本实用新型涉及眼罩制造技术领域,特别涉及一种可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩。
背景技术
目前,传统的睡眠眼罩佩戴时鼻梁位置容易漏光,影响佩戴眼罩者的睡眠质量。由于不同使用者的骨骼和脸型不一致,导致部分鼻梁骨较高的使用者在佩戴眼罩后,容易在其鼻梁与眼部下边缘连接处发生漏光。部分眼罩正常佩戴后,有较好的遮光性,但是侧睡时,眼罩会拱起,导致眼罩漏光。为此,市面上出现了3D眼罩,其在鼻梁处可以获得较好遮光性,但是长时间佩戴时,容易因3D眼罩压着鼻梁导致不舒适。其它类型的眼罩若要获得较佳的遮光性,往往需要把眼罩尺寸做得很大,导致佩戴产生闷热感。
综上所述,如何提供一种保持正常尺寸而保证眼罩遮光性、同时不压鼻梁的眼罩,即在提高眼罩遮光性保证睡眠质量的同时兼顾鼻梁佩戴的舒适性,是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提出一种遮光眼罩,以解决现有技术中存在的睡眠眼罩在鼻梁和眼部下边缘连接处容易漏光的技术问题。
为解决以上问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:
本实用新型提供一种遮光眼罩,包括眼罩本体,还包括:
至少一个第一连接件,设于眼罩本体朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面;
至少一个变形鼻垫袋,变形鼻垫袋内填充有流动性颗粒;第二连接件,与第一连接件相匹配地设于变形鼻垫袋表面;
变形鼻垫袋通过第二连接件与第一连接件对应配合固定安装于眼罩本体朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面,以使遮光眼罩佩戴于使用者头部时,可通过变形鼻垫袋的形变适配其鼻梁外形,垫设于使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘与眼罩本体之间。
优选地,眼罩本体包括:
布套,布套由表布和里布首尾相接地缝合而成;
填充层,填充于布套内部;
和弹性绑带,弹性绑带的两端分别对应固定连接于布套的相对端;
眼罩本体的内侧表面为里布背向表布的外表面,变形鼻垫袋通过第二连接件与第一连接件对应配合固定安装于里布的外表面。
优选地,第一连接件为四合扣子扣,第二连接件为四合扣母扣。
优选地,四合扣子扣包括公扣座和底钉,底钉包括钉帽部和钉杆部,公扣座的一端设有凸起的扣合部,公扣座背向扣合部的另一端设有与钉杆部的外形相匹配的卡接孔;
四合扣子扣通过打纽机与里布固定连接,使得钉帽部抵接于里布面向表布的内表面,且公扣座的另一端抵接于里布的外表面并通过卡接孔与伸出里布的钉杆部固定连接,扣合部的扣合方向背向眼罩本体里布外表面朝向眼罩本体外侧。
优选地,四合扣母扣包括底扣座和母扣体,底扣座包括基座,设于基座一端的容纳槽,设于容纳槽中部的凸柱;母扣体包括呈环形的卡接部,和环绕设置于环形卡接部一端内缘、与容纳槽的形状相匹配的连接部,连接部中部设有与凸柱的外形相匹配的让位孔,卡接部的环形内侧面与连接部之间围成与扣合部的外形相匹配的扣合腔,卡接部背向扣合腔的一端端面与连接部之间围成与基座的形状相匹配的   安装台阶;
四合扣母扣通过打纽机与变形鼻垫袋的袋体外表面固定连接,使得基座和容纳槽底面抵接于变形鼻垫袋的袋体内表面,接部抵接于袋体外表面,凸柱穿过让位孔后伸出袋体至扣合腔中,且连接部的内缘抵接于凸柱的周侧,卡接部和基座将袋体紧固于安装台阶处;
四合扣母扣通过扣合腔与扣合部相配合固定连接于四合扣子扣。
优选地,第一连接件为魔术贴子贴,魔术贴子贴包括子贴基层和敷设于子贴基层一面的毛面层,子贴基层背向毛面层的另一面固定连接于里布的外表面;
第二连接件为魔术贴母贴,魔术贴母贴包括母贴基层和敷设于母贴基层一面的勾面层,母贴基层背向勾面层的另一面固定连接于变形鼻垫袋的外表面;
魔术贴母贴通过勾面层与毛面层相配合固定连接于魔术贴子贴。
优选地,流动性颗粒呈球形或椭球形,且流动性颗粒的粒径为0.2-3mm,变形鼻垫袋中填充的流动性颗粒占变形鼻垫袋的内部容纳空间的比例为20%-80%。
优选地,流动性颗粒为EPS、EPP、EPO或决明子颗粒。
优选地,变形鼻垫袋的袋体采用弹性面料制成。
优选地,变形鼻垫袋通过超声波熔接或高周波熔接或车缝连接面料形成变形鼻垫袋的封闭袋体,在变形鼻垫袋的封闭袋体内部通过超声波熔接或高周波熔接或车缝连接面料,将变形鼻垫袋的内部容纳空间分隔形成至少两个隔离腔体,以使流动性颗粒独立于固定的隔离腔体空间内流动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下有益效果:
本实用新型提供的遮光眼罩在眼罩本体内表面可拆卸连接变形鼻垫袋,利用袋内高流动性颗粒的流动特性,使用者佩戴眼罩时流动性颗粒会自动流动到眼罩和脸部之间压力较小的空隙位置,实现眼罩和鼻梁与眼睛下边缘连接处无缝贴合,自动匹配脸型。眼罩长时间佩戴时不压鼻梁,无论使用者是昂睡或侧睡姿态时,眼罩上的鼻垫袋内流动性粒子都会自动调整匹配贴合脸型,保证眼罩遮光性同时兼顾舒适性。

至少一个第一连接件2,设于眼罩本体1朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面;至少一个变形鼻垫袋3,变形鼻垫袋3内填充有流动性颗粒32;第二连接件4,与第一连接件2相匹配地设于变形鼻垫袋3表面;
变形鼻垫袋3通过第二连接件4与第一连接件2对应配合固定安装于眼罩本体1朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面,并使得在遮光眼罩佩戴于使用者头部时,变形鼻垫袋3位于眼罩本体1朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面正对使用者的鼻梁和眼部边缘相接处的位置,以使遮光眼罩佩戴于使用者头部时,变形鼻垫袋3内部容纳填充的流动性颗粒32在使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘相接处的接触压力作用下,隔着变形鼻垫袋3的袋体31沿使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘的面部轮廓为路径自发流动到压力小的位置,令变形鼻垫袋3产生相应形变,从而适配其鼻梁外形,垫设于使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘相接处与眼罩本体1之间。

布套11,布套11由表布112和里布111首尾相接地缝合而成;填充层12,填充于布套11内部;和弹性绑带5,弹性绑带5的两端分别对应固定连接于布套11的相对端;眼罩本体1的内侧表面为里布111背向表布112的外表面,变形鼻垫袋3通过第二连接件4与第一连接件2对应配合固定安装于里布111的外表面。

第一连接件2为四合扣子扣21,第二连接件4为四合扣母扣41。
作为实施例一优选的实施方式,四合扣子扣21包括公扣座211和底钉212,底钉212包括钉帽部2121和钉杆部2122,公扣座211的一端设有凸起的扣合部2111,公扣座211背向扣合部2111的另一端设有与钉杆部2122的外形相匹配的卡接孔2112;
四合扣子扣21通过打纽机与里布111固定连接,使得钉帽部抵接于里布111面向表布112的内表面,且公扣座211的另一端抵接于里布111的外表面并通过卡接孔2112与伸出里布111的钉杆部2122固定连接,扣合部2111的扣合方向背向眼罩本体1里布111外表面朝向眼罩本体1外侧。
四合扣母扣41包括底扣座411和母扣体412,底扣座包括基座4111,设于基座4111一端的容纳槽4112,设于容纳槽4112中部的凸柱4113,通过锤击凸柱4113顶端,使其变形为帽状后与底扣座411卡接固定;母扣体412包括呈环形的卡接部4121,和环绕设置于环形卡接部4121一端内缘、与容纳槽的形状相匹配的连接部4122,连接部4122中部设有与凸柱4113的外形相匹配的让位孔4123,卡接部4121的环形内侧面与连接部4122之间围成与扣合部2111的外形相匹配的扣合腔4124,卡接部4121背向扣合腔4124的一端端面与连接部4122之间围成与基座4111的形状相匹配的 安装台阶4125;

四合扣母扣41通过扣合腔4124与扣合部2111相配合固定连接于四合扣子扣21。

第一连接件2为魔术贴子贴22,魔术贴子贴22包括子贴基层(图中未示出)和敷设于子贴基层一面的毛面层221,子贴基层背向毛面层221的另一面固定连接于里布111的外表面,并在遮光眼罩佩戴时位于使用者眼部与眼罩本体1之间;第二连接件4为魔术贴母贴42,魔术贴母贴42包括母贴基层(图中未示出)和敷设于母贴基层一面的勾面层421,母贴基层背向勾面层421的另一面固定连接于变形鼻垫袋3的外表面;魔术贴母贴42通过勾面层421与毛面层221相配合固定连接于魔术贴子贴22。

请一并参阅图1-10,作为实施例一和实施例二共同的优选的实施方式,变形鼻垫袋3的宽度为10-50mm,变形鼻垫袋3的长度为30-200mm,变形鼻垫袋3设有一个,四个(或三个)第一连接件2间隔设置于眼罩本体1正对使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘相接处的的内侧表面;在变形鼻垫袋3的封闭袋体31内部通过超声波熔接或高周波熔接形成间隔设置的三个(或两个)分隔区域311,从而通过三个(或两个)分隔区域311将变形鼻垫袋3的内部容纳空间分隔形成四个(或三个)隔离腔体312,四个(或三个)第二连接件4分别对应固定连接于变形鼻垫袋3正对四个(或三个)隔离腔体312的外表面,在遮光眼罩佩戴于使用者头部时,一个变形鼻垫袋3通过四对第一连接件2和第二连接件4(分别对应正对使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘相接处的四处间隔位置)一一对应间隔配合,从而整个延伸覆盖地垫设于使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘相接处与眼罩本体1之间。
作为实施例一和实施例二共同的一种实施方式中(图中未示出),变形鼻垫袋3与眼罩本体1一体成型,可以是通过同一面料一体加工成型眼罩本体1的里布111或者表布112、变形鼻垫袋3的袋体31面料和连接二者的连接布料,也可以是通过不同面料分别对应加工成型眼罩本体1和带连接布料的变形鼻垫袋3,再将连接布料固定连接于眼罩本体1。连接布料优选为将变形鼻垫袋3一体连接于眼罩本体1底部,在无需将变形鼻垫袋3与眼罩本体1的里布111外表面连接,且使用者佩戴遮光眼罩时,变形鼻垫袋3通过该连接布料下垂、悬挂于眼罩本体1底部,无需单独收纳储存。
请一并参阅图1-5,以下介绍本实用新型的适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩的实施例一的一种优选制造工艺:
选用外径尺寸为11mm的四合扣公扣和四合扣母扣41,将眼罩本体1的里布111通过打纽机间隔固定连接四个四合扣公扣,其中里布111位于底钉212和公扣座211之间,底钉212抵接于里布111内表面并位于眼罩本体1内侧,公扣座211抵接于里布111外表面,其扣合方向朝向眼罩本体1外侧。
在作业台面按照里布111、弹性绑带5、表布112、填充层12的顺序依次放置好,里布111固定有四合扣公扣的一侧朝向内侧(面向绑带),通过车缝工艺将遮光眼罩的里布111、绑带、表布112、填充层12固定连接为一个整体,并在车缝形成的眼罩本体1的顶部位置预留一个返口。返口位置先不车缝,待通过返口位置将眼罩本体1内外翻转,再通过藏针缝针方式缝线封闭返口。
选用裁剪后长度为35cm、宽度为12cm的弹性布面料,在弹性布面料上面通过打纽机间隔定固定连接四合扣母扣41,弹性布面料卡接在母扣体412和底扣座411之间,四个四合扣母扣41的位置分别对应与眼罩本体1的四个四合扣公扣的位置相匹配。将弹性布面料放入特制成型模具(图中未示出),贴合在特制成型模具的型腔表面,特制成型模具的型腔具有四个分型腔,相邻两个连续分型腔之间断开的间隔区域宽度(距离)为2mm。
在各分型腔内填入EPS发泡颗粒,颗粒填充体积占整个分型腔容积的60%。再使用一块长度为35cm、宽度为12cm的弹性布面料覆盖在特制成型模具的型腔表面,通过超声波焊接工艺将特制成型模具边缘和间隔区域的弹性布面料熔接(形成三个上述分隔区域311),然后切割边缘多余弹性布面料,得到由三个分隔区域311分隔的四个具有内部容纳有流动性颗粒32的隔离腔体312,变形鼻垫袋3中容纳的流动性颗粒32只能在各自对应的隔离腔体312内流动。
将上述的变形鼻垫袋3通过四合扣母扣41和四合扣公扣弹性扣合的方式与眼罩本体1固定连接,四合扣公扣的扣合部2111进入四合扣母扣41的卡接部4121内侧的扣合腔4124中后,弹簧卡圈4127会因扣合部2111的作用胀开变形,从而使得扩大卡接部4121在弹性作用下扩大,进而将扣合部2111箍紧于卡接部4121内侧的扣合腔4124中,实现四合扣母扣41和四合扣公扣的弹性紧固配合。
当使用者通过弹性绑带5将遮光眼罩佩戴于头部时,变形鼻垫袋3的柔软弹性布面料配合其内部填充的高流动性颗粒32,使得变形鼻垫袋3快速的变形贴合于使用者眼部边缘于鼻梁连接处的皮肤,且流动性颗粒32会自动流动到压力较小的位置,填补眼罩本体1和鼻梁及眼睛周围佩戴的间隙,不会对使用者脸部产生不适的压力。
请一并参阅图6-10,以下介绍本实用新型的适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩的实施例二的一种优选制造工艺:
眼罩本体1的里布111选用克重为200g/m2的弹性真丝面料,填充层12选用克重为80g/m2的羽丝棉,表布112选用克重为180g/m2的涤纶布面料。里布111、填充层12和表布112尺寸大小一致,其长度均为21cm,宽度最大处为12cm,宽度最小处为10cm。
弹力绑带选用宽度直径2.5cm、长度39cm的尼龙松紧带。
流动性颗粒32选用粒径为1-2mm 的EPS颗粒。
在里布111需要固定魔术贴子贴22的位置划线,并裁剪魔术贴子贴22面料的尺寸至与划线尺寸一致,通过车缝工艺将魔术贴子贴22固定在里布111的外弹性表面。
在作业台面按照里布111、弹性绑带5、表布112、填充层12的顺序依次放置好,里布111固定有魔术贴子贴22的一侧(的毛面层221)朝向内侧(面向绑带),通过车缝工艺将遮光眼罩的里布111、弹性绑带5、表布112、填充层12固定连接为一个整体,在车缝形成的眼罩本体1的顶部位置预留一个返口。返口位置先不车缝,待通过返口位置将眼罩本体1内外翻转,再通过藏针缝针方式缝线封闭返口。
变形鼻垫袋3选用克为170g/m2的聚酯纤维加氨纶的弹性布面料作为袋体31材料。
选择宽度7cm,长度18cm弹性布面料,在弹性布面料上面需要固定魔术贴母贴的位置划线,并裁剪魔术贴母贴42尺寸至与划线尺寸一致,且与眼罩本体1的里布111外表面的魔术贴子贴22相配对,通过车缝工艺将魔术贴母贴42固定连接在弹性布料外表面。将弹性布面料对折,魔术贴母贴的勾面层421朝内(位于两层弹性布面料之间),将弹性布面料沿边缘车缝工艺固定,形成一个圆筒状空腔,翻转布筒。
在弹性布面料一端通过车缝工艺密封,形成一个具有一个开口的圆筒状布袋。在圆筒状布袋中灌入内部容纳空间体积占比为60%的EPS颗粒后,对圆筒状布袋开口一端的位置使用车缝工艺密封,形成一个容纳流动性颗粒32的布料袋(即变形鼻垫袋3)。通过超声波焊接或高周波焊接或车缝连接面料的工艺,将变形鼻垫袋3的内部容纳空间沿长度方向平均分隔成三个隔离腔体312,每个隔离腔体312内容纳的流动性颗粒32体积大致相同,相邻隔离腔体312之间以焊接或车缝面料形成的两个上述分隔区域311固定分隔,相邻隔离腔体312的间隔宽度(即分隔区域311的宽度)为2mm。
将上述变形鼻垫袋3通过魔术贴母贴42与魔术贴子贴22粘接配合,从而固定连接在眼罩本体1的里布111外表面,组成一种不压鼻梁、适配鼻梁外形的遮光眼罩。

  1. 一种可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,包括眼罩本体,其特征在于,还包括:
    至少一个第一连接件,设于所述眼罩本体朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面;
    至少一个变形鼻垫袋,所述变形鼻垫袋内填充有流动性颗粒;第二连接件,与所述第一连接件相匹配地设于所述变形鼻垫袋表面;
    所述变形鼻垫袋通过所述第二连接件与第一连接件对应配合固定安装于眼罩本体朝向使用者眼部的内侧表面,以使遮光眼罩佩戴于使用者头部时,可通过变形鼻垫袋的形变适配其鼻梁外形,垫设于使用者鼻梁、眼部边缘与眼罩本体之间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述眼罩本体包括:
    布套,所述布套由表布和里布首尾相接地缝合而成;
    填充层,填充于所述布套内部;
    和弹性绑带,所述弹性绑带的两端分别对应固定连接于所述布套的相对端;
    所述眼罩本体的内侧表面为所述里布背向所述表布的外表面,所述变形鼻垫袋通过所述第二连接件与第一连接件对应配合固定安装于里布的外表面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述第一连接件为四合扣子扣,所述第二连接件为四合扣母扣。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述四合扣子扣包括公扣座和底钉,所述底钉包括钉帽部和钉杆部,所述公扣座的一端设有凸起的扣合部,公扣座背向所述扣合部的另一端设有与所述钉杆部的外形相匹配的卡接孔;
    四合扣子扣通过打纽机与所述里布固定连接,使得所述钉帽部抵接于所述里布面向所述表布的内表面,且所述公扣座的另一端抵接于里布的外表面并通过所述卡接孔与伸出里布的所述钉杆部固定连接,所述扣合部的扣合方向背向所述眼罩本体里布外表面朝向眼罩本体外侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述四合扣母扣包括底扣座和母扣体,所述底扣座包括基座,设于所述基座一端的容纳槽,设于所述容纳槽中部的凸柱;所述母扣体包括呈环形的卡接部,和环绕设置于所述环形卡接部一端内缘、与所述容纳槽的形状相匹配的连接部,所述连接部中部设有与所述凸柱的外形相匹配的让位孔,卡接部的环形内侧面与连接部之间围成与所述扣合部的外形相匹配的扣合腔,卡接部背向所述扣合腔的一端端面与连接部之间围成与基座的形状相匹配的安装台阶;
    四合扣母扣通过打纽机与变形鼻垫袋的袋体外表面固定连接,使得所述基座和容纳槽底面抵接于变形鼻垫袋的袋体内表面,所述连接部抵接于袋体外表面,凸柱穿过让位孔后伸出袋体至扣合腔中,且连接部的内缘抵接于凸柱的周侧,卡接部和基座将袋体紧固于所述安装台阶处;
    所述四合扣母扣通过扣合腔与扣合部相配合固定连接于四合扣子扣。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述第一连接件为魔术贴子贴,所述魔术贴子贴包括子贴基层和敷设于所述子贴基层一面的毛面层,所述子贴基层背向所述毛面层的另一面固定连接于所述里布的外表面;
    所述第二连接件为魔术贴母贴,所述魔术贴母贴包括母贴基层和敷设于所述母贴基层一面的勾面层,所述母贴基层背向所述勾面层的另一面固定连接于所述变形鼻垫袋的外表面;
    所述魔术贴母贴通过勾面层与毛面层相配合固定连接于魔术贴子贴。
  7. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述流动性颗粒呈球形或椭球形颗粒,且流动性颗粒的粒径为0.2-3mm,变形鼻垫袋中填充的流动性颗粒占变形鼻垫袋的内部容纳空间的比例为20%-80%。
  8. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述流动性颗粒为EPS或EPP或EPO或决明子颗粒。
  9. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述变形鼻垫袋的袋体采用弹性面料制成。
  10. 如权利要求1-6任一项所述的可适配鼻梁的遮光眼罩,其特征在于,所述变形鼻垫袋通过超声波熔接或高周波熔接或车缝连接面料形成变形鼻垫袋的封闭袋体,在变形鼻垫袋的封闭袋体内部通过超声波熔接或高周波熔接或车缝连接面料,将变形鼻垫袋的内部容纳空间分隔形成至少两个隔离腔体,以使所述流动性颗粒独立于固定的隔离腔体空间内流动。
