Abstract
Compuestos de tieno [2,3-b]piridinas, un proceso para su preparacion y composiciones farmacéuticas que los contienen. Trastornos neurologicos, trastornos psiquiátricos, dolor agudo y cronico, disfunciones neuromusculares del tracto urinario inferior y trastornos gastrointestinales pueden ser tratados con estos compuestos. Reivindicacion 1: Compuesto caracterizado porque tiene la formula (1): donde X representa un grupo seleccionado de entre SO, SO2; Y representa un grupo seleccionado de entre (CH2)n, NH, NHCH2; n es un numero entero de 0 a 1; Z es H o se sustituye por alquilo, nitro, halogeno, alcoxi, trifluorometilo, ciano, amino, alquilamino, dialquilamino, aminometilo, alquilaminometilo, dialquilaminometilo, hidroxilo, alquilsulfonilamino; R1 es alquilo, cicloalquilo, fenilo, bifenilo, heterociclilo, opcionalmente sustituido; R2 es fenilo o heterociclilo, opcionalmente sustituido, o un grupo NR3R4 donde R3 y R4 se seleccionan independientemente de entre hidrogeno y alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, o R3 y R4, junto con el átomo de N al cual están unidos, forman un grupo heterociclilo C5-7 opcionalmente sustituido que contiene uno o más heteroátomo(s), o un grupo NH-CO-NR5R6 donde R5 y R6 se seleccionan independientemente de entre hidrogeno y alquilo opcionalmente sustituido, o R5 y R6, junto con el átomo de N al cual están unidos, forman un grupo heterociclilo C5-7 opcionalmente sustituido que contiene uno o más heteroátomo(s); y/o los hidratos y/o solvatos y/o las sales farmacéuticamente aceptables de los mismos formadas con ácidos o bases.Thieno [2,3-b] pyridine compounds, a process for their preparation and pharmaceutical compositions containing them.
