Description
本实用新型属于管道连接件技术领域,特别涉及一种管道用快速接头。
在日常生产、生活中,许多流体都需要通过管道进行传输,但管道的长度有限,需要通过管接头将两段或多段管道连接,以增加管道的整体长度;管道与用水设备之间同样需要管接头连接。
公布号为CN201836571U的中国专利公开了一种管道快速接头,包括接头本体,接头本体内部沿管道插入方向依次设有:锁止帽,用于防止内部部件退出;锁止帽止挡部件,设于接头本体的管道插入端上,用于防止锁止帽退出;拆卸环,用于解除管道的卡止;卡环,具有环形弹性凸缘和若干个用于卡紧管道外壁的卡齿;锥座,与接头本体的内壁滑动连接,用于阻止卡环向管道插入方向运动;锥座凸肩,设于接头本体的内壁上,用于阻止锥座向管道插入方向运动;O型密封圈,用于在管道插入接头后与管道外壁形成密封连接;O型密封圈凸肩,设于接头本体内壁上,用于阻止O型密封圈向管道插入方向运动;止挡部件,设于接头本体内壁上,用于阻止管道沿插入方向运动。
上述技术方案存在以下缺陷:上述快速接头作为软管的连接件使用时,软管端部插入接头本体内,卡环上的卡齿抵紧于软管外壁,当软管内通入液体并膨胀时,卡齿会进一步抵紧软管外壁并将软管卡止,防止软管从接头内脱落。在低纬度的夏季高温时,软管会受热软化,如果此时软管内的压力降低,或者没有通水时,卡齿依然会挤压软管,使得软管向内形变,导致软管在卡齿处的内径缩小,最终会降低软管内介质的流通量;而且,软管在接头内受热软化后,卡齿对软管的限位效果降低,软管不仅容易松动,甚至能直接将软管从接头内拽出,连接效果较差;此外,为保证接头本体的使用寿命,接头本体整体采用铜类金属制造,不仅将材料本身更贵,而且还需要经过多次加工在与其他部件组装,导致上述接头的生产成本较高,收益有限,不利于市场竞争。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提出了一种管道用快速接头,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:如何提升接头与管道的连接效果。
本实用新型的上述技术目的可通过以下技术方案得以实现:
一种管道用快速接头,包括接口、卡箍、限位组件,所述接口内设置有供管道插接的衬管,所述衬管内具有连通管道的流道,所述衬管与所述接口之间开设有供管道插入的插接槽,所述卡箍将所述限位组件连接于所述接口上,所述限位组件位于所述衬管外侧,且所述限位组件与所述衬管配合对管道限位。
在上述的快速接头中,所述接口的材质包括塑料或金属。
在上述的快速接头中,所述衬管与所述接口一体成型,所述衬管外端具有导向面。
在上述的快速接头中,所述接口远离所述衬管的端部具有连接端,所述连接端外设置有护套。
在上述的快速接头中,所述护套的材质为硬质金属。
在上述的快速接头中,所述流道外端具有与管道连通的导流面。
在上述的快速接头中,所述卡箍套设于所述接口的端部,所述卡箍的两端分别具有卷边一、卷边二,所述卷边一与所述接口外的凸起贴合,所述卷边二与所述限位组件的外壁贴合。
在上述的快速接头中,所述限位组件包括基座、压帽、卡环,所述卡箍将所述基座与所述接口连接,所述基座内具有相连通的限位槽、装配孔,所述压帽、卡环均设置于所述限位槽内,且所述压帽与所述限位槽配合对所述卡环限位,所述卡环内周向间隔设置有若干卡齿,所述卡齿均向所述接口方向弯折并靠近所述衬管的外壁,各所述卡齿的端部均开设有尖刃,所述压帽靠近所述卡齿的一端开设有让位面。
在上述的快速接头中,所述压帽的外壁设置有凸缘,所述限位槽内设置有供所述凸缘安装的定位槽,所述定位槽对所述凸缘限位。
在上述的快速接头中,所述接口上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽内设置有密封圈,所述压帽与所述安装槽配合对所述密封圈限位,所述密封圈的内圈能够抵紧于管道外壁。
综上所述,本实用新型对比于现有技术的有益效果为:
待连接管道直接从限位组件插入插接槽内,使得待连接管道的内壁与衬管的外壁贴靠,由衬管撑住待连接管道的内壁,即使被限位组件挤压,待连接管道内径也不会在衬管处缩小,管道在高温或低温环境下,限位组件都能够保证对管道的限位质量,可有效提升本快速接头与管道的连接效果。而且,接口整体采用塑料,再通过卡箍将限位组件与接口连接为一个整体,能够降低本快速接头的生产成本;连接端外的护套则能够提升连接端的结构强度及耐磨性,保证本快速接头的使用寿命。

以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细说明,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
一种管道用快速接头,如图1-图9所示,包括接口100、卡箍200、限位组件300,接口100内设置有供管道1插接的衬管110,衬管110内具有连通管道1的流道111,衬管110的外端位于限位组件300内,衬管110与接口100之间具有供管道1端部插入的插接槽120,卡箍200将限位组件300连接于接口100端部,管道1穿过限位组件300并插接于衬管110外壁后,限位组件300与衬管110配合对管道1限位。
接口100的材质包括PPSU塑料或低价金属;在一些实施方式中,衬管110与接口100之间采用卡接、螺纹连接或一体成型的方式连接,衬管110与接口100的材质相同。
衬管110外端具有便于待连接管道1端部插接的导向面112,流道111外端具有与待连接管道1连通的导流面113。
如图1、图3所示,接口100远离衬管110的端部具有连接端130,连接端130内部与流道111连通,连接端130用于连接适配的接头或者用水器。连接端130外包覆有护套131,且连接端130的外壁形状与护套131的外壁形状相同;例如,连接端130外壁为六角状,则护套131的外部形状也为六角状。如图8、图9所示,在一些实施方式中,护套131仅覆盖连接端130的端部,不需要将连接端130的外壁完全包裹。
进一步地,护套131的材质为硬质金属,硬质金属优选为不锈钢、高强度铝合金或其他合金材料,护套131用于加强连接端130的结构强度及耐磨性,从而增加其使用寿命。
卡箍200套设于接口100的端部,卡箍200的两端分别具有卷边一210、卷边二220,卷边一210与接口100外的凸起140贴合,卷边二220与限位组件300的外壁贴合。
如图3-图6所示,限位组件300包括基座310、压帽320、卡环330以及解锁管340,卡箍200包裹在基座310外并与接口100连接,且卷边二220与基座310的端部贴合,基座310内具有相连通的限位槽311、装配孔312,卡环330设置于限位槽311的槽底,压帽320设置于限位槽311的开口处并靠近接口100,且压帽320与限位槽311配合对卡环330限位,卡环330内周向间隔设置有若干卡齿331,各卡齿331均具有弹性形变性能,各卡齿331均向接口100方向弯折并靠近衬管110的外壁,为保证卡齿331能够顺利嵌入管道1外壁,各卡齿331的端部均开设有尖刃332,且尖刃332能够为插入卡环330内的管道1导向,压帽320靠近卡齿331的一端开设有供各卡齿331形变的让位面321;解锁管340滑移设置于装配孔312内,解锁管340内具有供管道1插入的中心孔341,装配孔312内具有台阶面3121,台阶面3121对解锁管340内端的插头342限位,使得插头342能够在台阶面3121与卡齿331之间滑移,插头342外壁具有能够挤压卡齿331向让位面321形变的斜面3421。
如图4所示,优选地,压帽320的外壁设置有凸缘322,限位槽311内设置有供凸缘322安装的定位槽3111,定位槽3111对凸缘322限位,从而保证卡环330在限位槽311内的位置,同时,也能够让限位组件300形成一个整体的部件,以便组装。
接口100靠近基座310的端部开设有安装槽150,安装槽150内设置有密封圈151,压帽320与安装槽150配合对密封圈151限位,密封圈151的内圈能够抵紧于管道1外壁,从而提升管道1与插接槽120之间的气密性。
本实用新型的工作原理如下:
待连接的管道1为软管,管道1端部插入中心孔341,再经过导向面112、尖刃332的导向,使得管道1端部更容易的插接于衬管110外,在管道1端部进入插接槽120后,管道1与流道111连通,且卡齿331将管道1压紧在衬管110外,密封圈151内壁与管道1外壁抵紧,本快速接头与待连接管道1的连接完成。如果管道1因受力而脱离插接槽120时,卡齿331会被管道1带动而向插头342方向形变,使得卡齿331进一步卡入管道1外壁并将管道1更进一步的压在衬管110外壁,避免管道1与接口100分离。
管道1与本快速接头拆分时,只需要按压解锁管340,使得插头342将各卡齿331向让位面321方向挤压,管道1失去卡齿331的限位便可从插接槽120内抽离。
连接端130与用水器连接后,管道1便可为用水器输送介质;连接端130与其他接头连接后,管道1便可为该接头输送介质。管道1输送介质的过程中,导流面113可以引导介质进入流道111内,从而避免介质在衬管110处受阻。

- 一种管道用快速接头,其特征在于:包括接口(100)、卡箍(200)、限位组件(300),所述接口(100)内设置有供管道(1)插接的衬管(110),所述衬管(110)内具有连通管道(1)的流道(111),所述衬管(110)与所述接口(100)之间开设有供管道(1)插入的插接槽(120),所述卡箍(200)将所述限位组件(300)连接于所述接口(100)上,所述限位组件(300)位于所述衬管(110)外侧,且所述限位组件(300)与所述衬管(110)配合对管道(1)限位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述接口(100)的材质包括塑料或金属。
- 根据权利要求2所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述衬管(110)与所述接口(100)一体成型,所述衬管(110)外端具有导向面(112)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述接口(100)远离所述衬管(110)的端部具有连接端(130),所述连接端(130)外设置有护套(131)。
- 根据权利要求4所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述护套(131)的材质为硬质金属。
- 根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述流道(111)外端具有与管道(1)连通的导流面(113)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述卡箍(200)套设于所述接口(100)的端部,所述卡箍(200)的两端分别具有卷边一(210)、卷边二(220),所述卷边一(210)与所述接口(100)外的凸起(140)贴合,所述卷边二(220)与所述限位组件(300)的外壁贴合。
- 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述限位组件(300)包括基座(310)、压帽(320)、卡环(330),所述卡箍(200)将所述基座(310)与所述接口(100)连接,所述基座(310)内具有相连通的限位槽(311)、装配孔(312),所述压帽(320)、卡环(330)均设置于所述限位槽(311)内,且所述压帽(320)与所述限位槽(311)配合对所述卡环(330)限位,所述卡环(330)内周向间隔设置有若干卡齿(331),所述卡齿(331)均向所述接口(100)方向弯折并靠近所述衬管(110)的外壁,各所述卡齿(331)的端部均开设有尖刃(332),所述压帽(320)靠近所述卡齿(331)的一端开设有让位面(321)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述压帽(320)的外壁设置有凸缘(322),所述限位槽(311)内设置有供所述凸缘(322)安装的定位槽(3111),所述定位槽(3111)对所述凸缘(322)限位。
- 根据权利要求8所述的快速接头,其特征在于:所述接口(100)上开设有安装槽(150),所述安装槽(150)内设置有密封圈(151),所述压帽(320)与所述安装槽(150)配合对所述密封圈(151)限位,所述密封圈(151)的内圈能够抵紧于管道(1)外壁。
