现代生活中,椅子作为必备的日常生活家具,用于人们休息坐靠,避免了人们长期躺着或长期站着带来的疲劳感,减轻长期站立的能量消耗;因而被人们广泛应用于各类培训机构、各级学校、公共场所、医院、餐厅、酒店、公司、家庭等各种场所,供用户使用。椅子具有多种结构设计,其中折叠椅作为一种特殊结构的椅子,不仅便于携带、运输,且在非使用时间还可以收合,以减少其占用空间,且折叠椅通常为管件与布料组合结构,其布艺椅面在用户坐靠时可以均匀分散载荷,保证用户舒适性。
然而,现有的折叠椅用户在使用过程中,因长期只能处于同一坐姿,可能会导致用户腰背不适,影响用户使用体验。

本公开旨在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本公开实施例提供了一种活动椅架和一种折叠椅,采用该活动椅架的折叠椅靠背角度可调,便于用户调整坐姿,能够提高用户使用体验。

在本公开实施例提供的活动椅架中,第二脚杆的顶端设置有第二连接件,背撑杆通过第二连接件与第二脚杆铰接,从而使背撑杆上固定的靠背可绕第二脚杆的顶端旋转,进而当用户躺在折叠椅上时,可以根据自身需求灵活调整靠背角度,具体地,当用户想要向后躺下时,可以向后倒在靠背上,使背撑杆的顶端向后转动,当用户坐直时,背撑杆也能够顺应用户姿势变化,底端向后转动,从而背撑杆及其上固定的靠背可以跟随人体不同的姿势角度,紧贴用户后背并支撑用户的身体,保证了用户调整坐姿的灵活性,提高了用户使用体验。

在相关技术中,折叠椅的靠背通常在展开后保持在固定角度,因此无论用户怎样活动,其躺入折叠椅时后背的角度也都是固定的,难以有效调整坐姿抵抗疲劳。
为解决上述技术问题,作为本公开的一个方面,本公开实施例提供一种折叠椅的活动椅架,如图1至图4、图11至图14所示,活动椅架包括成对设置的支撑杆组100以及连接于支撑杆组100之间的连接组件200,支撑杆组100包括第一脚杆110、第二脚杆120、座位杆130和背撑杆140,座位杆130配置成固定折叠椅的坐垫,第一脚杆110的顶端设置有第一连接件300,第二脚杆120通过第一连接件300与第一脚杆110的顶端连接,第一脚杆110的底端以及第二脚杆120的底端均形成为活动椅架的底脚,座位杆130与第一脚杆110以及第二脚杆120连接;
第二脚杆120的顶端设置有第二连接件400,背撑杆140与第二连接件400铰接,以使固定于背撑杆140之间的靠背可旋转。
在本公开实施例提供的活动椅架中,座位杆130配置成固定坐垫,背撑杆140配置成固定靠背,第一脚杆110和第二脚杆120的底端分别在活动椅架的重心前后进行支撑,从而形成折叠椅结构,并且,第二脚杆120的顶端设置有第二连接件400,背撑杆140通过第二连接件400与第二脚杆120铰接,从而使背撑杆140上固定的靠背可绕第二脚杆120的顶端旋转,进而当用户躺在折叠椅上时,可以根据自身需求灵活调整靠背角度,具体地,当用户想要向后躺下时,可以向后倒在靠背上,使背撑杆140的顶端向后转动,如图1、图2、图11、图12所示;当用户坐直时,背撑杆140也能够顺应用户姿势变化,底端向后转动至如图3、图4、图13、图14所示状态,从而背撑杆140及其上固定的靠背可以跟随人体不同的姿势角度,紧贴用户后背并支撑用户的身体,保证了用户调整坐姿的灵活性,提高了用户使用体验。
此外,背撑杆140仅通过单个第二连接件400与第二脚杆120铰接,结构简单异于拆装维护,并且背撑杆140在折叠过程中不会与其他杆件发生干涉,从而保证了折叠椅折叠动作的流畅性。
可选地,如图1至图4、图11至图14所示,第二脚杆120的顶端穿过第一连接件300,第二脚杆120通过第一连接件300与第一脚杆110的顶端铰接且能够在第一连接件300中滑动,座位杆130与第一脚杆110以及第二脚杆120铰接连接。
当需要收起折叠椅时,如图9至图10所示(图中箭头方向即为各杆件的引动及转动方向),第二脚杆120在第一连接件300中向上滑动,同时带动座位杆130,最终使第二脚杆120与座位杆130均转动至靠近第一脚杆110;折叠椅展开时活动椅架的变换动作相反,此处不再赘述。
可选地,如图1至图4、图11至图14所示,支撑杆组100中各个杆的横截面形状均为圆形(即圆管)。
可选地,如图1至图4、图11至图14所示,第一脚杆110的底端设置有第一底脚件510,第一底脚件510的材质为塑料,从而通过底部塑料件减小折叠椅底部对地面的压强,保护地面结构并保证折叠椅的使用寿命。
可选地,第一底脚件510的底部具有第一防滑接触面。具体地,第一防滑接触面上形成有多个平行间隔设置的第一防滑槽。除了设置第一防滑槽,还可在第一防滑表面设置条纹、波浪纹、蜂窝或网状结构等,来增大第一底角件510与地面之间的摩擦力。通过设置第一防滑接触面可进一步增大第一底脚件510底部与地面之间的摩擦力,保证折叠椅的抓地效果,进而保证折叠椅的稳定性。
同样地,可选地,第二脚杆120的底端设置有第二底脚件520,第二底脚件520的材质为塑料。
可选地,第二底脚件520的底部具有第二防滑接触面,第二防滑接触面上形成有多个平行间隔设置的第二防滑槽。除了设置第二防滑槽,还可在第二防滑表面设置条纹、波浪纹、蜂窝或网状结构等,来增大第二底角件520与地面之间的摩擦力。通过设置第二防滑接触面可进一步增大第二底脚件520底部与地面之间的摩擦力,保证折叠椅的抓地效果,进而保证折叠椅的稳定性。
可选地,如图5所示,第二连接件400包括安装套410和第一铰接部420,安装套410套设在第二脚杆120的顶端,第一铰接部420固定连接在安装套410的侧面,背撑杆140与第一铰接部420铰接。
具体地,如图5所示,第一铰接部420朝向对侧第二连接件400的一侧形成有第一铰接孔423,背撑杆140中形成有第二铰接孔,背撑杆140通过依次穿过第一铰接孔423与第二铰接孔的紧固件与第一铰接部420铰接。
可选地,如图5所示,第一铰接部420包括固定于安装套410侧面的铰接部本体421和形成于所述铰接部本体421上且向对侧第二连接件400一侧凸出的铰接凸台422,第一铰接孔423形成于铰接凸台422上。
为提高第二连接件400的结构强度,可选地,如图5所示,安装套410的侧壁与第一铰接部420的顶部之间设置有加强筋424。即,加强筋424设置于安装套410和第一铰接部420的连接处,加强筋424同时连接安装套410和第一铰接部420,以提高第二连接件400的整体结构强度。
可选地,如图5所示,安装套410朝向对侧第二连接件400的一侧还固定设置有限位台430,第一铰接部420位于限位台430的靠近第二脚杆120底端的一侧,限位台430能够在背撑杆140的顶端向远离第二脚杆120底端方向旋转时与背撑杆140抵接,以对背撑杆140的旋转角度进行限位。
通过在安装套410上固定设置有限位台430,如图6至图7所示,限位台430能够在靠背后仰时与背撑杆140抵接,从而防止用户躺倒幅度过大重心失衡,保证了用户使用折叠椅的安全性。
为分散背撑杆140载荷,降低限位台430上的应力集中,可选地,如图5所示,限位台430朝向背撑杆140一侧具有配合斜面431,配合斜面431的角度与背撑杆140旋转至与限位台430接触时的角度对应。即限位台430与安装套410铰接,限位台430可相对安装套410转动,从而带动配合斜面431旋转,以抵接背撑杆140。
为进一步降低限位台430上的应力集中,可选地,如图5所示,配合斜面431上形成有容纳凹槽432,背撑杆140旋转至与限位台430接触时部分配合容纳于容纳凹槽432中,从而通过容纳凹槽432的弧形内壁均匀支撑背撑杆140,进一步分散限位台430上的应力。
可选地,如图5所示,限位台430中形成有避让腔433,避让腔433中设置有至少一个第一紧固件451,第一紧固件451穿过贯穿安装套410侧壁的通孔并与第二脚杆120固定连接。第一紧固件451可以为转轴,也可以为螺纹紧固件如螺栓、螺钉等。限位台430可通过第一紧固件451与第二脚杆120固定连接,也可通过第一紧固件451与第二脚杆120铰接。
可选地,如图5所示,第二连接件400上还设置有至少一个第二紧固件452,第二紧固件452穿过贯穿安装套410侧壁的通孔并与第二脚杆120固定连接。
可选地,应用本公开实施例提供的活动椅架的折叠椅可以是面式收折的椅子,即连接于两套支撑杆组100之间的连接组件200为固定结构,折叠椅仅能通过支撑杆组100中各支撑杆之间的相对活动实现收折。
或者,为进一步缩小折叠椅在折叠状态下的占用空间,可选地,如图5所示,第二连接件400还包括第二铰接部440,第二铰接部440固定连接在安装套410的侧面(且位于安装套410背离第一铰接部420的一侧);

第二方面,本公开实施例提供一种折叠椅,包括坐垫、靠背和前面的活动椅架,其中,坐垫固定于活动椅架的座位杆130之间,靠背固定于活动椅架的背撑杆140之间。
可选地,在本公开提供的折叠椅中,第二脚杆120的顶端设置有第二连接件400,背撑杆140通过第二连接件400与第二脚杆120铰接,从而使背撑杆140上固定的靠背可绕第二脚杆120的顶端旋转,进而当用户躺在折叠椅上时,可以根据自身需求灵活调整靠背角度,从而背撑杆140及靠背可以跟随人体不同的姿势角度,紧贴用户后背并支撑用户的身体,保证了用户调整坐姿的灵活性,提高了用户使用体验。

Claims (19)
- 一种折叠椅的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述活动椅架包括成对设置的支撑杆组以及连接于所述支撑杆组之间的连接组件,所述支撑杆组包括第一脚杆、第二脚杆、座位杆和背撑杆,所述座位杆配置成固定折叠椅的坐垫,所述第一脚杆的顶端设置有第一连接件,所述第二脚杆通过第一连接件与所述第一脚杆连接,所述第一脚杆的底端以及所述第二脚杆的底端均形成为所述活动椅架的底脚,所述座位杆与所述第一脚杆以及所述第二脚杆连接;所述第二脚杆的顶端设置有第二连接件,所述背撑杆与所述第二连接件铰接,以使固定于所述背撑杆之间的靠背可旋转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括安装套和第一铰接部,所述安装套套设在所述第二脚杆的顶端,所述第一铰接部固定连接在所述安装套的侧面,所述背撑杆与所述第一铰接部铰接。
- 根据权利要求2所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第一铰接部朝向对侧所述第二连接件的一侧形成有第一铰接孔,所述背撑杆中形成有第二铰接孔,所述背撑杆通过依次穿过所述第一铰接孔与所述第二铰接孔的紧固件与所述第一铰接部铰接;所述第一铰接部包括固定于所述安装套侧面的铰接部本体和形成于所述铰接部本体上且向对侧的所述第二连接件一侧凸出的铰接凸台,所述第一铰接孔形成于所述铰接凸台上。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述安装套的侧壁与所述第一铰接部的顶部之间设置有加强筋。
- 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述安装套朝向对侧所述第二连接件的一侧还固定设置有限位台,所述第一铰接部位于所述限位台的靠近所述第二脚杆底端的一侧,所述限位台能够在所述背撑杆的顶端向远离所述第二脚杆底端方向旋转时与所述背撑杆抵接,以对所述背撑杆的旋转角度进行限位。
- 根据权利要求5所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述限位台朝向所述背撑杆一侧具有配合斜面,所述配合斜面的角度与所述背撑杆旋转至与所述限位台接触时的角度对应。
- 根据权利要求6所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述配合斜面上形成有容纳凹槽,所述背撑杆旋转至与所述限位台接触时部分配合容纳于所述容纳凹槽中。
- 根据权利要求5-7任一项所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述限位台中形成有避让腔,所述避让腔中设置有至少一个第一紧固件,所述第一紧固件穿过贯穿所述安装套侧壁的通孔并与所述第二脚杆固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第二连接件包括安装套和第二铰接部,所述安装套套设在所述第二脚杆的顶端,所述第二铰接部固定连接在所述安装套的侧面;所述连接组件包括交叉设置的第一连接杆,所述第一连接杆的顶端分别与两侧所述第二连接件的所述第二铰接部铰接,所述第一连接杆的底端与对侧的所述第一脚杆的底端铰接。
- 根据权利要求9所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述活动椅架还包括第一铰接件,所述第一连接杆的顶端通过所述第一铰接件与所述第二连接件的所述第二铰接部铰接;所述第一铰接件包括呈角度连接的第一铰接板和第二铰接板,所述第二铰接部与所述第一铰接板铰接,所述第一连接杆的顶端与所述第二铰接板铰接。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第二脚杆的顶端穿过所述第一连接件,所述第二脚杆通过所述第一连接件与所述第一脚杆的顶端铰接且能够在所述第一连接件中滑动,所述座位杆与所述第一脚杆以及所述第二脚杆铰接连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第二脚杆上形成有第一限位孔,所述第一限位孔中设置有第一限位钉,所述第一限位钉位于所述第一连接件与所述第二脚杆的顶端之间,且能够与所述第一连接件抵接,以对所述第一连接件进行限位。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述连接组件包括交叉设置的第二连接杆,所述第二连接杆的顶部分别与两侧的所述座位杆铰接,所述第二连接杆的底端与对侧的所述第二脚杆铰接;所述第二连接杆的顶端向背离对侧所述第二连接杆的一侧弯曲形成把手部。
- 根据权利要求13所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述活动椅架还包括第二铰接件,所述第一连接杆的顶部通过所述第二铰接件与所述座位杆铰接;所述第一铰接件包括呈角度连接的第三铰接板和第四铰接板,所述座位杆朝向对侧所述座位杆的一侧形成有第五铰接孔,所述第三铰接板中形成有第六铰接孔,所述第二铰接部通过穿过所述第五铰接孔和所述第六铰接孔的连接件与所述第三铰接板铰接,所述第二连接杆的顶端与所述第四铰接板铰接。
- 根据权利要求1-14所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第一连接件包括套筒部和一对连接板,所述一对连接板平行且间隔设置在所述套筒部的一侧,所述套筒部套设在所述第二脚杆上,所述一对连接板中形成有第一铰接连接孔,所述第一脚杆的顶端形成有第二铰接连接孔,所述第一脚杆的顶端位于所述一对连接板之间,且所述第一脚杆的顶端通过穿过所述第一铰接连接孔与所述第二铰接连接孔的连接件与所述一对连接板铰接。
- 根据权利要求1-15所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第一脚杆的底端设置有第一底角件,所述第一底角件的底部具有第一防滑接触面;和/或,所述第二脚杆的底端设置有第二底角件,所述第二底角件的底部具有第二防滑接触面。
- 根据权利要求1-16所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述活动椅架还包括扶手组件,所述扶手组件包括依次连接的扶手杆、支撑杆和第三连接件,所述扶手杆的一端与所述第一连接件铰接;所述扶手杆的底部具有沿所述扶手杆的延伸方向延伸的滑槽,所述支撑杆与所述座位杆铰接,且所述支撑杆的顶端滑动设置在所述滑槽中,所述支撑杆的底端与所述第三连接件铰接,所述第三连接件套设在所述第二脚杆上且能够沿所述第二脚杆滑动。
- 根据权利要求17所述的活动椅架,其特征在于,所述第二脚杆上形成有第二限位孔,所述第二限位孔中设置有第二限位钉,所述第二限位钉位于所述第三连接件与所述第二脚杆的底端之间,且配置成对所述第三连接件进行限位。
- 一种折叠椅,其特征在于,包括坐垫、靠背和权利要求1-18中任意一项所述的活动椅架,其中,所述坐垫固定于所述活动椅架的座位杆之间,所述靠背固定于所述活动椅架的背撑杆之间。
