Abstract

본 발명은 마이크로 인버터에 관한 것으로, 내부 공간을 가지는 하우징부와, 내부 공간에 배치되며 태양광 모듈이 생성한 직류 전원을 교류 전원으로 변환하는 회로 기판부와, 회로 기판부를 수용하는 하우징부를 커버하며, 하우징부와 결합가능한 커버부를 포함하고, 하우징부 및 커버부는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다.

Description

마이크로 인버터
본 발명은 마이크로 인버터에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 인버터는 직류(DC)를 교류(AC)로 변환하는 장치로, 전동기 구동 드라이브, UPS(uninterruptible power supply), 능동 전력 필터 등과 같은 다양한 전자장치를 이용하는 산업 응용분야를 비롯하여, 태양광 발전을 포함하는 신재생 에너지 변환 시스템과 하이브리드 자동차 등의 분야에 활용되고 있다.
최근 태양광 발전용 인버터 시장은 미국시장을 중심으로 마이크로 인버터(microinverter)가 적용되고 있다. 마이크로 인버터는 개별 태양전지 모듈에 각각의 소형 인버터를 설치하여, 모듈 단위로 직류를 교류로 전환하는 분산 시스템이다.
마이크로 인버터는 내부에 전류를 전환하는 인쇄 회로 기판 어레이(PCBA)를 가지고, 이 PCBA에 태양 전지 모듈과 연결되는 DC 커넥터 및 생산된 전력을 배전하는 교류 케이블과 연결되는 AC 커넥터가 장착된다.
종래 마이크로 인버터는 외관을 형성하는 하우징부이 금속 재질로 형성되는 경우 형상의 자유도가 낮으며, 제작 금형 비용과 체결 구조에 대한 어려움이 있는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 비금속 재질로 형성되는 경우에도 방열 성능을 확보하기 위하여 하우징부의 내부에 별도의 방열판, 방열 구조를 적용하였고, 이러한 구조적 특징으로 두께, 중량과 제조 단가가 상승하는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 배경기술은 대한민국 공개특허공보 제10-2019-0024233호(2019.03.08. 공개, 발명의 명칭: 성능 향상 위한 개선된 방열구조를 갖는 마이크로 인버터)에 개시되어 있다.
본 발명은 마이크로 인버터의 내부에 방열을 위한 별도 구조를 가지지 않고 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 마이크로 인버터를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 내부 공간을 가지는 하우징부; 상기 내부 공간에 배치되며 태양광 모듈이 생성한 직류 전원을 교류 전원으로 변환하는 회로 기판부; 상기 회로 기판부를 수용하는 상기 하우징부를 커버하며, 상기 하우징부와 결합가능한 커버부;를 포함하고, 상기 하우징부 및 상기 커버부는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성되는 마이크로 인버터를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 하우징부 및 상기 커버부는 동일한 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하우징부 및 상기 커버부의 각 내면과 상기 회로 기판부 사이에 형성되는 공간에는 방열 성능을 가지는 충진재가 배치될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하우징부의 일면에는, 상기 하우징부의 상기 내부 공간으로의 충진재의 유입 경로를 형성하며 상기 하우징부의 내외부를 관통하는 충진홀부;가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하우징부에는 상기 충진홀부와 연통되며, 미리 설정되는 깊이를 가지는 유입홈부가 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 충진홀부를 커버하며, 상기 하우징부에 결합가능한 하우징캡;을 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버부를 마주보는 상기 하우징부에는 둘레 방향을 따라 안착부가 홈부의 형상으로 형성되며, 상기 하우징부를 마주보는 상기 커버부의 일단부는 상기 안착부에 안착가능할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 커버부와 연결되는 상기 하우징부의 일측에 대향하는 타측에 연결되며, 상기 하우징부를 지지하는 지지 브라켓부;를 더 포함할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 지지 브라켓부는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 하우징부 및 상기 회로 기판부와 연결되며, 상기 태양광 모듈과 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 커넥터와; 외부 장치와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 커넥터;를 포함하는 커넥터부;를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 인버터는 하우징부와 커버부가 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여, 하우징부의 내부에 별도의 방열판이나 방열 구조가 적용될 필요가 없어 마이크로 인버터의 크기를 소형화할 수 있고, 구조 단순화를 통한 제조 공정 단순화 및 단가 절감을 할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 회로 기판부가 커버부에 결합됨으로 인하여 별도의 방열판이나 방열 구조 없이도 커버부와 하우징부의 사이에서 회로 기판부의 위치가 안정적으로 고정될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 커버부와 하우징부 사이에 배치되는 회로 기판부를 둘러쌀 수 있도록 충진재가 하우징부의 내부로 유입됨으로 인하여, 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 1 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 인버터(1)는, 태양광 모듈(도면 미도시)와 연결되며, 태양광 모듈의 직류(DC) 전원을 교류(AC) 전원으로 변환하는 것으로서, 하우징부(100), 회로 기판부(200), 커버부(300), 커넥터부(400), 지지 브라켓부(500), 하우징캡(600)을 포함할 수 있다.
도 1, 도 3, 도 4, 도 5, 도 7 및 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)는, 내부 공간(101)을 형성하는 것으로서, 뒤에 설명할 회로 기판부(200)가 배치될 수 있다.
하우징부(100)는 일측(도 2 기준)이 개구되며, 뒤에 설명할 커버부(300)와 결합가능하다. 하우징부(100)에는 뒤에 설명할 커넥터부(400)가 연결될 수 있다. 하우징부(100)와 커넥터부(400)에 관하여는 뒤에서 자세히 설명하도록 한다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
선택적 실시예로서, 하우징부(100)는 엔지니어링 플라스틱(engineering plastic) 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로 하우징부(100)는 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC), 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르(modified polyphenylene ether, mPPE), 폴리페닐렌 설파이드(polyphenylene sulfide, PPS)로 형성될 수 있다.
하우징부(100)가 폴리카보네이트, 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여, 하우징부(100)의 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 금속 재질로 형성되는 것에 비하여 설계 자유도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)는 뒤에 설명할 커버부(300)와 동일한 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)가 동일한 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여, 초음파 융착 공정을 이용하여 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)를 안정적으로 결합시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
선택적 실시예로서, 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)가 동일한 재질로 형성되는 경우 실리콘 접착제를 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300) 사이에 도포하고, 미리 설정되는 시간동안 경화시켜 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
선택적 실시예로서, 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)가 동일한 재질로 형성되는 경우 레이저 융착 공정을 이용하여 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)가 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여 직류 전력에서 교류 전력으로 변환 시 발생되는 열을 하우징부(100)의 외부로 방열할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101), 구체적으로 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)로 둘러싸이는 내부 영역에는 방열을 위한 충진재(F)가 충진될 수 있고, 내부 공간(101)에서 회로 기판부(200)는 충진재(F)로 둘러싸이며, 회로 기판부(200)에서 발생하는 열이 충진재(F) 및 하우징부(100), 커버부(300)를 통해 외부로 방산될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)와 회로 기판부(200) 사이, 커버부(300)와 회로 기판부(200) 사이에는 별도의 방열판, 방열 구조가 배치되지 않고 충진재(F)만 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 하우징부(100) 및 커버부(300)의 각 내면과 회로 기판부(200) 사이에 형성되는 공간에 방열 성능을 가지는 충진재(F)가 배치될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 별도의 방열 구조를 가지지 않고도 회로 기판부(200)에서 발생하는 열이 충진재(F) 및 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성되는 하우징부(100), 커버부(300)를 통해 외부로 방산시킬 수 있다.
도 2, 도 4, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)의 일면(도 2 기준 하면)에는 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101)으로의 충진재(F)의 유입 경로를 형성하며 하우징부(100)의 내외부를 관통하는 충진홀부(102)가 형성될 수 있다.
도 8을 참조하면, 충진홀부(102)는 하우징부(100)의 내외부를 관통하며 형성되는 것으로, 충진홀부(102)를 통해 외부에서 내부로 방열 재질로 형성되는 충진재(F)가 유입될 수 있다.
도 2, 도 5, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충진홀부(102)는 뒤에 설명할 하우징캡(600)에 의해 개폐될 수 있다.
구체적으로 충진홀부(102)를 개방시켜 충진재(F)를 하우징부(100)의 내부로 유입, 충전하고 하우징캡(600)을 충진홀부(102)에 삽입 체결하여 충진홀부(102)를 폐쇄시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 충진홀부(102)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있고, 복수 개의 충진홀부(102)는 하우징부(100) 상에서 이격 배치될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 복수의 충진홀부(102)를 통해 회로 기판부(200)가 배치되는 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101)에 충진재(F)를 효과적으로 공급할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 2, 도 4, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)의 일면(도 4 기준 하면)에는 충진홀부(102)와 연통되며, 미리 설정되는 깊이를 가지는 유입홈부(103)가 형성될 수 있다.
유입홈부(103)는 미리 설정되는 깊이를 가지며 하우징부(100)에 형성될 수 있고, 유입홈부(103)의 깊이 방향(도 4 기준 상하 방향) 중심축은 충진홀부(102)의 중심을 통과할 수 있다.
유입홈부(103)가 미리 설정되는 깊이를 가지며 하우징부(100)에 형성됨으로 인하여 소정 구간에서 상하 방향(도 8 기준)으로의 충진재(F)의 충진, 유입 경로를 형성할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
유입홀부는 복수 개의 충진홀부(102)에 대응하도록 복수 개가 구비될 수 있다.
도 2, 도 4, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100), 구체적으로 유입홈부(103)가 형성되는 하우징부(100)의 일면에는 하우징부(100)의 내측을 향해 리브부(104)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
이를 다른 측면에서 보면, 리브부(104)는 유입홈부(103)가 형성되는 하우징부(100)의 일면에서 외측 방향으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
하우징부(100)에 형성되는 리브부(104)는 미리 설정되는 두께(h)를 가지며 미리 설정되는 방향을 따라 연장 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로 리브부(104)는 유입홈부(103)가 형성되는 하우징부(100)의 일면 상에서 유입홈부(103)의 중심(또는 충진홀부(102)의 중심)으로부터 방사 방향으로 연장 형성될 수 있다.
하우징부(100)에 형성되는 리브부(104)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 리브부(104)는 유입홈부(103)의 중심(또는 충진홀부(102)의 중심)을 기준으로 둘레 방향을 따라 이격 배치될 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리브부(104)가 미리 설정되는 두께(h)를 가짐으로 인하여 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101)에 배치되는 회로 기판부(200)가 충진홀부(102) 및 유입홈부(103)를 커버하며 폐쇄시키는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
구체적으로 리브부(104)의 상면에 회로 기판부(200)가 접촉하는 경우, 리브부(104)의 두께(h)만큼 회로 기판부(200)는 하우징부(100)의 내면에 형성되는 유입홈부(103)의 일면(도 4 기준 상면)과 리브부(104)의 두께(h)만큼 이격될 수 있고, 상기 두께(h)로 인해 형성되는 공간을 통해 충진재(F)가 안정적으로 유입, 충진될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 복수 개의 리브부(104)가 충진홀부(102)의 중심을 기준으로 둘레 방향을 따라 이격 배치될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 회로 기판부(200)가 리브부(104)의 상면(도 4 기준)에 접촉한다 하여도, 복수 개의 리브부(104) 사이에 형성되는 공간을 통해 충진재가 유입, 충진될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 2, 도 4, 도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)에는 안착부(105)가 형성될 수 있다.
안착부(105)는 커버부(300)를 마주보는 하우징부(100)의 일면에 형성되며, 하우징부(100)의 둘레 방향을 따라 홈부(307)의 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
하우징부(100)를 마주보는 커버부(300)의 일단부(도 2 기준 하단부)는 안착부(105)에 안착가능하다. 도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 안착부(105)의 상단부(도 8 기준)는 커버부(300)의 하단부보다 상대적으로 상측에 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 커버부(300)의 하단부가 본체부에 형성되는 안착부(105)에 안착됨으로 인하여, 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300) 간 결합 경로를 가이드할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 2, 도 4, 도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)에는 격벽부(106)가 형성될 수 있다. 격벽부(106)는 안착부(105)와 연결되는 것으로 커버부(300)를 향해 일측(도 2 기준 상측)을 향해 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 격벽부(106)는 하우징부(100)의 둘레 방향을 따라 연장 형성될 수 있다. 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 격벽부(106)는, 상기 격벽부(106)를 마주보는 커버부(300)의 일면(도 2 기준 하면)에 홈부(307)에 배치될 수 있다.
도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)에는 연결부(107)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
연결부(107)는 하우징부(100)의 측면에 형성되는 것으로, 도 2를 참조하면, 하우징부(100)의 전면, 후면(도 2 기준)에 형성될 수 있다.
연결부(107)는 뒤에 설명할 지지 브라켓부(500)와 연결되는 것으로, 지지 브라켓부(500)에 구비되는 후크부(501)가 통과가능하게 연결홀부(107h)가 형성될 수 있다.
후크부(501)가 연결홀부(107h)를 통과하여 연결부(107)에 걸쳐짐으로 인하여 지지 브라켓부(500)와 하우징부(100)가 안정적으로 체결될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 연결부(107)의 일측에는 두께 방향(도 3 기준 상하 방향)을 따라 연결가이드본체(107a)가 연장 형성될 수 있다. 연결가이드본체(107a)는 지지 브라켓부(500)에 형성되는 연결가이드홈부(505)와 접촉가능하며, 연결가이드홈부(505) 상에 연결가이드본체(107a)가 삽입됨으로 인하여 지지 브라켓부(500)와 하우징부(100)의 결합 경로를 안정적으로 가이드할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
연결부(107)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 연결부(107)는 미리 설정되는 거리를 가지며 이격 배치될 수 있다.
도 2, 도 6, 도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회로 기판부(200)는, 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101)에 배치되는 것으로, 태양광 모듈이 생성한 직류전원을 교류 전원으로 변환할 수 있다.
회로 기판부(200)는 뒤에 설명할 커넥터부(400), 구체적으로 제1 커넥터(410), 제2 커넥터(450)와 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다. 회로 기판부(200)의 일측에 제1 커넥터(410)가 연결되고, 타측에 제2 커넥터(450)가 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회로 기판부(200)는 하우징부(100) 및 커버부(300) 중 적어도 어느 하나에 결합될 수 있고, 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)로 형성되는 수용 공간 내에 위치 고정될 수 있다.
도 6, 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회로 기판부(200)는 커버부(300)와 결합될 수 있다.
그러나 이에 한정하는 것은 아니고 하우징부(100)의 내면과 결합되거나, 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)에 동시에 결합되는 등 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)로 형성되는 수용 공간 내에 위치 고정되는 기술적 사상 안에서 다양한 변형 실시가 가능하다.
이하에서는 회로 기판부(200)가 커버부(300)와 결합되며 위치 고정되는 것을 기준으로 자세히 설명하도록 한다.
회로 기판부(200)는 단면 또는 양면에 미리 설정되는 회로 패턴 및 회로 부품이 구비될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 회로 기판부(200)는 통상의 인쇄 회로 기판 어셈블리(PCBA)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회로 기판부(200)는 단일층으로 형성되는 것을 기준으로 설명하나, 복수 개의 층이 적층 방식으로 연결되는 등 다양한 변형 실시가 가능하다.
회로 기판부(200)는 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하기 위한 회로를 포함할 수 있다. 구체적으로 회로 기판부(200)에 구비되는 기판에 구리로 인쇄된 회로 패턴, 집적 회로(IC), 커패시터, 변압기 등의 부품이 배치될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 회로 기판부(200), 구체적으로 회로는 입력되는 직류 전압을 승압하는 전압 승압 회로, 직류 전력을 교류 전력으로 변환하는 변환 회로로 형성될 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회로 기판부(200)에는 결합홀부(201)가 홀부의 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 결합홀부(201)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있고, 뒤에 설명할 커버부(300)에 형성되는 결합돌기(301)가 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 결합홀부(201)에 관통 체결될 수 있다.
적어도 하나 이상 형성되는 결합홀부(201)에 결합돌기(301)가 관통 체결됨으로 인하여 커버부(300)에 회로 기판부(200)가 위치 고정될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 2, 도 6, 도 7을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 회로 기판부(200)에는 가이드홀부(203)가 홀부의 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 가이드홀부(203)는 회로 기판부(200)의 중앙부에 형성될 수 있고, 커버부(300)에 형성되는 가이드돌기(305)가 가이드홀부(203)를 통과하여 하우징부(100)의 내면에 접촉할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가이드홀부(203)는 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 복수 개의 결합홀부(201) 사이에 위치할 수 있다.
이로 인하여 가이드홀부(203)를 중심으로 외측에 각각 배치되는 복수 개의 결합홀부(201)가 복수 개의 결합돌기(301)에 위치 대응되도록 회로 기판부(200)를 위치시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
즉, 커버부(300)에 형성되는 가이드돌기(305)를 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 가이드홀부(203)에 통과시킴에 따라, 가이드홀부(203)로부터 복수 개의 결합홀부(201)까지의 각 거리가 일정하게 유지됨으로써 커버부(300)와 회로 기판부(200)의 결합 경로를 안정적으로 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1, 도 2, 도 6 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)는, 회로 기판부(200)를 수용하는 하우징부(100)를 커버하는 것으로, 하우징부(100)와 결합될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 선택적 실시예로서, 커버부(300)는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로 커버부(300)는 폴리카보네이트, 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드로 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 커버부(300)의 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 금속 재료로 형성되는 것에 비하여 설계 자유도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)는 하우징부(100)와 동일한 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
커버부(300)와 하우징부(100)가 동일한 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여 초음파 융착 공정을 이용하여 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)를 안정적으로 결합시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
선택적 실시예로서, 커버부(300)와 하우징부(100)가 동일한 재질로 형성되는 경우 실리콘 접착제를 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300) 사이에 도포하고, 미리 설정되는 시간동안 경화시켜 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
선택적 실시예로서, 커버부(300)가 하우징부(100)와 동일한 재질로 형성되는 경우 레이저 융착 공정을 이용하여 커버부(300)와 하우징부(100)를 결합시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)가 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여 직류 전력에서 교류 전력으로 변환 시 발생되는 열을 커버부(300)의 외부로 방열할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 6 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)는 회로 기판부(200)를 마주보는 일면에 결합돌기(301)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 결합돌기(301)는 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 결합홀부(201)에 관통 체결될 수 있다.
결합돌기(301)는 복수 개의 결합홀부(201)에 대응되도록 복수 개가 구비될 수 있다. 결합돌기(301)는 길이 방향(도 7 기준 상하 방향)을 따라서, 결합홀부(201)를 관통하는 제1 영역 및 상기 제1 영역보다 상대적으로 큰 직경을 가지는 제2 영역을 포함할 수 있다.
이로 인하여 결합돌기(301)의 제1 영역이 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 결합홀부(201)를 통과한 후에 결합돌기(301)의 제2 영역은 결합홀부(201)를 통과하지 못하고 결합홀부(201)가 형성되는 회로 기판부(200)에 접촉할 수 있다.
즉, 제2 영역으로 인하여 결합돌기(301)가 형성되는 커버부(300)의 내면과 회로 기판부(200) 사이가 제2 영역의 길이만큼 이격될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이로 인하여 제2 영역으로 인해 형성되는 회로 기판부(200)와 커버부(300) 사이에 형성되는 공간이 확보될 수 있고, 상기 공간으로 방열 성능을 가지는 충진재(F)가 충진될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 6 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)는 회로 기판부(200)를 마주보는 일면에 가이드돌기(305)가 미리 설정되는 방향을 따라 연장 형성될 수 있다.
가이드돌기(305)는 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 가이드홀부(203)를 통과하여 하우징부(100)의 내면에 접촉될 수 있다.
가이드돌기(305)는 미리 설정되는 방향, 구체적으로 상하 방향(도 7 기준)을 따라 연장 형성되며, 하우징부(100)의 내면에 접촉됨으로 인하여 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300) 사이에 배치되는 회로 기판부(200)의 위치를 고정시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가이드돌기(305)는 커버부(300)에 형성되는 복수 개의 결합돌기(301) 사이에 위치할 수 있다.
이로 인하여 가이드돌기(305)를 중심으로 외측에 각각 배치되는 복수 개의 결합돌기(301)가 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 복수 개의 결합홀부(201)에 위치 대응되도록 커버부(300)를 위치시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
즉, 커버부(300)에 형성되는 가이드돌기(305)를 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 가이드홀부(203)에 통과시킴에 따라, 가이드돌기(305)로부터 복수 개의 결합돌기(301)까지의 각 거리가 일정하게 유지됨으로써 커버부(300)와 회로 기판부(200)의 결합 경로를 안정적으로 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커버부(300)는 둘레를 따라 홈부(307)가 형성될 수 있다. 상기 홈부(307)에는 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 격벽부(106)가 안착될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)가 안정적으로 결합될 수 있도록 하고, 커버부(300)와 하우징부(100)의 결합 경로를 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1, 도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 커넥터부(400)는 하우징부(100) 및 회로 기판부(200)와 연결되는 것으로, 제1 커넥터(410), 제2 커넥터(450)를 포함할 수 있다. 커넥터부(400)는 하우징부(100)의 내부 및 외부에 배치될 수 있도록 하우징부(100)에 설치될 수 있다.
제1 커넥터(410), 제2 커넥터(450)는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 인버터(1)를 외부와 연결할 수 있다. 제1 커넥터(410), 제2 커넥터(450)는 케이블 또는 다른 커넥터를 사용하여, 외부의 전원 및 전력 계통에 연결될 수 있다.
제1 커넥터(410)는 태양광 모듈(도면 미도시)과 전기적으로 연결되며, 직류(DC) 커넥터로 구비될 수 있고, 제2 커넥터(450)는 외부 장치와 전기적으로 연결되며, 교류(AC) 커넥터로 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로 태양광 모듈은 광전효과를 통해 빛 에너지를 전기 에너지로 전환하는 장치로서, 제1 커넥터(410)에는 태양광 모듈에서 생성된 직류 전력이 입력될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제1 커넥터(410)는 회로 기판부(200)와 전기적으로 연결되며, 입력된 직류 전력을 회로 기판부(200)에 전달할 수 있다. 제2 커넥터(450)는 외부 장치, 구체적으로 전력 계통(도면 미도시)과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제2 커넥터(450)는 회로 기판부(200)에서 변환된 교류 전력을 출력할 수 있다. 제2 커넥터(450)는 교류 출력 케이블에 의하여, 교류 전력을 사용처에 송전할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제1 커넥터(410)는 터미널, 케이블 등을 포함할 수 있고, 제2 커넥터(450)는 터미널 등을 포함할 수 있으나, 태양광 모듈 및 전력 계통과 같은 외부 장치와 회로 기판부(200)를 전기적으로 연결하는 기술은 널리 알려진 바, 제1 커넥터(410), 제2 커넥터(450)의 구체적인 구성에 관한 자세한 설명은 생략하도록 한다.
도 1 내지 도 3, 도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)는, 커버부(300)와 연결되는 하우징부(100)의 일측에 대향하는 타측에 연결되는 것으로, 하우징부(100)를 지지하며 위치 고정시킬 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 선택적 실시예로서, 지지 브라켓부(500)는 엔지니어링 플라스틱 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
구체적으로 지지 브라켓부(500)는 폴리카보네이트, 변성 폴리페닐렌 에테르, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드로 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 지지 브라켓부(500)의 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있고, 금속 재료로 형성되는 것에 비하여 설계 자유도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)는 커버부(300), 하우징부(100)와 동일한 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)가 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여 직류 전력에서 교류 전력으로 변환 시 발생되는 열이 하우징부(100)를 통해 지지 브라켓부(500)에 전달되어도 지지 브라켓부(500)의 외부로 방열할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1, 도 2, 도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)는 하우징부(100)의 하측(도 2 기준)에 배치될 수 있고, 하우징부(100)와 결합될 수 있다.
지지 브라켓부(500)는 하우징부(100)를 마주보는 일면(도 2 기준 상면)에 외측 방향(도 2 기준 상측 방향)을 향해 후크부(501)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 후크부(501)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)에 형성되는 후크부(501)는 하우징부(100) 또는 커버부(300)에 걸침가능하다. 후크부(501)는 제1 후크(501a), 제2 후크(501b)를 포함할 수 있다.
도 3을 참조하면, 제1 후크(501a)는 하우징부(100)에 걸침가능한 것으로, 구체적으로 연결부(107)에 형성되는 연결홀부(107h)를 통과하여 연결부(107)의 상단부에 걸쳐질 수 있다. 이로 인하여 하우징부(100)와 지지 브라켓부(500)를 체결시킬 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 제1 후크(501a)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있으며, 복수 개의 제1 후크(501a)는 하우징부(100)를 사이에 두고 마주보는 위치에 배치될 수 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 복수 개의 제1 후크(501a)는 하우징부(100)를 사이에 두고 서로 마주보며 배치될 수 있고, 하우징부(100)의 일측에서 나란하게 배치될 수 있다.
복수 개의 지점에서 복수 개의 제1 후크(501a)가 하우징부(100)에 걸림 체결됨으로 인하여 하우징부(100)와 지지 브라켓부(500)가 안정적으로 체결될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 2를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 지지 브라켓부(500)에는 연결가이드홈부(505)가 외측 방향으로 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 도 2, 도 3을 참조하면, 연결가이드홈부(505)는 제1 후크(501a)와 마주보며 배치될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 연결가이드홈부(505)에는 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 연결부(107), 구체적으로 연결가이드본체(107a)가 삽입될 수 있다. 연결가이드홈부(505)는 연결가이드본체(107a)를 감싸며 배치될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 지지 브라켓부(500)와 하우징부(100)가 결합될 때 지지 브라켓부(500)에 형성되는 제1 후크(501a)가 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 연결부(107)에 구비되는 연결홀부(107h)를 통과하여 하우징부(100), 구체적으로 연결부(107)에 걸림 체결됨과 동시에, 연결부(107)에 구비되는 연결가이드본체(107a)가 연결가이드홈부(505)에 삽입 배치될 수 있다.
연결가이드본체(107a)가 연결가이드홈부(505)에 삽입됨으로 인하여 지지 브라켓부(500) 상에서 연결부(107)의 위치가 고정될 수 있고, 하우징부(100)와 지지 브라켓부(500)가 안정적으로 체결되며 위치 고정될 수 있다.
도 2, 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 제2 후크(501b)는 제1 후크(501a)와 이격 배치되며, 하우징부(100)를 마주보는 지지 브라켓부(500)의 일면(도 2 기준 상면)에 돌출 형성되는 것으로, 커버부(300)에 걸침가능하다.
제2 후크(501b)는 복수 개가 구비될 수 있고, 복수 개의 제2 후크(501b)는 하우징부(100) 및 커버부(300)를 사이에 두고 서로 마주보며 배치될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 커버부(300)의 양측에 복수 개의 제2 후크(501b)가 걸림 체결됨으로 인하여 커버부(300)와 지지 브라켓부(500)가 안정적으로 체결될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 2, 도 5, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징캡(600)은 하우징부(100)에 결합가능한 것으로, 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 충진홀부(102)를 커버할 수 있다.
도 2, 도 5, 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징캡(600)은 캡본체(610), 캡베이스(650)를 포함할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징캡(600)은 탄성 변형이 가능한 재질로 형성될 수 있다.
선택적 실시예로서 하우징캡(600)은 고무 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 하우징캡(600)이 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 충진홀부(102)를 커버하면서 하우징부(100)에 밀착될 수 있고, 체결력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 캡본체(610)는 충진홀부(102)를 통과가능한 것으로, 미리 설정되는 부분이 충진홀부(102)를 통과할 수 있고, 충진홀부(102)의 내측에 배치될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 캡베이스(650)는 캡본체(610)와 연결되는 것으로, 충진홀부(102)가 형성되는 하우징부(100)의 외면과 접촉가능하다. 캡베이스(650)는 캡본체(610)의 하부(도 5 기준)와 연결될 수 있다.
하우징캡(600)의 길이 방향 중심축(AX1)을 기준으로 캡베이스(650)의 횡단면적은 캡본체(610)의 횡단면적보다 상대적으로 크게 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 캡본체(610)가 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 충진홀부(102)를 커버하고, 캡베이스(650)가 충진홀부(102)의 주변 영역과 면접촉되며 커버함으로써 충진홀부(102)를 효과적으로 개폐할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
상기와 같은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 인버터의 작동원리 및 효과에 관하여 설명한다.
도 1 내지 도 8을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 마이크로 인버터(1)는 하우징부(100), 회로 기판부(200), 커버부(300), 커넥터부(400), 지지 브라켓부(500), 하우징캡(600)을 포함할 수 있다.
도 1, 도 2를 참조하면, 커버부(300)는 하우징부(100)에 형성되는 내부 공간(101)을 커버하며 하우징부(100)에 결합될 수 있다. 하우징부(100)를 마주보는 커버부(300)의 내면에는 하우징부(100) 측을 향해 결합돌기(301), 가이드돌기(305)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
도 6, 도 7을 참조하면, 가이드돌기(305)는 복수 개의 결합돌기(301) 사이에 배치되는 것으로, 구체적으로 커버부(300)의 중앙부에 위치할 수 있다.
커버부(300)에 형성되는 가이드돌기(305)는 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 가이드홀부(203)를 통과하여 커버부(300)와 마주보는 하우징부(100)의 내면과 접촉가능하다.
도 6을 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 가이드돌기(305)로부터 복수 개의 결합돌기(301)까지의 거리는 일정하게 유지될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 복수 개의 결합돌기(301) 중 어느 하나와, 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되며 상기 어느 하나의 결합돌기(301)에 대응하는 위치에 배치되는 결합홀부(201)가 결합되면, 나머지 복수 개의 결합돌기(301)와 결합홀부(201)는 안정적으로 결합될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 7, 도 8을 참조하면, 결합돌기(301)는 길이 방향(도 7 기준 상하 방향)을 따라서, 결합홀부(201)를 관통하는 제1 영역 및 상기 제1 영역보다 상대적으로 큰 직경을 가지는 제2 영역을 포함할 수 있다.
이로 인하여 결합돌기(301)의 제1 영역이 회로 기판부(200)에 형성되는 결합홀부(201)를 통과한 후에 결합돌기(301)의 제2 영역은 결합홀부(201)를 통과하지 못하고 결합홀부(201)가 형성되는 회로 기판부(200)에 접촉할 수 있다.
즉, 제2 영역으로 인하여 결합돌기(301)가 형성되는 커버부(300)의 내면과 회로 기판부(200) 사이가 제2 영역의 길이만큼 이격될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이로 인하여 제2 영역으로 인해 형성되는 회로 기판부(200)와 커버부(300) 사이에 형성되는 공간이 확보될 수 있고, 상기 공간으로 방열 성능을 가지는 충진재(F)가 충진될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 이로 인하여 하우징부(100)의 내면과 회로 기판부(200) 사이 영역 및 커버부(300)의 내면과 회로 기판부(200) 사이 영역에는 충진재(F)만 배치될 수 있다.
즉, 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)가 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성됨으로 인하여 하우징부(100)와 커버부(300)로 형성되는 내부 공간에 방열판과 같은 별도의 방열 구조가 필요 없고, 회로 기판부(200)가 차지하는 공간을 제외한 나머지 공간에는 충진재(F)만 배치됨으로써 방열 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이에 더하여 방열판과 같은 별도의 방열 구조가 요구되지 않으므로, 마이크로 인버터(1)의 구성이 단순화되고, 무게가 절감될 수 있고, 마이크로 인버터(1) 제조 공정이 단순화되는 효과가 있다.
도 4, 도 8을 참조하면, 하우징부(100)에는 충진재(F)가 외부로부터 유입될 수 있도록 유입 경로를 제공하는 충진홀부(102)가 홀부의 형상으로 형성될 수 있다. 사용자는 하우징캡(600)과 하우징부(100)와의 결합을 해제하고, 충진홀부(102)를 통해 충진재(F)를 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101)으로 유입, 충진할 수 있다.
도 4를 참조하면, 충진홀부(102)와 연결되는 유입홈부(103) 상에 리브부(104)가 돌출 형성될 수 있다.
리브부(104)가 미리 설정되는 두께(h)를 가지며 돌출 형성됨으로 인하여 리브부(104) 상에 회로 기판부(200)가 접촉된다 하더라도, 회로 기판부(200)와 하우징부(100), 구체적으로 유입홈부(103) 사이에 이격 공간이 형성될 수 있다.
이로 인하여 이격 공간을 통해 충진재가 하우징부(100)의 내부 공간(101)에 용이하게 유입될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이에 더하여 복수 개의 리브부(104) 사이에도 충진재(F)의 유입 경로가 형성될 수 있고, 효과적으로 충진재(F)를 충진할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명은 첨부된 도면에 도시된 일 실시예를 참고로 설명하였으나 이는 예시적인 것에 불과하며, 당해 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이로부터 다양한 변형 및 균등한 타 실시예가 가능하다는 점을 이해할 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 진정한 보호 범위는 첨부된 청구 범위에 의해서만 정해져야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 내부 공간을 가지는 하우징부;
    상기 내부 공간에 배치되며 태양광 모듈이 생성한 직류 전원을 교류 전원으로 변환하는 회로 기판부;
    상기 회로 기판부를 수용하는 상기 하우징부를 커버하며, 상기 하우징부와 결합가능한 커버부;를 포함하고,
    상기 하우징부 및 상기 커버부는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성되는 마이크로 인버터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징부 및 상기 커버부는 동일한 재질로 형성되는 마이크로 인버터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징부 및 상기 커버부의 각 내면과 상기 회로 기판부 사이에 형성되는 공간에는 방열 성능을 가지는 충진재가 배치되는 마이크로 인버터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징부의 일면에는, 상기 하우징부의 상기 내부 공간으로의 충진재의 유입 경로를 형성하며 상기 하우징부의 내외부를 관통하는 충진홀부;가 형성되는 마이크로 인버터.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징부에는 상기 충진홀부와 연통되며, 미리 설정되는 깊이를 가지는 유입홈부가 형성되는 마이크로 인버터.
  6. 제4항에 있어서,
    상기 충진홀부를 커버하며, 상기 하우징부에 결합가능한 하우징캡;을 더 포함하는 마이크로 인버터.
  7. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버부를 마주보는 상기 하우징부에는 둘레 방향을 따라 안착부가 홈부의 형상으로 형성되며,
    상기 하우징부를 마주보는 상기 커버부의 일단부는 상기 안착부에 안착가능한 마이크로 인버터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 커버부와 연결되는 상기 하우징부의 일측에 대향하는 타측에 연결되며, 상기 하우징부를 지지하는 지지 브라켓부;를 더 포함하는 마이크로 인버터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 지지 브라켓부는 방열 성능을 가지는 비금속 재질로 형성되는 마이크로 인버터.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 하우징부 및 상기 회로 기판부와 연결되며, 상기 태양광 모듈과 전기적으로 연결되는 제1 커넥터와; 외부 장치와 전기적으로 연결되는 제2 커넥터;를 포함하는 커넥터부;를 포함하는 마이크로 인버터.
