[ 0 0 1 7 ] 支援システム 1では、 制御装置 2 〇が、 必要に応じて、 周囲環境センサ 1 1、 回転速度 センサ 1 2、 慣性センサ 1 3、 測位センサ 1 4、 及び、 設定入力装置 1 5の出力を用いて 、 リーン車両 1 0 0のライダーの支援動作を実行する。 制御装置 2 0は、 各種装置 (例え ば、 制動装置 3 0、 駆動装置 4 0、 報知装置 5 0等) に制御指令を出力して、 支援動作を 実行する。 制御装置 2 0は、 必要に応じて、 他の情報を検出するための各種センサ (例え ば、 ライダーによる制動装置 3 0の操作部の操作状態情報を検出するためのセンサ、 ライ ダーによる駆動装置 4 〇の操作部の操作状態情報を検出するためのセンサ等) の出力を受 ける。 支援システム 1の各部は、 支援システム 1に専ら用いられるものであってもよく、 或いは、 他のシステムと共用されるものであってもよい。
[ 0 0 1 8 ] 支援システム 1は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の前方の周囲環境情報を検出する周囲環境センサ 1 1を含む。 周囲環境センサ 1 1は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の後方の周囲環境情報を検出する ものであってもよく、 或いは、 リーン車両 1 0 0の左方の周囲環境情報を検出するもので あってよく、 或いは、 リーン車両 1 0 0の右方の周囲環境情報を検出するものであっても よい。 支援システム 1は、 検出範囲が互いに異なる複数の周囲環境センサ 1 1を含んでも よい。 周囲環境センサ 1 1は、 例えば、 レーダー、 L i d a rセンサ、 超音波センサ、 カ メラ等である。
[ 0 0 1 9 ] 回転速度センサ 1 2は、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車輪 1 0 1の回転速度を検出する。 回転速 度は、 単位時間当たりの回転数であってもよく、 或いは、 単位時間当たりの回転角度であ ってもよい。 支援システム 1は、 リーン車両 1 0 0の前輪 1 0 1 Aの回転速度を検出する 回転速度センサ 1 2と、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の後輪 1 〇 1 Bの回転速度を検出する回転速度 センサ 1 2と、 の両方を有していてもよく、 或いは、 それらの何れか一方のみを有してい てもよい。 回転速度センサ 1 2が、 車輪 1 0 1の回転速度に実質的に換算可能な他の物理 量を検出するものであってもよい。
[ 0 0 2 0 ] 慣性センサ 1 3は、 リーン車両 1 0 0に生じている 3軸 (前後方向、 車幅方向、 車高方 向) の加速度及び 3軸 (ロール方向、 ピッチ方向、 ヨー方向) の角速度を検出する。 慣性 センサ 1 3が、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に生じている 3軸の加速度及び 3軸の角速度に実質的に 換算可能な他の物理量を検出するものであってもよい。 また、 慣性センサ 1 3が、 3軸の 加速度及び 3軸の角速度の一部のみを検出するものであってもよい。
[ 0 0 2 1 ] 測位センサ 1 4は、 複数の通信衛星から送信される測位信号を受信して、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇のグローバル座標を検出する。 測位センサ 1 4が、 リーン車両 1 0 0のグローバル座 標に実質的に換算可能な他の物理量を検出するものであってもよい。 測位センサ 1 4は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に設けられていてもよく、 或いは、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に付随する備品 ( 例えば、 ヘルメ ッ ト、 グローブ等) に設けられていてもよく、 或いは、 ライダーの所持品

[ 0 0 2 2 ] 設定入力装置 1 5は、 ライダーによる各種設定入力の操作を受け付ける。 例えば、 ライ ダーは、 設定入力装置 1 5を用いて、 ライダーの支援動作が実行される制御モードの有効 及び無効を切り換えることができる。 また、 例えば、 ライダーは、 設定入力装置 1 5を用 いて、 その制御モードで用いられる制御パラメータ (例えば、 目標値等) を設定すること ができる。 設定入力装置 1 5は、 ライダーの身体 (例えば、 手、 足等) による操作を受け 付けるものであってもよく、 或いは、 ライダーが発する音声を受け付けるものであっても よい。 また、 設定入力装置 1 5は、 リーン車両 1 0 0に設けられていてもよく、 或いは、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に付随する備品 (例えば、 ヘルメッ ト、 グローブ等) に設けられていて もよく、 或いは、 ライダーの所持品 (例えば、 モバイル端末等) に設けられていてもよい

[ 0 0 2 4 ] 取得部 2 1は、 周囲環境センサ 1 1の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の周囲環境情 報を取得する。 取得部 2 1は、 リーン車両 1 0 0の周囲環境情報を、 他車両との無線通信 によって取得してもよく、 或いは、 道路設備との無線通信によって取得してもよい。 取得 部 2 1は、 取得されたリーン車両 1 〇 〇の周囲環境情報に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇 と 、 リーン車両 1 0 0の周囲に位置する対象 T (例えば、 車両、 障害物、 道路設備、 人、 動 物等) と、 の位置関係情報である第 1位置関係情報を取得する。 第 1位置関係情報は、 例 えば、 相対位置、 相対距離、 相対速度、 相対加速度、 相対加加速度、 通過時間差、 衝突に 至るまでの予測時間等の情報である。 第 1位置関係情報は、 それらに実質的に換算可能な 他の物理量の情報であってもよい。 或いは又は加えて、 取得部 2 1は、 取得されたリーン 車両 1 0 0の周囲環境情報に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0の周辺に位置する対象 T (例え ば、 車両、 障害物、 道路設備、 人、 動物等) の特徴情報を取得する。 道路設備には、 例え ば、 道路標識、 路面上に描かれた描画、 信号機、 街路樹、 電柱、 ガードレール、 縁石、 掲 示板等が含まれる。 特徴情報は、 例えば、 道路標識の内容を示す情報、 路面上に描かれた 描画の種類を示す情報、 道路の形状情報 (例えば、 直進路、 カーブの曲率等を示す情報) 、 レーン境界線の位置情報、 レーン数情報、 信号機の状態を示す情報、 渋滞、 工事及び/ 又は事故の状態を示す情報等である。 特徴情報は、 それらに実質的に換算可能な他の物理 量の情報であってもよい。
[ 0 0 2 5 ] 取得部 2 1は、 必要に応じて、 回転速度センサ 1 2の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の車速情報を取得する。 取得部 2 1は、 必要に応じて、 慣性センサ 1 3の出力に基づい て、 リーン車両 1 0 0の走行姿勢情報を取得する。 取得部 2 1は、 必要に応じて、 測位セ ンサ 1 4の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇のグローバル座標情報を取得する。
[ 0 0 2 6 ] 実行部 2 2は、 取得部 2 1で取得された第 1位置関係情報に基づく ライダーの支援動作 が実行される制御モードを実行する。
[ 0 0 2 7 ] 第 1例として、 制御モードで実行される支援動作は、 特に図 3に示されるように、 第 1 位置関係情報に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0 と、 対象 Tとしてのリーン車両 1 〇 〇の先行 車両 2 0 0と、 の位置関係を、 目標位置関係に調整する位置関係調整動作である。
[ 0 0 2 8 ] 具体的には、 その制御モードは、 アダプティブクルーズコントロールモードである。 ア ダプティブクルーズコントロールモードが有効化されると、 先行車両 2 〇 〇が居ない場合 には、 ライダーによって設定された上限値と同じ車速でリーン車両 1 〇 〇が走行するよう に、 実行部 2 2が、 制動装置 3 0及び/又は駆動装置 4 0に制御指令を出力して、 リーン 車両 1 〇 〇に生じる制動力及び/又は駆動力を制御する。 先行車両 2 0 0が居る場合には 、 その上限値以下の車速であって、 且つ、 先行車両 2 0 0に対する通過時間差又は車間距 離の維持が図られる車速でリーン車両 1 〇 〇が走行するように、 つまり、 位置関係調整動 作が実行されるように、 実行部 2 2が、 制動装置 3 0及び/又は駆動装置 4 0に制御指令 を出力して、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に生じる制動力及び/又は駆動力を制御する。 その制御モ ー ドは、 ライダーによるアクセル操作が行われている状態でリーン車両 1 〇 〇が先行車両 2 0 0に接近すると、 先行車両 2 0 0 との通過時間差又は車間距離の維持が図られる車速 でリーン車両 1 〇 〇が走行するように、 つまり、 位置関係調整動作が実行されるように、 実行部 2 2が、 制動装置 3 0及び/又は駆動装置 4 0に制御指令を出力して、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に生じる制動力及び/又は駆動力を制御するものであってもよい。 制動装置 3 0が 、 減速度を生じさせる又は増加させるために制御されてもよく、 また、 加速度を生じさせ る又は増加させるために制御されてもよい。 駆動装置 4 0が、 加速度を生じさせる又は増 加させるために制御されてもよく、 また、 減速度を生じさせる又は増加させるために制御 されてもよい。
[ 0 0 2 9 ] 第 2例として、 制御モードで実行される支援動作は、 第 1位置関係情報に基づいて、 リ ーン車両 1 〇 〇 と、 対象丁と、 の衝突の回避が促される衝突回避動作である。
[ 0 0 3 0 ] 具体的には、 その制御モードは、 リーン車両 1 0 0の周囲に位置している対象 Tに対す るリーン車両 1 〇 〇の衝突可能性が基準を上回ると判定された場合に、 ライダーに対して 警告が発せられるように、 つまり、 衝突回避動作が実行されるように、 実行部 2 2が報知 装置 5 0に制御指令を出力するものである。 報知装置 5 0は、 音によって警告を発するも のであってもよく、 或いは又は加えて、 表示又は点灯によって警告を発するものであって もよく、 或いは又は加えて、 振動によって警告を発するものであってもよい。 実行部 2 2 は、 制動装置 3 〇及び/又は駆動装置 4 〇に制御指令を出力してリーン車両 1 〇 〇に瞬時 的に減速又は加速を生じさせることで、 警告としての振動を発してもよい。 報知装置 5 0 は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に設けられていてもよく、 或いは又は加えて、 リーン車両 1 0 0に 付随する備品 (例えば、 ヘルメ ッ ト、 グローブ等) に設けられていてもよい。 また、 報知 装置 5 0が他車両及び/又は他車両に付随する備品 (例えば、 ヘルメ ッ ト、 グローブ等) に設けられていて、 他車両の運転者に対する警告が実行されてもよい。 その制御モードは 、 リーン車両 1 0 0の周囲に位置している対象 Tに対するリーン車両 1 0 0の衝突可能性 が基準を上回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に衝突可能性を低減する減速度が 生じるように、 つまり、 衝突回避動作が実行されるように、 実行部 2 2が制動装置 3 0及 び/ 又は駆動装置 4 〇に制御指令を出力するものであってもよい。
[ 0 0 3 1 ] ここで、 特に図 4に示されるように、 取得部 2 1は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の周囲環境情報 に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0 と、 道路のラウンドアバウ ト部 Rと、 の位置関係情報であ る第 2位置関係情報を取得する。 そして、 実行部 2 2は、 第 2位置関係情報に基づいて、 第 1位置関係情報に基づくライダーの支援動作が実行される制御モードを実行する。

[ 0 0 3 3 ] 具体的には、 周囲環境センサ 1 1の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0の進行方向にラ ウンドアバウ ト部 Rの存在を示す道路標識及び/又は路面上に描かれた描画が検出され、 且つ、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇からその道路標識及び/又は描画までの距離が閩値を下回ると判 定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入前である旨を示す情報 が取得される。 或いは又は加えて、 周囲環境センサ 1 1の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の進行方向において道路及び/又はレーンの形状及び/又は曲率が標準的なラウンド アバウ ト部 Rと似ていると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 R に進入前である旨を示す情報が取得される。 或いは又は加えて、 測位センサ 1 4の出力に 基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0のグローバル座標上での位置が地図情報に登録されているラ ウンドアバウ ト部 Rの位置に近づいていて、 且つ、 それらの位置同士の距離が閩値を下回 ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入前である旨を示 す情報が取得される。 なお、 それらの判定に用いられる各種情報が、 リーン車両 1 0 0の 周辺に位置する他車両及び/又は道路設備との無線通信によって取得されてもよい。 また 、 地図情報は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に搭載されているナビゲーション装置 (図示省略) に記 憶されていてもよく、 或いは、 インターネッ トサーバー上に記憶されていてもよい。
[ 0 0 3 4 ] また、 慣性センサ 1 3の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0の走行姿勢情報を示す物理 量 (例えば、 ロール方向の角度、 ロール方向の角速度、 ヨー方向の角速度、 ステァリング の操舵角等) が閩値を上回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト 部 Rに進入中である旨を示す情報が取得される。 その判定において、 道路の通行方向 (つ まり、 左側通行又は右側通行) 及び/又はラウンドアバウ ト部 Rで規制される回転方向 ( っまり、 時計回り又は反時計回り ) が加味されるとよい。 また、 取得部 2 1が、 リーン車 両 1 0 0の車速情報に基づいてその閩値を変化させるとよい。 例えば、 取得部 2 1は、 リ ーン車両 1 〇 〇の車速情報が、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に高い車速が生じていることを示す情報 である場合に、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の車速情報が、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に低い車速が生じてい ることを示す情報である場合と比較して、 閩値を大きくするとよい。 或いは又は加えて、 測位センサ 1 4の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0のグローバル座標上での位置と、 地 図情報に登録されているラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの入口の位置と、 の距離が閩値を下回ると 判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入中である旨を示す情 報が取得される。 なお、 それらの判定が、 前段でリーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 R に進入前である旨を示す情報が取得されたことを追加条件とするとよい。
[ 0 0 3 5 ] また、 慣性センサ 1 3の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0の走行姿勢情報を示す物理 量 (例えば、 ロール方向の角度、 ロール方向の角速度、 ヨー方向の角速度、 ステァリング の操舵角等) が正負反転した後に閩値を上回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0が ラウンドアバウ ト部 R内を走行中である旨を示す情報が取得される。 その判定において、 道路の通行方向 (つまり、 左側通行又は右側通行) 及び/又はラウンドアバウ ト部 Rで規 制される回転方向 (つまり、 時計回り又は反時計回り ) が加味されるとよい。 また、 取得 部 2 1が、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速情報に基づいてその閩値を変化させるとよい。 例えば 、 取得部 2 1は、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速情報が、 リーン車両 1 0 0に高い車速が生じて いることを示す情報である場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速情報が、 リーン車両 1 0 0に 低い車速が生じていることを示す情報である場合と比較して、 閩値を大きくするとよい。 或いは又は加えて、 測位センサ 1 4の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0のグローバル座 標上での位置と、 地図情報に登録されているラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの特定の箇所 (例えば 、 中心等) の位置と、 の距離が閩値を下回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラ ウンドアバウ ト部 R内を走行中である旨を示す情報が取得される。 なお、 それらの判定が 、 前段でリーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入中である旨を示す情報が取得さ れたことを追加条件とするとよい。
[ 0 0 3 6 ] また、 慣性センサ 1 3の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0の走行姿勢情報を示す物理 量 (例えば、 ロール方向の角度、 ロール方向の角速度、 ヨー方向の角速度、 ステァリング の操舵角等) が正負反転した後に閩値を上回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0が ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rから退出中である旨を示す情報が取得される。 その判定において、 道路の通行方向 (つまり、 左側通行又は右側通行) 及び/又はラウンドアバウ ト部 Rで規 制される回転方向 (つまり、 時計回り又は反時計回り ) が加味されるとよい。 また、 取得 部 2 1が、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速情報に基づいてその閩値を変化させるとよい。 例えば 、 取得部 2 1は、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速情報が、 リーン車両 1 0 0に高い車速が生じて いることを示す情報である場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速情報が、 リーン車両 1 0 0に 低い車速が生じていることを示す情報である場合と比較して、 閩値を大きくするとよい。 或いは又は加えて、 測位センサ 1 4の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0のグローバル座 標上での位置と、 地図情報に登録されているラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの出口の位置と、 の距 離が閩値を下回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rから退 出中である旨を示す情報が取得される。 なお、 それらの判定が、 前段でリーン車両 1 0 0 がラウンドアバウ ト部 R内を走行中である旨を示す情報が取得されたことを追加条件とす るとよレ、。
[ 0 0 3 7 ] また、 慣性センサ 1 3の出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0の走行姿勢情報を示す物理 量 (例えば、 ロール方向の角度、 ロール方向の角速度、 ヨー方向の角速度、 ステァリング の操舵角等) が閩値を下回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト 部 Rから退出後である旨を示す情報が取得される。 或いは又は加えて、 測位センサ 1 4の 出力に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0のグローバル座標上での位置と、 地図情報に登録され ているラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの特定の箇所 (例えば、 中心、 出口等) の位置と、 の距離が 閩値を上回ると判定された場合に、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rから退出後 である旨を示す情報が取得される。 なお、 それらの判定が、 前段でリーン車両 1 0 0がラ ウンドアバウ ト部 R内から退出中である旨を示す情報が取得されたことを追加条件とする とよい。
[ 0 0 3 8 ] 第 1例では、 実行部 2 2は、 取得部 2 1で取得された第 2位置関係情報に基づいて、 位 置関係調整動作が実行される制御モードで用いられる目標値を変化させる。
[ 0 0 3 9 ] 例えば、 取得部 2 1でリーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入前である旨を示 す情報、 又は、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入前である旨を示す情報が 取得されると、 実行部 2 2は、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速が減少するように、 目標値を変化 させる。
[ 0 0 4 0 ] 具体的には、 実行部 2 2は、 制御モードの実行中に、 その制御モードにおいてライダー によって設定されるリーン車両 1 〇 〇の車速の上限値、 又は、 先行車両 2 0 0に対するリ ーン車両 1 0 0の通過時間差又は車間距離 (つまり、 目標位置関係) を低下させる。 その 低下が、 位置関係調整動作が実行されている状態で行われてもよく、 或いは、 位置関係調 整動作が実行されていない状態で行われてもよい。 その低下後の値又は低下量が、 事前に 設定された固定値であってもよい。 或いは、 実行部 2 2は、 周囲環境情報及び/又は地図 情報に基づいて取得されるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報 (例えば、 曲率、 レーンの幅 等) に基づいて、 その低下後の値又は低下量を変化させてもよい。 例えば、 実行部 2 2は 、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 大きい曲率であることを示す情報である場合に、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 小さい曲率であることを示す情報である場合と比較 して、 その低下後の値を小さく又は低下量を大きくするとよい。 例えば、 実行部 2 2は、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 レーンが狭いことを示す情報である場合に、 ラウン ドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 レーンが広いことを示す情報である場合と比較して、 その 低下後の値を小さく又は低下量を大きくするとよい。 例えば、 実行部 2 2は、 ラウンドア バウ ト部 Rの曲率と、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に生じさせることが許容されるロール方向の角度 の上限値と、 に基づいて導出されるリーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rを安全に走 行できる車速を取得し、 その車速になるようにその低下後の値又は低下量を設定してもよ い。 或いは、 実行部 2 2は、 他車両及び/又は道路設備との無線通信によって取得される 、 複数の他車両 (特に、 他のリーン車両) がそのラウンドアバウ ト部 Rを走行した際の車 速情報 (例えば、 平均値等) に基づいて、 その低下後の値又は低下量を変化させてもよい

[ 0 0 4 2 ] 特に、 実行部 2 2は、 制御モードを実行中のリーン車両 1 0 0によるラウンドアバウ ト 部 Rへの進入状態が基準を満たさない場合に、 ライダーに対する安全動作を実行するとよ い。 例えば、 実行部 2 2は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇によるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rへの進入が完 了する前にリーン車両 1 〇 〇の実際の車速の低下が完了しないと判定される場合に、 報知 装置 5 0に制御指令を出力して、 ライダーにその旨を報知する報知動作を実行する。 或い は又は加えて、 実行部 2 2は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇によるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rへの進入が 完了する前にリーン車両 1 〇 〇の実際の車速の低下が完了しないと判定される場合に、 そ の制御モードを解除又は中断する。

[ 0 0 4 4 ] 具体的には、 実行部 2 2は、 制御モードの実行中に、 その制御モードにおいてライダー によって設定されるリーン車両 1 〇 〇の車速の上限値、 又は、 先行車両 2 0 0に対するリ ーン車両 1 0 0の通過時間差又は車間距離 (つまり、 目標位置関係) を増加させる。 その 増加が、 位置関係調整動作が実行されている状態で行われてもよく、 或いは、 位置関係調 整動作が実行されていない状態で行われてもよい。 その増加後の値又は増加量が、 事前に 設定された固定値であってもよい。 或いは、 実行部 2 2は、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rへの進 入前及び/ 又は進入中に、 リーン車両 1 0 0の車速の上限値、 又は、 先行車両 2 0 0に対 するリーン車両 1 0 0の通過時間差又は車間距離 (つまり、 目標位置関係) を低下させた 場合には、 その低下量に応じて、 その増加後の値又は増加量を変化させてもよい。 或いは 、 実行部 2 2は、 他車両及び/又は道路設備との無線通信によって取得される、 複数の他 車両 (特に、 他のリーン車両) がそのラウンドアバウ ト部 Rを走行した際の車速情報 (例 えば、 平均値等) に基づいて、 その増加後の値又は増加量を変化させてもよい。
[ 0 0 4 5 ] 特に、 実行部 2 2は、 位置関係調整動作が実行されている状態、 つまり、 先行車両 2 0 〇が居る状態で、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rから退出中である旨を示す情 報、 又は、 リーン車両 1 0 0がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rから退出後である旨を示す情報が取 得された場合に、 その増加を禁止するとよい。

[ 0 0 4 7 ] 具体的には、 実行部 2 2は、 制御モードの実行中に、 先行車両 2 0 0に対するリーン車 両 1 0 0の通過時間差又は車間距離 (つまり、 目標位置関係) を低下させる。 その低下後 の値又は低下量が、 事前に設定された固定値であってもよい。 或いは、 実行部 2 2は、 周 囲環境情報及び/又は地図情報に基づいて取得されるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報 ( 例えば、 曲率等) に基づいて、 その低下後の値又は低下量を変化させてもよい。 例えば、 実行部 2 2は、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 大きい曲率であることを示す情報で ある場合に、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 小さい曲率であることを示す情報であ る場合と比較して、 その低下後の値を小さく又は低下量を大きくするとよい。 或いは、 実 行部 2 2は、 他車両及び/又は道路設備との無線通信によって取得される、 複数の他車両 (特に、 他のリーン車両) がそのラウンドアバウ ト部 Rを走行した際の先行車両に対する 位置関係情報 (例えば、 平均値等) に基づいて、 その低下後の値又は低下量を変化させて もよい。
[ 0 0 4 8 ] 例えば、 実行部 2 2が、 先行車両 2 0 0である他のリーン車両に対する位置関係調整動 作を実行している状態で、 取得部 2 1でリーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進入 中である旨を示す情報、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 R内を走行中である旨を 示す情報、 又は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rから退出中である旨を示す情 報が取得されると、 実行部 2 2は、 先行車両 2 0 0に対してリーン車両 1 〇 〇が離間する ように、 目標値を変化させる。
[ 0 0 4 9 ] 具体的には、 実行部 2 2は、 制御モードの実行中に、 先行車両 2 0 0に対するリーン車 両 1 0 0の通過時間差又は車間距離 (つまり、 目標位置関係) を増加させる。 その増加後 の値又は増加量が、 事前に設定された固定値であってもよい。 或いは、 実行部 2 2は、 周 囲環境情報及び/又は地図情報に基づいて取得されるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報 ( 例えば、 レーンの幅等) に基づいて、 その増加後の値又は増加量を変化させてもよい。 例 えば、 実行部 2 2は、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 レーンが狭いことを示す情報 である場合に、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの形状情報が、 レーンが広いことを示す情報である 場合と比較して、 その増加後の値又は増加量を大きくするとよい。 或いは、 実行部 2 2は 、 他車両及び/又は道路設備との無線通信によって取得される、 複数の他のリーン車両が そのラウンドアバウ ト部 Rを走行した際の位置関係情報 (例えば、 平均値等) に基づいて 、 その増加後の値又は増加量を変化させてもよい。
[ 0 0 5 0 ] 第 2例では、 実行部 2 2は、 取得部 2 1で取得された第 2位置関係情報に基づいて、 衝 突回避動作を抑制する。

[ 0 0 5 2 ] 具体的には、 実行部 2 2は、 ライダーに対して警告を発するための衝突可能性の判定基 準となる閩値を増加させる。 或いは又は加えて、 実行部 2 2は、 その情報が取得されない 場合と比較して、 警告のライダーに対する知覚性を弱める。 例えば、 実行部 2 2は、 その 情報が取得された場合に、 その情報が取得されない場合と比較して、 衝突可能性が基準を 上回った場合に発せられる警告の強度が弱められる。

[ 0 0 5 9 ] く支援システムの効果> 実施の形態に係る支援システムの効果について説明する。 支援システム 1では、 制御装置 2 0の実行部 2 2が、 リーン車両 1 0 0と、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇の周囲に位置する対象 Tと、 の位置関係情報である第 1位置関係情報に基づく ライ ダーの支援動作が実行される制御モードを実行する。 そして、 実行部 2 2が、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇 と、 道路のラウンドアバウ ト部 Rと、 の位置関係情報である第 2位置関係情報に基 づいて、 その制御モードを実行する。 そのため、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇と、 道路のラウンドア バウ ト部 Rと、 の位置関係に応じてその制御モードを適正化することが可能となって、 ラ イダーの支援性が向上し得る。
[ 0 0 6 0 ] 好ましくは、 第 2位置関係情報は、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇によるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの通 過での段階を示す情報である。 そのような構成によって、 リーン車両 1 0 0 と、 道路のラ ウンドアバウ ト部 Rと、 の位置関係に応じてその制御モードを適正化することが確実化さ れ得る。 特に、 第 2位置関係情報が、 リーン車両 1 0 0が、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rへの進 入前、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rへの進入中、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 R内での走行中、 ラウンド アバウ ト部 Rからの退出中、 又は、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rからの退出後である旨を示す情 報であるとよい。
[ 0 0 6 1 ] 好ましくは、 その制御モードで実行される支援動作は、 第 1位置関係情報に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇 と、 対象 Tとしてのリーン車両 1 〇 〇の先行車両 2 〇 〇と、 の位置関係 を、 目標位置関係に調整する位置関係調整動作であり、 実行部 2 2は、 第 2位置関係情報 に基づいて、 その制御モードで用いられる目標値を変化させる。 そのような構成によって 、 その制御モードでのライダーの快適性がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの通過に際して低下する ことが抑制され得る。 特に、 実行部 2 2が、 その制御モードを実行中のリーン車両 1 0 0 によるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rへの進入状態が基準を満たさない場合に、 ライダーに対する 安全動作を実行するとよい。 そのような構成によって、 目標値の変化に伴って生じるリー ン車両 1 0 0の挙動の変化が完了する前にリーン車両 1 〇 〇がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rに進 入した場合における、 ライダーの安全性が向上し得る。
[ 0 0 6 2 ] 好ましくは、 その制御モードで実行される支援動作は、 第 1位置関係情報に基づいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0 と、 対象丁と、 の衝突の回避が促される衝突回避動作であり、 実行部 2 2 は、 第 2位置関係情報に基づいて、 衝突回避動作を抑制する。 そのような構成によって 、 その制御モードでのライダーの快適性がラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの通過に際して低下する ことが抑制され得る。
[ 0 0 6 3 ] 以上、 実施の形態について説明したが、 実施の形態の一部のみが実施されてもよく、 或 いは、 実施の形態の一部が異なる態様に変更されてもよい。 つまり、 本発明は実施の形態 の説明に限定されない。
[ 0 0 6 4 ] 例えば、 以上では、 取得部 2 1が、 第 2位置関係情報として、 リーン車両 1 0 0による ラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの通過での段階を示す情報を取得する場合を説明した。 それに換え て、 取得部 2 1が、 第 2位置関係情報として、 リーン車両 1 0 0 と、 ラウンドアバウ ト部 R の特定の箇所 (例えば、 中心等) と、 の相対距離を示す情報を取得してもよい。 つまり 、 実行部 2 2が、 第 1位置関係情報に基づく ライダーの支援動作が実行される制御モード を、 その情報に基づいて実行してもよい。
[ 0 0 6 5 ] 例えば、 以上では、 実行部 2 2が、 第 2位置関係情報に基づいて、 第 1位置関係情報に 基づく ライダーの支援動作が実行される制御モードで用いられる制御パラメータ (例えば 、 目標値等) を変化させる場合を説明した。 それに換えて又は加えて、 実行部 2 2が、 そ の制御モードにおいて、 第 2位置関係情報をライダーに報知してもよい。 特に、 実行部 2 2 が、 その制御モードにおいて、 リーン車両 1 0 0によるラウンドアバウ ト部 Rの通過で の段階を示す情報をライダーに報知するとよい。 また、 特に、 実行部 2 2が、 第 2位置関 係情報に基づいてその制御モードで用いられる制御パラメータを変化させる場合において 、 その第 2位置関係情報がライダーに報知されるとよい。 そのように構成されることで、 誤った第 2位置関係情報が取得された場合に、 ライダーが制御モードの変化を予測するこ とが可能となる。 それに換えて又は加えて、 実行部 2 2が、 その制御モードにおいて、 目 標値の変化に伴って生じるリーン車両 1 〇 〇の挙動の変化がいつ完了するかをライダーに 報知してもよい。 そのように構成されることで、 ライダーが制御モードの変化を予測する ことが可能となる。
[ 0 0 6 6 ] 例えば、 以上では、 第 2位置関係情報に基づいて実行される制御モードが、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇 と、 リーン車両 1 0 0の先行車両 2 0 0 と、 の位置関係を、 目標位置関係に調整す る位置関係調整動作が実行されるものである場合を説明した。 それに換えて、 第 2位置関 係情報に基づいて実行される制御モードが、 その位置関係調整動作が実行されないもの、 つまり、 先行車両 2 0 0の有無に関わらず、 ライダーによって設定された車速と同じ車速 でリーン車両 1 〇 〇が走行するように、 実行部 2 2が、 リーン車両 1 〇 〇に生じる制動力 及び/ 又は駆動力を制御するものであってもよい。
