An additional method is contemplated, which comprises introducing a first and a second pair of hanging tubes for flow control and polished internal diameter receptacles, connected to an intermediate casing pipe and cementing them in place. The first pair of pendant tube for flow control and polished internal diameter receptacle is connected to an injection / extraction liner pipe and then one or more steam pipes are connected to the second pair of pendant tube for flow control and polished internal diameter receptacle.
