Abstract
Un dispositivo que comprende un compartimiento estanco o recipiente contenedor que contiene un medio solvente acuoso, por sobre el cuál se encuentra una entretapa o entretecho perforado que lo separa de una cámara superior. Esta cámara conduce en sentido posterior a un conducto y orificio de salida. En la pared anterior del dispositivo y por debajo del nivel superior del solvente se encuentra una toma de gases de escape u orificio de entrada. Aplicada a ésta admision se presenta una válvula de retencion de disco oscilante y a continuacion un retículo metálico ubicado frente a la apertura de la válvula de retencion, y que se extiende desde ambos laterales del dispositivo hacia la pared anterior, cubriendo a modo de red, por sobre la válvula de retencion. Un orificio inferior de purgado que conecta con un círculo de recirculacion, refrigeracion y filtracion, con mantenimiento del nivel de solvente y un orificio superior de retorno que conecta con dicho circuito de recirculacion. Un dispositivo que contempla la sustitucion de la entretapa perforada por una parrilla contenedora de membranas hidrofobicas PTFE y la consecuente extension del orificio superior de retorno de filtrado por medio de un conducto con válvula de retencion labial hasta alcanzar el recipiente que contiene el medio solvente acuoso. Un dispositivo que contempla la sustitucion de la válvula de retencion de disco oscilante por otra de tipo labial en el orificio de ingreso de gases de escape. Un dispositivo que contempla la presencia de una turbina de gas y turbofan (con circuito de control electronico) situada dentro del tubo de gases de escape y ubicada antes de la válvula de retencion. Un dispositivo cuyo ciecuito de recirculacion, refrigeracion y filtracion está compuesto principalmente por: mallas prefiltrantes, filtros de sedimentos y carbon activado, bomba reguladora de presion, recipiente auxiliar para mantenimiento de nivel y recarga de solvente, más sus accesorios.A device comprising a watertight compartment or container containing an aqueous solvent medium, above which is a perforated interlayer or interlining that separates it from an upper chamber. A device that contemplates the replacement of the oscillating disc check valve with another of the labial type in the exhaust inlet port. A device that contemplates the presence of a gas turbine and turbofan (with electronic control circuit) located inside the exhaust pipe and located before the check valve. A device whose recirculation, cooling and filtration circuit is mainly composed of: prefiltering meshes, sediment filters and activated carbon, pressure regulating pump, auxiliary container for level maintenance and solvent refill, plus its accessories.
