Abstract
Compuestos de fórmula (1) en donde los sustituyentes son como se definen en la reivindicación 1, útiles como pesticidas, especialmente como fungicidas. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) en donde: R¹ se selecciona independientemente entre halógeno y metilo; n es 0, 1 ó 2; R² y R³ se seleccionan independientemente entre hidrógeno, halógeno, metoxi, difluorometilo, trifluorometilo o metilo; R⁴ es ciano, alquilo C₁₋₅, alquenilo C₂₋₅, alquinilo C₂₋₅, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, alqueniloxi C₃₋₅, alquiniloxi C₃₋₅, alcoxi C₁₋₃-alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄-alquilo C₁₋₅, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄-alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalquenilo C₂₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄-alquenilo C₂₋₅, ciano-alquilo C₁₋₅, ciano-alcoxi C₁₋₄, ciano-alquenilo C₂₋₅, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, fenilo, fenil-alquilo C₁₋₂, heteroarilo o heteroarilalquilo C₁₋₂, en donde el resto heteroarilo es un anillo aromático de 5 ó 6 miembros que comprende 1, 2, 3 ó 4 heteroátomos seleccionados individualmente entre N, O y S, y en donde los grupos cicloalquilo, fenilo o heteroarilo están sustituidos opcionalmente con 1, 2 ó 3 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente entre halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₂, alcoxi C₁₋₄ y haloalcoxi C₁₋₄; y R⁵ es hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₅ o haloalquilo C₁₋₄; o R⁴ y R⁵ junto con el átomo de carbono conector forman un grupo carbocíclico de 3 a 6 miembros; R⁶ y R⁷ se seleccionan independientemente entre hidrógeno, flúor o metilo; R⁸ es hidrógeno, ciano, nitro, halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₅, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxicarbonilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, halocicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, haloalquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, alcoxi C₁₋₄-alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, ciano-alquilsulfonilo C₁₋₄, cicloalquilsulfonilo C₃₋₆, fenilsulfonilo, bencilsulfonilo, fenilo y heteroarilo en donde el resto heteroarilo es un anillo aromático de 5 ó 6 miembros que comprende 1, 2, 3 ó 4 heteroátomos seleccionados individualmente entre N, O y S, y en donde el fenilo y heteroarilo están sustituidos opcionalmente con 1, 2 ó 3 sustituyentes seleccionados independientemente entre halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₃, alcoxi C₁₋₄, haloalcoxi C₁₋₄, ciano, haloalquilo C₁₋₂; y R⁹ es hidrógeno, halógeno, ciano o nitro; o una sal agronómicamente aceptable, un N-óxido o estereoisómero del mismo.Compounds of formula (1) in which the substituents are as defined in claim 1, useful as pesticides, especially as fungicides. Claim 1: A compound of formula (1) wherein: R¹ is independently selected from halogen and methyl; n is 0, 1 or 2; R² and R³ are independently selected from hydrogen, halogen, methoxy, difluoromethyl, trifluoromethyl, or methyl; R⁴ is cyano, C₁₋₅ alkyl, C₂₋₅ alkenyl, C₂₋₅ alkynyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy, C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy, C₃₋₅ alkenyloxy, C₃₋₅ alkynyloxy, C₁₋₋alkoxy, C₁₋₋ haloalkoxy C₁₋₄-C₁₋₅-alkyl, C₁₋₄-haloalkoxy-C₁₋₄-alkoxy, C₂₋₄-haloalkenyl, C₁₋₄-alkoxy-C₂₋₅-alkenyl, C₁₋₅-cyano-alkyl, C₁₋-cyano-alkoxy C₂₋₅ alkenyl, C₃₋₆ cycloalkyl, phenyl, phenyl-C₁₋₂ alkyl, heteroaryl or C₁₋₂ heteroarylalkyl, wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5- or 6-membered aromatic ring comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatoms individually selected from N, O and S, and wherein the cycloalkyl, phenyl or heteroaryl groups are optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, cyano, C₁₋₃ alkyl, C₁₋₂ haloalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy and C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy; and R⁵ is hydrogen, C₁₋₅ alkyl or C₁₋₄ haloalkyl; or R⁴ and R⁵ together with the connecting carbon atom form a 3 to 6 membered carbocyclic group; R⁶ and R⁷ are independently selected from hydrogen, fluorine or methyl; R⁸ is hydrogen, cyano, nitro, halogen, C₁₋₅ alkyl, C₃₋₆ cycloalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxycarbonyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkyl, C₃₋₆ halocycloalkyl, C₁₋₄ alkylsulfonyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkylsulfonyl, C₋₋ alkoxy C₁₋₄ alkylsulfonyl, C₁₋₄ haloalkoxy, C₁₋₄ alkylsulfonyl, C₁₋₄ cyano-alkylsulfonyl, C₃₋₆ cycloalkylsulfonyl, phenylsulfonyl, benzylsulfonyl, phenyl, and heteroaryl wherein the heteroaryl moiety is a 5- or 6-membered aromatic ring comprising 1, 2, 3 or 4 heteroatoms individually selected from N, O and S, and wherein phenyl and heteroaryl are optionally substituted with 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from halogen, C₁₋₃ alkyl, C₁₋₄ alkoxy, haloalkoxy C₁₋₄, cyano, C₁₋₂ haloalkyl; and R⁹ is hydrogen, halogen, cyano or nitro; or an agronomically acceptable salt, N-oxide or stereoisomer thereof.
