Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) en la cual Q representa un elemento del grupo (2); Z es =N-, lN+-O-, ó =C(R1)-; n vale 0, 1, 2, 3 o 4;siendo cada R1, independientemente de los demás, halógeno, -CN, -SCN, -SFS, -NO2, -NR5R6, -CO2R7, -CONR8R9, -C(R10)=NOR11, -COR12, -OR13, -SR14, -SOR15, -SO2R16, -OSO2R17, C1-8alquilo, C2-8alquenilo, C2-8alquinilo o C3-6cicloalquilo; o representa C1-8alquilo, C2-8alquenilo, o C2-8alquinilo substituidos de una a cinco veces con halógeno o de una a tres veces con -CN, -NO2, -NR18R19, -CO2R20, -CONR21R22, -COR23, -C(R24)=NOR25, -C(S)NR26R27, -C(C1-4alquiltio)=NR28, -OR29, -SR30, -SOR31, -SO2R32 o con C3-6cicloalquilo; y/o cada R1, independientemente de los demás representa C3-6cicloalquilo substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno, o de una a tres veces con -CN, -NO2, -NR18R19, -CO2R20, -CONR21R22, -COR23, -C(R24)=NOR25, -C(S)NR26R27, -C(C1-4alquiltio)=NR28, -SR30, -SOR31, -SO2R32 ó C3-6cicloalquilo; y/o cada R1, independientemente de los demás representa fenilo que por su parte puede estar substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno o C1-4alquilo o de una a tres veces con C1-4haloalquilo, C1-4alcoxi, -CN, -NO2, C1-4alquiltio, C1-4alquilsulfinilo o C1-4alquilsulfonilo; y/o dos substituyentes R1 adyacentes juntos forman un puente C1-7alquileno que puede estar interrumpido por 1 a 3 heteroátomos seleccionados entre oxígeno, nitrógeno y azufre y que puede estar substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno o con C1-6alquilo, o de una a tres veces con C1-6alcoxi, siendo la cantidad total de átomos de anillo por lo menos de 5 y a lo sumo de 9; y/o dos substituyentes R1 adyacentes juntos forman un puente C2-7alquenileno que puede estar interrumpido por 1 a 3 heteroátomos seleccionados entre oxígeno, nitrógeno y azufre y que puede estar substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno o C1-6alquilo o de una a tres veces con C1-6alcoxi, siendo la cantidad total de átomos de anillo por lo menos de 5 y a lo sumo de 9; R3 y R4 independientemente entre sí, representan hidrógeno, halógeno, -CN, C1-4alquilo o C1-4alcoxi; o R3 y R4 juntos forman C2-5alquileno; R5 representa hidrógeno o C1-8alquilo; R6 representa hidrógeno, C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo, C3-8alquinilo, fenilo o bencilo, pudiendo fenilo y bencilo por su parte estar substituidos de una a cinco veces con halógeno o con C1-4alquilo o estar substituidos de una a tres veces con C1-4haloalquilo, C1-4alcoxi, -CN, -NO2, C1-4alquiltio, C1-4alquilsulfinilo o con C1-4alquilsulfonilo, o R5 y R6 conjuntamente son una cadena C2-5alquileno que puede estar interrumpida por un átomo de oxígeno o de azufre; R7 representa hidrógeno, C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo o C3-8alquinilo, o es C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo o C3-8alquinilo substituidos de una a cinco veces con halógeno o de una a tres veces con substituido de una a tres veces con C1-4alcoxi o con fenilo, pudiendo el fenilo por su parte estar substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno o con C1-4alquilo o de una a tres veces con C1-4haloalquilo, C1-4alcoxi, -CN, -NO2, C1-4alquiltio, C1-4alquilsulfinilo, o C1-4alquilsulfonilo; R8 representa hidrógeno o C1-8alquilo; R9 representa hidrógeno o C1-8alquilo, o C1-8alquilo substituido de una a tres veces con -COOH, C1-8alcoxicarbonilo o -CN; o R9 representa C3-8alquenilo, C3-8alquinilo, fenilo o bencilo, pudiendo fenilo y bencilo por su parte estar substituidos de una a cinco veces con halógeno o con C1-4alquilo o substituido de una a tres veces con C1-4haloalquilo, C1-4alcoxi, -CN, -NO2, C1-4alquiltio, C1-4alquilsulfinilo o con C1-4alquilsulfonilo; o R8 y R9 representan conjuntamente C2-5alquileno; R10 representa hidrógeno, C1-4alquilo, C1-4haloalquilo o C3-6cicloalquilo;R11 representa hidrógeno, C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo, C3-8alquinilo, C1-4haloalquilo o C3-6haloalquenilo; R12 representa hidrógeno, C1-4alquilo, C1-4haloalquilo o C3-6cicloalquilo;R13 representa hidrógeno, C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo o C3-8alquinilo; o R13 representa fenilo o fenil-C1-6alquilo, pudiendo por su parte el anillo fenilo estar substituido de una a cinco veces con C1-4alquilo o de una a tres veces con C1-4halo-alquilo, C1-4alcoxi, -CN, -NO2, C1-8alquiltio, C1-8alquilsulfinilo o C1-8alquilsulfonilo; o R13 representa C1-8alquilo substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno o substituido de una a tres veces con -CN, C1-6alquilamino, di(C1-6alquil)amino o con C1-4alcoxi; R14 representa hidrógeno, C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo o C3-8alquinilo, o C1-8alquilo substituido de una a cinco veces con o de una a tres veces con -CN o C1-4alcoxi; R15, R16 y R17 independientemente entre si representan cada uno de ellos C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo o C3-8alquinilo, o C1-8alquilo substituido de una a cinco veces con halógeno o substituido de una a tres veces con -CN o C1-4alcoxi; R18 representa hidrógeno o C1-8alquilo; R19 representa hidrógeno, C1-8alquilo, C3-8alquenilo, C3-8alquinilo, fenilo o bencilo, pudiendo fenilo y bencilo por su parte estar substituidos de una a cinco veces con halógeno o con C1-4alquilo o substituido de una a tres veces con C1-4haloalquilo, C1-4alcoxi, -CN, -NO2, C1-4alquiltio, C1-4alquilsulfinilo o con C1-4alquilsulfonilo;
