Pronalazak se odnosi na postupak za dobijanje terapeutski aktivnih N-[2[[[5-[dialkilamino) metil]tio]etil]-N'-alkil-2-nitro 1,1 alkendiamina formule (I) i njihovih hidrohlorida formule (II) u kojoj su R1, R2 i R3 - alkil grupe (C1-C4), a X je nitro-alkenska grupa reakcijom 2-[[[5-[dimetilamino)metil-2-furanil]metil]tio]-etanaminhidrohlorida i N-metil-1(metiltio)-2-nitroetanamina u vodenoj sredini pri blagoj temperaturi.The invention relates to a process for the preparation of the therapeutically active N- [2 [[[5- [dialkylamino) methyl] thio] ethyl] -N'-alkyl-2-nitro 1,1 alkenediamine of formula (I) and their hydrochlorides of formula (II ) in which R1, R2 and R3 are alkyl groups (C1-C4) and X is a nitro-alkene group by reaction of 2 - [[[5- [dimethylamino] methyl-2-furanyl] methyl] thio] -ethanamine hydrochloride and N -methyl-1 (methylthio) -2-nitroethanamine in aqueous medium at mild temperature.
