이와 같이 잘못된 분석 방법에 기초할 경우, 배터리 공정을 구성하는 수많은 인자들 중 주요 인자들을 잘못 선별하게 되므로, 효율적인 품질 관리 및 제품 설계가 어렵게 된다. 따라서 이러한 공정 인자와 측정값들 사이의 인과관계를 반영할 수 있는 데이터 기반 해석법을 모색하여 주요 인자 기여도 책정의 정확도를 끌어올릴 필요가 있다.
개시되는 실시예들은 전자 장치 및 그 배터리 성능영향인자 분석 방법을 제공하고자 한다. 구체적으로는, 주요 인자 기여도 책정의 정확도를 끌어올릴 수 있도록, 공정 인자와 측정값들 사이의 인과관계를 반영할 수 있는 데이터 기반 해석법을 제공하는 것을 일 목적으로 한다.

먼저, 전자 장치(100)는, 인과 그래프를 획득할 수 있다. 인과 그래프는, 일 실시예에 따르면, 배터리 제조 공정과 관련된 도메인 지식을 갖추고 있는 사용자에 의해 전자 장치(100)에 입력되거나, 다른 서버로부터 전달되어 전자 장치(100)에 입력되거나, 전자 장치(100)가 배터리 제조 공정과 관련된 공정 인자들을 분석함으로써 획득될 수 있다.

여기서, 배터리 제조 공정에 포함된 각 세부 공정의 예시로, 믹싱 공정, 코팅 공정, 롤 프레싱 공정, 슬리팅 및 노칭 공정, 조립 공정, 활성화 공정, 에이징 공정 및 디개싱 공정 등을 들 수 있으나, 이상 나열한 공정에 한정될 것은 아니고, 또한 이상 나열한 공정을 모두 포함하여야 하는 것도 아니다. 또한, 각각의 세부 공정에서 제어되는 공정변수의 예시로서, 코팅 공정에 대해 슬러리 온도, 슬러리 유량, 펌프, 코팅 갭 길이, 건조 온도 및 풍량, 코팅 속도, 코팅 두께 및 코팅 로딩을 들 수 있고, 압연 공정에 대해 압연 롤 갭 길이, 압연 압력, 압연 속도 및 압연 두께를 들 수 있으며, 조립 공정에 대해 라미네이션 플레이트 온도, 라미네이션 힘, 라미네이션 롤러 온도, 라미네이션 속도 및 디멘션 등을 들 수 있고, 활성화 공정, 후공정 및 전체 공정에 대해 J/F 온도 및 압력, 에이징 시간, 공정 간 대기 시간, 전해액량, 성능 측정 온도 및 최종 셀 두께 등을 들 수 있다. 이 역시, 이상 나열한 바에 한정될 것은 아니고, 이상 나열한 바를 모두 포함하여야 할 것도 아니다. 또한, 중간 생성물의 특성의 예시로서, 압연율, 압연 후 로딩, 활성화 후 음극 두께, 모노셀 1장의 로딩량, 코팅/압연/활성화 후 양극 및 음극의 공극량 등을 들 수 있고, 최종 생성물의 특성의 예시로서, 방전 용량, 측정 온도에 피팅된 방전 용량, 충전 저항 등을 들 수 있으나, 이상 나열한 바에 한정될 것은 아니고, 이상 나열한 바를 모두 포함하여야 할 것도 아니다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 배터리 제조 공정과 관련된 전체 인자 중 일부를 선택하여 본 개시의 배터리 성능영향인자 분석 방법을 수행할 수도 있다. 일 예로, 전자 장치(100)는, 배터리 제조 공정의 각 시행별로 확인된 전체 공정 데이터를 확인할 수 있다. 이후, 전자 장치(100)는, 전체 공정 데이터에 기반하여, 배터리 제조 공정의 전체 인자 간의 상관계수를 계산할 수 있다. 전자 장치(100)는, 전체 인자 중 상관계수가 임계치 이상인 인자 중 적어도 일부를 필터링함으로써 복수의 인자를 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 서로 간의 상관계수가 임계치 이상인 인자들 중 대표적인 인자만을 남기고 나머지를 필터링할 수 있다. 일례로, 서로 간의 상관계수가 임계치 이상인 조합이 인자 A, B, C 및 D라면, 이 중 하나의 인자, 예로 인자 A만을 남기고 나머지는 필터링할 수 있다는 것이다. 여기서, 일 실시예에 따르면, 필터링하지 않고 남기는 인자는 상관계수가 임계치 이상인 인자들의 그룹 내에서 순열 중요도(Permutation Importance)가 가장 높은 것일 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 상관계수는 피어슨 상관계수, 스피어만 순위 상관계수 또는 켄달 타우 계수 등 다양한 상관계수 계산 방식을 사용하여 계산될 수 있으나, 이상 나열한 바에 한정될 것은 아니며, 임계치는 각 상관계수 계산 방식별 특성에 따라 유의미한 상관관계가 있을 것으로 판단할 수 있는 경계 값으로서 설정될 수 있다. 전술한 인과 그래프는, 이와 같은 배터리 제조 공정과 관련된 전체 인자 중 선택된 일부를 기준으로 생성되어 입력될 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(100)는, 추가적인 분석 정보도 확인할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 전자 장치(100)는, 영향 정보에 기반하여, 복수의 인자별로 직접 영향 정보 및 간접 영향 정보의 값의 비율을 나타내는 기여 비율 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 전자 장치(100)는 각각의 인자에 대해 직접 영향 정보가 나타내는 값과 간접 영향 정보가 나타내는 값을 합친 후 각각의 값을 합으로 나누어 각각의 인자가 배터리 제조 공정 전반에 미치는 영향력 중 직접 영향력이 얼마의 비율이고 간접 영향력이 얼마의 비율인지를 계산함으로써 기여 비율 정보를 확인할 수 있다. 이와 같은 기여 비율 정보의 일 예시를 살피기 위해 도 9를 참조하도록 한다.

도 9를 참조하면, 공정변수의 경우 직접 영향 정보의 비율이 압도적으로 높고, 공정변수의 경우 간접 영향 정보의 비율이 압도적으로 높은 것을 확인할 수 있다. 이와 같은 기여 비율 정보에 분석하여, 관리자들은 의 영향력이 잘 반영되는 중간 생성물 특성이 존재하지 않는다는 점과, 은 반대로 이와 연결된 중간 생성물 특성에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 점을 확인할 수 있다. 또한, 추가적인 예로, 관리자들은, 인과 그래프 상에서 에 대응하는 노드가 같은 중간 생성물 특성에 대응하는 노드와 연결된 경우라면, 을 조절하여 해당 중간 생성물 특성을 제어할 수 있을 것임을 분석할 수 있을 것이다.
이상 설명한 배터리 성능영향인자의 분석 방법을 수행하기 위해 사용되는 모델(110)은, 전자 장치(100)에 의해 학습된 것일 수도 있고, 이미 학습이 완료된 모델이 전자 장치(100)에 입력된 것일 수도 있다. 전자 장치(100)에 의해 모델(110)이 학습되는 일 예시에 대해 이하 설명하도록 한다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 전자 장치(100)는, 전술한 공정 데이터를 데이터 인스턴스별로 모델(110)에 입력할 수 있다. 전자 장치(100)는, 데이터 인스턴스별로 확인된 최종 생성물의 특성에 대응하는 실제 데이터와 모델(110)의 출력을 비교한 결과를 확인할 수 있다. 이후, 전자 장치(100)는, 이와 같은 비교 결과에 기반하여 모델(110)을 학습할 수 있다. 일례로, 모델(110)이 DNN을 활용해 구축된 것이라면, 전자 장치(100)는 전술한 비교 결과에 기반하여 손실함수를 계산하고, 손실을 역전파함으로써 모델(110)을 학습할 수 있다.

실시예에 따라서는, 전자 장치(100)는 유/무선 통신을 수행하기 위한 트랜시버(transceiver)를 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 전자 장치(100)는 트랜시버를 이용하여 외부의 전자 장치와 통신할 수 있다. 외부의 전자 장치는 단말 또는 서버가 될 수 있다. 또한, 트랜시버가 이용하는 통신 기술에는 GSM(Global System for Mobile communication), CDMA(Code Division Multi Access), LTE(Long Term Evolution), 5G, WLAN(Wireless LAN), Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity), 블루투스(Bluetooth쪠), RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), 적외선 통신(Infrared Data Association; IrDA), ZigBee, NFC(Near Field Communication) 등이 있을 수 있다.
전술한 실시예들에 따른 전자 장치는 프로세서, 프로그램 데이터를 저장하고 실행하는 메모리, 디스크 드라이브와 같은 영구 저장부(permanent storage), 외부 장치와 통신하는 통신 포트, 터치 패널, 키(key), 버튼 등과 같은 사용자 인터페이스 장치 등을 포함할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 모듈 또는 알고리즘으로 구현되는 방법들은 상기 프로세서상에서 실행 가능한 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 코드들 또는 프로그램 명령들로서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체 상에 저장될 수 있다. 여기서 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체로 마그네틱 저장 매체(예컨대, ROM(read-only memory), RAM(random-Access memory), 플로피 디스크, 하드 디스크 등) 및 광학적 판독 매체(예컨대, 시디롬(CD-ROM), 디브이디(DVD: Digital Versatile Disc)) 등이 있다. 컴퓨터가 읽을 수 있는 기록 매체는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템들에 분산되어, 분산 방식으로 컴퓨터가 판독 가능한 코드가 저장되고 실행될 수 있다. 매체는 컴퓨터에 의해 판독 가능하며, 메모리에 저장되고, 프로세서에서 실행될 수 있다.

  1. 전자 장치의 배터리 성능영향인자 분석 방법에 있어서,
    배터리 제조 공정과 관련된 복수의 인자 간의 관계를 나타내는 인과 그래프 및 상기 배터리 제조 공정의 시행별로 확인된 상기 복수의 인자에 대한 데이터를 각각의 데이터 인스턴스로서 포함하는 공정 데이터를 확인하는 단계; 및
    상기 인과 그래프, 상기 공정 데이터 및 상기 공정 데이터를 입력받아 상기 배터리 제조 공정의 최종 생성물의 특성을 예측하도록 학습된 모델에 기반하여, 상기 복수의 인자별로 상기 최종 생성물의 특성에 미치는 영향 정보를 확인하는 단계를 포함하되,
    상기 인과 그래프는,
    상기 배터리 제조 공정에 포함된 각 세부 공정의 순서에 대응하는 단방향으로 연결된, 상기 세부 공정별로 생성되는 중간 생성물 및 상기 최종 생성물의 특성에 각각 대응하는 물성 노드; 및
