Definitions

  • This application relates to the field of photovoltaic technology, and in particular to a solar energy device, solar cell module, electrical device, power generation device, and photovoltaic system.
  • Solar cells convert solar energy into electrical energy.
  • Traditional solar cells typically have a structure consisting of a first electrode layer, a first charge extraction layer, a light-absorbing layer, a second charge extraction layer, and a second electrode layer stacked sequentially.
  • sunlight enters from either the front or back of the cell, it passes through the electrode layers and charge extraction layers. This causes optical absorption and loss of incident light between these layers and interfaces. This absorption loss, inherent in the solar cell's structural design, leads to a decrease in the solar cell's photoelectric conversion efficiency.
  • a solar energy device includes multiple solar cells.
  • Each solar cell includes: a charge-discharging component comprising a first electrode layer and an insulating layer stacked together; a second electrode layer located on the side of the insulating layer away from the first electrode layer, the insulating layer covering a portion of the surface of the second electrode layer, the second electrode layer not covered by the insulating layer being electrically connected to the first electrode layer; and a light-absorbing layer covering the charge-discharging component and the surface of the second electrode layer not covered by the insulating layer.
  • the multiple solar cells are sequentially distributed along a first direction.
  • a first groove is provided between adjacent solar cells, separating the second electrode layers of adjacent solar cells.

作为示例,钙钛矿材料包括CH8I3N2Pb(FAPbI3)、Cs0.05(FA0.83MA0.17)0.95Pb(I0.83Br0.17)3、CsPbBr3、CsPbI3、Cs0.05FA0.95PbI3和MA0.2FA0.8PbI3中的一种或多种。
