- the second sealing member 420 may seal the first air layer 91.
- the second sealing member 420 may engage with the second end 232 of the third wall 230 to seal the gap between the second wall 220 and the third wall 230.
- the second sealing member 420 is an elastic member that is disposed between the second wall 220 and the third wall 230 while contracting radially, sealing the gap between the second wall 220 and the third wall 230 by its elastic force.
- the material of the sealing body 410 is not particularly limited, and may be an elastic member or a rigid member.
- the sealing body 410 and the second sealing member 420 may be integrally formed from the same material.
- the sealing body 410 and the second sealing member 420 may be formed from different materials; in this case, they are preferably integrally formed by two-color molding. This reduces the number of steps required for manufacturing.
- the sealing portion 400 may cover the second end 102 side of the accommodating portion 30 while engaging with the second end 232 of the third wall 230. This makes it possible to suppress heat transfer via air from the second end 102 side of the accommodating portion 30.

- a conductor or a flexible printed circuit (FPC) may be arranged through the through hole 401.
- an FPC that supplies power to a heater 43 for heating the consumable product 110 is arranged through the through hole 401. Therefore, the through hole 401 is formed in an elongated slit shape to match the cross-sectional shape of the FPC.
- the through hole 401 has a slope and its radial width changes depending on its depth, but this is not limited to this.
- the shape of the through hole 401 can be formed to match the shape of the wiring 42 that passes through the through hole 401, etc. From the perspective of suppressing heat transfer from the storage portion 30 due to the movement of air through the through hole 401, it is preferable that the through hole 401 be sealed.
- the through hole 401 can be sealed using an adhesive or the like.
- the through-hole 401 can be sealed by filling in the area around the wiring 42.
- the sealing portion 400 may also seal the second air layer 92 by engaging with the end of the second wall 220 on the second end 102 side.

- the engaging portion 440 is a convex portion protruding from the sealing unit side surface 405 extending in the thickness direction of the sealing unit main body 410. Engagement of the engaging portion 440 of the sealing unit 400 with the engaged portion 215 of the first wall 210 can restrict movement in a direction along the first wall 210, for example, by fitting the convex portion into the concave portion. In this way, engagement of the sealing unit 400 with the second end portion 232 of the third wall 230 and the first wall 210 can prevent the sealing unit 400 from shifting or falling off, and can more stably seal the first air layer 91, etc.

- the heat diffusion member 80 may be arranged along at least one of the second wall 220 and the third wall 230. This allows heat to be diffused in the direction of extension of the second wall 220 or the third wall 230, thereby suppressing local temperature increases.
- the heat diffusion member 80 may be arranged in contact with the second wall 220 or the third wall 230.
- the heat diffusion member 80 may define a first air layer 91 or a second air layer 92.
- the heat diffusion member 80 is preferably disposed on the inner surface 225, which is the radially inner surface of the second wall 220. Because heat diffusion is proportional to the temperature gradient, disposing the heat diffusion member 80 closer to the heating element 41 increases the temperature difference between the portion of the heat diffusion member 80 closest to the heating element 41 and the portion farther away, thereby promoting heat diffusion. Furthermore, in cases where the second wall 220 and the third wall 230 are disposed close to each other, it is relatively easier to attach the heat diffusion member 80 to the inner surface 225 of the second wall 220 than to other positions.
- the heat diffusion member 80 is preferably arranged around the longitudinal axis AX1, surrounding the storage section 30.
- the heat diffusion member 80 has a cylindrical shape extending in the insertion direction of the consumable product 110.
- the heat diffusion member 80 may be arranged to cover part of the storage section 30.
- the shape and position of the heat diffusion member 80 are not particularly limited as long as it is effective in diffusing heat from the storage section 30.
- the heat diffusion member 80 may be arranged in contact with the radially inner surface (inner surface 225) or radially outer surface of the second wall 220, or may be arranged in contact with the radially inner surface or radially outer surface of the third wall 230.

- FIG. 11 is an enlarged side cross-sectional view schematically illustrating a flavor inhaler 120B according to a second modified example of the first embodiment.
- the flavor inhaler 120B has a configuration similar to that of the flavor inhaler 120 described above, but differs in that the heating unit 40 has an induction coil 44 instead of the heater 43.
- the induction coil 44 is preferably formed in a spiral shape around the longitudinal axis AX1, surrounding the storage unit 30.
- a tubular member 320 disposed radially inside the induction coil 44 may serve as a susceptor and function as the heating element 41.
- the tubular member 320 may be an insulator, and a susceptor may be disposed inside the induction coil 44 separately from the tubular member 320.
- the consumable product 110 may have a susceptor; in this case, the flavor inhaler 120B may not have a tubular member 320.
- the induction coil 44 may be positioned anywhere in the body, as long as it can heat the consumable product 110 via the susceptor. As shown in FIG. 11, the induction coil 44 may be positioned radially outside the housing member 310 and radially inside the second wall 220. In this case, the housing member 310, induction coil 44, and second wall 220 may be positioned in this order radially from the housing section 30.
- the induction coil 44 may define a second air layer 92.
- wiring 42 that supplies power to an induction coil 44 for heating a consumable item 110 may be arranged through a through-hole 401 in a sealing portion 400. After passing the wiring 42 through the through-hole 401, the through-hole 401 can be sealed with an adhesive or the like so as to fill in the area around the wiring 42.
- the flavor inhaler 120C has substantially the same configuration as the flavor inhaler 120 described above, but differs in that it has a sealing part 400A instead of the sealing part 400 and a housing 200A instead of the housing 200.
- the sealing portion 400A is configured to seal at least one of the first air layer 91 and the second air layer 92. As shown in FIG. 12, the sealing portion 400A engages with the first end 231 on the first end 101 side of the third wall 230. By engaging with the first end 231, the sealing portion 400A can seal the first air layer 91 or the second air layer 92. It is preferable that the sealing portion 400A is formed integrally with the cover member 500, which has an opening 121 through which the consumable product 110 is inserted. This makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and simplify the structure, thereby reducing the number of steps in the manufacturing process and minimizing the complexity of the manufacturing process.
- the housing 200A may have a fourth wall 240.
- the fourth wall 240 extends from the inner wall surface of the first wall 210 that extends in the insertion direction of the consumable product 110 in a direction intersecting the insertion direction, and is connected to the end of the second wall 220 on the second end 102 (FIG. 1) side and the second end 232 of the third wall.

- the cross-section 13-13 extends in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the consumable product 110 and is located closer to the second end 102 than the fourth wall 240 in the insertion direction.
- the fourth wall 240 may have a fourth wall through-hole 241.
- the fourth wall through-hole 241 may penetrate the thickness of the fourth wall 240 from the surface of the fourth wall 240 on the first end 101 side to the surface on the second end 102 side.
- the fourth wall through-hole 241 may be configured to allow wiring 42 that supplies power to the heater 43 or induction coil 44 that constitutes the heating unit 40 to pass through. After the wiring 42 is placed in the fourth wall through-hole 241, the fourth wall through-hole 241 may be sealed with an adhesive or the like.
- the sealing portion 400A has a cover portion 510 and an engagement portion 520.
- the cover portion 510 is a flat portion that covers the first end 101 of the flavor inhaler 120C and is arranged to extend in a direction approximately perpendicular to the insertion direction of the consumable product 110.

Description

制御部20は、CPU(Central Processing Unit)及びメモリなどによって構成されえる。
収容部材310の材質は特に限定されず、例えば、PC(ポリカーボネート)、ABS(Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)樹脂、若しくはPEEK(ポリエーテルエーテルケトン)等の樹脂またはアルミニウム等の金属を含むことができる。
