Description
본 개시는 의류처리장치에 관한 것이다.
의류처리장치는 의류를 처리 및/또는 관리하기 위한 장치이다. 의류처리장치는 세탁기 및 건조기를 포함할 수 있다. 세탁기는 건조 겸용 세탁기를 포함할 수 있다.
건조 겸용 세탁기는 구동 모터의 구동력을 이용해 터브의 내부에 투입된 세탁물, 물, 세제를 함께 교반시킴으로써 상호간의 마찰을 통해 세탁이 이루어지도록 하는 장치이다.
건조 겸용 세탁기가 수행하는 행정은 세탁물이 수용된 터브에 세제 및 물을 공급하고 드럼을 회전시키면서 세탁물을 세탁하는 세탁 행정과, 터브에 물을 공급하고 드럼을 회전시켜 세탁물을 헹구어 내는 헹굼 행정과, 터브로부터 물을 배출하고 드럼을 회전시켜 세탁물의 물기를 제거하는 탈수 행정을 포함할 수 있다.
건조 겸용 세탁기가 수행하는 행정은 건조 장치에서 발생되는 열기를 세탁물이 수용된 수용 공간 내에 송풍하여 세탁물을 건조하는 건조 행정을 포함할 수 있다. 건조 겸용 세탁기는 건조행정을 수행하기 위해, 건조 장치를 포함할 수 있다.

*다양한 실시예들에 따른 세탁기는 세탁, 헹굼, 탈수 및 건조 행정을 수행할 수 있다. 세탁기는 의류처리장치의 일 예로서, 의류처리장치는 의류(세탁대상물, 건조대상물)를 세탁하는 장치, 의류를 건조하는 장치, 의류의 세탁과 건조를 모두 수행할 수 있는 장치를 포괄하는 개념이다.
다양한 실시예들에 따른 세탁기는 세탁물을 투입하거나 인출하기 위한 세탁물 투입구가 상방을 향하도록 마련되는 탑 로딩(top-loading) 세탁기 또는 세탁물 투입구가 전방을 향하도록 마련되는 프런트 로딩(front-loading) 세탁기를 포함할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예들에 따른 세탁기는 탑 로딩 세탁기와 프런트 로딩 세탁기 이외의 다른 로딩 방식의 세탁기를 포함할 수 있다.
탑 로딩 세탁기의 경우, 펄세이터와 같은 회전체에 의해 발생하는 수류를 이용하여 세탁물을 세탁할 수 있다. 프런트 로딩 세탁기의 경우, 드럼을 회전시켜 세탁물의 상승과 낙하를 반복함으로써 세탁물을 세탁할 수 있다. 프런트 로딩 세탁기는 드럼의 내부에 수용된 세탁물을 건조할 수 있는 건조 겸용 세탁기를 포함할 수 있다. 건조 겸용 세탁기는 고온의 공기를 드럼 내부로 공급하기 위한 열풍 공급 장치 및 드럼으로부터 배출되는 공기의 습기를 제거하기 위한 응축 장치를 포함할 수 있다. 일 예로, 건조 겸용 세탁기는 히트 펌프 장치를 포함할 수 있다. 다양한 실시예들에 따른 세탁기는 상술한 세탁 방식 이외의 다른 세탁 방식의 세탁기를 포함할 수 있다.
다양한 실시예들에 따른 세탁기는 내부에 각종 구성품을 수용하는 하우징을 포함할 수 있다. 하우징은 일측에 세탁물 투입구가 형성된 상자 형태로 마련될 수 있다.
세탁기는 세탁물 투입구를 개폐하기 위한 도어를 포함할 수 있다. 도어는 힌지에 의해 하우징에 회전 가능하게 장착될 수 있다. 도어의 적어도 일 부분은 하우징의 내부가 보이도록 투명 또는 반투명하게 마련될 수 있다.
세탁기는 물을 저수하도록 하우징의 내부에 마련되는 터브를 포함할 수 있다. 터브는 일 측에 터브 개구가 형성된 대략 원통 형상으로 마련되고, 터브 개구가 세탁물 투입구와 대응하여 배치되도록 하우징 내부에 배치될 수 있다.
터브는 댐퍼에 의해 하우징에 연결될 수 있다. 댐퍼는 드럼의 회전 시 발생하는 진동을 흡수하여 하우징으로 전달되는 진동을 감쇄시킬 수 있다.
세탁기는 세탁물을 수용하도록 마련되는 드럼을 포함할 수 있다.
드럼은 일측에 마련된 드럼 개구가 세탁물 투입구 및 터브 개구에 대응되도록 터브 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 세탁물은 세탁물 투입구, 터브 개구 및 드럼 개구를 차례로 통과하여 드럼 내부에 수용되거나, 드럼으로부터 인출될 수 있다.
드럼은 터브 내부에서 회전하면서 세탁, 헹굼, 및/또는 탈수 행정에 따른 각각의 동작을 수행할 수 있다. 드럼의 원통형 벽에는 다수의 통공이 형성되어 터브에 저장된 물이 드럼의 내부로 유입되거나 드럼의 외부로 유출될 수 있다.
세탁기는 드럼을 회전시키도록 구성되는 구동장치를 포함할 수 있다. 구동장치는 구동 모터와, 구동 모터에서 발생된 구동력을 드럼에 전달하기 위한 회전 샤프트를 포함할 수 있다. 회전 샤프트는 터브를 관통하여 드럼에 연결될 수 있다.
구동장치는 드럼을 정회전 또는 역회전시켜 세탁, 헹굼, 및/또는 탈수, 또는 건조 행정에 따른 각각의 동작을 수행할 수 있다.
세탁기는 터브에 물을 공급하도록 구성되는 급수장치를 포함할 수 있다. 급수장치는 급수관과, 급수관에 마련되는 급수밸브를 포함할 수 있다. 급수관은 외부 급수원과 연결될 수 있다. 급수관은 외부 급수원으로부터 세제 공급장치 및/또는 터브까지 연장될 수 있다. 물은 세제 공급장치를 거쳐 터브로 공급될 수 있다. 물은 세제 공급장치를 경유하지 않고 터브로 공급될 수 있다.
급수밸브는 제어부의 전기적 신호에 응답하여 급수관을 개방하거나 폐쇄할 수 있다. 급수밸브는 외부 급수원으로부터 터브로 물이 공급되는 것을 허용하거나 차단할 수 있다. 급수밸브는, 예를 들면, 전기적 신호에 응답하여 개폐되는 솔레노이드 밸브(solenoid valve)를 포함할 수 있다.
세탁기는 터브로 세제를 공급하도록 구성되는 세제 공급장치를 포함할 수 있다. 세제 공급장치는 사용자가 세탁시마다 사용될 세제를 투입해야 하는 수동형 세제 공급장치와, 다량의 세제를 저장해 두고 세탁시에 소정량의 세제가 자동으로 투입되게 하는 자동 세제 공급장치를 포함할 수 있다. 세제 공급장치는 세제를 저장하기 위한 세제함을 포함할 수 있다. 세제 공급장치는 급수과정에서 터브 내부로 세제를 공급하도록 구성될 수 있다. 급수관을 통해 공급되는 물은 세제 공급장치를 경유하여 세제와 혼합될 수 있다. 세제와 혼합된 물은 터브의 내부로 공급될 수 있다. 세제는 예비 세탁용 세제, 본 세탁용 세제, 섬유 유연제, 표백제 등을 포괄하는 용어로 사용되며, 세제함은 예비 세탁용 세제 저장 영역, 본 세탁용 세제 저장 영역, 섬유 유연제 저장 영역 및 표백제 저장 영역으로 구획될 수 있다.
세탁기는 터브에 수용된 물을 외부로 배출하도록 구성되는 배수장치를 포함할 수 있다. 배수장치는 터브의 하부로부터 하우징의 외부까지 연장되는 배수관과, 배수관을 개폐하도록 배수관에 마련되는 배수밸브, 배수관 상에 마련되는 펌프를 포함할 수 있다. 펌프는 배수관의 물을 하우징의 외부로 펌핑할 수 있다.
세탁기는 하우징의 일 측면에 배치되는 컨트롤 패널을 포함할 수 있다. 컨트롤 패널은 사용자와 세탁기가 상호 작용하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자 인터페이스는 적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스와 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스를 포함할 수 있다.
적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스는 사용자로부터 수신된 감각 정보(sensory information)를 전기적인 신호로 전환할 수 있다.
적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스는 전원 버튼과, 동작 버튼과, 코스 선택 다이얼(또는 코스 선택 버튼)과, 세탁/헹굼/탈수 설정 버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스는, 예를 들어, 택트 스위치(tact switch), 푸시 스위치, 슬라이드 스위치, 토클 스위치, 마이크로 스위치, 터치 스위치, 터치 패드, 터치 스크린, 조그 다이얼, 및/또는 마이크로폰 등을 포함할 수 있다.
적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스는 사용자에게 세탁기의 동작에 관련된 정보를 시각적으로 또는 청각적으로 전달할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스는 세탁 코스 및 세탁기의 동작 시간, 세탁 설정/헹굼 설정/탈수 설정에 관련된 정보를 사용자에게 전달할 수 있다. 세탁기 동작에 관한 정보는 스크린, 인디케이터, 음성 등으로 출력될 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스는, 예를 들어, 액정 디스플레이(Liquid Crystal Display, LCD) 패널, 발광 다이오드(Light Emitting Diode, LED) 패널, 스피커 등을 포함할 수 있다.
세탁기는 외부 장치와 유선 및/또는 무선으로 통신하기 위한 통신 모듈을 포함할 수 있다.
통신 모듈은 근거리 통신 모듈 또는 원거리 통신 모듈 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
통신 모듈은 외부 장치(예: 서버, 사용자 기기 및/또는 가전기기)에 데이터를 전송하거나, 외부 장치로부터 데이터를 수신할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 통신 모듈은 서버 및/또는 사용자 기기 및/또는 가전기기와 통신을 수립하고, 각종 데이터를 송수신할 수 있다.
이를 위해, 통신 모듈은 외부 장치 간의 직접(예: 유선) 통신 채널 또는 무선 통신 채널의 수립, 및 수립된 통신 채널을 통한 통신 수행을 지원할 수 있다. 일실시예에 따르면, 통신 모듈은 무선 통신 모듈(예: 셀룰러 통신 모듈, 근거리 무선 통신 모듈, 또는 GNSS(global navigation satellite system) 통신 모듈) 또는 유선 통신 모듈(예: LAN(local area network) 통신 모듈, 또는 전력선 통신 모듈)을 포함할 수 있다. 이들 통신 모듈 중 해당하는 통신 모듈은 제 1 네트워크(예: 블루투스, WiFi(wireless fidelity) direct 또는 IrDA(infrared data association)와 같은 근거리 통신 네트워크) 또는 제 2 네트워크(예: 레거시 셀룰러 네트워크, 5G 네트워크, 차세대 통신 네트워크, 인터넷, 또는 컴퓨터 네트워크(예: LAN 또는 WAN)와 같은 원거리 통신 네트워크)를 통하여 외부 장치와 통신할 수 있다. 이런 여러 종류의 통신 모듈들은 하나의 구성요소(예: 단일 칩)로 통합되거나, 또는 서로 별도의 복수의 구성요소들(예: 복수 칩들)로 구현될 수 있다.
근거리 통신 모듈(short-range wireless communication module)은 블루투스 통신 모듈, BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 통신 모듈, 근거리 무선 통신 모듈(Near Field Communication module), WLAN(와이파이) 통신 모듈, 지그비(Zigbee) 통신 모듈, 적외선(IrDA, infrared Data Association) 통신 모듈, WFD(Wi-Fi Direct) 통신 모듈, UWB(ultrawideband) 통신 모듈, Ant+ 통신 모듈, 마이크로 웨이브(uWave) 통신 모듈 등을 포함할 수 있으나, 이에 한정되는 것은 아니다.
원거리 통신 모듈은, 다양한 종류의 원거리 통신을 수행하는 통신 모듈을 포함할 수 있으며, 이동 통신부를 포함할 수 있다. 이동 통신부는 이동 통신망 상에서 기지국, 외부의 단말, 서버 중 적어도 하나와 무선 신호를 송수신한다.
일 실시예에서, 통신 모듈은 주변의 접속 중계기(AP: Access point)를 통해 서버, 사용자 기기, 다른 가전 기기 등의 외부 장치와 통신할 수 있다. 접속 중계기(AP)는 세탁기 또는 사용자 기기가 연결된 지역 네트워크(LAN)를 서버가 연결된 광역 네트워크(WAN)에 연결시킬 수 있다. 세탁기 또는 사용자 기기는 광역 네트워크(WAN)를 통해 서버에 연결될 수 있다. 제어부는 세탁기의 각종 구성 요소(예: 구동 모터, 급수밸브)를 제어할 수 있다. 제어부는 사용자 입력에 따라 급수, 세탁, 헹굼, 및/또는 탈수 등을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 행정을 수행하도록 세탁기의 각종 구성 요소를 제어할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제어부는 드럼의 회전 속도를 조절하도록 구동 모터를 제어하거나, 터브로 물을 공급하도록 급수장치의 급수밸브를 제어할 수 있다.
제어부는 CPU나, 메모리 등의 하드웨어와, 제어 프로그램 등의 소프트웨어를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제어부는 세탁기 내 구성요소들의 동작을 제어하기 위한 알고리즘, 프로그램 형태의 데이터를 저장하는 적어도 하나의 메모리, 및 적어도 하나의 메모리에 저장된 데이터를 이용하여 전술한 동작을 수행하는 적어도 하나의 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다. 메모리와 프로세서는 각각 별개의 칩으로 구현될 수 있다. 프로세서는 1 또는 2이상의 프로세서 칩을 포함하거나 또는 1 또는 2이상의 프로세싱 코어를 포함할 수 있다. 메모리는 1 또는 2이상의 메모리 칩을 포함하거나 또는 1 또는 2이상의 메모리 블록을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 메모리와 프로세서는 단일 칩으로 구현될 수도 있다.
이하에서는 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 다양한 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치를 구체적으로 설명한다. 이하에서, 의류처리장치의 일 예로 건조 겸용 세탁기를 설명하지만, 본 개시의 사상은 건조 겸용 세탁기에 제한되지 않으며, 의류를 처리 및/또는 관리하기 위한 다양한 장치에 적용될 수 있다.
하기의 설명에서 사용된 용어 "전방", "후방", "좌측" 및 "우측"등 은 도면을 기준으로 정의한 것이며, 이 용어에 의하여 각 구성요소의 형상 및 위치 가 제한되는 것은 아니다.
*예를 들어, X축 방향은 전후 방향으로 정의될 수 있으며, Y축 방향 은 좌우 방향으로 정의될 수 있고, Z축 방향은 상하 방향으로 정의될 수 있다.

도 1 내지 도 4 를 참조하면, 다양한 실시예들에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는 내부에 각종 구성품을 수용하는 하우징(10)을 포함할 수 있다. 하우징(10)은 일측에 세탁물 투입구(11)가 형성된 상자 형태로 마련될 수 있다. 세탁물 투입구(11)는 대략 전방을 향하도록 마련될 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는 세탁물 투입구(11)를 개폐하기 위한 세탁물 도어 (17)를 포함할 수 있다. 세탁물 도어(17)는 힌지에 의해 하우징(10)에 회전 가능하게 장착될 수 있다. 세탁물 도어(17)의 적어도 일 부분은 하우징(10)의 내부가 보이도록 투명 또는 반투명하게 마련될 수 있다. 일 예로, 세탁물 도어(17)는 강화유리를 포함할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 하부 세제 공급장치(60)에 접근할 수 있도록 구성되는 하부 도어(18)를 포함할 수 있다. 의류처리장치(1)는 상부 세제 공급장치(50) 및 필터(95)에 접근할 수 있도록 구성되는 상부 도어(19)를 포함할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 물을 저수하도록 하우징(10)의 내부에 마련되는 터브(20)를 포함할 수 있다. 터브(20)는 일 측에 터브 개구(21)가 형성된 대략 원통 형상으로 마련되고, 터브 개구(21)가 세탁물 투입구(11)와 대응하여 배치되도록 하우징(10) 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 터브 개구(21)는 대략 전방을 향하도록 마련될 수 있다. 세탁물 도어(17)는 터브 개구(21)를 개방하거나 폐쇄할 수 있다.
터브(20)는 댐퍼(25)에 의해 하우징(10)에 연결될 수 있다. 댐퍼(25)는 드럼(30)의 회전 시 발생하는 진동을 흡수하여 하우징(10)으로 전달되는 진동을 감쇄시킬 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 세탁물을 수용하도록 마련되는 드럼(30)을 포함할 수 있다. 드럼(30)의 내부에는 세탁물을 상승 및 낙하시킴으로써 세탁을 수행하기 위한 적어도 하나의 리프터(33)가 마련될 수 있다.
드럼(30)은 일측에 마련된 드럼 개구(31)가 세탁물 투입구(11) 및 터브 개구(21)에 대응되도록 터브(20) 내부에 배치될 수 있다. 세탁물은 세탁물 투입구(11), 터브 개구(21) 및 드럼 개구(31)를 차례로 통과하여 드럼(30) 내부에 수용되거나, 드럼(30)으로부터 인출될 수 있다. 드럼 개구(31)는 대략 전방을 향하도록 마련될 수 있다.
드럼(30)은 터브(20) 내부에서 회전하면서 세탁, 헹굼, 및/또는 탈수 행정에 따른 각각의 동작을 수행할 수 있다. 드럼(30)의 원통형 벽에는 다수의 통공(32)이 형성되어 터브(20)에 저장된 물이 드럼(30)의 내부로 유입되거나 드럼(30)의 외부로 유출될 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 드럼(30)을 회전시키도록 구성되는 구동장치(36)를 포함할 수 있다. 구동장치(36)는 구동 모터와, 구동 모터에서 발생된 구동력을 드럼(30)에 전달하기 위한 회전 샤프트를 포함할 수 있다. 회전 샤프트는 터브(20)를 관통하여 드럼(30)에 연결될 수 있다.
구동장치(36)는 드럼(30)을 정회전 또는 역회전시켜 세탁, 헹굼, 및/또는 탈수, 또는 건조 행정에 따른 각각의 동작을 수행할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 급수장치(40)를 포함할 수 있다. 급수장치(40)는 외부의 급수원과 연결 가능한 급수밸브(41, 42)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 급수밸브(41, 42)는 온수를 공급하기 위한 제1 급수밸브(41)와, 냉수를 공급하기 위한 제2 급수밸브(42)를 포함할 수 있다. 제1 급수밸브(41)는 온수 밸브로 호칭될 수 있다. 제2 급수밸브(42)는 냉수 밸브로 호칭될 수 있다.
급수장치(40)는 급수밸브(41, 42)와 급수관(43, 44)을 포함할 수 있다. 급수관(43, 44)은 플렉서블 재질의 호스, 플라스틱 관 또는 금속 관으로 마련될 수 있다. 급수관(43, 44)은 급수밸브(41, 42)에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 급수관(43, 44)은 제1 급수밸브(41)와 연결되는 제1 급수관(43)과, 제2 급수밸브(42)와 연결되는 제2 급수관(44)을 포함할 수 있다. 제1 급수관(43)은 온수관으로 호칭될 수 있다. 제2 급수관(44)은 냉수관으로 호칭될 수 있다.
급수관(43, 44) 중 적어도 하나는 급수밸브(41, 42)로부터 터브(20)까지 물을 안내할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 급수관(43, 44) 중 적어도 하나는 급수밸브(42)로부터 터브(20)까지 연장될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 급수밸브(42)로부터 터브(20)까지 연장되어 마련되는 급수관(43,44)은 직급수관이라 할 수 있다. 급수밸브(42)로부터 터브(20)까지 연장되도록 마련되는 급수관(43,44)은 후술하는 다이어프램(22)에 연결되어 물을 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다. 급수밸브(42)로부터 터브(20)까지 연장되도록 마련되는 급수관(43,44)의 구체적인 설명은 후술한다.
물은 터브(20)를 거쳐 하부 세제 공급장치(60)로 공급될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 물은 터브(20)를 경유하지 않고 하부 세제 공급장치(60)로 공급될 수도 있다
급수밸브(41, 42)는 급수관(43, 44)을 개방하거나 폐쇄할 수 있다. 급수밸브(41, 42)는 외부 급수원으로부터 터브(20)로 물이 공급되는 것을 허용하거나 차단할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 급수밸브(41, 42)는 전기적 신호에 응답하여 개폐되는 솔레노이드 밸브(solenoid valve)를 포함할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 터브(20)로 세제를 공급하도록 구성되는 세제 공급장치(50, 60)를 포함할 수 있다. 세제 공급장치(50, 60)는 상부 세제 공급장치(50)와, 하부 세제 공급장치(60)를 포함할 수 있다. 세제는 예비 세탁용 세제, 본 세탁용 세제, 섬유 유연제, 표백제 등을 포괄하는 용어로 사용될 수 있다.
상부 세제 공급장치(50)는 터브(20)의 상부에 위치할 수 있다. 상부 세제 공급장치(50)는 상하 방향으로 터브(20)보다 위에 위치할 수 있다. 상부 세제 공급장치(50)는 사용자가 세탁 시마다 사용될 세제를 투입해야 하는 수동형 세제
공급장치 또는, 다량의 세제를 저장해 두고 세탁시에 소정 양의 세제가 자동으로 투입되게 하는 자동 세제 공급장치를 포함할 수 있다. 상부 세제 공급장치(50)는 세제 연결관(51)을 통해 터브(20)와 연결될 수 있다. 일 예로, 상부 세제 공급장치(50)는 고체 세탁세제 및/또는 유연제 등을 터브(20)로 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다. 다만 세제의 종류는 상기한 예에 제한되지 않는다.
세제 연결관(51)은 U자 형태로 마련될 수 있다. 세제 연결관(51)은 플렉서블 재질의 호스, 플라스틱 관 또는 금속 관으로 마련될 수 있다. 세제 연결관(51)의 일 단은 상부 세제 공급장치(50)에 연결되고, 세제 연결관(51)의 타 단은 터브(20)에 연결될 수 있다. 지면을 기준으로 상하 방향에서, 세제 연결관(51)의 일 단과 타 단은 세제 연결관(51)의 꺾이는 부분보다 높은 위치에 있을 수 있다. 따라서 세제 연결관(51)의 꺾이는 부분에는 물이 고일 수 있다. 세제 연결관(51)의 꺾이는 부분에 고이는 물은 터브(20) 내부의 습기가 상부 세제 공급장치(50)를 통해 외부로 배출되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
하부 세제 공급장치(60)는 터브(20)의 하부에 위치할 수 있다. 하부 세제 공급장치(60)는 상하 방향으로 터브(20)보다 아래에 위치할 수 있다. 하부 세제 공급장치(60)는 사용자가 세탁 시마다 사용될 세제를 투입해야 하는 수동형 세제 공급장치 또는, 다량의 세제를 저장해 두고 세탁시에 소정 양의 세제가 자동으로 투입되게 하는 자동 세제 공급장치를 포함할 수 있다. 일 예로, 하부 세제 공급장치(60)는 액체 세탁세제 및/또는 유연제 등을 터브(20)로 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다. 세제의 종류는 상기한 예에 제한되지 않는다.
의류처리장치(1)는 터브(20)에 수용된 물을 외부로 배출하도록 구성되는 배수장치(70)를 포함할 수 있다. 배수장치(70)는 터브(20)의 물을 하우징(10)의 외부로 배출하기 위한 배수펌프(71)를 포함할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 터브(20)의 물을 하부 세제 공급장치(60)를 거쳐 다시 터브(20)로 순환시키기 위한 순환펌프(76)를 포함할 수 있다.
배수장치(70)는 터브 연결관(72)을 통해 터브(20)와 연결될 수 있다. 배수장치(70)는 배수관(73)을 통해 터브(20)의 물을 하우징(10)의 외부로 배출할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 터브(20) 내 수위를 검출하는 수위센서(200)를 포함할 수 있다. 수위센서(200)는 터브(20) 외부에 위치할 수 있다. 일 예로, 수위 센서(200)는 상부 세제 공급장치(50)의 하부에 설치될 수 있다. 수위센서(200)의 위치는 예시된 것으로 한정되지 않는다.
수위센서(200)는 터브 연결관(72)의 분지관(72a)으로부터 연장되는 연결 호스(201)와 연결될 수 있다. 수위센서(200)는 터브 연결관(72)에 연결된 연결 호스(201)의 말단에 설치될 수 있다. 연결 호스(201)의 수위는 터브(20)의 수위 와 동일할 수 있다.
터브(20) 내 수위가 상승하면 연결 호스(201)의 수위가 상승한다. 연결 호스(201)의 수위가 상승하면 연결 호스(201) 내부의 압력이 증가할 수 있다. 수위센서(200)는 연결 호스(201) 내부의 압력 변화를 감지할 수 있고, 연결 호스(201) 내부의 압력에 대응하는 터브(20) 내의 수위를 검출할 수 있다. 수위센서(200)는 연결 호스(201) 내부의 압력에 대응하는 전기적 신호를 생성할 수 있다. 수위센서(200)에 의해 생성되는 전기적 신호의 주파수는 연결 호스(201) 내부의 압력 변화에 따라 달라질 수 있다.
다른 예로, 수위센서(200)는 터브(20)의 내부에 설치될 수도 있다. 터브(20) 내 수위가 상승하면 수위센서(200)에 가해지는 압력이 상승한다. 수위센서(200)는 압력에 대응하는 터브(20) 내 수위를 검출할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 하우징(10)의 일 측면에 배치되는 컨트롤 패널(13)을 포함할 수 있다. 컨트롤 패널(13)은 사용자와 의류처리장치(1)가 상호 작용하기 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 제공할 수 있다. 사용자 인터페이스는 적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스와 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스는 사용자로부터 수신된 감각 정보(sensory information)를 전기적인 신호로 전환할 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스는 전원 버튼과, 동작 버튼과, 코스 선택 다이얼(또는 코스 선택 버튼)과, 세탁/헹굼/탈수 설정 버튼을 포함할 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 입력 인터페이스는, 택트 스위치(tact switch), 푸시 스위치, 슬라이드 스위치, 토클 스위치, 마이크로 스위치, 터치 스위치, 터치 패드, 터치 스크린, 조그 다이얼, 및/또는 마이크로폰 등을 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들면, 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스는 사용자에게 의류처리장치(1)의 동작에 관련된 정보를 시각적으로 또는 청각적으로 전달할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스는 세탁 코스 및 의류처리장치(1)의 동작 시간, 세탁 설정/헹굼 설정/탈수 설정에 관련된 정보를 사용자에게 전달할 수 있다. 의류처리장치(1)의 동작에 관한 정보는 스크린, 인디케이터, 음성 등으로 출력될 수 있다. 적어도 하나의 출력 인터페이스는 액정 디스플레이(Liquid Crystal Display, LCD) 패널, 발광 다이오드(Light Emitting Diode, LED) 패널, 스피커 등을 포함할 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 드럼(30)의 내부에 수용되는 세탁물을 건조하기 위한 건조장치(80)를 포함할 수 있다. 건조장치(80)는 공기를 가열하여 터브(20)의 내부로 공급하도록 구성될 수 있다. 건조장치(80)는 터브(20)에서 배출된 공기를 건조 및 가열시키고, 건조 및 가열된 공기를 터브(20)의 내부로 순환시켜 드럼(3 0)의 내부의 의류를 건조시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 다양한 실시예에 따른 건조장치(80)는 터브(20)의 상부에 배치될 수 있다.
건조장치(80)는 건조 케이스(81)를 포함할 수 있다. 건조 케이스 (81)는 건조 베이스(81a)와, 건조 베이스(81a)에 결합되어 공기가 이동할 수 있는 유로를 형성하도록 마련되는 건조 커버(81b)를 포함할 수 있다. 건조 커버(81b)는 건조 베이스(81a)의 개방된 상면을 커버할 수 있다.
건조장치(80)는 건조 베이스(81a)의 후측(rear side)에 결합 가능한 리어 커버(81c)를 포함할 수 있다. 리어 커버(81c)는 건조장치(80)의 후면의 적어도 일부를 형성할 수 있다. 리어 커버(81c)에는 급수밸브(41,42)가 장착될 수 있다.
건조장치(80)는 히트 펌프 방식으로 마련될 수 있다. 건조장치(80)는 팬(87a)과, 압축기(91)와, 응축기(92)와, 증발기(93)와, 팽창밸브와, 냉매가 순 환하는 냉매관(94)을 포함할 수 있다. 히트 펌프를 구성하는 압축기(91)와, 응축기(92)와, 증발기(93) 및 팽창밸브는 건조 케이스(81)에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 건조 장치(80)는 압축기(91)를 쿨링하기 위한 쿨링 팬(91a)을 더 포함할 수 있다. 일 예로, 건조장치(80)는 하나의 모듈로 형성될 수 있다.
압축기(91)는 냉매를 압축하고, 압축된 고온, 고압의 냉매는 응축기(92)로 이동할 수 있다. 응축기(92)는 냉매를 냉각시켜 주변 공기를 가열시킬 수 있다. 가열된 공기는 드럼(30)의 내부로 유입되어 의류를 건조시킬 수 있다.
팽창 밸브를 거치며 팽창된 냉매는 증발기(93)에서 열을 흡수하고 주변의 공기를 냉각시킬 수 있다. 즉, 증발기(93)는 드럼(30)의 내부를 통과한 고온 다습한 공기를 냉각시켜 수분을 제거할 수 있다. 수분이 제거된 공기는 응축기(92)를 지나게 되고, 응축기(92)를 통과하는 냉매와 열 교환되면서 다시 가열될 수 있다. 즉, 응축기(92)는 증발기(93)를 통과한 공기를 가열시킬 수 있다. 응축기(92)와 증발기(93)는 열교환기에 해당한다. 응축기(92)는 '제1 열교환기'로 호칭될 수 있다. 증발기(93)는 '제2 열교환기'로 호칭될 수 있다.
일 예로, 건조장치(80)는 건조 히터(99)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 건조 히터(99)는 건조장치(80)의 건조 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다. 건조장치(80)의 히트 펌프 구성들은 건조 히터(99)로 대체될 수도 있다.
건조 히터(99)는 건조장치(80)의 내부로 유입되는 공기를 가열할 수 있다. 건조 히터(99)는 가열 유로(86)에 배치될 수 있다. 건조 히터(99)는 건조장치(80)를 통과하는 공기의 흐름을 따라 응축기(92)보다 하류에 배치될 수 있다. 또한, 건조 히터(99)는 유로 저항을 최소화할 수 있도록 상대적으로 작은 사이즈로 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 건조 히터(99)는 시스(sheath) 히터일 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에 따른 건조장치(80)는 터브(20)의 상측에 배치될 수 있다. 건조장치(80)에는 터브(20)로부터 배출되는 공기가 유입되는 유입 유로(85)가 형성될 수 있다. 건조장치(80)에는 유입 유로(85)를 통해 건조장치(80)로 유입되는 공기가 열 교환되기 위한 가열 유로(86)가 형성될 수 있다. 건조장치(80)에는 가열 유로(86)를 통과하며 열 교환된 공기가 터브(20)로 공급되는 공급 유로(87)가 형성될 수 있다.
유입 유로(85)는 터브(20)의 내부를 통과한 공기가 건조장치(80)로 유입될 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 유입 유로(85)는 터브(20)의 상측에 위치할 수 있다. 유입 유로(85)는 터브(20)의 후방에 형성되는 배기 유로(P)와 연통될 수 있다.
건조장치(80)는 터브(20)와 연결되는 유입 가이드(84)를 포함할 수 있다. 유입 가이드(84)는 터브(20)로부터 배출되는 공기를 유입 유로(85)로 가이드 할 수 있다. 유입 유로(85)는 유입 가이드(84)를 통해 터브(20)에 형성되는 배기 유로(P)와 연통될 수 있다. 배기 유로(P)를 통과한 공기는 유입 가이드(84)를 통해 건조장치(80)의 유입 유로(85)로 유입될 수 있다.
유입 유로(85)에는 터브(20)로부터 배기 유로(P)를 통해 유입되는 공기에 포함된 린트 등 이물질을 여과하기 위한 필터(95)가 마련될 수 있다. 유입 유로(85)로 유입된 공기는 필터(95)를 통과한 후, 가열 유로(86)로 이동할 수 있다. 필터(95)는 건조장치(80)로 유입되는 공기가 증발기(93) 및 응축기(92)로 이동하는 유로 상에 위치할 수 있다.
가열 유로(86)에는 열교환기(92, 93)가 배치될 수 있다. 열교환기(92, 93)는 응축기(92) 및 증발기(93)를 포함할 수 있다. 가열 유로(86)로 유입되는 공기는 터브(20)의 내부를 통과한 상태이므로, 다습할 수 있다. 다습한 공기는 가열 유로(86)에 배치된 증발기(93)에서 냉각되어 수분이 제거될 수 있다. 증발기(93)에서 수분이 제거된 공기는 응축기(92)를 통과하며 재차 가열될 수 있다.
건조장치(80)는 열교환기(92, 93)의 청소를 위한 노즐장치(96)를 포함할 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)는 가열 유로(86)에 마련될 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)는 급수장치(40)로부터 물을 공급받아 열교환기(92, 93)를 향해 물을 분사할 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)로부터 분사되는 물은 열교환기(92, 93)의 일 측면을 세척할 수 있다.
한편, 의류처리장치(1)는 건조장치(80)로부터 배출되는 물을 터브(20)로 안내하기 위한 배수 라인(97)을 포함할 수 있다. 배수 라인(97)은 플렉서블 재질의 호스, 플라스틱 관 또는 금속 관으로 마련될 수 있다. 배수 라인(97)은 건조장치(80)의 열교환기(92, 93)에서 생성되는 응축수를 건조장치(80)의 외부로 안내할 수 있다. 배수 라인(97)은 노즐장치(96)가 열교환기(92, 93)의 세척을 위해 분사한 물을 건조장치(80)의 외부로 안내할 수 있다.
노즐장치(96)는 열교환기(92, 93)를 청소하도록 구성될 수 있다. 노 즐장치(96)는 열교환기(92, 93)의 공기가 유입되는 부분을 청소하도록 구성될 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)는 증발기(93)의 적어도 일 부분을 청소하도록 구성될 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)는 필터(95)를 통과한 공기가 유입되는 증발기(93)의 일 부분을 청소하도록 구성될 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)는 증발기(93)를 통과하며 증발기(93)와 열 교환되는 공기에 의해 오염되는 증발기(93)의 일 부분을 청소하도록 구성될 수 있다. 노즐장치(96)는 증발기(93)의 공기가 유입되는 부분에 인접하게 위치할 수 있다.
배수 라인(97)은 배수장치(70)에 연결될 수 있다. 배수 라인(97)은 배수펌프(71)에 연결될 수 있다. 건조장치(80)로부터 배출되는 물은 배수 라인(9 7)을 따라 배수장치(70)로 흐를 수 있다. 배수 라인(97)을 통해 배수장치(70)로 유입되는 물은 터브(20)로 안내될 수 있다. 터브(20)로 유입되는 응축수는 배수펌프(71)의 동작에 의해 의류처리장치(1)의 외부로 배출될 수 있다.
공급 유로(87)는 응축기(92)를 통과하며 가열된 공기를 다시 터브(20)의 내부로 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다. 공급 유로(87)는 가열 유로(86)와 연통되고, 터브(20)의 개구를 향해 가열된 공기를 배출하도록 하측으로 연장될 수 있다.
공급 유로(87)에는 공기를 터브(20)의 내부로 유동시키기 위한 팬(87a)이 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 팬(87a)은 드럼(30)의 내부에 있는 세탁물로 공기를 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 팬(87a)은 시로코 팬(sirocco fan)을 포함할 수 있다.
유입 유로(85)와, 가열 유로(86)와, 공급 유로(87)는 공기를 터브(20)의 내부와 건조장치(80)로 순환시킬 수 있다.
의류처리장치(1)는 터브(20)로부터 배출되는 공기가 터브(20)의 상측에 위치하는 건조장치(80)의 유입 유로(85)와, 가열 유로(86)와, 공급 유로(87)를 순차적으로 통과한 후, 터브(20)의 내부로 공급되도록 마련될 수 있다.
건조장치(80)에서 가열된 공기는 드럼(30)의 내부로 공급될 수 있다. 드럼(30)의 내부로 공급되는 가열된 공기가 세탁물과 접촉되는 영역을 확보하기 위해, 터브 배기구(27)는 건조장치(80)에서 가열된 공기가 터브(20)로 공급되는 공기 입구(26)와 반대되는 위치에 마련될 수 있다. 가열된 공기가 드럼(30)의 내부에서 유동하는 거리 및/또는 시간을 증가시켜 세탁물과 더 많이 접촉될 수 있도록, 터브 배기구(27)는 건조장치(80)에서 가열된 공기가 터브(20)로 공급되는 공기 입구(26)와 반대되는 위치에 마련될 수 있다. 가열된 공기를 드럼(30)의 내부로 공급하기 위한 공급 유로(87)와, 터브 배기구(27)는 이격되도록 배치될 수 있다.
가열된 공기와 세탁물이 접촉되는 면적을 증가시킴으로써, 건조 효율을 향상시킬 수 있다.
공기 입구(26) 및 터브 배기구(27)는 건조장치(80)로부터 제공되는 가열된 공기를 최대한 활용할 수 있도록 배치될 수 있다. 일 예로, 공기 입구(26)는 터브(20)의 전면에 인접하게 위치할 수 있으며, 터브 배기구(27)는 터브(20)의 후면에 인접하게 위치할 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 일 실시예에 따른 세탁기는 터브(20)의 터브 개구(21)와 하우징(10)의 세탁물 투입구(11) 사이를 연결하는 다이어프램(22)을 포함할 수 있다. 다이어프램(22)은 세탁물 투입구(11)와 터브 개구(21) 사이를 연결할 수 있다. 다이어프램(22)은 세탁물 투입구(11)로 투입된 세탁물이 하우징(10)과 터브(20) 사이로 빠지지 않도록 할 수 있고, 세탁 과정에서 발생하는 진동과 무관하게 터브(20)의 전단부와 하우징(10)을 연결하는 기능을 할 수 있다. 이를 위해, 다이어프램(22)은 탄성을 갖는 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 다이어프램(22)은 고무, TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer)와 같은 플라스틱 재질을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 세탁기에서, 다이어프램(22)은 공급 유로(87)를 형성하는 공급 덕트(87b)와 연결되도록 마련되는 덕트부(22a)를 포함할 수 있다.
덕트부(22a)는 양면이 개방된 원기둥 형상을 갖는 다이어프램(22)의 측면으로부터 상방으로 연장될 수 있다. 덕트부(22a) 내측에는 공기가 흐를 수 있도록 유로가 형성될 수 있다. 덕트부(22a)는 다이어프램(22)의 상단과 인접하게 형성될 수 있다. 덕트부(22a)는 다이어프램(22)과 일체로 형성되어 동일한 재질을 가질 수 있다. 이와 달리, 덕트부(22a)는 다이어프램(22)과 별도로 마련되어 다이어프램(22)에 결합될 수 있다. 또한, 덕트부(22a)는 다이어프램(22) 및 터브(20)와 별도로 마련되어 터브(20)에 결합될 수도 있다. 덕트부(22a)는 터브(20)와 일체로 형성될 수도 있다. 덕트부(22a)의 일 단에는 공기 입구(26)가 형성될 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는 터브(20)의 내부로부터 배출되는 공기를 건조장치(80)로 이동시키기 위한 배기 유로(P)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
배기 유로(P)는 터브 배기구(27)로부터 배출되는 공기가 건조장치(80)의 유입 유로(85)로 흐르도록 마련될 수 있다. 배기 유로(P)는 터브(20)를 통과하고 나온 습한 공기를 배출하도록 마련될 수 있다. 일 예로, 배기 유로(P)는 터브(20)의 후방에 마련될 수 있다.
터브(20)의 내부의 공기는 터브(20)의 후면에 형성되는 터브 배기구(27)를 통해 터브 덕트(28)로 배출될 수 있다. 터브 덕트(28)로 배출되는 공기는 배기 유로(P)를 따라 흘러 건조장치(80)로 공급될 수 있다.
다양한 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는 배기 유로(P)의 적어도 일부분을 형성하기 위한 터브 덕트(28)를 포함할 수 있다. 일 예로, 터브 덕트(28)는 터브(20)와 일체로 형성될 수 있다. 일 예로, 터브(20)는 터브 덕트(28)를 포함할 수 있다. 터브 덕트(28)는 터브 배기구(27)를 둘러싸도록 마련될 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따른 터브 덕트(28)는 터브(20)의 내부로부터 배출되는 공기가 흐르는 배기 유로(P)의 일 부분을 형성하는 리세스부(28a)를 포함할 수 있다. 터브(20)의 배면에는 터브(20)의 강성을 보강하기 위한 보강 리브(23)가 마련될 수 있으며, 리세스부(28a)는 터브(20)의 후면으로부터 돌출되는 보강 리브(23)의 단부로부터 함몰되는 부분으로 마련될 수 있다. 리세스부(28a)는 터브(20)의 배면 중에서 보강 리브(23)가 형성되지 않은 부분으로 마련될 수 있다. 리세스부(28a)에는 터브(20)의 내부로부터 공기가 배출되기 위한 터브 배기구(27)가 형성될 수 있다. 터브 덕트(28)는 리세스부(28a)의 둘레를 따라 마련되는 구획 리브(28d)를 포함할 수 있다. 구획 리브(28d)는 터브(20)의 배면에서, 보강 리브(23)가 형성되는 영역과 리세스부(28a)가 형성되는 영역을 구분할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 터브(20)는 리세스부(28a)를 통과한 공기가 흐르는 배기 유로(P)의 다른 부분을 형성하는 덕트 연결부(28b)를 포함할 수 있다. 덕트 연결부(28b)는 터브(20)의 외주면으로부터 반경 방향 외측으로 돌출될 수 있다. 덕트 연결부(28b)는 터브(20)의 외주면으로부터 대략 상측으로 돌출될 수 있다. 일예로, 덕트 연결부(28b)는 터브(20)의 후단부로부터 상방으로 돌출될 수 있다. 다만, 이에 한정되지 않고, 덕트 연결부(28b)는 건조 장치(80)의 위치에 따라 다양하게 위치될 수 있다.
덕트 연결부(28b)는 건조 장치(80)의 유입 가이드(84)와 터브 덕트(28)를 연결할 수 있다. 덕트 연결부(28b)는 배기 유로(P)를 상방으로 연장시킬 수 있다. 덕트 연결부(28b)는 리세스부(28a)와, 구획 리브(28d), 및 덕트 커버(29)와 함께 배기 유로(P)의 일 부분을 형성할 수 있다.
덕트 연결부(28b)는 상면과 후면이 개구된 직육면체 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 덕트 커버(29)는 덕트 연결부(28b)의 개구된 후면을 커버할 수 있다. 덕트 커버(29)는 배기 유로의 일면만 형성하여 결합되도록 함으로써, 결합 및 실링 구조를 용이하게 할 수 있다.
덕트 커버(29)는 터브 덕트(28)와 덕트 연결부(28b)를 커버할 수 있다. 덕트 커버(29)는 터브 덕트(28)의 개방된 일 측과 덕트 연결부(28b)의 개구된 후면을 커버할 수 있다. 덕트 커버(29)가 리세스부(28a)와 덕트 연결부(28b)를 커버함으로써 배기 유로(P)가 형성될 수 있다. 배기 유로(P)는 유입 유로(85)와 연결되므로, 터브 배기구(27)를 통해 배기 유로(P)로 유입된 공기는 배기 유로(P)를 따라 이동하여 유입 유로(85)를 통해 건조 장치(80)로 유입될 수 있다.

한편, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 덕트 연결부(28b)는 터브 덕트(28)에 포함되는 구성으로 마련될 수도 있다. 일 실시예에 따른 터브 덕트(28)의 덕트 연결부(28b)는 리세스부(28a)로부터 유입 가이드(84)까지 연장될 수 있다. 터브 덕트(28)는 덕트 연결부(28b)에 의해 유입 가이드(84)와 연결될 수 있다. 이하에서, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 덕트 연결부(28b)는 터브 덕트(28)에 포함되는 구성으로 설명할 수 있다.
터브 덕트(28)는 배기 유로(P)의 단면적을 확장하기 위한 단차부(28c)를 포함할 수 있다. 배기 유로(P)는 단차부(28c)에 의해 리세스부(28a)에 형성되는 부분의 폭보다 덕트 연결부(28b)에 의해 형성되는 부분의 폭이 더 크도록 마련될 수 있다
의류처리장치(1)의 급수밸브(41, 42)는 이러한 장착 구조에 의해 남은 공간을 활용하여 배치 위치가 결정될 수 있다. 일 실시예에서, 급수밸브(41,42)는 유입 가이드(84)와 쿨링 팬(91a) 사이에 장착될 수 있다. 급수밸브(41, 42)는 건조장치(80) 후면의 중앙부에 위치할 수 있다. 급수밸브(41, 42)는 응축기(92)의 후방에 위치할 수 있다. 급수밸브(41, 42)는 건조 공기가 흐르는 유로와 구획된 영역에 위치할 수 있다. 급수밸브(41, 42)의 위치는 예시된 것으로 한정하지 않는다
의류처리장치(1)는 세탁수 히터(24)를 포함할 수 있다. 세탁수 히터(24)는 터브(20)의 하측에 구비되어 세탁 시 세탁수를 가열할 수 있다. 또한, 급수장치(40)는 건조행정 시 배기 유로(P)를 통해 터브(20) 하측으로 일정량의 물을 공급할 수 있고, 세탁수 히터(24)는 급수장치(40)와, 배기 유로(P)와, 터브 배기구(27)를 통해 터브(20)의 내부로 공급된 물을 가열하여 스팀을 생성할 수 있다. 즉, 급수장치(40) 및 세탁수 히터(24)에 의해 생성된 스팀은 건조 행정 시 의류에 접촉될 수 있어 의류에 주름이 생성되는 것을 최대한 방지할 수 있다.
즉, 의류처리장치(1)는 세탁/건조 겸용 세탁기로서 종래 건조기와 달리 세탁수 가열을 위한 세탁수 히터(24)를 포함할 수 있고, 세탁수 히터(24) 및 배기 유로(P) 세척을 위한 급수장치(40)를 활용하여 스팀을 생성하여 건조행정 시 의류에 주름이 생기는 것을 최대한 방지할 수 있다.

도 5 내지 도 7 은 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)의 급수장치(40)와 잔수 배출부(100) 구성의 일부를 도시한다.
이하에서, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는 제2 급수밸브(42)가 상부 세제 공급장치(50), 노즐장치(96), 및 터브(20)와 연결되는 것으로 설명하지만, 이에 제한되지 않는다. 제2 급수밸브(42)는 상부 세제 공급장치(50), 노즐장치(96) 및 터브(20) 중 적어도 하나와 연결되도록 구성될 수도 있다. 또한, 제1 급수밸브(41)가 상부 세제 공급장치(50), 노즐장치(96) 및 터브(20) 중 적어도 하나와 연결되도록 구성될 수도 있다.
설명의 편의를 위해, 제2 급수밸브(42)는 '급수밸브'로 호칭될 수 있다. 제2 급수관(44)은 '급수관'으로 호칭될 수 있으며, 상부 세제 공급장치(50)는 '세제 공급장치'로 호칭될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수밸브(42)는 급수관(44)을 통해 터브(20)로 물을 공급할 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 급수밸브(42)는 터브(20)에 연결된 급수관(44)을 통해 물을 직접적으로 공급할 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수밸브(42)는 복수의 밸브를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 급수밸브(42)는 제1 밸브(42a), 제2 밸브(42b) 및 제3 밸브(43c)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 복수의 밸브는 각각의 배관에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제1밸브(42a)는 급수관(44)에 연결되어 터브(20)로 물을 공급할 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제2밸브(42b)는 대응되는 배관에 연결되어 세제공급장치(50)로 물을 공급할 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제3밸브(42c)는 대응되는 배관에 연결되어 노즐장치(96)로 물을 공급할 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 제1 밸브(42a), 제2 밸브(42b) 및 제3 밸브(43c)는 제어부(미도시)에 의해 제어될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수밸브(42)는 사방 밸브(4 way valve)에 해당할 수 있다. 급수밸브(42)의 내부에는 외부 급수원으로부터 복수의 배관 중 적어도 하나로 물을 안내하기 위해 이동 가능한 피스톤 어셈블리가 마련될 수 있다. 즉, 급수밸브(42) 내부에 유로 전환 구조가 마련될 수 있다. 급수밸브(42)는 복수의 배관 중 적어도 하나로 물을 안내하도록 제어될 수 있다.
급수밸브(42)는 외부 급수원으로부터 제공되는 물의 적어도 일부를 급수관(44)을 통해 터브(20)로 공급하도록 제어될 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 급수관(44)은 플렉서블 재질의 호스, 플라스틱 관 또는 금속 관으로 마련될 수 있다.
급수관(44)은 외부 급수원으로부터 급수밸브(42)로 공급되는 물을 터브(20)의 상측 전단부로 가이드할 수 있다. 급수관(44)은 급수밸브(42)로부터 터브(20)까지 물이 흐르기 위한 유로를 형성할 수 있다. 급수관(44)은 다이어프램(22)의 일 부분에 연결될 수 있다. 급수관(44)은 공기 입구(26)에 인접한 다이어프램(22)의 일 부분에 연결될 수 있다. 급수관(44)은 세탁 행정 중 사용되도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 급수관(44)은 세탁 행정 중 물을 보충하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 급수관(44)은 세탁 행정 중 거품을 제거하도록 마련될 수 있다.

일 실시예에서, 급수관(44)은 세탁 및/또는 건조 행정 완료 시 급수관(44) 내부에 물이 남아 잔수가 발생될 수 있어, 이러한 잔수를 배출시키도록 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되도록 잔수 배출부(100)가 마련될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수관(44) 내부의 제1압력(P1)과 터브(20) 내부의 제2압력(P2)이 압력 평형 상태로 유지되어 물이 남아 잔수가 발생될 수 있어, 이러한 잔수를 배출시키도록 잔수 배출부(100)가 마련될 수 있다.
행정이 완료되면, 급수관(44)의 제1압력(P1)은 터브(20)의 내부 제2압력(P2)이 동일하여 급수관(44) 내부에 잔수가 존재할 수 있다. 이러한 잔수는 사용자가 세탁물을 꺼내기 위해 세탁물 도어(17)를 개방 시 압력 변화에 따라 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수가 다이어프램(22)으로 빠져 나와 사용자에게 불편함을 줄 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 잔수 배출부(100)는 행정 완료 시, 급수관(44) 내부에 잔류하는 잔수를 급수관(44)의 제1압력(P1)과 터브(20) 내부의 제2압력(P2)의 압력 균형을 깨서 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수가 배출될 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다.
잔수 배출부(100)는 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되는 잔수 배출 유로(110a)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출 유로(110a)는 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되어 급수관(44)의 물이 바이패스 되도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출 유로(110a)는 급수관(44)의 제2부분(44b)에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출 유로(110a)는 급수관(44)의 제1부분(44a) 및/또는 제3부분(44c)에 연결될 수도 있다.
잔수 배출부(100)는 잔수 배출 유로(110a) 상에 마련되는 역류방지밸브(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 역류방지밸브(120)는 잔수 배출 유로(110a)의 적어도 일부에 연결되어 잔수 배출 유로(110a)로 유입되는 물의 양을 최소화하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 역류방지밸브(120)는 잔수 배출 유로(110a)로의 잔수 배출을 최소화하도록 마련될 수 있다.
잔수 배출부(100)는 잔수 배출 유로(110a)를 형성하는 잔수 배출 호스(110)를 포함할 수 있다. 잔수 배출 호스(110)는 급수관(44)에 연결되어 잔수 배출 유로(110a)를 형성할 수 있다. 잔수 배출 호스(110)는 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되어 급수관(44)의 물이 바이패스 되도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출 호스(110)는 급수관(44)의 제2부분(44b)에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출 호스(110)는 급수관(44)의 제1부분(44a) 및/또는 제3부분(44c)에 연결될 수도 있다.

잔수 배출 호스(110)의 타단부에는 개구부(112)를 포함할 수 있다. 개구부(112)는 공기가 유입되고 물이 빠질 수 있도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 개구부(112)는 오픈 되어 마련될 수 있다. 잔수 배출 호스(110)의 개구부(112)는 의류관리장치(1)의 적어도 일부에 연결되도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 개구부(112)는 건조 장치(80)의 적어도 일부에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 개구부(112)는 건조 장치(80)의 건조 커버(81b)에 연결될 수 있다.

도 8 내지 도 10 에 도시된 바와 같이, 급수장치(40)의 잔수 배출부(100)는 급수관(44)과 건조 장치(80)에 연결될 수 있다.

잔수배출부 연결부(83)는 건조 커버(81b)의 적어도 일부에 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수배출부 연결부(83)는 건조 장치(80)의 열교환기(92,93)가 위치되는 영역에 위치되도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 건조 장치(80)의 열교환기(92,93)가 위치되는 영역에는 열교환기(92,93)의 청소를 위한 노즐장치(96)가 마련되고, 노즐장치(96)는 급수장치(40)로부터 물을 공급받아 열교환기(92,93)를 향해 물을 분사하여 청소할 수 있다. 건조 장치(80)의 열교환기(92,93)를 청소하고 배출되는 물은 배수 라인(97)을 통해 터브(20)로 안내될 수 있다. 잔수배출부 연결부(83)를 통해 배출되는 잔수는 잔수 가이드(84)를 통해 하측으로 떨어져 건조 베이스(81a)에 마련된 배수 라인(97)을 통해 배출될 수 있다.
잔수배출부 연결부(83)는 잔수 배출부(100)를 통해 배출되는 잔수가 건조 커버(81b)의 내측으로 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다. 잔수배출부 연결부(83)와 일정 간격 이격되어 마련된 잔수 가이드(84)는 잔수 배출부(100)를 통해 건조 커버(81b)의 내부로 배출되는 잔수가 열교환기(92,93)가 위치되는 영역으로 이동하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 가이드(84)는 잔수 배출부(100)를 통해 건조 커버(81b)의 내부로 배출되는 잔수가 열교환기(92,93)의 청소를 위한 배수 라인(97)으로 이동하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 가이드(84)를 통해 건조 커버(81b)의 내부로 배출된 잔수는 건조 베이스(81a)에 마련된 배수 라인(97)을 통해 터브(20)로 안내될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수는 잔수 배출부(100)를 통해 배출될 수 있다. 잔수 배출부(100)는 잔수 배출 호스(110)의 개구부(112)를 통해 급수관(44) 내부의 제2압력(P2)과 터브(20) 내부의 제1압력(P1)의 압력 차이가 발생될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 터브(20) 내부 제1압력(P1)은 급수관(44) 내부 제2압력(P2) 보다 높을 수 있다. 급수관(44) 내부의 제2압력(P2)은 외부와 연결된 잔수 배출 호스(110)에 의해 낮아질 수 있다.
이러한 압력 차이에 의해 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수는 잔수 배출부(100)를 통해 배출될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 건조 장치(80)는 팬(87a)을 포함할 수 있다. 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수를 배출 시키도록 건조 장치(80)의 팬(87a)을 이용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 건조 장치(80)의 팬(87a)을 구동시켜 급수관(44)과 건조 장치(80)의 압력 차이를 발생시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 건조 장치(80)의 팬(87a)을 구동시켜 건조 장치(80) 내부의 압력을 급수관(44) 내부의 압력과 압력 차이를 발생되도록 하여 잔수 배출부(100)를 통해 잔수가 배출되도록 할 수 있다.

도 13 내지 도 15 에 도시된 바와 같이, 의류처리장치(1C)는 내부에 각종 구성품을 수용하는 하우징(10C)을 포함할 수 있다. 하우징(10C)은 일측에 세탁물 투입구(11C)가 형성된 상자 형태로 마련될 수 있다. 세탁물 투입구(11C)는 도어(12C)에 의해 개폐될 수 있다.
하우징(10C)의 전면에는 사용자로부터 동작 명령을 입력받는 입력부(16C)와 의류처리장치(1C)의 동작 정보를 표시하는 표시부(17C)가 마련될 수 있다.
하우징(10C)의 내부에는 물과 세제가 혼합된 혼합수를 저수 하도록 마련되는 터브(20C)와, 터브(20C)의 내부에 마련되어 세탁물을 수용하고 회전하는 드럼(30C), 드럼(30C)을 회전시키는 구동장치(60C), 그리고 터브(20C)로 세제를 공급하도록 마련되는 세제공급장치(300C)가 마련될 수 있다.
터브(20C)의 상부에는 터브(20C)로 세탁수를 공급하기 위한 급수장치(40C)가 마련될 수 있다.
급수장치(40C)는 외부의 급수원(미도시)에 연결되는 급수 밸브(41C)와, 일측은 급수 밸브(41C)에 연결되고 타측은 세제공급장치(300C)에 연결되는 제1급수관(43C)과, 일측은 급수 밸브(41C)에 연결되고 타측은 터브(20C)에 연결되는 제2급수관(42C)을 포함할 수 있다.
제1급수관(43C)은 세제공급장치(300C)를 경유하여 세제액과 함께 물을 터브(20C) 내부로 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다.
제2급수관(42C)은 터브(20C)에 직접적으로 물을 공급하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2급수관(42C)은 터브(20C)와 도어(12C) 사이에 설치되어 터브(20C)와 도어(12C) 사이를 밀폐하는 다이어프램(22C)에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제2급수관(42C)은 다이어프램(22C)을 통해, 외부의 급수원으로부터 물을 직접 공급받아 드럼(30C) 내부의 세탁물에 직접 물을 분사하도록 마련될 수 있다.
이하, 제2급수관(42C)은 '급수관'으로 호칭될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수관(42C)은 세탁 행정 완료 시, 급수관(42C) 내부에 물이 남아 잔수가 발생될 수 있어, 이러한 잔수를 배출시키도록 급수관(42C)의 적어도 일부에 연결되는 잔수 배출부(100C)가 마련될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 급수관(42C) 내부와 터브(20C) 내부의 압력이 압력 평형 상태로 유지되어 물이 남아 잔수가 발생될 수 있어, 이러한 급수관(42C) 내부의 잔수를 배출시키도록 잔수 배출부(100C)가 마련될 수 있다.
일 실시예에서, 잔수 배출부(100C)는 잔수 배출 호스(110C)와 역류방지밸브(120C)를 포함할 수 있다. 잔수 배출 호스(120C)는 급수관(42C)과 세제공급장치(300C) 사이를 연결하도록 마련될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출부(100C)는 일단은 급수관(42C)에 연결되고 타단은 세제공급장치(300C)에 연결될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 잔수 배출 호스(110C)의 일단은 급수관(42C)에 연결되고 타단은 세제공급장치(300C)에 연결될 수 있다.
잔수 배출부(100C)를 통해 배출되는 잔수는 세제공급장치(300C)를 통해 배출될 수 있다. 잔수 배출 호스(110C)를 통해 배출되는 잔수는 세제공급장치(300C)를 통해 터브(20C)로 배출될 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는, 하우징(10); 상기 하우징(10) 내부에 배치되고, 세탁수가 저수되도록 마련되는 터브(20); 상기 하우징(10)의 전면에 구비되는 도어(17); 상기 터브(20)에 건조 공기를 공급하도록 구성되는 건조 장치(80); 상기 터브(20)의 내부에서 배출되는 공기를 상기 건조 장치(80)로 이동시키는 배기 유로(P)의 적어도 일부를 형성하도록 구성되는 덕트 커버(29); 및 상기 터브(20)에 물을 공급하도록 구성되는 급수장치(40)로서, 급수 밸브(42) 및 상기 급수 밸브(42)로부터 상기 터브(20)까지 물을 가이드하기 위한 급수관을 포함하는 급수장치(40);를 포함하고, 상기 급수장치(40)는, 상기 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수를 배출시키도록 상기 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되도록 마련되는 잔수 배출부(100)로서, 상기 잔수 배출부(100)는 일단은 상기 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되고 타단은 상기 건조 장치(80)의 일부에 연결되는 잔수 배출 유로(110a)를 포함한다. 본 개시에 따르면, 급수 호스 내부에 남아있는 잔수를 제거할 수 있어, 세탁 및 건조 행정 완료 후, 급수관으로부터 잔수가 발생되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
상기 잔수 배출부(100)는, 상기 잔수 배출 유로(110a) 상에 마련되는 역류방지밸브(120)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 잔수 배출부(100)는, 상기 잔수 배출 유로(110a)를 형성하는 잔수 배출 호스(110)를 포함하고, 상기 잔수 배출 호스(110)의 일단은 상기 급수관(44)에 연결되고 타단은 공기가 유입되도록 마련되는 개구부(112)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 잔수 배출부(100)는, 상기 터브(20) 내부의 제1압력(P1)과 상기 급수관(44) 내부의 제2압력(P2)의 차이에 의해 상기 급수관(44)의 잔수가 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다. 이러한 구조에 의해, 급수 호스 내부에 남아있는 잔수를 제거할 수 있다.
상기 하우징(10)의 세탁물 투입구(11)와 상기 터브(20)의 개구 사이를 연결하도록 마련되는 다이어프램(22)을 포함하고, 상기 급수관(44)은 상기 다이어프램(22)에 연결될 수 있다.
상기 급수관(44)의 제1직경(d1)은 상기 잔수 배출 호스(110)의 제2직경(d2) 보다 크게 마련될 수 있다.
상기 건조 장치(80)는, 팬(87a), 압축기(91), 열교환기(92,93) 및 팽창밸브를 포함하고, 상기 팬(87a)을 동작시켜 상기 급수관(44)의 잔수가 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다.
상기 건조 장치(80)는, 건조 커버(81b) 및 건조 베이스(81a)를 포함하고, 상기 건조 커버(81b)에는 상기 잔수 배출 호스(110)의 상기 개구부(111)가 연결되도록 잔수배출부 연결부(83)가 마련될 수 있다.
상기 건조 커버(81b)는, 상기 잔수배출부 연결부(83)를 통해 배출되는 잔수의 비산을 방지하도록 마련되는 잔수 가이드(84)를 포함할 수 있다.
상기 잔수 가이드(84)는 상기 건조 커버(81b)의 내측에 상기 잔수배출부 연결부(83)로부터 이격되는 위치에 마련될 수 있다.
상기 건조 베이스(81a)는 상기 열 교환기(92,93)에서 생성되는 응축수를 상기 건조 장치(80)의 외부로 안내하도록 마련되는 배수 라인(97)을 포함하고, 상기 잔수배출부 연결부(83)로부터 배출되는 잔수는 상기 배수 라인(97)을 통해 상기 건조 장치(80)의 외부로 이동될 수 있다.
상기 터브(20)로 세제를 공급하도록 마련되는 세제 공급 장치(300A)를 포함하고, 상기 잔수 배출부(100)의 일단은 상기 급수관(44)에 연결되고 타단은 상기 세제 공급 장치(300A)에 연결될 수 있다.
본 개시의 일 실시예에 따른 의류처리장치(1)는, 하우징(10); 상기 하우징(10) 내부에 배치되고, 세탁수가 저수되도록 마련되는 터브(20); 상기 하우징(10)의 전면에 구비되는 도어(17); 상기 터브(20)에 건조 공기를 공급하도록 구성되는 건조 장치(80); 상기 터브(20)의 내부에서 배출되는 공기를 상기 건조 장치(80)로 이동시키는 배기 유로(P)의 적어도 일부를 형성하도록 구성되는 덕트 커버(29); 및 상기 터브(20)에 물을 공급하도록 구성되는 급수장치(40)로서, 급수 밸브(42) 및 상기 급수 밸브(42)로부터 상기 터브(20)까지 물을 가이드하기 위한 급수관(44)을 포함하는 급수장치(40);를 포함하고, 상기 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수를 배출시키도록 마련되는 잔수 배출부(100)로서, 상기 잔수 배출부(100)는 상기 급수관(44) 내부의 잔수를 배출시키도록 상기 급수관(44)의 적어도 일부에 연결되는 잔수 배출 유로(110a)와, 상기 잔수 배출 유로(110a) 상에 마련되는 역류방지밸브(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 본 개시에 따르면, 급수 호스 내부에 남아있는 잔수를 제거할 수 있어, 세탁 및 건조 행정 완료 후, 급수관으로부터 잔수가 발생되지 않도록 할 수 있다.

상기 잔수 배출부(100)는, 상기 터브(20) 내부의 제1압력(P1)과 상기 급수관(44) 내부의 제2압력(P2)의 차이에 의해 상기 급수관(44)의 잔수가 배출되도록 마련될 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 하우징;상기 하우징 내부에 배치되고, 세탁수가 저수되도록 마련되는 터브;상기 하우징의 전면에 구비되는 도어;상기 터브에 건조 공기를 공급하도록 구성되는 건조 장치;상기 터브의 내부에서 배출되는 공기를 상기 건조 장치로 이동시키는 배기 유로의 적어도 일부를 형성하도록 구성되는 덕트 커버; 및상기 터브에 물을 공급하도록 구성되는 급수장치로서, 급수 밸브 및 상기 급수 밸브로부터 상기 터브까지 물을 가이드하기 위한 급수관을 포함하는 급수장치;를 포함하고,상기 급수장치는,상기 급수관 내부의 잔수를 배출시키도록 상기 급수관의 적어도 일부에 연결되도록 마련되는 잔수 배출부로서, 상기 잔수 배출부는 일단은 상기 급수관의 적어도 일부에 연결되고 타단은 상기 건조 장치의 일부에 연결되는 잔수 배출 유로를 포함하는 의류처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 잔수 배출부는,상기 잔수 배출 유로 상에 마련되는 역류방지밸브를 포함하는 의류처리장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 잔수 배출부는,상기 잔수 배출 유로를 형성하는 잔수 배출 호스를 포함하고,상기 잔수 배출 호스의 일단은 상기 급수관에 연결되고 타단은 공기가 유입되도록 마련되는 개구부를 포함하는 의류처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 잔수 배출부는,상기 터브 내부의 제1압력과 상기 급수관 내부의 제2압력의 차이에 의해 상기 급수관의 잔수가 배출되도록 마련되는 의류처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 하우징의 세탁물 투입구와 상기 터브의 개구 사이를 연결하도록 마련되는 다이어프램을 포함하고,상기 급수관은 상기 다이어프램에 연결되는 의류처리장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 급수관의 제1직경은 상기 잔수 배출 호스의 제2직경 보다 크게 마련되는 의류 처리 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 건조 장치는, 팬, 압축기, 열교환기 및 팽창밸브를 포함하고,상기 팬을 동작시켜 상기 급수관의 잔수가 배출되도록 마련되는 의류처리장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 건조 장치는, 건조 커버 및 건조 베이스를 포함하고,상기 건조 커버에는 상기 잔수 배출 호스의 상기 개구부가 연결되도록 잔수배출부 연결부가 마련되는 의류처리장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 건조 커버는,상기 잔수배출부 연결부를 통해 배출되는 잔수의 비산을 방지하도록 마련되는 잔수 가이드를 포함하는 의류처리장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 잔수 가이드는 상기 건조 커버의 내측에 상기 잔수배출부 연결부로부터 이격되는 위치에 마련되는 의류처리장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 건조 베이스는 상기 열 교환기에서 생성되는 응축수를 상기 건조 장치의 외부로 안내하도록 마련되는 배수 라인을 포함하고,상기 잔수배출부 연결부로부터 배출되는 잔수는 상기 배수 라인을 통해 상기 건조 장치의 외부로 이동되는 의류처리장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 터브로 세제를 공급하도록 마련되는 세제 공급 장치를 포함하고,상기 잔수 배출부의 일단은 상기 급수관에 연결되고 타단은 상기 세제 공급 장치에 연결되는 의류처리장치.
