최근 이차 전지에 대한 연구 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 여기서 이차 전지는 충방전이 가능한 전지로서, 종래의 Ni/Cd 배터리, Ni/MH 배터리 등과 최근의 리튬 이온 배터리를 모두 포괄하는 것으로 해석될 수 있다. 이차 전지 중 리튬 이온 배터리는 종래의 Ni/Cd 배터리, Ni/MH 배터리 등에 비해 높은 에너지 밀도를 가질 수 있으며, 소형 및 경량으로 제작될 수 있어 이동 기기의 전원에 관하여 높은 활용성을 가질 수 있다. 최근에는 전기 자동차의 전원으로 사용 범위가 확장되어 차세대 에너지 저장 매체로 주목을 받고 있다.
배터리 셀을 제조하기 위해 용접 공정이 수행될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 원통형 배터리 셀의 음극 탭을 형성하기 위해 전기 저항 용접이 수행될 수 있다. 용접 과정에서 용접 장치의 전압, 전류, 온도, 저항 등의 전기 데이터가 수집될 수 있으며, 전기 데이터를 기반으로 배터리 셀의 용접 상태가 판정될 수 있다. 용접 상태를 판정하는 정확도는 전기 데이터의 수집 방식, 전기 데이터에 대한 처리 방식 등에 따라 변경될 수 있다.
본 문서에 개시된 실시예들의 일 목적은, 용접 상태의 판정 성능을 향상시키기 위해 전기 데이터의 수집 방식 및 전기 데이터에 대한 처리 방식을 개선할 수 있는 용접 관리 장치, 용접 관리 방법 및 용접 관리 시스템을 제공하는 데 있다.
본 문서에 개시된 실시예들의 기술적 목적은 이상에서 언급한 기술적 과제들로 제한되지 않으며, 언급되지 않은 또다른 기술적 과제들은 아래의 기재들로부터 당업자에게 명확하게 이해될 수 있을 것이다.

일부 실시예들에 따르면, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 LOF 스코어가 임계 스코어를 초과하는 경우 상기 배터리의 용접 상태를 불량으로 진단하도록 구성되고, 상기 임계 스코어는 상기 용접 공정에 의해 제조되는 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도 테스트 데이터에 기초하여 결정된다.
일부 실시예들에 따르면, 상기 컨트롤러는 상기 용접 공정을 수행하는 용접 장치의 소모품이 교체되는 경우 상기 임계 스코어를 조정하도록 구성된다.

도 1을 참조하면, 용접 관리 시스템(100)은 배터리(110)에 대한 용접 공정을 수행하는 용접 장치(120) 및 용접 공정을 관리하는 용접 관리 장치(130)를 포함할 수 있다. 다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니고, 일부 구성이 용접 관리 시스템(100)에서 생략되거나, 다른 범용적인 구성이 용접 관리 시스템(100)에 더 포함될 수 있다.
배터리(110)는 용접 공정에 의해 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 배터리(110)는 배터리 셀, 배터리 모듈, 배터리 팩 등을 포함할 수 있다. 배터리 셀은 원통형 배터리 셀을 포함할 수 있다. 원통형 배터리 셀은 양극 또는 음극에 형성되는 리벳, 콜렉터, 탭, 비딩 등을 포함할 수 있으며, 이와 같은 원통형 배터리 셀의 세부 구조는 용접에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
용접 장치(120)는 배터리(110)를 형성하기 위해 용접 공정을 수행할 수 있다. 용접 공정은 저항 용접 공정을 포함할 수 있다. 저항 용접 공정 동안 용접 장치(120)에 전압과 전류가 입력될 수 있고, 용접 장치(120)는 용접 대상에 전압과 전류를 출력할 수 있으며, 용접 대상의 온도, 저항 등이 측정될 수 있다. 배터리(110)에 대한 용접 공정의 품질은 용접 공정 동안의 위와 같은 전기 데이터가 적절한 범위를 벗어나는지 여부에 기초하여 결정될 수 있다. 이에 착안하여, 전기 데이터에 기초하여 용접 상태를 추정하는 모델이 활용될 수 있다.
용접 관리 장치(130)는 용접 장치(120)에 의해 수행되는 배터리(110)에 대한 용접 공정을 관리할 수 있다. 용접 관리 장치(130)는 상태 진단 모델을 이용하여 배터리 셀(110)의 용접 상태를 진단할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 용접 관리 장치(130)는 용접 상태를 진단하기 위한 상태 진단 모델이 정상적으로 동작하고 있는지, 또는 상태 진단 모델의 교정이 필요한지를 판단할 수 있다. 실시예에 따르면, 상태 진단 모델은 로컬 아웃라이어 팩터(LOF) 모델, 원 클래스 서포트 벡터 머신(OC-SVM) 모델, 심층 서포트 벡터 데이터 기술(Deep SVDD) 등의 비지도 학습 기반 모델, 또는 XGBoost 등의 지도 학습 기반 모델을 포함할 수 있다. 본 문서에 개시된 실시예들에 따르면, LOF 모델과 같은 전기 데이터 모형을 통해 약용접, 과용접과 같은 음극탭 저항 용접시 발생하는 불량 현상이 감지될 수 있다.

도 2를 참조하면, 용접 관리 장치(130)는 인터페이스(131) 및 컨트롤러(132)를 포함할 수 있다. 다만 이에 제한되는 것은 아니고, 일부 구성이 용접 관리 장치(130)에서 생략되거나, 다른 범용적인 구성이 용접 관리 장치(130)에 더 포함될 수 있다.
인터페이스(131)는 배터리(110)에 대한 용접 공정 동안 수집되는 전기 데이터를 획득하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 인터페이스(131)는 전기 데이터를 측정하도록 구성되는 센서를 포함할 수 있고, 센서는 전압 센서, 전류 센서, 온도 센서, 저항 센서 등을 포함할 수 있다. 또는, 전기 데이터를 측정하도록 구성되는 센서가 용접 관리 장치(130)의 외부에 구비될 수 있고, 인터페이스(131)는 외부 센서로부터 전기 데이터를 유선 및/또는 무선으로 수신하도록 구성되는 통신 유닛을 포함할 수 있다.
컨트롤러(132)는 메모리 및 프로세서를 포함할 수 있다. 컨트롤러(132)의 프로세서는 각종 연산들을 처리하기 위한 다수의 논리 게이트들의 어레이 또는 범용적인 마이크로 프로세서로 구현될 수 있고, 단일의 프로세서 또는 복수의 프로세서들로 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 프로세서는 마이크로프로세서, CPU, GPU 및 AP 중 적어도 하나의 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
컨트롤러(132)의 메모리는 각종 데이터, 명령어, 모바일 애플리케이션, 컴퓨터 프로그램 등을 저장할 수 있다. 프로세서는 메모리에 저장되는 명령어들을 실행하여 각종 연산들을 처리할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 메모리는 ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, 플래시 메모리, PRAM, MRAM, RRAM, FRAM 등과 같은 비휘발성 장치, 또는 DRAM, SRAM, SDRAM, PRAM, 등의 휘발성 장치로 구현될 수 있고, HDD, SSD, SD, Micro-SD 등의 형태, 또는 이들에 관한 조합의 형태로 구현될 수 있다.
컨트롤러(132)는 로컬 아웃라이어 팩터(LOF) 모델에 저장되어 있는 학습 데이터 및 전기 데이터에 기초하여 전기 데이터의 제1 로컬 도달가능성 밀도(lrd)를 계산하도록 구성될 수 있다. LOF 모델은 LOF 알고리즘을 이용하여 전기 데이터에 대응하는 용접 상태를 진단하도록 학습되는 모델을 포함할 수 있다. LOF 모델은 다양한 머신러닝 기법을 통해 학습되는 인공지능 모델로 구현될 수 있다. LOF 모델은 모델 학습에 이용된 학습 데이터를 저장하고 있으며, 학습 데이터는 용접 공정 동안 측정되는 전기 데이터의 집합을 포함할 수 있다. LOF 모델은 배터리(110)로부터 수집되는 전기 데이터의 제1 lrd를 계산할 수 있다. LOF 알고리즘의 lrd 값은 신규 데이터가 기존 데이터에 도달할 가능성에 관한 밀도를 나타낼 수 있다. 제1 lrd의 구체적인 계산 과정에 대해서는 후술할 도 6이 참조될 수 있다.
컨트롤러(132)는 학습 데이터 중 전기 데이터로부터 기준 거리 이내에 있는 이웃 데이터의 제2 lrd 및 제1 lrd에 기초하여 전기 데이터의 LOF 스코어를 계산하도록 구성될 수 있다. 학습 데이터 및 전기 데이터는 n차원의 데이터일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 학습 데이터 및 전기 데이터는 n차원의 동저항(dynamic resistance) 데이터일 수 있다. 또는, 동저항 대신 용접 전압, 용접 전류, 트랜스 전압, 용접 온도 등의 다른 종류의 전기 데이터가 활용될 수 있다. 학습 데이터 및 전기 데이터의 차원 n은 수집된 값들의 개수에 대응할 수 있다. 예를 들면, 140차원의 동저항 데이터는 용접 공정 동안 일정한 간격으로 측정된 140개의 동저항 값들로 구성될 수 있다. 전기 데이터로부터의 거리는 n차원 공간에서의 거리일 수 있다. 실시예에 따르면, 기준 거리는 전기 데이터에 가장 가까운 k개의 학습 데이터를 의미할 수 있다. k가 5인 경우, 기준 거리 이내에 있는 5개의 학습 데이터에 대한 5개의 제2 lrd 값들이 계산될 수 있다. LOF 모델은 제1 lrd 및 k개의 제2 lrd에 기초하여 전기 데이터의 LOF 스코어를 계산할 수 있다.
컨트롤러(132)는 LOF 스코어에 기초하여 배터리(110)의 용접 상태를 진단하도록 구성될 수 있다. LOF 스코어는 배터리(110)의 용접 상태를 표현하는 지표로 기능할 수 있다. LOF 스코어는 인장강도와 같은 종래의 지표를 대체할 수 있다. 인장강도는 별도의 측정 설비와 측정 공정을 요구할 수 있으며, 인장강도 측정을 위해 샘플링되는 배터리가 파괴될 수 있다. 반면, LOF 스코어 기반의 진단은 비파괴 방식의 전수 검사를 수행할 수 있다.
실시예에 따르면, 전기 데이터는 용접 공정 중 용접 전압이 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간 동안 제1 측정 빈도로 수집되는 동저항(dynamic resistance) 값들을 포함할 수 있고, LOF 모델은 동저항 값들에 기초하여 LOF 스코어를 계산하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 용접 전압이 0.3 V를 초과하는 기간 동안 제1 측정 빈도로 전기 데이터가 수집될 수 있으며, 전기 데이터는 동저항 외에 전압, 전류, 온도 등일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제1 측정 빈도는 50 kHz일 수 있다. 기준 전압과 제1 측정 빈도의 구체적인 수치들은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있다.
실시예에 따르면, 컨트롤러(132)는 동저항 값들 중 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간의 시작 시점으로부터 제1 시간이 경과한 이후의 값들을 LOF 모델에 입력하여 LOF 스코어를 계산하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 제1 시간은 최초의 30개 값들의 패싱에 소요되는 시간일 수 있고, 제1 측정 빈도에 기초하여 결정될 수 있다. 필요에 따라 30개 외의 다른 개수가 활용될 수 있다. 이와 같이 최초 값들을 제외하는 방식으로 과도 상태의 데이터가 배제될 수 있고, LOF 모델의 진단 성능이 개선될 수 있다.
실시예에 따르면, 컨트롤러(132)는 용접 전압이 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간 및 제1 측정 빈도에 기초하여 동저항 값들의 데이터 개수를 결정하고, 데이터 개수의 차원을 갖는 유클리드 거리에 기초하여 기준 거리 이내에 있는 이웃 데이터의 개수를 계산하도록 구성될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 140개의 데이터 값들이 수집되는 경우, 140 차원의 유클리드 거리가 LOF 알고리즘의 거리 계산을 위해 활용될 수 있다. 실시예에 따르면, 이웃 데이터의 개수가 미리 설정된 k가 되도록 기준 거리가 결정될 수 있다.
실시예에 따르면, 컨트롤러(132)는 LOF 스코어가 임계 스코어를 초과하는 경우 배터리(110)의 용접 상태를 불량으로 진단하도록 구성될 수 있고, 임계 스코어는 용접 공정에 의해 제조되는 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도 테스트 데이터에 기초하여 결정될 수 있다. 예를 들면, 대량 생산 라인에서 용접 공정을 통해 테스트 배터리들이 생산될 수 있고, 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도 값들이 테스트될 수 있다. 인장강도 테스트 데이터를 기반으로, 임계 스코어가 설정될 수 있으며, 임계 스코어에 따른 불량 검출 성능 및 정상 용접에 대한 과검 성능이 검증될 수 있다.
실시예에 따르면, 컨트롤러(132)는 용접 공정을 수행하는 용접 장치(120)의 소모품이 교체되는 경우 임계 스코어를 조정하도록 구성될 수 있다. 소모품이 교체되는 경우 배터리(110)로부터 수집되는 전기 데이터의 산포도는 일정하게 유지될 수 있으나, 전기 데이터의 평균 또는 중심 위치가 변경될 수 있다. 이 경우, 임계 스코어를 동일한 값으로 유지하면 정상 용접이 불량으로 분류되는 과검이 발생할 수 있으므로, 평균 또는 중심 위치의 변동량을 기반으로 임계 스코어가 조정될 수 있다.
실시예에 따르면, 전기 데이터는 차단 주파수 미만의 제1 데이터 및 차단 주파수 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 데이터를 포함할 수 있고, 컨트롤러(132)는 제1 데이터에 대해 용접 상태가 불량으로 진단되는 경우 하나 이상의 제2 데이터의 변곡점에 기초하여 용접 공정의 불량 발생 시점을 검출하도록 구성될 수 있다. 종래의 전기 데이터 측정의 경우, 차단 주파수 미만의 제1 데이터만이 수집되었으나, 이와 달리 용접 관리 시스템(100)에서는 차단 주파수 이상의 주파수 범위에 대해서도 데이터가 수집될 수 있다. 즉, 용접 관리 시스템(100)에서는 종래 대비 차단 주파수가 실질적으로 증가할 수 있다. 후술할 도 5에서와 같이, 차단 주파수 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 데이터의 경우 차단 주파수 미만의 제1 데이터의 경우보다 더 명확하게 데이터 변곡점이 나타날 수 있으며, 이를 통해 용접 불량의 원인이 발생한 시점이 검출될 수 있다.
도 3 내지 도 5는 일부 실시예에 따른 전기 데이터를 수집하는 방식을 예시한다.
도 3을 참조하면, 용접 전압을 측정하기 위한 종래 방식을 나타내는 그래프(310) 및 개선 방식을 나타내는 그래프(320)가 도시될 수 있다.
그래프(310)의 종래 방식은 용접 전류가 특정 값을 초과하는 기간 동안 데이터가 수집되는 반면, 그래프(320)의 개선 방식은 용접 전압이 특정 값을 초과하는 기간 동안 데이터가 수집될 수 있다. 개선 방식의 경우 전류가 아닌 전압을 기준으로 데이터 수집이 시작되기 때문에, 용접 수행 구간과 데이터 수집 구간이 일치할 수 있다.
그래프(310)의 종래 방식에서는 데이터 수집 구간의 지속시간과는 무관하게 동일한 개수의 데이터 포인트들이 수집되었으나, 그래프(320)의 개선 방식에서는 데이터 수집 구간의 지속시간이 길어질수록 더 많은 개수의 데이터 포인트들이 수집될 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 동저항을 측정하기 위한 종래 방식을 나타내는 그래프(410) 및 개선 방식을 나타내는 그래프(420)가 도시될 수 있다. 도 3의 용접 전압의 경우와 마찬가지로, 도 4의 동저항의 경우에도 개선 방식을 통해 데이터 수집이 보다 적절하게 수행될 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 차단 주파수 미만의 범위에서 측정되는 동저항 값을 나타내는 그래프(510) 및 차단 주파수 이상의 범위에서 측정되는 동저항 값을 나타내는 그래프(520)가 도시될 수 있다.
그래프(510)는 1 kHz의 주파수에서 측정된 동저항 값을 나타낼 수 있다. 예를 들면, 차단 주파수는 1 kHz 내지 5 kHz의 범위 내에 존재할 수 있다. 용접 장치(120)에 의해 제공되는 용접 전압 및/또는 용접 전류의 주파수가 변경되면, 용접 대상인 배터리(110)에서 측정되는 동저항 값도 변경될 수 있다. 동저항 값은 임피던스 값을 포함할 수 있다. 그래프(520)는 차단 주파수를 초과하는 주파수 범위에서 측정되는 동저항 값을 나타낼 수 있다. 도시된 바와 같이, 5 kHz, 10 kHz, 20 kHz 등의 주파수에서는 동저항 값의 증가/감소 패턴이 변화하는 변곡점(521)이 보다 명확하게 나타날 수 있다. 실시예에 따르면, 그래프(510)의 차단 주파수 미만의 범위에서 LOF 스코어 기반으로 용접 상태가 불량으로 진단되면, 그래프(520)의 차단 주파수 이상의 범위에서 용접 불량의 원인 시점으로 추정되는 변곡점(521)이 검출될 수 있다.
도 6은 일부 실시예에 따른 로컬 아웃라이어 팩터(LOF) 스코어를 계산하는 방식을 예시한다.
도 6을 참조하면, LOF 스코어를 계산하기 위해 이용되는 학습 데이터 및 전기 데이터의 분포(610) 및 LOF 스코어를 계산하기 위한 수식들(620-650)이 도시될 수 있다.
분포(610)에서, 전기 데이터(p) 및 전기 데이터(p)로부터 기준 거리 이내에 있는 이웃 데이터(o)가 도시될 수 있다. 실시예에 따르면, 이웃 데이터(o)의 개수 k는 5로 설정될 수 있고, 전기 데이터(p)로부터의 기준 거리는 k가 5가 되도록 하는 거리 값으로 설정될 수 있다. 전기 데이터(p)의 제1 lrd 값 및 5개의 이웃 데이터(o)의 5개의 제2 lrd 값들에 기초하여 전기 데이터(p)의 LOF 스코어가 계산될 수 있다.
수식(620)에서, k는 이웃 데이터(o)의 개수로서 5일 수 있다. LOF 스코어 LOFk(p)는 제1 lrd 값 lrdk(p), 제2 lrd 값들 lrdk(o) 및 이웃 데이터(o)의 집합 Nk(p)에 기초하여 계산될 수 있다. |Nk(p)|는 Nk(p)의 크기일 수 있다. 수식(630)에서, 제1 lrd 값 lrdk(p)는 이웃 데이터(o)의 집합 Nk(p) 및 도달가능성 거리 reachability-distancek(p,o)에 기초하여 계산될 수 있다. 이와 유사한 방식으로 제2 lrd 값들 lrdk(o)도 계싼될 수 있다.
수식(640)에서, 이웃 데이터(o)의 집합 Nk(p)은 학습 데이터 및 전기 데이터(p) 간의 거리 d(p, q) 및 전기 데이터(p)에서 k번째로 가까운 학습 데이터와의 거리 k-distance(p)에 기초하여 계산될 수 있다. 수식(650)에서, 도달가능성 거리 reachability-distancek(p,o)는 전기 데이터(p)에서 k번째로 가까운 학습 데이터와의 거리 k-distance(p) 및 거리 d(p, q)에 기초하여 계산될 수 있다. 전기 데이터(p)의 데이터 값들의 개수가 n인 경우, 거리 d(p, q)는 n차원 유클리드 거리로 계산될 수 있다.
도 7은 일부 실시예에 따른 LOF 스코어를 기반으로 용접 상태를 진단하는 방식을 예시한다.
도 7을 참조하면, LOF 스코어를 계산하기 위해 활용되는 학습 데이터(710) 및 학습 데이터(710)와 함께 표시되는 신규 데이터(720)가 도시될 수 있다. 데이터는 2차원으로 단순화되어 표현되었으나, 일반적으로 LOF 모델은 n = 140 등과 같이 고차원에서 동작할 수 있다.
학습 데이터(710)에 기초하여 LOF 모델이 학습될 수 있다. 학습 데이터(710)의 각 데이터 포인트는 용접 공정 동안 측정되는 전기 데이터일 수 있다. 예를 들면, 학습 데이터(710) 및 신규 데이터(720)는 동저항, 용접 전압, 용접 전류, 용접 온도 중 어느 하나의 데이터를 나타낼 수 있다.
신규 데이터(720)는 학습 데이터(710)의 분포에 가깝게 위치하는 신규 데이터 1 및 학습 데이터(710)의 분포와 멀리 위치하는 신규 데이터 2를 포함할 수 있다. 신규 데이터 1 및 신규 데이터 2의 LOF 스코어들은 도 6에서와 같은 방식으로 계산될 수 있다. 신규 데이터 1의 LOF 스코어는 1에 가까운 값으로 계산될 수 있고, 이는 정상 용접으로 분류될 수 있다. 반면, 신규 데이터 2의 LOF 스코어는 1보다 더 높은 값으로 계산될 수 있고, 이는 불량 용접으로 분류될 높은 확률을 가질 수 있다.
도 8은 일부 실시예에 따른 LOF 스코어를 기반으로 용접 강도를 구분하는 방식을 예시한다.
도 8을 참조하면, 전기 데이터를 기반으로 용접 상태를 모니터링하는 종래 방식을 나타내는 그래프(810) 및 개선 방식을 나타내는 그래프(820)가 도시될 수 있다.
그래프(810)의 종래 방식에서는 용접 강도가 달라지더라도 모델 스코어가 서로 큰 차이를 보이지 않을 수 있다. 반면, 용접 관리 시스템(100)에 따른 그래프(820)의 개선 방식에서는 과다 용접(821), 정상 용접(822) 및 부족 용접(823)이 서로 구분되는 스코어 값으로 분류될 수 있다.
도 9는 일부 실시예에 따른 인장강도와 LOF 스코어 간의 관계에 기반하여 임계 스코어를 설정하는 과정을 예시한다.
도 9를 참조하면, 복수의 테스트 배터리들에 대해 측정되는 인장강도와 LOF 스코어 간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프(900)가 도시될 수 있다.
그래프(900)에서와 같이, 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도와 LOF 스코어는 서로 유의미한 상관 관계를 가질 수 있다. 정량적으로, 그래프(900)의 인장강도와 LOF 스코어는 80% 수준의 R2 값을 가질 수 있다. 80% 수준의 상관 관계는 전체 구간뿐만 아니라, 배터리(110)의 인장강도 규격수치 근처의 관심 영역에서도 나타날 수 있다.
그래프(900)에서 임계 스코어(910)가 설정될 수 있다. 배터리 음극 탭의 인장강도 규격이 약 0.9kgf인 경우, 인장강도 검사 데이터의 평균값의 50% 수준은 약 1.51 kgf일 수 있고, 이를 control limit로 하는 테스트 배터리들이 샘플로 생산될 수 있다. 이 경우, 1.51 kgf에 대응하는 LOF 스코어가 임계 스코어(910)가 설정될 수 있으며, 이 경우에도 정상 용접을 불량으로 잘못 분류하는 과검이 증가하지 않는다는 점이 확인될 수 있다. 이와 같은 방식으로, 임계 스코어(910)는 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도 테스트 데이터에 기반하여 설정될 수 있다.
도 10은 일부 실시예에 따른 용접 장치의 소모품이 교체되는 경우 임계 스코어를 조정하는 방식을 예시한다.

  1. 배터리에 대한 용접 공정 동안 수집되는 전기 데이터를 획득하도록 구성되는 인터페이스; 및
    로컬 아웃라이어 팩터(LOF) 모델에 저장되어 있는 학습 데이터 및 상기 전기 데이터에 기초하여 상기 전기 데이터의 제1 로컬 도달가능성 밀도(lrd)를 계산하고,
    상기 학습 데이터 중 상기 전기 데이터로부터 기준 거리 이내에 있는 이웃 데이터의 제2 lrd 및 상기 제1 lrd에 기초하여 상기 전기 데이터의 LOF 스코어를 계산하고,
    상기 LOF 스코어에 기초하여 상기 배터리의 용접 상태를 진단하도록 구성되는 컨트롤러를 포함하는, 용접 관리 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전기 데이터는 상기 용접 공정 중 용접 전압이 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간 동안 제1 측정 빈도로 수집되는 동저항(dynamic resistance) 값들을 포함하고,

    상기 데이터 개수의 차원을 갖는 유클리드 거리에 기초하여 상기 기준 거리 이내에 있는 상기 이웃 데이터의 개수를 계산하도록 구성되는, 용접 관리 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 컨트롤러는 상기 LOF 스코어가 임계 스코어를 초과하는 경우 상기 배터리의 용접 상태를 불량으로 진단하도록 구성되고,
    상기 임계 스코어는 상기 용접 공정에 의해 제조되는 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도 테스트 데이터에 기초하여 결정되는, 용접 관리 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서,
    상기 컨트롤러는 상기 용접 공정을 수행하는 용접 장치의 소모품이 교체되는 경우 상기 임계 스코어를 조정하도록 구성되는, 용접 관리 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 전기 데이터는 차단 주파수 미만의 제1 데이터 및 상기 차단 주파수 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 데이터를 포함하고,
    상기 컨트롤러는 상기 제1 데이터에 대해 상기 용접 상태가 불량으로 진단되는 경우 상기 하나 이상의 제2 데이터의 변곡점에 기초하여 상기 용접 공정의 불량 발생 시점을 검출하도록 구성되는, 용접 관리 장치.
  8. 배터리에 대한 용접 공정 동안 수집되는 전기 데이터를 획득하는 단계;
    로컬 아웃라이어 팩터(LOF) 모델에 저장되어 있는 학습 데이터 및 상기 전기 데이터에 기초하여 상기 전기 데이터의 제1 로컬 도달가능성 밀도(lrd)를 계산하는 단계;
    상기 학습 데이터 중 상기 전기 데이터로부터 기준 거리 이내에 있는 이웃 데이터의 제2 lrd 및 상기 제1 lrd에 기초하여 상기 전기 데이터의 LOF 스코어를 계산하는 단계; 및
    상기 LOF 스코어에 기초하여 상기 배터리의 용접 상태를 진단하는 단계를 포함하는, 용접 관리 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 전기 데이터는 상기 용접 공정 중 용접 전압이 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간 동안 제1 측정 빈도로 수집되는 동저항(dynamic resistance) 값들을 포함하고,
    상기 LOF 모델은 상기 동저항 값들에 기초하여 상기 LOF 스코어를 계산하도록 구성되는, 용접 관리 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 LOF 스코어를 계산하는 단계는,
    상기 동저항 값들 중 상기 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간의 시작 시점으로부터 제1 시간이 경과한 이후의 값들을 상기 LOF 모델에 입력하여 상기 LOF 스코어를 계산하는 단계를 포함하는, 용접 관리 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서,
    상기 LOF 스코어를 계산하는 단계는,
    상기 용접 전압이 상기 기준 전압을 초과하는 기간 및 상기 제1 측정 빈도에 기초하여 상기 동저항 값들의 데이터 개수를 결정하는 단계; 및
    상기 데이터 개수의 차원을 갖는 유클리드 거리에 기초하여 상기 기준 거리 이내에 있는 상기 이웃 데이터의 개수를 계산하는 단계를 포함하는, 용접 관리 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 용접 상태를 진단하는 단계는,
    상기 LOF 스코어가 임계 스코어를 초과하는 경우 상기 배터리의 용접 상태를 불량으로 진단하는 단계를 포함하고,
    상기 임계 스코어는 상기 용접 공정에 의해 제조되는 테스트 배터리들의 인장강도 테스트 데이터에 기초하여 결정되는, 용접 관리 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서,
    상기 용접 공정을 수행하는 용접 장치의 소모품이 교체되는 경우 상기 임계 스코어를 조정하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 용접 관리 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 전기 데이터는 차단 주파수 미만의 제1 데이터 및 상기 차단 주파수 이상의 하나 이상의 제2 데이터를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 데이터에 대해 상기 용접 상태가 불량으로 진단되는 경우 상기 하나 이상의 제2 데이터의 변곡점에 기초하여 상기 용접 공정의 불량 발생 시점을 검출하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 용접 관리 방법.
  15. 배터리;
    상기 배터리에 대한 용접 공정을 수행하도록 구성되는 용접 장치; 및
    상기 용접 공정 동안 수집되는 전기 데이터를 획득하고, 로컬 아웃라이어 팩터(LOF) 모델에 저장되어 있는 학습 데이터 및 상기 전기 데이터에 기초하여 상기 전기 데이터의 제1 로컬 도달가능성 밀도(lrd)를 계산하고, 상기 학습 데이터 중 상기 전기 데이터로부터 기준 거리 이내에 있는 이웃 데이터의 제2 lrd 및 상기 제1 lrd에 기초하여 상기 전기 데이터의 LOF 스코어를 계산하고, 상기 LOF 스코어에 기초하여 상기 배터리의 용접 상태를 진단하도록 구성되는 용접 관리 장치를 포함하는, 용접 관리 시스템.
