Abstract

본 개시는 보행 정보를 이용해서 신장을 추정하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하고, 사용자의 보행 정보를 신장 추정 모델에 적용해서 사용자의 신장을 추정할 수 있다. 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작은, 관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 획득하는 동작, 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태인지 판단하는 동작, 및 판단결과 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태이면, 관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용하여 걸음수, 보행 정속성, 보행 시 발생되는 상하 움직임 정보인 언듀레이션 정보 및 보폭을 추정하는 동작을 포함한다.

보행 정보를 이용해서 신장을 추정하는 장치 및 방법
이하의 일 실시 예들은 보행 정보를 이용해서 신장을 추정하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
현재 웨어러블 기기 및 스마트 기기는 사용자의 건강 및 일상 활동을 모니터링하는 중요한 도구로 자리잡고 있으며, 이와 더불어 대부분의 헬스 관련 솔루션들은 기본적으로 사용자들의 신장 정보를 필요로 하고 있다.
사용자의 신장 정보가 정상적으로 업데이트 되지 않은 경우, 예를 들어 성장기의 청소년이 오랜 기간 동안 신장 정보를 업데이트 하지 않은 경우에는 신장의 변화에 따라 헬스 관련 알고리즘의 정확도가 점차 떨어질 수 밖에 없게 된다. 특히, 신장은 성장기 청소년의 발달을 모니터링하는데 중요한 지표로 활용될 수 있으며, 신장 측정은 의료, 건강 관리 측면에서도 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는데 중요한 역할을 하고 있다.
본 문서에 개시되는 다양한 실시예에 따르면, 보행 정보를 이용해서 신장을 추정하는 장치 및 방법을 제공 할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 신장을 추정하는 방법은, 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작; 및 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 신장 추정 모델에 적용해서 상기 사용자의 신장을 추정하는 동작을 포함할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따른 전자 장치는, 하나 이상의 프로세서; 및 명령들을 저장하는 메모리를 포함하고, 상기 명령들은, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 경우, 상기 전자 장치로 하여금, 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작; 및 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 신장 추정 모델에 적용해서 상기 사용자의 신장을 추정하는 동작을 수행하도록 할 수 있다.

이하에서, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 실시예들을 상세하게 설명한다. 그러나, 실시예들에는 다양한 변경이 가해질 수 있어서 특허출원의 권리 범위가 이러한 실시예들에 의해 제한되거나 한정되는 것은 아니다. 실시예들에 대한 모든 변경, 균등물 내지 대체물이 권리 범위에 포함되는 것으로 이해되어야 한다.

또한, 첨부 도면을 참조하여 설명함에 있어, 도면 부호에 관계없이 동일한 구성 요소는 동일한 참조부호를 부여하고 이에 대한 중복되는 설명은 생략하기로 한다. 실시예를 설명함에 있어서 관련된 공지 기술에 대한 구체적인 설명이 실시예의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.

이하에서는, 본 발명의 일 실시 예에 따른 보행 정보를 이용해서 신장을 추정하는 장치 및 방법 을 첨부된 도 1 내지 도 14를 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 일 실시 예에 따른 전자 장치의 구성을 도시한 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 전자 장치(100)는 프로세서(110), 관성 센서(120), 기압 센서(130), GPS(Global Positioning System) 센서(140), 메모리(150), 디스플레이어(160) 및 인터페이스(170)를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다.
관성 센서(120)는 가속도 센서, 자이로 센서를 포함하고, 3축 가속도 데이터와 3축 자이로 데이터를 포함하는 센서 데이터를 획득할 수 있다.
기압 센서(Barometer)(130)는 주변 공기의 대기압을 측정하고, 기압 변화를 이용해서 고도를 계산하여 기압 정보로 제공할 수 있다.
GPS 센서(140)는 GPS 정보를 수집할 수 있다. 이때, GPS 정보는 위도, 경도, 고도, 속도, 방향, 시간, 위성 정보를 포함할 수 있다. 위성 정보는 위성의 수신 강도, 위성의 위치에 관한 정보를 포함할 수 있다.
메모리(150)는 전자 장치(100)의 적어도 하나의 구성요소에 의해 사용되는 다양한 데이터를 저장할 수 있다. 데이터는, 예를 들어, 소프트웨어 및, 이와 관련된 명령에 대한 입력 데이터 또는 출력 데이터를 포함할 수 있다. 메모리(150)는 휘발성 메모리 또는 비휘발성 메모리를 포함할 수 있다.
디스플레이어(160)는 전자 장치(100)의 외부(예: 사용자)로 정보를 시각적으로 제공할 수 있다. 본 개시에 있어서, 디스플레이어(160)는 추정된 신장을 출력할 수 있고, 신장의 변화 추이를 분석하여 신장 변화에 따른 가이드를 출력할 수 있다.
인터페이스(170)는 전자 장치(100)의 사용자와의 인터페이스를 제공하는 장치로서, 사용자의 입력을 수신할 수 있다. 전자 장치(100)의 사용자의 입력으로는 사용자의 신체 정보일 수 있다. 이때, 사용자의 신체 정보는 사용자의 실측 신장, 사용자의 나이 및 사용자의 성별 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
프로세서(110)는 관성 센서(120), 기압 센서(130) 및 GPS 센서(140)를 통해서 관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 획득하고, 관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 이용해서 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하고, 사용자의 보행 정보를 신장 추정 모델에 적용해서 사용자의 신장을 추정할 수 있다.
프로세서(110)는 사용자의 신장 추정이 완료되면, 신장 추정이 완료되었음을 알리는 알림 메시지를 사용자에게 제공할 수 있다.
그러면, 본 개시의 전자 장치(100)를 통한 신장 추정 방법을 아래에서 도 6에서 도 8을 참조하여 설명하고자 한다.
휴대 단말인 전자 장치(100)를 통한 신장 추정 방식은 기본적으로 보행 시 추출되는 특징에 기반하고 있으며, 걸음수(step count), 보행 정속성(regularity), 보행 시 발생되는 상하 움직임 정보인 언듀레이션(undulation) 정보 및 보폭(stride)을 보행 정보로서 추출하도록 하고 있다. 이러한 보행 정보를 추출하기 위해서는 사용자의 보행이 일관성 있게 나타나는 상태에서 추출 되어야 하며, 때문에 전자 장치(100)의 자세가 크게 흔들리지 않는 것이 필요하다. 따라서, 사용자가 전자 장치(100)을 휴대하여 보행할 때, 휴대 자세가 핸드 픽스(hand-fixed) 자세이거나, 전자 장치(100)이 상의 주머니 또는 바지 뒷주머니에 위치하는 경우로 한정될 수 있다.
도 6은 일 실시 예에 따라 사용자가 서있을 때와 보행시의 상황을 도시한 도면이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 사용자가 서 있는 경우와 달리 보행 시에는 다리가 벌어지면서 u 높이만큼 상하 움직임이 발생함을 알 수 있다. 도 6에서 L은 사용자의 다리 길이, D는 보폭(stride), u는 언듀레이션(undulation)을 의미한다.
언듀레이션(undulation)은 아래 <수학식 1>을 통해서 추정될 수 있다.
여기서, an은 수직 가속도이고, Vn은 수직 속력이고, θ1은 제1 보정 값을 나타낼 수 있다.
<수학식 1>은 수직 가속도(an)를 적분하여 수직 속력(Vn)을 계산하고, 보행 시 나타나는 상승, 하강에 움직임에 따른 높이 변화를 고려하기 위하여 수직 속력(Vn)의 절대 값을 적분하고, 그 결과를 2로 나누어 평균 높이 변화인 언듀레이션(undulation)을 추정한다.
또한, 사용자 마다 언듀레이션과 다리 길이의 상관 관계가 상이할 수 있기 때문에 θ1만틈의 보정값을 적용할 수 있다. 여기서, θ1은 보행 습관에 따른 제1 보정 값으로 볼 수 있다.
보폭(stride)은 아래 <수학식 2>를 통해서 추정될 수 있다.
여기서, D는 보폭 정보이고, Distance_GPS는 일정 시간 동안의 이동거리이고, Step_Count는 일정 시간 동안의 걸음 수 이고, L은 사용자의 다리 길이, u는 언듀레이션(undulation)을 나타낼 수 있다.
일정 시간 동안의 사용자의 이동 거리는 GPS 정보를 통해 획득할 수 있으며, 해당 시간 동안의 사용자의 걸음 수는 관성 센서 정보를 통해 획득할 수 있다.
전자 장치(100)는 이동 거리를 걸음 수로 나누어 사용자 보폭 정보를 추정할 수 있다. 이 보폭 정보는 언듀레이션(u)와 다리길이(L)에 대한 식으로 변환할 수 있으며, 다리 길이(L)에 대한 식으로 정리하면 아래 <수학식 3>과 같다. 즉, 다리 길이는 아래 <수학식 3>과 같이 언듀레이션(u)과 보폭 정보를 통해 추정이 가능하다.
여기서, D는 보폭 정보이고, L은 사용자의 다리 길이, u는 언듀레이션(undulation)을 나타낼 수 있다.
도 7은 일 실시 예에 따라 다리 길이와 신장에 대한 데이터를 도시한 도면이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 점들은 다리 길이에 대한 신장 데이터를 나타내며, 대각선 선으로 표현된 그래프는 점들을 기반으로 추정된 신장 모델을 나타낸 예 이다.
언듀레이션과 보폭 정보를 기반한 다리 길이 정보에 대해 회귀 분석(Regression Analysis)을 통해 아래 <수학식 4>와 같은 관계 식으로 모델링 될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 사용자의 신장을 추정할 수 있다.
여기서, h는 사용자의 신장 이고, *?*는 상수항으로, 각각의 독립 변수(li1 )에 대응하는 회귀 계수를 의미합니다. 즉 각 독립 변수가 신장에 미치는 영향의 크기를 나타냅니다. ε는 오차항 또는 잔차(residual)로, 실제 값과 회귀 모델이 예측한 값 간의 차이를 의미합니다. li1는 신장을 예측하는데 사용되는 독립변수 입니다.
하지만 신장 추정 모델에 근접한 사용자의 경우에는 신장이 정확하게 계산되는 반면, 신장 추정 모델과 편차가 있는 사용자의 경우에는 신장이 부정확하게 계산될 수 있다. 즉, 다리 길이에 따른 신장 오차가 어느 정도 발생될 수 있음을 위의 그래프를 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 이는 다리 길이와 신장 간의 비율이 다름에 의해 나타날 수 있는 오차로 볼 수 있다. 이에 따라 본 개시에서는 아래 <수학식 5>와 같이 제2 보정값(θ2)를 적용함으로써 신장 추정 정확도를 추가적으로 개선할 수 있다.
여기서, 는 개선된 신장 정보이다.
정리하면, 사용자 신장 추정 모델은 언듀레이션과 보폭 정보를 기반으로 추정된 다리 길이와 사용자 신장에 대한 회귀 분석(Regression Analysis)를 통해 아래와 <수학식 6>같이 모델링 될 수 있다. 여기서 θ1과 θ2는 각각 보행 습관 및 신체 비율에 대한 파라미터 이다.
본 개시에서는 생성형 인공지능인 LHM (Large Health Model)을 통해 신장 추정 모델을 학습하도록 하고 있다. LHM은 다양한 센서 데이터를 처리하고, 이를 바탕으로 헬스 관련 데이터 예측 및 분석을 수행하는 고도의 인공지능 모델이다. 이는 고차원의 파라미터를 효과적으로 학습 및 조정하여 특정 헬스 결과를 예측하도록 할 수 있다. LHM 모델의 구조는 멀티 모달(multi modal) 데이터 처리가 가능하도록 구성될 수 있으며, 학습 과정은 데이터의 정제부터 모델의 파라미터 조정, 성능 평가에 이르기까지 다양한 단계를 포함할 수 있다.
앞서 설명한 신장 추정 모델을 학습 하기 위해서는 초기에 사용자가 직접 측정한 신장 정보를 최소 1회는 입력해줘야 한다. 이는 신장 추정 모델의 신장 추정 정확도를 높이기 위함이다.
LHM은 위의 신장 추정 모델에 대하여 사용자가 직접 입력해준 초기 신장 정보를 실측 값으로 보고 아래 <수학식 7>이 성립되도록 파라미터(θ1, θ2)를 아래 <수학식 8>과 같이 설정 할 수 있다.
여기서, Hin은 사용자가 직접 입력해준 신장 정보이다.
여기서, W는 보정하고자 하는 신장 추정 파라미터 벡터이며, θ1과 θ2는 각각 보행 습관 및 신체 비율에 대한 신장 추정 파라미터 이다. 추정된 신장 정보()와 사용자가 입력한 신장 정보()에 대한 오차 목적함수는 로 정의할 수 있으며, 이 목적 함수의 출력 값을 최소화 하는 W를 추정함으로써 신장 추정 파라미터를 최적화 하도록 할 수 있다.
도 8은 일 실시 예에 따리 신장 추정 모델을 학습한 시뮬레이션 예시를 도시한 도면이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 위쪽 그래프(810)는 보행 시의 가속도 3축에 대한 로우(raw data)를 나타내고, 아래쪽 그래프(820)는 가속도 센서로부터 계산된 언듀레이션을 나타내는 그래프이다.
그래프(810, 820)에서 볼 수 있듯이 사용자는 일정 속력으로 보행하고 있지만, 언듀레이션에서는 약간의 편차가 발생할 수 있으며, 때문에 사용자가 일정 속력으로 일정 걸음 수 이상 보행한 구간에 대한 평균치로 언듀레이션을 산정하도록 할 수 있다.
위의 도 8의 예에 대해 초기 신장 추정 모델을 이용하여 사용자 신장을 추정한 결과는 다음과 같다. 신장 추정 모델의 초기에는 모델 학습이 이루어지지 않은 상태이기 때문에 θ1과 θ2 파라미터가 초기값 1로 설정할 수 있다. 이 예시에서는 언듀레이션을 500걸음 보행의 평균치로 산정하였으며, 보폭 정보는 GPS 이동 거리에 걸음 수를 나누어 계산하였으며, 이들을 신장 추정 모델의 입력으로 인가하여 신장 추정 값을 얻을 수 있다. 학습되기 이전의 신장 추정 모델을 이용하여 신장을 추정해본 결과 사용자 신장은 아래와 같이 174.1936(cm)로 추정되었다.
사용자의 실제 키가 176.0(cm)라고 했을 때, 신장 추정 모델을 학습하여 파라미터 θ1과 θ2를 보정하면 θ1 = 1.007109과 θ2 = 1.014473 의 값을 얻을 수 있다.
신장 추정 모델을 학습하여 파라미터 θ1과 θ2가 보정된 후에는 보다 정확한 신장 추정이 가능하다. 신장 추정 모델 학습 후 사용자가 다시 500 걸음을 보행했을 때의 신장 추정 결과는 176.1969(cm)로 추정되었다.
신장 추정 모델이 학습되기 전에는 약 1.8(cm) 정도의 오차가 발생하였으나 모델 학습 후에는 약 0.2(cm) 정도의 오차가 발생함을 확인할 수 있다. 신장 추정 모델은 한번 학습 했다고 학습이 완전히 종료된 것이 아닐 수 있다. 사용자가 초기 신장 정보를 입력하고 일정 기간 이내에는 해당 신장 정보가 실측 값으로 유효할 수 있다. 따라서 해당 일정 기간 내에 추가로 수집된 유효 보행 데이터가 있으면, 이를 이용하여 상기 방식으로 신장 추정 모델을 재학습 하여 모델을 업데이트할 수 있으며, 이를 통해 신장 추정 모델의 추정 정확도는 점진적으로 개선될 수 있을 것 이다.
그러면, 프로세서(110)의 보다 구체적인 동작을 아래에서 도 2를 참조하여 후술한다.
도 2는 일 실시 예에 따른 전자 장치의 프로세서의 동작을 도시한 도면이다.
도 2를 참조하면, 210동작에서 프로세서(110)는 관성 정보, 기압 정보를 수신하면 로우 패스 필터(LPF; low pass filter), 하이 패스 필터(HPF; high pass filter)와 같은 필터를 이용해서 센서 데이터에 전처리를 수행하여 센서 데이터의 노이즈를 제거할 수 있다.
212동작에서 프로세서(110)는 전처리된 관성 정보, 전처리된 기압 정보 및 누적하여 저장된 보행 정보를 바탕으로 활동 패턴 분석을 통한 보행 정보를 분석할 시간인 분석 시간대를 확인할 수 있다. 프로세서(110)는 분석 시간대가 설정되면, 분석 시간대에만 신장 추정을 하도록 동작할 수 있다. 하지만, 프로세서(110)는 설정된 분석 시간대에서 관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 수집한 결과 보행 정보를 수집하기에 적합한 상태가 아닌 경우가 기설정된 횟수 반복되면, 분석 시간대를 다시 설정할 수 있다. 이때, 분석 시간대는 프로세서(110)가 사용자의 활동 패턴을 분석해서 설정할 수도 있지만, 사용자가 특정 시간을 직접 설정할 수도 있다.
214동작에서 프로세서(110)는 전처리된 관성 정보 및 전처리된 기압 정보를 이용해서 보행 환경이 평지인지 경사로 인지 계단인지 여부를 확인할 수 있다.
216동작에서 프로세서(110)는 GPS 정보에서 GPS 신호 세기를 확인하고, GPS 신호 세기가 기준값을 초과하는지 여부를 확인할 수 있다.
220동작에서 프로세서(110)는 전처리된 관성 정보, 전처리된 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용해서 보행 정보를 수집하기에 적합한 상태인지 여부를 확인하고, 보행 정보를 수집하기에 적합한 상태이면, 걸음수(222), 보행 정속성(224), 보행 시 발생되는 상하 움직임 정보인 언듀레이션 정보(226) 및 보폭(228)을 포함하는 사용자의 보행 정보를 추정할 수 있다. 보행 정보를 추정하는 방법에는 관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 이용하는 방법만이 존재하는 것이 아님으로, 다른 방법을 통해서도 보행 정보를 추정할 수 있으면, 이를 본 개시에 적용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 프로세서(110)는 별도의 GCT(gait cycle time) 센서와 연동하여 사용자의 보폭을 측정할 수 있다. 여기서 GCT는 한 발이 지면에 닿아 다시 같은 발이 지면에 닿기까지의 시간을 의미하는 보행 주기 시간을 측정하여 보행 분석에 활용되는 중요한 파라미터이고, GCT 센서는 신발에 설치될 수 있는 센서로 GCT를 측정할 수 있다.
한편, 220동작에서 프로세서(110)는 GPS 정보가 부정확한 경우 관성 정보만을 이용해서 보폭을 추정할 수도 있다. 프로세서(110)는 실험을 통한 걸음 주파수에 따른 보폭 데이터를 수집하고, 수집된 데이터를 회귀 모델(regression model)로 모델링하여 보폭 모델을 생성하고, 사용자가 보행 시 걸음 주파수를 구하여 보폭 모델의 입력으로 인가하고, 출력으로 보폭을 얻을 수 있다.
220동작에서 프로세서(110)는 전처리된 관성 정보, 전처리된 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 이용해서 핸드 스윙 여부, 보행 여부, 보행 속력, 보행 환경 및 GPS 전계를 확인하여 보행 정보 수집 가능 상태 여부를 확인할 수 있다.
220동작에서 프로세서(110)는 핸드 스윙이 아니고, 보행 중이고, 보행 속력이 기설정된 범위 내로 일정하고, 보행 환경이 평지이고, GPS 전계가 기설정된 강도 이상이면, 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태로 판단할 수 있다.
220동작에서 프로세서(110)는 관성 정보를 이용해서 핸드 스윙 여부를 판단하고, 관성 정보와 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용해서 보행 여부를 판단하고, 관성 정보와 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용해서 보행 속력을 확인하고, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용해서 보행 환경이 평지인지 경사로 인지 계단인지 여부를 확인하고, GPS 정보를 이용해서 GPS 전계를 확인하여 GPS 신호의 정확도를 확인할 수 있다.
230동작에서 프로세서(110)는 인공지능 모델/엔진을 이용해서 232동작을 통해서 신장 추정 모델을 학습하거나, 234동작을 통해서 신장 추정 모델을 적용하거나, 236동작을 통해서 신장의 성장 추이를 분석할 수 있다. 이때, 인공지능 모델/엔진은 룰기반의 인공지능 모델일 수도 있고, 생성형 인공지능일 수 있다. 인공지능 모델/엔진은 대규모 건강 데이터를 기반으로 한 생성형 인공지능 모델인 LHM(large health model)일 수 있다.

소프트웨어는 컴퓨터 프로그램(computer program), 코드(code), 명령(instruction), 또는 이들 중 하나 이상의 조합을 포함할 수 있으며, 원하는 대로 동작하도록 처리 장치를 구성하거나 독립적으로 또는 결합적으로(collectively) 처리 장치를 명령할 수 있다. 소프트웨어 및/또는 데이터는, 처리 장치에 의하여 해석되거나 처리 장치에 명령 또는 데이터를 제공하기 위하여, 어떤 유형의 기계, 구성요소(component), 물리적 장치, 가상 장치(virtual equipment), 컴퓨터 저장 매체 또는 장치, 저장될 수 있다. 소프트웨어는 네트워크로 연결된 컴퓨터 시스템 상에 분산되어서, 분산된 방법으로 저장되거나 실행될 수도 있다. 소프트웨어 및 데이터는 하나 이상의 컴퓨터 판독 가능 기록 매체에 저장될 수 있다.
이상과 같이 실시예들이 비록 한정된 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 해당 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 상기를 기초로 다양한 기술적 수정 및 변형을 적용할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 설명된 기술들이 설명된 방법과 다른 순서로 수행되거나, 및/또는 설명된 시스템, 구조, 장치, 회로 등의 구성요소들이 설명된 방법과 다른 형태로 결합 또는 조합되거나, 다른 구성요소 또는 균등물에 의하여 대치되거나 치환되더라도 적절한 결과가 달성될 수 있다.
그러므로, 다른 구현들, 다른 실시예들 및 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들도 후술하는 청구범위의 범위에 속한다.

Claims (15)

  1. 신장을 추정하는 방법에 있어서,
    사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작; 및
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 신장 추정 모델에 적용해서 상기 사용자의 신장을 추정하는 동작
    을 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작은,
    관성 정보, 기압 정보 및 GPS 정보를 획득하는 동작;
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태인지 판단하는 동작; 및
    판단결과 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태이면, 상기 관성 정보, 상기 기압 정보 및 상기 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용하여 걸음수, 보행 정속성, 보행 시 발생되는 상하 움직임 정보인 언듀레이션 정보 및 보폭을 추정하는 동작
    을 포함하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 내지 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태인지 판단하는 동작은,
    상기 관성 정보, 상기 기압 정보 및 상기 GPS 정보를 이용해서 핸드 스윙 여부, 보행 여부, 보행 속력, 보행 환경 및 GPS 전계를 확인하는 동작; 및
    핸드 스윙이 아니고, 보행 중이고, 보행 속력이 기설정된 범위 내로 일정하고, 보행 환경이 평지이고, GPS 전계가 기설정된 강도 이상이면, 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태로 판단하는 동작
    을 포함하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 핸드 스윙이고, 상기 보행 중이고, 상기 보행 속력이 기설정된 범위 내로 일정하고, 상기 보행 환경이 평지이고, 상기 GPS 전계가 기설정된 강도 이상이면, 상기 사용자에게 상기 핸드 스윙을 중지하도록 요청하는 알림을 출력하는 동작
    을 더 포함하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작은,
    상기 사용자의 생활패턴을 분석해서 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 시간대를 확인하는 동작; 및
    확인한 시간대에 보행 정보를 수집할 수 있도록 유도하는 안내 메시지를 출력하는 동작
    을 포함하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 상기 신장 추정 모델을 학습하기 위한 학습 정보로 수집하는 동작;
    상기 사용자의 신체 정보를 상기 학습 정보로 수집하는 동작; 및
    상기 학습 정보를 이용하여 상기 신장 추정 모델을 학습하는 동작
    을 더 포함하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 신체 정보는,
    상기 사용자의 실측 신장, 상기 사용자의 나이 및 상기 사용자의 성별 중에서 적어도 하나를 포함하는
    방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 학습 정보를 이용하여 상기 신장 추정 모델을 학습하는 동작은,
    상기 사용자의 신체 정보, 상기 걸음수, 상기 보행 정속성, 상기 언듀레이션 정보 및 상기 보폭을 이용해서 상기 사용자의 신장을 추정하도록 학습하는 동작
    을 포함하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 추정된 사용자의 신장을 누적해서 저장하는 동작; 및
    누적해서 저장된 사용자의 신장의 변화 추이를 분석하여 신장 변화에 따른 가이드를 제공하는 동작
    을 더 포함하는 방법.
  10. 전자 장치에 있어서,
    하나 이상의 프로세서; 및
    명령들을 저장하는 메모리
    를 포함하고,
    상기 명령들은, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 경우, 상기 전자 장치로 하여금,
    사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 동작; 및
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 신장 추정 모델에 적용해서 상기 사용자의 신장을 추정하는 동작을 수행하도록 하는
    장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서,
    관성 정보 센싱하는 관성 센서;
    기압 정보를 센싱하는 기압 센서; 및
    GPS 정보를 센싱하는 GPS 센서
    를 더 포함하고,
    상기 명령들은, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 경우, 상기 전자 장치로 하여금,
    상기 관성 정보, 상기 기압 정보 및 상기 GPS 정보를 획득하는 동작;
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태인지 판단하는 동작; 및
    판단결과 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태이면, 상기 관성 정보, 상기 기압 정보 및 상기 GPS 정보 중에서 적어도 하나를 이용하여 걸음수, 보행 정속성, 보행 시 발생되는 상하 움직임 정보인 언듀레이션 정보 및 보폭을 상기 사용자의 보행 정보로 수집하는 동작을 수행하도록 하는
    장치.
  12. 제10항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 명령들은, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 경우, 상기 전자 장치로 하여금,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태인지 판단할 때,
    상기 관성 정보, 상기 기압 정보 및 상기 GPS 정보를 이용해서 핸드 스윙 여부, 보행 여부, 보행 속력, 보행 환경 및 GPS 전계를 확인하는 동작; 및
    핸드 스윙이 아니고, 보행 중이고, 보행 속력이 기설정된 범위 내로 일정하고, 보행 환경이 평지이고, GPS 전계가 기설정된 강도 이상이면, 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태로 판단하는 동작을 수행하도록 하는

  13. 제10항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 명령들은, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 경우, 상기 전자 장치로 하여금,
    상기 관성 정보, 상기 기압 정보 및 상기 GPS 정보를 획득하는 동작;
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 상태인지 판단하는 동작;
    상기 사용자의 생활패턴을 분석해서 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 정확히 수집할 수 있는 시간대를 확인하는 동작; 및
    확인한 시간대에 상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 수집하는 판단하는 동작을 수행하도록 하는
    장치.
  14. 제10항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 신장 추정 모델은,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보에 포함된 상기 걸음수, 상기 보행 정속성, 상기 언듀레이션 정보 및 상기 보폭을 입력 받으면 추정한 상기 사용자의 신장을 출력하는
    장치.
  15. 제10항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
    상기 명령들은, 상기 하나 이상의 프로세서에 의하여 실행되는 경우, 상기 전자 장치로 하여금,
    상기 사용자의 보행 정보를 상기 신장 추정 모델을 학습하기 위한 학습 정보로 수집하는 동작;
    상기 사용자의 신체 정보를 상기 학습 정보로 수집하는 동작; 및
    상기 학습 정보를 이용하여 상기 신장 추정 모델을 학습하는 동작을 수행하도록 하는
    장치.
