- FIG. 1 is a flowchart illustrating one of the call processing methods provided in this application, applied to an electronic device; as shown in Figure 1, the method includes the following steps:
- Step 101 If the preset triggering conditions are met, the video service function is turned off.
- the video service function includes at least one of the video ringback tone function and the video vibration function.
- the preset triggering conditions include at least one of the following:
- the electronic device is in roaming mode
- the electronic device is in a roaming call state.
- the probability of an electronic device making an international roaming call is greater than a preset threshold.
- the probability of an electronic device making an international roaming call is determined to be greater than the preset threshold, the video service function of the electronic device can be disabled.
- the probability of an electronic device making an international roaming call is greater than the preset threshold under at least one of the following conditions: one is that the electronic device is in a roaming state, i.e., the electronic device's current registered network is a roaming network; the other is that the electronic device is in a roaming call state.
- the roaming call state of an electronic device can include two situations: one is that the electronic device initiates a roaming call request, in which case the electronic device is in the calling state; the other is that the electronic device receives a roaming call request, in which case the electronic device is in the called state.
- an electronic device Before making a voice call, such as a VoLTE call, an electronic device can register with a network and confirm its roaming status through the network it is registered with. Specifically, the electronic device can receive System Information Blocks (SIBs) and use these SIB messages to check whether its current registered network, i.e., the network visited by the electronic device, is a roaming network. If the electronic device's current registered network is different from its home network, it is determined that the electronic device is in a roaming state.
- SIBs System Information Blocks
- an electronic device Before making a voice call, such as a VoLTE call, an electronic device can register with the network. If the registration is successful, the device can make a voice call. When the electronic device initiates a dialing, it can detect whether the number dialed by the user is an international roaming number. If the number dialed by the user is an international roaming number, the electronic device is in the calling state of a roaming call, that is, the electronic device is in the calling state of a roaming call.
- an electronic device Before making a voice call, such as a VoLTE call, an electronic device can register with the network. Once registration is successful, the device can make the call. When the electronic device receives a roaming call request, it is in the calling state of a roaming call, i.e., in the called state of a roaming call. Call requests received by an electronic device while in roaming mode, as well as call requests received by an electronic device outside of roaming mode from other communication networks different from its home network, can both be referred to as roaming call requests.
- the video service function can be disabled through settings or software adaptation. Consequently, when the video service function is disabled on an electronic device, the device will not support video ringback tones or video vibration. Therefore, during roaming calls, such as international roaming voice call negotiations, information related to the video service function will be prohibited.
- international roaming voice calls can be International Circuit Switched Domain (CS) calls, VoLTE roaming calls, Voice over New Radio (VoNR) roaming calls, Voice over Wireless Fidelity (VoWiFi) roaming calls, etc.
- CS Circuit Switched Domain
- VoLTE VoLTE roaming calls
- VoIP Voice over New Radio
- VoIP Voice over Wireless Fidelity
- VoLTE roaming calls when an electronic device initiates a VoLTE call request, it does not carry information related to video services such as video ringback tones and video vibration during the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) negotiation.
- SIP Session Initiation Protocol
- SDP Session Description Protocol
- the network When the network negotiates a call with an electronic device, it will not configure video ringback tones and video vibration services for the electronic device because the electronic device does not support them.
- the electronic device When the electronic device does not meet the preset trigger conditions, the electronic device will not shut down the video service function; the electronic device can use the video service function normally under the home network, such as the video ringback tone service and the video ringback vibration service, so that the use of the video ringback tone service and the video ringback vibration service will not be affected.
- the video service function normally under the home network, such as the video ringback tone service and the video ringback vibration service, so that the use of the video ringback tone service and the video ringback vibration service will not be affected.
- the video service function which includes at least one of video ringback tone and video vibration, is disabled. This prevents the transmission of video service function-related information during the roaming call establishment process, thereby reducing the probability of international roaming call establishment failures, such as VoLTE call failures, due to incompatibility of video services between operators, and improving the user's call service experience.
- the method further includes:
- the video service function will be restored if the preset recovery conditions are met.
- the preset recovery conditions include:
- the electronic device is not in a roaming state
- the electronic device is not in a roaming call state.
- the video function is turned off
- disabling the video function will disable all video service functions, including video ringback tones and video vibration.
- disabling the video function indirectly disables the video ringback tones and video vibration functions. This reduces the probability of international roaming calls, such as VoLTE calls, failing due to incompatibility between video services between operators, thus improving the user's call service experience.
- disabling only the video function disables multiple video service functions, increasing the convenience of disabling video services.
- Step 202 The electronic device confirms its roaming status; the current camped network can be checked by receiving SIB messages to see if it is a roaming network.
- Step 203 The electronic device can be configured to turn off its own video function when the electronic device is in roaming mode; correspondingly, the video function is turned off when the electronic device is in roaming mode.
- Step 204 The electronic device initiates a VoLTE call request
- the network negotiates a call with the electronic device, since the electronic device does not support video calls, the network will not configure video ringback tones and video ringback tones for the electronic device.
- Step 206 When the electronic device is not in roaming mode, the electronic device will not turn off the video function; at this time, the electronic device can use the video ringback tone and video ringing service normally under the home network, without affecting the use of the video ringback tone and video ringing service.
- Step 301 The electronic device registers with the network.
- Step 302 Confirm the roaming call status of the electronic device; This can be confirmed by detecting whether the electronic device initiates a roaming call request, such as detecting whether the electronic device initiates an international roaming number dialing, and by detecting whether the electronic device receives a roaming call request.
- Step 303 When the electronic device initiates an international roaming number dialing or receives a roaming call request, the electronic device disables its own video function.
- Step 304 The electronic device initiates a VoLTE call request
- Step 305 When electronic devices negotiate with the network via SIP, they will not carry information related to video ringback tones and video vibration services.
- the network negotiates a call with the electronic device, since the electronic device does not support video functionality, the network will not configure video ringback tones and video vibration bearers for the electronic device.
- Step 306 When the electronic device does not dial an international roaming number and does not receive a roaming call request, the electronic device will not turn off the video function; at this time, the video ringback tone service and video ringing service under the home network can be used normally.
- step 101 specifically includes at least one of the following:
- At least one of the video ringback tone function and the video vibration function shall be turned off.
- At least one of the video ringback tone function and the video vibration function is turned off.
- the probability of international roaming call establishment failures, such as VoLTE calls, due to incompatibility of video services between operators can be reduced, thus improving the user's call service experience.
- directly disabling the video ringback tone and video vibration functions allows for more targeted intervention and will not affect the normal use of other video service functions, such as video calling.
- Step 401 The electronic device registers with the network.
- Step 402 The electronic device confirms its roaming status; the current camped network can be checked by receiving SIB messages to see if it is a roaming network.
- Step 403 The electronic device can be configured to disable the video ringback tone function and the video vibration function when the electronic device is in roaming mode; correspondingly, the video ringback tone function and the video vibration function are disabled when the electronic device is in roaming mode.
- Step 404 The electronic device initiates a VoLTE call request
- the network negotiates a call with the electronic device, since the electronic device does not support video ringback tones and video ringback tones services, the network will not configure video ringback tones and video ringback tones bearers for the electronic device.
- Step 406 When the electronic device is not in roaming mode, the electronic device will not turn off the video ringback tone and video vibration functions; at this time, the electronic device can use the video ringback tone and video vibration services normally under the home network, without affecting the use of the video ringback tone and video vibration services.
- Step 501 The electronic device registers with the network.
- Step 502 Confirm the roaming call status of the electronic device; This can be confirmed by detecting whether the electronic device initiates a roaming call request, such as detecting whether the electronic device initiates an international roaming number dialing, and by detecting whether the electronic device receives a roaming call request.
- Step 504 The electronic device initiates a VoLTE call request
- Step 505 When electronic devices negotiate with the network via SIP, they will not carry information related to video ringback tones and video vibration services.
- the network negotiates a call with the electronic device, since the electronic device does not support video ringback tones and video vibration functions, the network will not configure video ringback tones and video vibration bearers for the electronic device.
- Step 506 When the electronic device does not dial an international roaming number and does not receive a roaming call request, the electronic device will not disable the video ringback tone and video ringback function; at this time, the video ringback tone and video ringback services under the home network can be used normally.
- step 101 specifically includes:
- the first operator identifier is the operator identifier of the visited network of the electronic device.
- At least one of the video ringback tone function and the video vibration function shall be turned off;
- the first preset configuration list includes operator identifiers for visited networks that do not support video call roaming.
- Step 601 The electronic device registers with the network.
- Step 602 The electronic device confirms its roaming status; the current camped network can be checked by receiving SIB messages to see if it is a roaming network.
- Step 603 When the electronic device is in roaming mode, it can check the first preset configuration list. If the first operator identifier of the visited network of the electronic device is in the first preset configuration list, that is, if the operator of the currently camped network does not support ViLTE roaming, it can choose to turn off the video function; and if the first operator identifier of the visited network of the electronic device is not in the first preset configuration list, that is, if the operator of the currently camped network supports ViLTE roaming, it can choose to turn off the video ringback tone function and the video ringback tone function.
- Step 606 When the electronic device is not in roaming mode, the electronic device will not turn off the video function, video ringback tone function, and video vibration function; at this time, the electronic device can use the video ringback tone and video vibration services normally under the home network, without affecting the use of the video ringback tone and video vibration services.
- the electronic device can be configured with a list of operators whose video functions are disabled, i.e., a first preset configuration list.
- a list of operators whose video functions are disabled i.e., a first preset configuration list.
- the video function is configured to be disabled. Since the visited network of the electronic device does not support ViLTE roaming, i.e., does not support video functions, the video function can be directly disabled, thus disabling all video service functions, which improves the convenience of disabling video service functions.
- the video ringback tone and video vibration functions are disabled.
- the option to disable video functions or video services can be selected, thus improving the flexibility of disabling video ringback tone and video vibration functions.
- step 101 specifically includes:
- the video service function shall be turned off.
- the first combination is a combination of a first operator identifier and a second operator identifier
- the first operator identifier is the operator identifier of the visited network of the electronic device
- the second operator identifier is the operator identifier of the home network of the electronic device
- the second preset configuration list includes at least one of the second combinations
- the second combination includes a third operator identifier and a fourth operator identifier
- the home network corresponding to the third operator identifier and the visited network corresponding to the fourth operator identifier are incompatible for video call roaming.
- Step 701 The electronic device registers with the network.
- Step 702 The electronic device confirms its roaming status; the current camped network can be checked by receiving SIB messages to see if it is a roaming network.
- Step 703 When the electronic device is in roaming mode, it can check the second preset configuration list. When the first combination matches the second combination in the second preset configuration list, the video function can be turned off. When the first combination does not match the second combination in the second preset configuration list, the video ringback tone function and the video ringback function can be turned off.
- Step 704 The electronic device initiates a VoLTE call request
- the network When the network negotiates a call with the electronic device, because the electronic device does not support video calls, or does not support video ringback tones and video ringback tones services, the network will not configure video ringback tones and video ringback tones bearers for the electronic device.
- Step 706 When the electronic device is not in roaming mode, the electronic device will not turn off the video function, video ringback tone function, and video ringback vibration function; at this time, the electronic device can use the video ringback tone and video ringback vibration services normally under the home network, without affecting the use of the video ringback tone and video ringback vibration services.
- the electronic device can be configured with a second combination list, i.e., a second preset configuration list, for disabling video functionality.
- a second combination list i.e., a second preset configuration list
- the video function can be disabled, or the video ringback tone and video vibration functions can be disabled.
- the video function, or the video ringback tone and video vibration functions are disabled only for roaming combinations of home and visited networks that are incompatible with ViLTE roaming calls. This avoids mistakenly disabling video ringback tone and video vibration services between roaming combinations of home and visited networks that are compatible with video call roaming, thus expanding the roaming usage scenarios for video ringback tone and video vibration services.
- the call processing method provided in this application can be executed by a call processing device.
- This application uses the example of a call processing device executing the call processing method to illustrate the call processing device provided in this application.

所述电子设备处于漫游状态;
(Voice over New Radio,VoNR)漫游通话、无线保真语音承载(Voice over Wireless Fidelity,VoWiFi)漫游通话等。
在满足预设恢复条件的情况下,恢复所述视频业务功能;
所述电子设备不处于漫游状态;
在所述电子设备处于漫游状态的情况下,关闭视频功能;
在所述电子设备处于漫游通话的呼叫状态的情况下,关闭所述视频功能;
步骤201,电子设备进行驻网注册;
步骤202,电子设备进行漫游情况确认;可以通过接收的SIB消息来检查当前驻留网络是否处于漫游网络;
步骤203,电子设备可以配置当电子设备处于漫游状态时,关闭自身的视频功能;相应的,当电子设备处于漫游状态时,关闭视频功能;
步骤204,电子设备发起VoLTE通话请求;
步骤205,电子设备在与网络进行SIP协商时,不会携带视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务的相关信息;也即在SIP协商信令的SDP参数中,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能后,不会出现“a=content:g.3gpp.cat”、“Alert-Info:<urn:alert:service:crs>”、“+g.3gpp.crs="rs"”等相关信息;网络在和电子设备进行通话协商时,由于电子设备不支持视频通话,网络不会给电子设备配置视频彩铃和视频彩振承载;
步骤301,电子设备进行驻网注册;
步骤302,电子设备进行漫游通话的呼叫情况确认;可以通过检测电子设备是否发起漫游通话请求,如检测电子设备是否发起国际漫游号码拨号,以及通过检测电子设备是否接收到漫游通话请求,来确认电子设备是否处于漫游通话的呼叫状态;
步骤303,当电子设备发起国际漫游号码拨号,或者电子设备接收到漫游通话请求时,电子设备关闭自身的视频功能;
步骤304,电子设备发起VoLTE通话请求;
步骤305,电子设备在与网络进行SIP协商时,不会携带视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务的相关信息;在SIP协商信令的SDP参数中,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能后,不会出现“a=content:g.3gpp.cat”、“Alert-Info:<urn:alert:service:crs>”、“+g.3gpp.crs="rs"”等相关信息;网络在和电子设备进行通话协商时,由于电子设备不支持视频功能,网络不会给电子设备配置视频彩铃和视频彩振承载;
在所述电子设备处于漫游状态的情况下,关闭所述视频彩铃功能和所述视频彩振功能中的至少一项;
步骤401,电子设备进行驻网注册;
步骤402,电子设备进行漫游情况确认;可以通过接收的SIB消息来检查当前驻留网络是否处于漫游网络;
步骤403,电子设备可以配置当电子设备处于漫游状态时,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能;相应的,当电子设备处于漫游状态时,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能;
步骤404,电子设备发起VoLTE通话请求;
步骤405,电子设备在与网络进行SIP协商时,不会携带视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务的相关信息;也即在SIP协商信令的SDP参数中,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能后,不会出现“a=content:g.3gpp.cat”、“Alert-Info:<urn:alert:service:crs>”、“+g.3gpp.crs="rs"”等相关信息;网络在和电子设备进行通话协商时,由于电子设备不支持视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务,网络不会给电子设备配置视频彩铃和视频彩振承载;
步骤501,电子设备进行驻网注册;
步骤502,电子设备进行漫游通话的呼叫情况确认;可以通过检测电子设备是否发起漫游通话请求,如检测电子设备是否发起国际漫游号码拨号,以及通过检测电子设备是否接收到漫游通话请求,来确认电子设备是否处于漫游通话的呼叫状态;
步骤503,当电子设备发起国际漫游号码拨号,或者电子设备接收到漫游通话请求时,电子设备关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能;
步骤504,电子设备发起VoLTE通话请求;
步骤505,电子设备在与网络进行SIP协商时,不会携带视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务的相关信息;在SIP协商信令的SDP参数中,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能后,不会出现“a=content:g.3gpp.cat”、“Alert-Info:<urn:alert:service:crs>”、“+g.3gpp.crs="rs"”等相关信息;网络在和电子设备进行通话协商时,由于电子设备不支持视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能,网络不会给电子设备配置视频彩铃和视频彩振承载;
在所述电子设备处于漫游状态,且第一运营商标识位于第一预设配置列表的情况下,关闭视频功能,所述第一运营商标识是所述电子设备的拜访网络的运营商标识;
在所述电子设备处于漫游状态,且所述第一运营商标识不位于第一预设配置列表的情况下,关闭所述视频彩铃功能和所述视频彩振功能中的至少一项;
步骤601,电子设备进行驻网注册;
步骤602,电子设备进行漫游情况确认;可以通过接收的SIB消息来检查当前驻留网络是否处于漫游网络;
步骤603,电子设备可以配置当电子设备处于漫游状态时,可以检查第一预设配置列表,当电子设备的拜访网络的第一运营商标识位于第一预设配置列表,即当前驻留网络的运营商不支持ViLTE漫游的情况下,选择关闭视频功能;而当电子设备的拜访网络的第一运营商标识不位于第一预设配置列表,即当前驻留网络的运营商支持ViLTE漫游的情况下,选择关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能;
步骤604,电子设备发起VoLTE通话请求;
步骤605,电子设备在与网络进行SIP协商时,不会携带视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务的相关信息;也即在SIP协商信令的SDP参数中,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能后,不会出现“a=content:g.3gpp.cat”、“Alert-Info:<urn:alert:service:crs>”、“+g.3gpp.crs="rs"”等相关信息;网络在和电子设备进行通话协商时,由于电子设备不支持视频通话,或者,不支持视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务,网络不会给电子设备配置视频彩铃和视频彩振承载;
在所述电子设备处于漫游状态,且第一组合与第二预设配置列表中第二组合匹配的情况下,关闭视频功能;
在所述电子设备处于漫游状态,且第一组合与第二预设配置列表中第二组合不匹配的情况下,关闭视频业务功能;
步骤701,电子设备进行驻网注册;
步骤702,电子设备进行漫游情况确认;可以通过接收的SIB消息来检查当前驻留网络是否处于漫游网络;
步骤703,电子设备可以配置当电子设备处于漫游状态时,可以检查第二预设配置列表,当第一组合与第二预设配置列表中第二组合匹配时,可以关闭视频功能,当第一组合与第二预设配置列表中第二组合不匹配时,可以关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能;
步骤704,电子设备发起VoLTE通话请求;
步骤705,电子设备在与网络进行SIP协商时,不会携带视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务的相关信息;也即在SIP协商信令的SDP参数中,关闭视频彩铃功能和视频彩振功能后,不会出现“a=content:g.3gpp.cat”、“Alert-Info:<urn:alert:service:crs>”、“+g.3gpp.crs="rs"”等相关信息;网络在和电子设备进行通话协商时,由于电子设备不支持视频通话,或者,不支持视频彩铃业务和视频彩振业务,网络不会给电子设备配置视频彩铃和视频彩振承载;
