Description

에어로졸 생성장치
본 개시는, 에어로졸 생성장치에 관한 것이다.
에어로졸 생성장치는 에어로졸을 통해 매질 또는 물질로부터 일정 성분을 추출하기 위한 것이다. 매질은 다양한 성분의 물질을 포함할 수 있다. 매질에 포함되는 물질은 다양한 성분의 향미 물질일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 매질에 포함되는 물질은 니코틴 성분, 허브 성분 및/또는 커피 성분 등을 포함할 수 있다. 최근, 이러한 에어로졸 생성장치에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다.
에어로졸 생성장치에서, 히터에 전력을 공급하기 위한 전력변환회로가 사용된다. 전력변환회로를 통해 배터리에서 출력되는 전압이 히터 동작 전압에 적합하게 변환될 수 있다. 종래의 전력변환회로에 구비되는 인덕터는 전력 변환과정에서 피크 전류가 발생하고, 이에 따라 인덕터 및 전력변환회로의 동작온도가 높아져 회로의 동작 안정성이 낮아지는 문제점이 있다.
본 개시는 전술한 문제 및 다른 문제를 해결하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
또 다른 목적은, 전력변환부의 인덕터가 특정 범위 내의 인덕턴스를 갖는 에어로졸 생성장치를 제공하는 것일 수 있다.
또 다른 목적은, 전력변환부의 인덕터가 특정 범위 내의 직류 저항값을 갖는 에어로졸 생성장치를 제공하는 것일 수 있다.
또 다른 목적은, 히터에 흐르는 전류값에 기초하여 히터에 공급되는 전력을 차단하는 회로를 구비하는 에어로졸 생성장치를 제공하는 것일 수 있다.
상술한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 개시의 일 측면에 따르면, 에어로졸 생성물질을 가열하는 히터; 상기 히터에 전력을 공급하는 전원; 및 상기 전원에서 출력되는 전압을 상기 히터에 공급되는 전압으로 변환하는 전력변환부;를 포함하고, 상기 전력변환부는, 상기 전원과 연결되는 인덕터를 포함하며, 상기 인덕터의 인덕턴스는, 0.8 내지 1.2 uH 인 에어로졸 생성장치를 제공한다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는, 전원(11), 제어부(12), 센서부(13), 출력부(14), 입력부(15), 통신부(16), 메모리(17) 및/또는 히터(18, 24)를 포함할 수 있다. 다만, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)의 설계에 따라, 도 1에 도시된 구성요소들 중 일부가 생략되거나 새로운 구성요소가 더 추가될 수 있음을 본 실시예와 관련된 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 센서부(13)는, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)의 상태 또는 에어로졸 생성 장치(1) 주변의 상태를 감지하고, 감지된 정보를 제어부(12)에 전달할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 센서부(13)는, 온도 센서, 퍼프(puff) 센서, 삽입 감지 센서, 재사용 감지 센서, 과습(overly moist) 감지 센서, 궐련 식별 센서, 카트리지(cartridge) 감지 센서, 캡(cap) 감지 센서 및/또는 움직임 감지 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 한편, 센서부(13)는, 카트리지의 액상 잔량을 감지하기 위한 액상 잔량 센서, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)의 침수를 감지하기 위한 침수 센서 등 다양한 센서를 더 포함할 수도 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 온도 센서는, 히터(18, 24)가 가열되는 온도를 감지할 수 있다. 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)가 히터(18, 24)의 온도를 감지하는 별도의 온도 센서를 포함하거나, 히터(18, 24) 자체가 온도 센서의 역할을 수행할 수 있다. 일 예로, 온도 센서는, 히터(18)에 대한 임피던스(impedance)를 측정하기 위해 이용될 수 있다. 히터(18)에 대한 임피던스는, 히터(18)의 온도와 상관 관계를 가질 수 있다. 온도 센서는, 히터(18)(또는, 유도 코일)에 인가되는 전류 및/또는 전압을 측정할 수 있다. 측정된 전류 및/또는 전압에 기초하여, 히터(18)에 대한 임피던스가 산출될 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 산출된 임피던스에 기초하여, 히터(18)의 온도를 추산할 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 퍼프 센서는, 사용자의 퍼프를 감지할 수 있다.
일 예로, 퍼프 센서는, 압력 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 압력 센서는 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)의 내부 압력에 대응하는 신호를 출력할 수 있고, 제어부(12)는 상기 내부 압력에 대응하는 신호에 기초하여 사용자의 퍼프를 검출할 수 있다. 여기서, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)의 내부 압력은, 기체가 유동하는 기류 패스의 압력에 대응할 수 있다. 퍼프 센서는, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)에서 기체가 유동하는 기류 패스에 대응하여 배치될 수 있다.

일 예로, 궐련 식별 센서는, 에어로졸 생성 물품의 외면(예: 래퍼)에 위치하는 식별 물질(또는, 식별 표지)을 감지하기 위한 광 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 광 센서는, 에어로졸 생성 물품의 식별 물질(또는, 식별 표지)를 향해 광을 조사하고, 반사된 광에 기초하여 에어로졸 생성 물품의 정품 여부 및/또는 종류를 감지할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 식별 물질은, 조사된 광에 기초하여 특정 대역의 파장의 광을 방출하는 물질을 포함할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 상기 파장의 범위에 기초하여, 에어로졸 생성 물품의 정품 여부 및/또는 종류를 검출할 수 있다.
다른 예로, 궐련 식별 센서는, 정전용량 센서를 포함할 수 있다. 삽입 공간에 삽입된 에어로졸 생성 물품의 종류에 따라서 삽입 공간 내부의 유전율이 상이할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 정전용량 센서로부터 출력된 삽입 공간 내부의 유전율 등에 대응하는 신호에 기초하여 에어로졸 생성 물품의 정품 여부 및/또는 종류를 검출할 수 있다.

일 실시예에 따르면, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는, 하우징(10), 전원(11), 제어부(12), 센서부(13) 및/또는 히터(182, 183)(예: 도 1의 히터(18))를 포함할 수 있다. 다만, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)가 포함하는 구성요소들은, 도 2 또는 도 3에 도시된 것에 제한되지 않고 구성요소들 중 일부가 생략되거나 새로운 구성이 더 추가될 수 있음을 본 실시예와 관련된 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이해할 수 있다. 도 2에 도시된 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 내측을 가열하는 '내부 가열형' 에어로졸 생성 장치라고 칭해질 수 있다. 도 3에 도시된 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 외측을 가열하는 '외부 가열형' 에어로졸 생성 장치라고 칭해질 수 있다. 이하의 도면에서, 도 1과 중복된 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 하우징(10)은, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)이 삽입되도록 상측으로 개구된 공간을 제공할 수 있다. 본 개시에서, 상측으로 개구된 공간은, 삽입 공간이라고 칭해질 수 있다. 삽입 공간은, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 적어도 일부가 삽입 가능하도록, 하우징(10)의 내부를 향해 소정 깊이만큼 함몰되어 형성될 수 있다. 삽입 공간의 깊이는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)에서 에어로졸 생성 물질 및/또는 매질이 포함된 영역의 길이 이상일 수 있다. 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 하단은, 하우징(10)의 내부에 삽입되고, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 상단은, 하우징(10)의 외부로 돌출될 수 있다. 사용자는, 외부로 노출된 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 상단을 입에 물고 에어로졸을 흡입할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 히터(182, 183)는, 에어로졸` 생성 물품(2)을 가열할 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 히터(182)는, 내부 가열형 히터일 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 내부 가열형 히터는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)이 삽입되는 공간(즉, 삽입 공간)에서, 상측으로 길게 연장될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 내부 가열형 히터는, 도시된 바와 같이 봉 형 또는 침 형의 가열 요소를 포함할 수 있으나, 관 형 가열 요소 또는 판 형 가열 요소 등 다양한 가열 요소를 포함할 수도 있다. 내부 가열형 히터는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 하부를 통해 삽입될 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 내부 가열형 히터는, 전기 저항성 히터 및/또는 유도 가열 방식의 히터를 포함할 수 있다.
예를 들어, 전기 저항성 히터는, 전기 저항성 물질을 내측(예: 내부 중공 또는 내면) 또는 외측(예: 외면)에 포함하고, 전기 저항성 물질에 전류가 흐름에 따라 가열될 수 있다. 이 경우, 전기 저항성 히터는, 전원(11)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있고, 전원(11)으로부터 전류를 제공받아 직접적으로 발열될 수 있다. 또한, 유도 코일(181)은 생략될 수도 있다.
예를 들어, 유도 가열 방식의 히터의 경우, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는, 내부 가열형 히터의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는(예: 히터의 적어도 일부의 길이에 대응하도록 외부에 배치되는) 유도 코일(181)을 포함할 수 있다. 이 경우, 유도 코일(181) 외측에는 유도 가열의 효율을 높이기 위하여 자속 집중기(magnetic flux concentrator) 등이 더 포함될 수도 있다. 유도 가열 방식의 히터는, 서셉터를 포함하고, 유도 코일(181)로부터 발생하는 자기장에 기초하여 발열될 수 있다. 일 실시예에 따르면, 유도 가열 방식의 히터(예: 서셉터)(또는, 이를 포함하는 히터 모듈)는, 하우징(10)으로부터 분리 가능 하도록 배치될 수도 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 히터(182)는, 다중 히터일 수도 있다. 다중 히터는, 제1 히터와 제2 히터를 포함할 수 있고, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)에 삽입될 수 있다. 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 길이 방향을 따라 나란히 배치될 수 있다. 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 전기 저항성 히터 및/또는 유도 가열 방식의 히터로 동작할 수 있으며, 순차적으로 가열될 수 있고, 동시에 가열될 수도 있다. 이 경우, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 둘 이상의 에어로졸 생성 로드들의 길이방향의 위치들에 대응하는 위치들에 각각(respectively) 배치될 수도 있다. 또는, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 하나의 에어로졸 생성 로드의 제1 일부 및 제2 일부의 길이방향의 위치들에 대응하는 위치들에 각각 배치될 수도 있다. 한편, 히터(182)가 유도 가열 방식의 히터인 경우, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는 제1 유도 코일 및 제2 유도 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제1 유도 코일 및 제2 유도 코일은, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터의 길이방향의 위치들에 대응하는 위치들에 각각(respectively) 배치될 수도 있다. 또는, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 하나의 히터(182)의 제1 일부 및 제2 일부의 길이방향의 위치들에 대응하는 위치들에 각각 배치될 수도 있다. 또한, 히터 및/또는 유도 코일은, 셋 이상 포함될 수도 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 서셉터가 에어로졸 생성 물품(2) 내부(예: 매질부)에 배치(또는, 포함)되고, 유도 코일(181)로부터 발생하는 자기장에 기초하여 에어로졸 생성 물품(2) 내부에 포함된 서셉터가 발열되도록 구현될 수도 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 히터(183)는, 외부 가열형 히터일 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 외부 가열형 히터는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)이 삽입되는 공간(즉, 삽입 공간) 주변에서, 상측으로 길게 연장될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 외부 가열형 히터는, 삽입 공간의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸도록 배치될 수 있다. 일 예로, 외부 가열형 히터는, 내부에 중공을 포함하는 튜브 형태(예: 원통 형상)를 포함할 수 있다. 외부 가열형 히터는, 내측에 중공을 포함하고 상기 중공을 감싸는 형태를 포함할 수도 있다. 이 경우, 외부 가열형 히터는, 폴리이미드 필름(polyimide film)에 의해 지지될 수 있다. 이러한 필름에 의해 지지되는 히터는, 필름 히터라고 칭해질 수 있다. 외부 가열형 히터는, 삽입 공간의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸도록 배치될 수 있다. 외부 가열형 히터는, 상기 중공에 삽입된 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 외측을 가열할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 외부 가열형 히터는, 전기 저항성 히터 및/또는 유도 가열 방식의 히터를 포함할 수 있으며, 도 2와 중복된 설명은 생략하도록 한다. 한편, 유도 가열 방식의 히터의 경우, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는, 튜브 형태의 서셉터로 구현된 외부 가열형 히터를 포함하고, 외부 가열형 히터의 적어도 일부를 둘러싸는(예: 히터의 적어도 일부의 길이에 대응하도록 외부에 배치되는) 유도 코일(181)을 포함할 수 있다. 또한, 유도 코일(181)은 팬 코일(fan coil)을 포함할 수도 있다. 한편, 외부 가열형 히터가 전기 저항성 히터인 경우, 튜브 형태의 전기 저항성 히터(예: 필름 히터) 상의 전류 흐름을 통해 발열이 가능하므로 별도의 유도 코일(181)은 생략될 수도 있다. 한편, 외부 가열형 히터의 외부에는 단열재가 배치될 수도 있다. 이를 통해, 히터(183)로부터 반경 외측 방향으로 발산되어 하우징(10) 외부로 가해지는 열이 감소할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 히터(183)는, 다중 히터일 수도 있으며, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 길이 방향을 따라 나란히 배치되어 삽입 공간의 적어도 일부를 각각 둘러싸도록 배치될 수 있다. 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 전기 저항성 히터 및/또는 유도 가열 방식의 히터로 동작할 수 있으며, 순차적으로 가열될 수 있고, 동시에 가열될 수도 있다. 한편, 히터(183)가 유도 가열 방식의 히터인 경우, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)는 제1 유도 코일 및 제2 유도 코일을 포함하고, 상기 제1 유도 코일 및 제2 유도 코일은, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터의 길이방향의 위치들에 대응하는 위치들에 각각(respectively) 배치될 수도 있다. 또는, 제1 히터 및 제2 히터는, 하나의 히터(183)의 제1 일부 및 제2 일부의 길이방향의 위치들에 대응하는 위치들에 각각 배치될 수도 있다.
도 2 또는 도 3에 도시된 바와 다르게, 도 2의 히터(182)와 도 3의 히터(183)가 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)에 함께 포함될 수도 있다. 이 경우, 히터(182)는 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 내측을 가열하고, 히터(183)는 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 외측을 가열할 수 있다.
일 실시예에 따르면, 에어로졸 생성 장치(1)에는 공기가 유동하는 기류 채널이 제공될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 하우징(10)은, 외부로부터 공기가 하우징(10) 내부로 유입될 수 있는 구조(예: 홀(hole))를 포함할 수 있다. 하우징(10) 내부로 유입된 공기는, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 하단(즉, 상류(upstream) 측)을 통해 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)으로 유입될 수 있다. 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 가열에 기초하여 생성된 에어로졸은, 상기 유입된 공기와 함께, 에어로졸 생성 물품(2)의 상단(즉, 하류(downstream) 측)을 통해 사용자의 구강으로 흡입될 수 있다.

도 4를 참조하면, 바디(10)(예: 도 2, 3의 하우징(10))는, 길게 연장된 측벽(101,102)과, 일단을 형성하는 커버(103), 타단을 형성하는 베이스(104) 및 삽입공간(43)을 개폐하는 도어(110)를 포함할 수 있다. 바디(10)는, 일방향으로 길게 연장된 원통 형상일 수 있다.
바디(10)는, 외측면을 형성하는 측벽(101,102)을 포함할 수 있다. 측벽(101,102)은, 바디(10)의 둘레 방향을 따라 연장된 곡면을 포함할 수 있다.

도 5를 참조하면, 에어로졸 생성장치(1)는, 전원(11), 히터(18) 및 전력변환부(220) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
히터(18)는 바디(10) 에 배치될 수 있다. 히터(18)는 전원(11)으로부터 전력을 공급받아 바디(10)에 구비된 삽입공간(43) 및/또는 삽입공간(43)에 삽입된 스틱(2)(예: 도 2, 3의 에어로졸 생성물품(2))을 가열할 수 있다. 히터(18)는 앞서 도 1 내지 3에서 설명한 히터(18)의 특징을 포함할 수 있다.
전원(11)은 히터(18)에 전력을 공급할 수 있다. 전원(11)은 제어부(12)의 제어에 따라, 히터(18)에 전력을 공급할 수 있다.
전력변환부(220)는, 히터(18)와 전원(11) 사이에 구비될 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)는, 전원(11) 또는 후술하는 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압을 히터(18)에 공급되는 전압으로 변환할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전력변환부(220)는, 전원(11) 또는 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압을 변환하는 부스트 컨버터 및 벅-부스트 컨버터 등을 통해 구현될 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)는 부스터, 컨버터 또는 변압부라 칭해질 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)는 전원(11) 또는 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압을 변환하여, 변환된 전압을 출력할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전력변환부(220)에서 출력되는 전압의 크기는 전원(11) 또는 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압의 크기와 동일하거나 더 클 수 있다.
전력변환부(220)는, 전원(11) 또는 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압을 변환하기 위해, LC 공진 회로를 구비할 수 있다. LC 공진회로에는, 적어도 하나의 인덕터(221, 도 6 참조)와 커패시터(222, 도 6 참조)가 구비될 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)의 인덕터(221)는 특정 범위 내의 인덕턴스 값을 가질 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)의 구체적 구조는 도 6과 관련하여 상세하게 후술한다.
에어로졸 생성장치(1)는, 제어부(12), 충전회로(210), 제1 내지 제2 스위치(230,240) 및 레귤레이터(250) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
충전회로(210)는, 전원(11), 전력변환부(220) 및 제어부(12)와 연결될 수 있다. 충전회로(210)는, 제어부(12)의 제어에 따라, 전원(11)에서 공급되는 전력을 전력변환부(220)로 전달할 수 있다. 충전회로(210)는, 차저(charger)라 칭해질 수 있다.
충전회로(210)는, 전원(11)과 전력변환부(220)를 전기적으로 연결할 수 있다. 전원(11)은 충전회로(210)의 입력단(211)과 연결되고, 전력변환부(220)는 충전회로(210)의 출력단(212)과 연결될 수 있다.
충전회로(210)는, 제어부(12)의 제어에 의해, 전원(11)을 충전하거나, 전력변환부(220)에 전력을 전달할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 에어로졸 생성장치(1)에 외부 전원(미도시)이 전기적으로 연결된 경우, 충전회로(210)는, 외부 전원으로부터 공급되는 전력을 전원(11) 또는 전력변환부(220)로 공급할 수 있다. 충전회로(210)는, 외부 전원으로부터 공급되는 전력을 전원(11)의 충전에 적절한 전력으로 변환할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 에어로졸 생성장치(1)에 외부 전원이 전기적으로 연결되지 않은 경우, 충전회로(210)는, 전원(11)에서 공급되는 전력을 전력변환부(220)로 전달할 수 있다.
충전회로(210)는, 내부에 스위칭 소자들을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 충전회로(210) 내부에는 전계효과 트랜지스터(FET, field effect transistor) 등과 같은 파워 스위칭 소자들이 포함될 수 있다. 충전회로(210) 내부의 스위칭 소자들이 온(ON)되는 상태에서, 충전회로(210)의 입력단(211)과 출력단(212)을 통해 전원(11)에서 공급되는 전력이 출력단(212)과 연결된 소자들로 전달될 수 있다.
히터(18)에 제2 스위치(240)가 연결될 수 있다. 제2 스위치(240)는, 일단이 히터(18)와 연결되고, 타단이 그라운드(GND)와 연결될 수 있다. 제2 스위치(240)는, 제어부(12)의 제어에 따라, 히터(18)를 그라운드와 전기적으로 연결할 수 있다. 제2 스위치(240)에 의해, 전력변환부(220)에서 출력되는 전력이 히터(18)로 공급될 수 있다. 제2 스위치(240)는 PWM 스위치 또는 히터 스위치라 칭해질 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 제어할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 제2 스위치(240)의 스위칭을 제어하여, 히터(18)에 전력을 공급하거나, 전력이 공급되지 않도록 제어할 수 있다. 히터(18)는, 전력이 공급되면 발열할 수 있고, 전력이 공급되지 않으면 발열하지 않을 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 제2 스위치(240)를 제어하여, 소정 주파수 및/또는 듀티비(duty ratio)를 가지는 펄스가 히터(18)에 공급되도록 제어할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 제2 스위치(240)를 통해 펄스의 주파수 및/또는 듀티비를 조절하여, 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 제어할 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 히터(18)의 온도를 도출할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 온도 센서(미도시)에서 출력되는 신호에 기초하여 히터(18)의 온도를 결정할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 결정된 히터(18)의 온도에 기초하여, 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 결정할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 전원(11), 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 히터(18)에 결정된 전력을 공급할 수 있다.
히터(18)와 전력변환부(220) 사이에 제1 스위치(230)가 구비될 수 있다. 제1 스위치(230)는, 전력변환부(220)와 히터(18)를 연결할 수 있다. 제1 스위치(230)는, 히터(18)에 이상 전류가 흐르는 경우, 오프(OFF) 동작하여 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다. 제1 스위치(230)는 로드스위치라 칭해질 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 히터(18)와 연결된 전류센서(미도시)로부터 출력 신호를 수신하고, 출력 신호에 기초하여 히터(18)에 이상 전류가 흐르는 것을 결정할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류가 설정된 임계값보다 더 큰 것에 기초하여 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220), 제1 스위치(230) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 히터의 오동작을 방지하고, 회로의 동작 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
제어부(12)와 충전회로(210) 사이에 레귤레이터(250)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 레귤레이터(250)는, 충전회로(210)의 출력단(212)과 제어부(12)를 연결할 수 있다. 레귤레이터(250)는, 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압(Vsys)을 변환할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 레귤레이터(250)는, 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압(Vsys)을 변환하는 저손실 타입 리니어 레귤레이터(Low Dropout regulator) 등을 동해 구현될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 제어부(12)로 인가되는 전압을 안정화시킬 수 있다.
도 5에는 도시되지 않았으나, 충전회로(210)는, 히터(18) 및 제어부(12)와 연결될 수 있고, 실시예에 따라, 적어도 하나의 센서(예: 도 1의 센서부(13))와 진동모터(예: 도 1의 출력부(14)) 등이 더 연결될 수 있다. 충전회로(210)와 적어도 하나의 센서 사이에 레귤레이터(미도시)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 충전회로(210)와 진동모터 사이에 레귤레이터(미도시)가 더 구비될 수 있다. 각각의 레귤레이터는 충전회로(210)에서 출력되는 전압을 변환할 수 있다.
도 6은, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 관한 에어로졸 생성장치의 전력변환부의 회로도이다.
도 6을 참조하면, 전력변환부(220)는, 일단이 충전회로(210)를 통해 전원(11)과 연결되고, 타단이 히터(18) 또는 제1 스위치(230)와 연결될 수 있다.
전력변환부(220)는, 정류소자(223)와 부스터스위치(224)를 구비할 수 있다. 부스터스위치(224)는, 적어도 하나의 스위칭 소자들을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 부스터스위치(224)는, 적어도 하나의 전계효과 트랜지스터(FET)를 포함할 수 있다. 정류소자(223)는, 다이오드를 포함할 수 있다.
전력변환부(220)는, 인덕터(221)와 커패시터(222)를 구비할 수 있다. 인덕터(221)는, 일단이 전력변환부(220)의 입력단과 연결되고, 타단이 부스터스위치(224)와 연결될 수 있다. 커패시터(222)는, 일단이 정류소자(223)의 음극(cathode)과 연결되고 타단이 그라운드와 연결될 수 있다. 정류소자(223)는, 음극이 커패시터(222)와 연결되고, 양극(anode)이 부스터스위치(224) 및 인덕터(221)와 연결될 수 있다. 부스터스위치(224)는, 일단이 정류소자(223)의 양극 및 인덕터(221)와 연결될 수 있고, 타단이 그라운드와 연결될 수 있다. 부스터스위치(224)가 FET인 경우, 부스터스위치(224)의 드레인(drain)이 정류소자(223)의 양극 및 인덕터(221)와 연결될 수 있고, 소스(source)가 그라운드와 연결될 수 있다.
전력변환부(220)는, 부스터스위치(224)의 온-오프 동작을 통해 전력을 변환할 수 있다. 부스터스위치(224)가 온된 상태에서, 인덕터(221)가 충전될 수 있고, 부스터스위치(224)가 오프된 상태에서, 인덕터(221)에 충전된 에너지가 커패시터(222)로 충전될 수 있다.
부스터스위치(224)가 온-오프되는 듀티 사이클(D)에 의해 전력변환부(220)에서 출력되는 전압이 결정될 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)의 출력 전압(Vout)은, 입력 전압(Vin)에 비례하고, 듀티 사이클(D)이 커질수록 증가할 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)의 출력 전압(Vout)은 하기와 같은 식으로 표현될 수 있다.
Vout = Vin * (1/1-D)
제어부(12)는, 전력변환부(220)를 제어할 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)의 부스터스위치(224)의 스위칭 동작을 제어할 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)는, 입력 전압을 승압시킬 수 있다. 예를 들어, 전력변환부(220)는, 전원(11)에서 출력되는 전압을 설정된 히터 전압(예: 4.6V 또는 5V)으로 승압시킬 수 있다. 전력변환부(220)는, 전원(11)의 전압이 설정된 히터 전압의 절반(예: 2.5V) 정도까지 떨어지는 경우에도, 안정적으로 설정된 히터 전압을 히터(18)로 전달할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 전원의 수명을 연장시키고, 히터로 일정한 전압을 안정적으로 공급할 수 있다.
전력변환부(220)의 인덕터(221)는, 특정 범위의 인덕턴스를 가질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스는, 0.8 내지 1.2 uH 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스는, 0.9 내지 1.1 uH 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스는, 약 1.0 uH 일 수 있다.
하기의 표 1에, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스에 따른 인덕터(221)의 전류를 비교한 결과를 나타내었다. 표 1은, 전력변환부(220)의 출력 전압은 4.6V일 때의 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

표 1을 참조하면, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스가 1.5uH 인 경우, 인덕터(221)에 흐르는 전류의 최대값은 5.8A로 측정되었다. 인덕터(221)에 흐르는 전류는, 히터(18)를 예열하는 구간에서 전반적으로 높게 나타나며, 이러한 예열 구간에서 최대값이 측정되었다. 이에 반해, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스가 1.0 uH 인 경우, 인덕터(221)에 흐르는 전류의 최대값은 5.56A로 측정되었다.이와 같이, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스가 1.0 uH 또는 이로부터 일정 범위 내의 값을 갖는 경우, 인덕터(221)의 피크 전류값이 240mA 정도 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
인덕터(221)에 흐르는 피크 전류값이 높아질수록, 전력변환부(220)의 동작이 불안정해질 수 있다. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스가 1.0 uH 또는 이로부터 일정 범위 내의 값을 가짐으로써, 전력변환부(220)에 흐르는 피크 전류를 감소시킬 수 있고, 전력변환부(220)의 전력변환 효율을 높일 수 있다.
도 7은, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 관한 에어로졸 생성장치의 전력변환부의 인덕터의 인덕턴스에 따른 피크 전류를 비교한 그래프이고, 도 8은, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 관한 에어로졸 생성장치의 전력변환부의 인덕터의 인덕턴스에 따른 전력변환부가 가열되는 온도를 나타낸 이미지이다.
도 7 및 도 8을 도 6과 함께 참조하면, 전력변환부(220)의 인덕터(221)는, 특정 범위의 직류 저항값(DC resistance)을 가질 수 있다. 여기서, 직류 저항값은 인덕터(221)에 주파수가 0 Hz에 가까운 신호가 인가될 때의 인덕터(221)의 저항값을 의미할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값은, 20 milli ohm 보다 작을 수 있다. 예를 들어, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값은, 5 내지 10 milli ohm 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값은, 약 7 milli ohm 일 수 있다.
하기의 표 2에, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값에 따른 인덕터(221)의 전류 및 전력변환부(220)의 온도를 비교한 결과를 나타내었다. 표 2는, 전력변환부(220)의 출력 전압이 4.6V 이고, 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스가 1.0 uH 일 때의 결과를 나타낸 것이다.

도 7을 표 2와 함께 참조하면, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 20.0 milli ohm 인 경우(도 7의 710), 인덕터(221)에 흐르는 전류의 최대값(I1)은 6.42A로 측정되었다. 인덕터(221)에 흐르는 전류는, 히터(18)를 예열하는 구간에서 전반적으로 높게 나타나며, 이러한 예열 구간 중 한 시점(t1)에서 최대값이 측정되었다. 이에 반해, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 7.1 milli ohm 인 경우(도 7의 720), 인덕터(221)에 흐르는 전류의 최대값(I2)은 5.99A로 측정되었다.이와 같이, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 7.1 milli ohm 또는 이로부터 일정 범위 내의 값을 갖는 경우, 인덕터(221)의 피크 전류값이 약 430mA 정도 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
인덕터(221)에 흐르는 피크 전류값이 높아질수록, 전력변환부(220)의 동작이 불안정해질 수 있다. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 7.1 milli ohm 또는 이로부터 일정 범위 내의 값을 가짐으로써, 전력변환부(220)에 흐르는 피크 전류를 감소시킬 수 있고, 전력변환부(220)의 전력변환 효율을 높일 수 있다.
도 8을 표 2와 함께 참조하면, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 20.0 milli ohm 인 경우(도 8의 (a)), 전력변환부(220)의 최대 온도는 65.7도로 측정되었다. 전력변환부(220)의 온도 역시, 히터(18)를 예열하는 구간에서 전반적으로 높게 나타나며, 이러한 예열 구간에서 최대값이 측정되었다. 이에 반해, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 7.1 milli ohm 인 경우(도 8의 (b)), 전력변환부(220)의 최대 온도는 58.3도로 측정되었다.
이와 같이, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 7.1 milli ohm 또는 이로부터 일정 범위 내의 값을 갖는 경우, 전력변환부(220)의 최대 온도가 약 7.4도 정도 낮아지는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
인덕터(221)에 흐르는 피크 전류값이 높아질수록, 전력변환부(220)의 동작이 불안정해질 수 있다. 본 개시의 일 실시예에 따르면, 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값이 7.1 milli ohm 또는 이로부터 일정 범위 내의 값을 가짐으로써, 전력변환부(220)에 흐르는 피크 전류를 감소시킬 수 있고, 전력변환부(220)의 동작온도를 감소시켜, 회로의 동작 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
도 9는, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 관한 에어로졸 생성장치의 히터의 전력 차단 제어를 예시한 순서도이다.
도 9를 도 5와 함께 참조하면, 제어부(12)는, 전원(11), 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220), 제1 스위치(230) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여, 히터(18)에 전력을 공급할 수 있다(S910). 히터(18)는, 전원(11)으로부터 전력을 공급받아 발열할 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류에 기초하여, 히터(18)에 전력 공급 여부를 제어할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 히터(18)와 연결된 전류센서로부터 출력신호를 수신하고, 출력신호에 기초하여 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류값을 결정할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류값을 제1 임계값과 비교할 수 있다(S920). 제1 임계값은, 실험 등을 통해 히터(18)가 발열되는 과정에서 히터(18)가 고장나거나 변형이 발생되지 않는 최대 전류값 또는 히터(18)에 전력을 공급하는 구성요소들이 정상적으로 동작할 수 있는 최대 전류값에 대응할 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 충전회로(210)의 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류값이 제1 임계값보다 크거나 같은 경우(S930의 "Y"), 히터(18)로 공급되는 전력이 차단되도록 제어할 수 있다(S940). 예를 들어, 제어부(12)는, 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220), 제1 스위치(230) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다. 바람직하게, 제어부(12)는, 제1 스위치(230)를 제어하여 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다. 제1 스위치(230)는, 제어부(12)의 제어에 의해 오프되어, 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다.
한편, 제어부(12)는, 충전회로(210)의 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류값이 제1 임계값보다 작은 경우(S930의 "N"), 히터(18)에 전력이 공급되는 상태가 유지되도록 제어할 수 있고, S910 과정 및 이후 과정이 반복되어 수행될 수 있다.
제1 스위치(230)의 출력단과 입력단 사이의 임피던스는 특정 범위의 저항값을 가질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 스위치(230)의 출력단과 입력단 사이의 임피던스는, 10 내지 20 milli ohm 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 스위치(230)의 출력단과 입력단 사이의 임피던스는, 15 milli ohm 일 수 있다.
제1 스위치(230)의 출력단과 입력단 사이의 임피던스가, 20 milli ohm 이상인 경우, 히터(18)에 전력이 공급되는 상태에서, 제1 스위치(230)에 의해 소모되는 전력이 필요 이상으로 커져, 전력 효율이 감소할 수 있다. 또한, 제1 스위치(230)에 의한 전압 드롭이 커져, 히터(18)에 인가되는 전압이 감소될 수 있다.
이에 따라, 히터의 오동작을 방지하고, 회로의 동작 안정성을 높일 수 있다. 또한, 히터의 오동작을 방지하기 위한 제1 스위치가 구비되더라도, 제1 스위치에 의해 전력 효율이 감소하는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
도 10은, 본 개시의 일 실시예에 관한 에어로졸 생성장치의 회로도이다. 앞서 도 5에 도시된 구성과 중복되는 구성에 대해서는 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
도 10을 참조하면, 에어로졸 생성장치(1)는, 전원(11), 히터(18), 전력변환부(220), 충전회로(210), 제2 스위치(240) 및 레귤레이터(250) 중 적어도 하나를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 저항(R1)이, 히터(18)와 전력변환부(220) 사이에 구비될 수 있다. 제1 저항(R1)은, 전력변환부(220)와 히터(18)를 연결할 수 있다. 제1 저항(R1)은, 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류를 센싱하기 위한 저항일 수 있다. 제1 저항(R1)에 전류센서가 연결될 수 있다. 제1 저항(R1)은 센싱 저항이라 칭해질 수 있다.
제어부(12)는, 전류센서로부터 출력신호를 수신하고, 출력 신호에 기초하여 히터(18)에 이상 전류가 흐르는 것을 결정할 수 있다. 제어부(12)는, 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류가 설정된 임계값보다 더 큰 것에 기초하여 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다.
이에 따라, 히터의 오동작을 방지하고, 회로의 동작 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
제1 저항(R1)은 특정 범위의 저항값을 가질 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 저항(R1)의 저항값은, 1 내지 3 milli ohm 일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 제1 저항(R1)의 저항값은, 2 milli ohm 일 수 있다.
이에 따라, 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 통해 히터의 오동작을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류를 센싱하기 위한 제1 저항(R1)의 저항값이 스위칭 소자(예: 제1 스위치(230))의 임피던스보다 더 작은 값을 가짐으로써, 제1 저항에 의해 전력 효율이 감소하는 것을 최소화할 수 있다.
한편, 도 9에 도시된 히터의 전력 차단 제어는, 도 10의 실시예에도 동일하게 적용될 수 있다. 예를 들어, S920 과정에서, 제어부(12)는, 제1 저항(R1)에 연결된 전류센서가 출력하는 신호에 기초하여 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류값을 결정하고, 이를 제1 임계값과 비교할 수 있다. 예를 들어, S940 과정에서, 제어부(12)는, 충전회로(210), 전력변환부(220) 및 제2 스위치(240) 중 적어도 하나를 제어하여 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다.
상기와 같이, 본 개시의 실시예 중 적어도 하나에 의하면, 전력변환부의 인덕터가 특정 범위 내의 인덕턴스를 가짐으로써, 전력변환부에 흐르는 피크 전류를 감소시키고, 전력변환효율을 높일 수 있다.
본 개시의 실시예 중 적어도 하나에 의하면, 전력변환부의 인덕터가 특정 범위 내의 직류 저항값을 가짐으로써, 전력변환부에 흐르는 피크 전류를 감소시키고, 전력변환부의 동작온도를 감소시켜, 회로의 동작 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
본 개시의 실시예 중 적어도 하나에 의하면, 히터에 흐르는 전류값에 기초하여 히터에 공급되는 전력을 차단하는 회로를 구비하여, 히터의 오동작을 방지하고, 회로의 동작 안정성을 높일 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 본 개시의 일 측면에 따른 에어로졸 생성장치(1)는, 에어로졸 생성물질을 가열하는 히터(18); 상기 히터(18)에 전력을 공급하는 전원(11); 및 상기 전원(11)에서 출력되는 전압을 상기 히터(18)에 공급되는 전압으로 변환하는 전력변환부(220);를 포함하고, 상기 전력변환부(220)는, 상기 전원(11)과 연결되는 인덕터(221)를 포함하며, 상기 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스는, 0.8 내지 1.2 uH 일 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른(another) 측면에 따르면, 상기 인덕터(221)의 인덕턴스는, 0.9 내지 1.1 uH 일 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 전력변환부(220)는, 상기 전원(11)에서 출력되는 전압을 승압하는 부스트 컨버터를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값(DC resistance)은, 20 mohm 보다 작을 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 인덕터(221)의 직류 저항값(DC resistance)은, 5 내지 10 mohm 일 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 전력변환부(220)와 상기 히터(18)를 연결하고, 상기 전력변환부(220)에서 출력되는 전력을 상기 히터(18)로 전달하는 로드 스위치(230)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 로드 스위치(230)는, 상기 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류가 제1 임계값 이상인 경우, 오프(OFF)되어, 상기 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력을 차단할 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 로드 스위치(230)의 출력단과 입력단 사이의 임피던스는, 10 내지 20 mohm 일 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 전력변환부(220)와 상기 히터(18)를 연결하는 제1 저항(R1)을 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 제1 저항(R1)의 저항값은, 1 내지 3 mohm 일 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 전력변환부(220)는, 상기 히터(18)에 흐르는 전류가 제2 임계값 이상인 경우, 오프(OFF)되어, 상기 히터(18)에 공급되는 전력이 차단될 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 히터(18) 및 상기 전력변환부(220) 중 적어도 하나의 동작을 제어하여, 상기 히터(18)로 공급되는 전력을 제어하는 제어부(12)를 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 일단(241)이 상기 히터(18)와 연결되고 타단(242)이 접지되는 히터 스위치(240)를 포함하고, 상기 제어부(12)는, 상기 히터(18)에 소정 주파수 및/또는 듀티비를 가지는 펄스가 공급되도록 상기 히터 스위치(240)를 제어할 수 있다.
또한, 본 개시의 다른 측면에 따르면, 상기 전원(11)과 상기 전력변환부(220)를 연결하고, 상기 전원(11)에서 공급되는 전력을 상기 전력변환부(220)로 전달하는 충전회로(210)를 포함할 수 있다.
앞에서 설명된 본 개시의 어떤 실시예들 또는 다른 실시예들은 서로 배타적이거나 구별되는 것은 아니다. 앞서 설명된 본 개시의 어떤 실시예들 또는 다른 실시예들은 각각의 구성 또는 기능이 병용되거나 조합될 수 있다.
예를 들어 특정 실시예 및/또는 도면에 설명된 A 구성과 다른 실시예 및/또는 도면에 설명된 B 구성이 결합될 수 있음을 의미한다. 즉, 구성 간의 결합에 대해 직접적으로 설명하지 않은 경우라고 하더라도 결합이 불가능하다고 설명한 경우를 제외하고는 결합이 가능함을 의미한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 에어로졸 생성물질을 가열하는 히터;
    상기 히터에 전력을 공급하는 전원; 및
    상기 전원에서 출력되는 전압을 상기 히터에 공급되는 전압으로 변환하는 전력변환부;를 포함하고,
    상기 전력변환부는,
    상기 전원과 연결되는 인덕터를 포함하며,
    상기 인덕터의 인덕턴스는, 0.8 내지 1.2 uH 인 에어로졸 생성장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 인덕터의 인덕턴스는, 0.9 내지 1.1 uH 인 에어로졸 생성장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전력변환부는,
    상기 전원에서 출력되는 전압을 승압하는 부스트 컨버터(boost converter)를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 인덕터의 직류 저항값(DC resistance)은,
    20 mohm 보다 작은 에어로졸 생성장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 인덕터의 직류 저항값(DC resistance)은,
    5 내지 10 mohm 인 에어로졸 생성장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전력변환부와 상기 히터를 연결하고, 상기 전력변환부에서 출력되는 전력을 상기 히터로 전달하는 로드스위치를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 로드스위치는,
    상기 히터에 흐르는 전류가 제1 임계값 이상인 경우, 오프(OFF)되어, 상기 히터에 공급되는 전력을 차단하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 로드스위치의 출력단과 입력단 사이의 임피던스는,
    10 내지 20 mohm 인 에어로졸 생성장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전력변환부와 상기 히터를 연결하는 제1 저항을 포함하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 저항의 저항값은,
    1 내지 3 mohm 인 에어로졸 생성장치.
  11. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 전력변환부는,
    상기 히터에 흐르는 전류가 제2 임계값 이상인 경우, 오프(OFF)되어, 상기 히터에 공급되는 전력이 차단되는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 히터 및 상기 전력변환부 중 적어도 하나의 동작을 제어하여, 상기 히터로 공급되는 전력을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    일단이 상기 히터와 연결되고 타단이 접지되는 히터 스위치를 포함하고,
    상기 제어부는,
    상기 히터에 소정 주파수 및/또는 듀티비(duty ratio)를 가지는 펄스가 공급되도록 상기 히터 스위치를 제어하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
  14. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 전원과 상기 전력변환부를 연결하고, 상기 전원에서 공급되는 전력을 상기 전력변환부로 전달하는 충전회로를 포함하는 에어로졸 생성장치.
