- Example 8 In Example 8, the related operation between cell DTX/DRX and UE DRX will be described. If the time positions of cell DTX and UE DRX are not aligned, the terminal 20 may wake up to receive a DL channel or DL signal when no DL transmission is being performed due to cell DTX.

Furthermore, when the cell DTX is configured in addition to the UE DRX, both parameters may be applied. The terminal 20 may wake up during the active times of both the cell DTX and the cell DRX.
- cell DTX and UE DRX are aligned in time may be defined as Option 1 or Option 2 shown below.

- the cell DTX and the UE DRX may be further defined as being time-aligned depending on the active time within the long cycle. If the on-duration timers and slot offsets in the long cycle (e.g., dtx-LongCycle, drx-LongCycle, dtx-onDurationTimer, drx-onDurationTimer, dtx-SlotOffset, drx-SlotOffset) are the same for the cell DTX and the UE DRX, the cell DTX and the UE DRX may be defined as being time-aligned. Furthermore, other parameters (e.g., dtx-InactivityTimer, drx-InactivityTimer, etc.) may be additionally considered to determine whether this definition is met.

- Option 2 In addition to the long cycle, if the short cycle is the same for the cell DTX and the UE DRX, it may be defined that the cell DTX and the UE DRX are time-aligned. Option 2 may be applied when the conditions of Option 1-1 or Option 1-2 are met.
- the time positions of the cell DTX and the UE DRX may be defined as being aligned regardless of the active time within the short cycle. That is, when the short cycle of the cell DTX (e.g., dtx-ShortCycle) and the short cycle of the UE DRX (e.g., drx-ShortCycle) are the same, the time positions may be defined as being aligned.
- cell DTX and UE DRX may be defined as time-aligned, depending on the active time within the short cycle. If the short cycle timers, short cycles (e.g., dtx-ShortCycleTimer, drx-ShortCycleTimer, dtx-ShortCycle, drx-ShortCycle) are the same for cell DTX and UE DRX, then cell DTX and UE DRX may be defined as time-aligned.

Description
LTE(Long Term Evolution)の後継システムであるNR(New Radio)(「5G」ともいう。)

また、以下で説明する本発明の実施の形態では、既存のLTEで使用されているSS(Synchronization signal)、PSS(Primary SS)、SSS(Secondary SS)、PBCH(Physical broadcast channel)、PRACH(Physical random access channel)、PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel)、PDSCH(Physical Downlink Shared Channel)、PUCCH(Physical Uplink Control Channel)、PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel)等の用語を使用する。
また、時間領域におけるTTI(Transmission Time Interval)がスロットであってもよいし、TTIがサブフレームであってもよい。
同期信号及びシステム情報は、SSB(SS/PBCH block)と呼ばれてもよい。 また、基地局10及び端末20はいずれも、MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output)による通信をDL又はULに適用することが可能である。
次に、従来の端末における間欠受信(DRX:Discontinuous Reception)または接続モードDRX(CDRX:Connected Mode Discontinuous Reception)について説明する。
PS-RNTI(Power Saving - Radio Network Temporary Identifier)によってCRC(Cyclic Redundancy Check)がスクランブルされたDCIフォーマット2_6は、PDCCHベースのWUSとして使用され、DCP(DCI with CRC scrambled by PS-RNTI)とも呼ばれる。

1)dtx-onDurationTimer: DTX
2)dtx-SlotOffset: dtx-onDurationTimer

3)RNTIは、既存のRNTI(例えば、C-RNTI、SFI-RNTI)であってもよいし、新たなRNTIが定義されてもよい。

1)UEのUL-WUS(Wake up signal)に基づいてトリガする。
図8は、本発明の実施の形態の実施例9に係るOSI(On-demand system information)送信の例(1)を説明するためのシーケンス図である。図8は、MSG1(ランダムアクセス手順におけるメッセージ1)ベースのSIB要求の例であり、CFRA(Contention free Random Access)を想定してもよい。
図9は、MSG3(ランダムアクセス手順におけるメッセージ3)ベースのSIB要求の例であり、CBRA(Contention based Random Access)を想定してもよい。

3)セル定義SSB(Cell Defining SSB)又は非セル定義SSB(non-cell Defining SSB)

スロットは、時間領域において1つ又は複数のシンボル(OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing)シンボル、SC-FDMA(Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access)シンボル等)で構成されてもよい。
ミニスロットより大きい時間単位で送信されるPDSCH(又はPUSCH)は、PDSCH(又はPUSCH)マッピングタイプAと呼ばれてもよい。ミニスロットを用いて送信されるPDSCH(又はPUSCH)は、PDSCH(又はPUSCH)マッピングタイプBと呼ばれてもよい。
BWPには、UL用のBWP(UL BWP)と、DL用のBWP(DL BWP)とが含まれてもよい。
