Abstract

Postupak za proizvodnju termički izolovanih cevi se sastoji u tome što se u horizontalnoj ravni izvrši ubacivanje provodne cevi (1) u cev plašta (5) pomoću kolica (34). Ovako formiran sklop se podigne sa hidrauličnom platformom (38) a na krajevima provodne cevi (1) postave se donji alat (10) i gornji alat (11) koji se spoje medjusobno spoljnom vodjicom (7). Dalji postupak se sastoji u tome da se pomoću okretne stubne dizalice (52) ovaj novoformiran sklop postavi u držač (12) a pomoću užeta (14) izvrši se podizanje u vertikalni položaj, kada se izvede i centriranje uzdužne ose i preseka provodne cevi (1) i cevi plašta (5) pomoću spoljne vodjice (7) i unutrašnje vodjice (8). Centriranje uzdužnih osa i preseka izvodi se klinom spoljne vodjice (23) kroz gornji oslonac strele (22) i klinom vodjice (24) kroz oslonac na tornju (25). U ovom položaju ubacuje se mešač (26), kroz gornji alat (11), u prostor za termoizolaciju (18) do 0.5 m od donjeg alata (10) i ubrizga se proračunata količina izolacije (19) uz sinhrono podizanje mešača (26) do njegovog izvlačenja kada se gornji alat (11) zatvara poklopcem (29).
