Description
本申请涉及一种用于可升降座椅的机械伸展装置以及包括所述机械伸展装置的可升降座椅。
随着生活水平的提高,以及人们对家居用品的日臻细致化的需求,可活动座椅的功能越来越多样化。例如“老人椅”在具有常见的坐姿位置和躺姿位置之外,还具有所谓的“抬升位置”。在抬升位置中,老人椅的坐席部能够相对于地面升高和向前倾斜,以便辅助使用者起身。然而,随着功能的多样化,也带来了结构上的复杂化。这一方面会导致所需零件增多,另一方面导致座椅整体上的体积增大。
有鉴于此,本申请所要解决的技术问题在于,如何提供一种在结构紧凑的情况下保持良好的使用体验和全面的功能性的座椅。
为解决所述技术问题,提供一种用于可升降座椅的机械伸展装置,所述可升降座椅包括坐席部、靠背和脚踏,所述机械伸展装置包括:
-固定支撑在地面上的底座;
-可活动地布置在所述底座上方的联动机构,所述联动机构包括座部安装板、靠背支架和腿部组件,其中,所述腿部组件包括脚踏安装板和外翻组件;和
-布置在所述底座与所述联动机构之间的升降组件,其中,通过所述升降组件能够使所述座部安装板在坐姿位置与抬升位置之间变换。
根据本申请,通过所述联动机构能够使所述机械伸展装置至少在坐姿位置与躺姿位置之间变换,在所述躺姿位置中,所述外翻组件的最前端位于所述脚踏安装板的前方,并且所述靠背支架相对于所述座部安装板向后倾斜,其中,所述外翻组件的最前端相对于地面的高度为至少490mm。在一些实施方式中,在所述躺姿位置中,所述外翻组件的最前端相对于地面的高度为至少550mm。
在所述坐姿位置中,靠背支架连同与其附接的靠背大体上向上指向,腿部组件收拢,附接在腿部组件上的脚踏则收拢在坐席部下方;在所述躺姿位置中,靠背支架连同与其附接的靠背则与躺姿位置相比明显地向后倾斜,腿部组件向前向上伸展,附接在腿部组件上的脚踏则向前向上抬升。在从坐姿位置变换至躺姿位置的过程中,腿部组件的外翻组件展开,使得外翻组件的最前端位于脚踏安装板的前方,从而使对使用者的下肢、尤其至少对脚部和/或小腿部分的支撑部分延长,提供更好的使用体验。与此同时,由于外翻组件本身随着从坐姿位置至躺姿位置的变换过程中才展开,而在坐姿位置中仍保持收拢,因此提供了更紧凑的结构。

-固定支撑在地面上的底座;
-可活动地布置在所述底座上方的联动机构,所述联动机构包括与坐席部附接的座部安装板、与靠背附接的靠背支架和与脚踏附接的腿部组件,其中,所述腿部组件包括脚踏安装板和外翻组件;和
-布置在所述底座与所述联动机构之间的升降组件,其中,通过所述升降组件能够使所述座部安装板在坐姿位置与抬升位置之间变换。
根据本申请,通过所述联动机构能够使所述机械伸展装置至少在坐姿位置与躺姿位置之间变换,在所述躺姿位置中,所述外翻组件的最前端位于所述脚踏安装板的前方,并且所述靠背支架相对于所述座部安装板向后倾斜,其中,所述外翻组件的最前端相对于地面的高度为至少490mm。在一些实施方式中,在所述躺姿位置中,所述外翻组件的最前端相对于地面的高度为至少550mm。
在一种实施方式中,所述外翻组件包括第一外翻连杆、第二外翻连杆、第三外翻连杆和外翻驱动杆,其中,通过所述脚踏安装板、所述第一外翻连杆、第二外翻连杆和第三外翻连杆构成四连杆机构,并且其中,通过所述外翻驱动杆能够驱动所述四连杆机构变形,从而使所述外翻组件的最前端位于所述脚踏安装板的前方。

在一种实施方式中,所述第一外翻连杆包括设置在其第一自由端部上的第二铰接点、设置在其第二自由端部上的第四铰接点和位于所述第二铰接点与所述第四铰接点之间的第三铰接点,其中,所述第一外翻连杆在所述第二铰接点处与所述外翻驱动杆铰接,并且在所述第四铰接点处与所述第三外翻连杆铰接。

此外,在此还要说明的是,本申请中所述“前后方向”或者说“纵向”是就可升降座椅或其机械伸展装置的腿部组件的伸展方向而言的,具体来说,“前方”是指朝向腿部组件的方向,“后方”是指朝向靠背组件的方向。“左右方向”或者说“横向”是就可升降座椅或其机械伸展装置的在水平方向上与“前后方向”或“纵向”垂直的方向而言的。

图1以立体图方式示意性示出根据本申请的一种实施方式的可升降座椅的机械伸展装置1,此外,该可升降座椅还包括与该机械伸展装置1附接的未图示的坐席部、靠背和脚踏。图1所示的机械伸展装置1处于躺姿位置,图2所示的机械伸展装置1处于坐姿位置。
该机械伸展装置1包括底座10、联动机构11、升降组件12和电驱动单元13。
底座10固定地支撑在地面上。通过联动机构11和升降组件12能够使可升降座椅至少依次从图1和图6所示的躺姿位置变换至图2和图4所示的坐姿位置、图3所示的抬升位置,并且能够至少依次从抬升位置、坐姿位置变换至躺姿位置。其中,可升降座椅还可以如图5所示变换至介于躺姿位置与坐姿位置之间的TV姿位置。
在图1和图2所示实施例中,该底座10包括沿可升降座椅的横向延伸的后底座横梁101、前底座横梁102和沿纵向延伸且相互间隔地布置在左右两侧的两个底座纵梁103。前底座横梁101、后底座横梁102和底座纵梁103构成矩形的底座10。
在该底座10上方可活动地布置有联动机构11。该联动机构11构造为多连杆机构,并且包括承载框架110、座部组件111、靠背组件112和腿部组件113。
该承载框架110大体上构造为矩形框架,并且包括沿可活动座椅的纵向延伸且在左右两侧相互间隔地布置的两个承载纵梁1100和在两个承载纵梁1100之间延伸且将承载纵梁1100相连的前承载横梁1106和后承载横梁1107。在承载框架110靠近腿部组件113的前端,尤其如图2所示实施例中,在前承载横梁1106上包括前端延长部1101。在承载纵梁1100的靠近靠背组件112的后端包括后端延长部1102。
在此要说明的是,前端延长部1101既可以是前承载横梁1106的一部分,也可以是与前承载横梁1106固定连接的部件。后端延长部1102既可以是承载纵梁1100的一部分,也可以是与承载纵梁1100固定连接的部件。
该座部组件111包括L形构造的座部安装件1110、构造在座部安装件1110前端上的前端安装件1111、座部前摆杆1112、座部后摆杆1113、驱动连杆1114和横向延伸的马达驱动杆1115。
座部安装件1110用于附接坐席部。前端安装件1111固定连接在座部安装件1110上,或者构造为从座部安装件1110的前端向上突伸的凸起部。驱动连杆1114的一端与前端安装件11枢转连接,另一端与从马达驱动杆1115的两端突伸的驱动杆凸起1115a枢转连接。座部前摆杆1112构造为曲拐件,其在一个自由端部上与座部安装件1110的前端枢转连接,在另一个自由端部上至少间接地通过腿部驱动杆1116与腿部组件113枢转连接。座部后摆杆1113的一端与座部安装件1110的后端枢转连接,另一端至少间接地与承载框架110、尤其是承载纵梁1100枢转连接。
如图4所示,座部组件111通过传动机构与承载框架110可活动地连接。传动机构包括第一传动杆1103、第二传动杆1104和第三传动杆1105,其中,座部前摆杆1112的中部与第一传动杆1103的前端枢转连接,第一传动杆1103的后端与第二传动杆1104的前端枢转连接,第一传动杆1103的中部与承载纵梁1100、尤其是承载纵梁的后端延长部1102枢转连接;第二传动杆1104的后端与第三传动杆1105的下端枢转连接,第三传动杆1105的上端与座部后摆杆1113的下端枢转连接,第三传动杆1105的中部则与承载纵梁1100、尤其是承载纵梁的后端延长部1102枢转连接。
该靠背组件112包括靠背支架1120和靠背连杆1121。该靠背支架1120用于附接靠背,并且靠背支架1120的前端与座部安装件1110的上端枢转连接,靠背支架1120的后端与靠背连杆1121的上端枢转连接,靠背连杆1121的下端与承载纵梁1100、尤其是承载纵梁的后端延长部1102枢转连接。
该腿部组件113构造为多连杆机构,并且包括第一腿部连杆1131、第二腿部连杆1132、第三腿部连杆1133、第四腿部连杆1134、用于附接脚踏的脚踏安装板1135和与脚踏安装板1135枢转连接的外翻组件。
如图5和图6所示,第一腿部连杆1131的后端与座部前摆杆1112的中部枢转连接,第一腿部连杆1131的前端与第四腿部连杆1134的后端枢转连接;第二腿部连杆1132的后端与座部安装件1110的前端枢转连接,第二腿部连杆1132的前端与第三腿部连杆1133的后端枢转连接;第三腿部连杆1133和第四腿部连杆1134的前端均与脚踏安装板1135枢转连接。第二腿部连杆1132的中部还与第四腿部连杆1134的中部相互铰接。
如图7和图8所示,外翻组件枢转连接在脚踏安装板1135的前部,为此,在脚踏安装板1135的前部一体式构造有脚踏板前端延长部1135a。所述外翻组件包括第一外翻连杆1136、第二外翻连杆1137、第三外翻连杆1138和外翻驱动杆1139,其中,通过脚踏安装板1135、所述第一外翻连杆1136、第二外翻连杆1137和第三外翻连杆1138构成四连杆机构。
该第一外翻连杆1136构造为曲拐件,其中,第一外翻连杆1136包括在其第一自由端部上的第二铰接点P2、在其第二自由端部上的第四铰接点P4和位于第二铰接点P2与第四铰接点P4之间的第三铰接点P3。第二铰接点P2与第四铰接点P4的连线位于第三铰接点P3前方。
外翻驱动杆1139包括大体上沿前后方向相互对置的前端和后端。外翻驱动杆1139利用其后端在第一铰接点P1处与腿部组件113的第四腿部连杆1134枢转连接,利用其前端在第二铰接点P2处与第一外翻连杆1136铰接。第一外翻连杆1136在第三铰接点P3处与脚踏板前端延长部1135a铰接,在第四铰接点P4处与第三外翻连杆1138铰接。第二外翻连杆1137的一端与脚踏板前端延长部1135a铰接,另一端与第三外翻连杆1138铰接,其中,第二外翻连杆1137与脚踏板前端延长部1135a较之第三铰接点P3更靠前。
在腿部组件113的展开过程中,随着第四腿部连杆1134与脚踏安装板1135之间的夹角增大,外翻驱动杆1139促使第一外翻连杆1136的第二自由端部围绕第三铰接点P3向上枢转,从而通过外翻驱动杆1139促使由脚踏安装板1135、所述第一外翻连杆1136、第二外翻连杆1137和第三外翻连杆1138构成的四连杆机构变形,使外翻组件的最前端位于脚踏安装板1135的前方。
升降机构12包括升降基座120、第一升降连杆121和第二升降连杆122。升降基座120固定安装在底座10的底座纵梁101上。第一升降连杆121和第二升降连杆122分别以其一端铰接在升降基座120上,并分别以其另一端铰接在承载框架110上,具体而言铰接在与前承载横梁1106固定连接的前端延长部1101上。由此,通过升降基座120、第一升降连杆121、第二升降连杆122和前端延长部1101构成四连杆机构,从而能够通过该四连杆机构的变型,实现承载框架110相对于底座10的抬升和下降,进而带动与承载框架110连接的座部组件111、靠背组件112和腿部组件113相对于底座10抬升和下降。第二升降连杆122在其面向底座10的侧面上构造有升降止挡板1220。当升降机构12未抬升时,升降止挡板1220以其下表面抵靠在底座纵梁103的上表面上。
为促使可升降座椅在不同姿态之间变换,还提供了电驱动单元13。在该实施方式中,电驱动单元13包括仅一个电动机。电动机可以构造为推杆电机,其包括连接在后底座横梁101上的电机头和相对于电机头可伸缩活动的电机推杆,该电机推杆与马达驱动杆1115连接。
通过该电驱动单元13可以促使可升降座椅依次从躺姿位置变换至坐姿位置、抬升位置,或者反向地从抬升位置变换至坐姿位置、躺姿位置。
当然,在未示出的实施例中,电驱动单元13也可以包括两个电动机,其中一个电动机促使可升降座椅在坐姿位置与躺姿位置之间变换,另一个电动机促使可升降座椅在抬升位置与坐姿位置和/或躺姿位置之间变换。
当希望可升降座椅从图3所示的抬升位置变换至图6所示的躺姿位置时,电机推杆开始相对于电机头回收。由此,抬升机构12回收,促使承载框架110、乃至整个联动机构11相对于底座10下降。当升降止挡板1220抵靠在底座纵梁103上时,抬升机构12停止回收,联动机构11不再下降,可升降座椅实现图4所示的坐姿位置。
此时,电机推杆继续相对于电机头回收。由此,带动马达驱动杆1115翻转,进而带动驱动连杆1114枢转,并促使前端安装件1111推动座部安装件1110向后倾斜。与此同时,靠背组件112向后倾斜,并且在传动机构的作用下,座部前摆杆1112枢转,腿部驱动杆1116前移,进而推动腿部组件113展开。从而达到图5所示的TV姿位置乃至图6所示的躺姿位置。
如前所述,在腿部组件113的展开过程中,随着第四腿部连杆1134与脚踏安装板1135之间的夹角增大,外翻驱动杆1139促使第一外翻连杆1136的第二自由端部围绕第三铰接点P3向上枢转,使外翻组件的最前端位于脚踏安装板1135的前方。
在躺姿位置中,外翻组件的最前端相对于地面的高度H为至少490mm,在一些实施方式中为550mm;靠背支架1120的前侧面与水平面的角度α为最多22°,在一些实施方式中为最多13°。
