Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Prüfanordnung, vorzugsweise eines Prüfstandes für Fahrzeuge oder deren Teilsysteme, insbesondere Verbrennungsmaschinen, Elektromaschinen, Batterien, Antriebsstrangsysteme oder Teilsystemen davon, für aus zumindest zwei, über eine interne Schnittstelle für den Leistungsfluss gekoppelten seriellen Teilsystemen bestehende Prüflinge, welche Prüflinge über eine reale Schnittstelle für den Leistungsfluss verfügen, sieht eine Beeinflussung des Leistungsflusses über zumindest eine Antriebs- und/oder Belastungsmaschine der Prüfanordnung vor. Die Regelanforderung an die Antriebs- und/oder Belastungseinheit erfolgt über ein Simulationssystem.Um nun die Einflüsse und Effekte zwischen dem realen Antriebsstrang und dem Gesamtfahrzeug besser berücksichtigen zu können, wird das Verhalten des sich unmittelbar an die reale Schnittstelle anschließenden Teilsystems des Prüflings über ein Simulationsmodell im Simulationssystem nachgebildet und erfolgt die Regelung der Gesamtanordnung von Prüfanordnung und Prüfling über die Parameter, die zeitvariablen Größen bzw. die Zustandsgrößen der internen Schnittstelle im Prüfling.A method for operating a test arrangement, preferably a test bench for vehicles or their subsystems, in particular internal combustion engines, electric machines, batteries, drive train systems or subsystems thereof, for from at least two, coupled via an internal interface for the power flow serial subsystems DUTs that DUTs on a have real interface for the power flow, provides an influence on the power flow via at least one drive and / or loading machine of the test arrangement.
