Abstract
Se describen composiciones y métodos para la recuperación de petróleo usando un sistema de polímero alcalino sin surfactante en agua dura o salmuera dura. The formulation also includes a chelating agent, an alkaline agent (which may be the same as the chelating agent), and a co-solvent. The formulations, as described herein, are capable of forming an in-situ surfactant, resulting in microemulsions of the Winsor III type of low interfacial tension.
