so dass bei der Bewegung des Rostes nach der Beschickung hin an Stelle der hiebei zur Überdeckung kommenden Rostfläche ein Ausgleich durch die am Feuerbrückenende freiwerdende Platte erfolgt.
In der Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand beispielsweise für eine Flammrohrkesselfeuerung dargestellt, u. zw. zeigt Fig. 1 einen Längsschnitt und Fig. 2 einen Grundriss.
Gemäss der Zeichnung ist der hin und her bewegte Rost ein Planrost und besteht z. B. aus dem auf Rollen 3 laufenden Rostwagen 2, dessen Rostbelag aus einzelnen Stäben 4 gebildet wird. Diese sind in an sich bekannter Weise mit abgestuften Luftschlitze in der Brennfläche versehen. Der durch die Stäbe 4 gebildete Planrost (Hauptrost) bewegt sich zwischen seitlich angeordneten festen Rosten 1, 1. Die Abstützung dieser Roste und des beweglichen Hauptrostes bzw. der Laufschienen dieses erfolgt mittels einer mit der Blechmulde 6 in Verbindung stehenden Tragkonstruktion.
Der auf der Feuerbrückenseite liegende Teil des Planrostes ist als Rostplatte 5 ausgebildet, die die Bewegung des Planrostes mitmacht. Erfindungsgemäss ist nun unterhalb des Planrostes auf der Feuerbrückenseite im Bereiche der Rostplatte 5 eine ruhende mit Luftspalten versehene Platte 7 angeordnet, so dass bei der Bewegung des Hauptrostes nach der Beschickungsseite zu an Stelle der hiebei durch die undurchbrochene Platte 8 der Beschickung abgedeckten freien Rostfläche eine entsprechend freie Rostfläche am Feuerbrückenende ausgleichend freigegeben wird.

The invention relates to planar or inclined grates which are moved back and forth for the purpose of conveying the fuel, with their end on the charging side stepping under an uninterrupted plate.
With these known grids there is the disadvantage that when the grate is moved for loading, whereby it passes under the unperforated plate, free grate surface is lost.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is avoided in that the grate at the end of the fire bridge slides over a stationary plate provided with air gaps, so that when the grate is moved after loading, instead of the grate surface that comes to be covered, compensation is provided by the one released at the end of the fire bridge Plate takes place.

According to the invention, a stationary plate 7 provided with air gaps is now arranged below the plan grate on the fire bridge side in the area of the grate plate 5, so that when the main grate is moved towards the loading side, instead of the free grate surface covered by the uninterrupted plate 8 of the loading, a corresponding free grate area at the end of the fire bridge is released to compensate.
