Abstract

Uređaj za spoljnu fiksaciju kostiju, koji se učvršćuje na najmanje po dva konvencionalna, klina (25) na svakom fragmentu kosti (28), naznačen time, što sadrži najmanje četiri identična sklopa nosača (1) sa spojnicom (2), pri čemu je spojnica (2), svojim cilindričnim otvorom (17), klizno pomerljivo i obrtno navučena na valjkasto telo (4) nosača (1) za koje se može učvrstititi, što su sklopovi nosača (1) sa spojnicama (2), klizno pomerljivo i obrtno, cilindričnim otvorom (6) na nosačima (1) navučeni na veznu šipku (3) za koju se sklopovi mogu učvrstiti, što je na svaki postavljeni klin (25) klizno i zaokretno podešljivo navučena spojnica (2) svojim ležišnim kanalom (24), pri čemu se spojnica (2) može učvrstiti navrtkom (26) istovremeno za klin (25) i za telo (4) nosača (1) i što su klinovi (25) kroz fragmente kosti (28) postavljeni bez ikakvih vodilica, najpovoljnije u konvergentnom položaju zaklapajući međusobno ugao od 45В° do 90В°. - Prijava sadrži još 6 zavisnih zahteva.
