节能减排是汽车产业可持续发展的关键,电动车辆由于其节能环保的优势成为汽车产业可持续发展的重要组成部分。对于电动车辆而言,电池技术又是关乎其发展的一项重要因素。
电池出厂前通常需要对电池进行测试以评估其性能。在相关技术中,使用探针分别电连接电池的总输出正极和总输出负极,并选择适当的测试电流和测试时间来获取待测试的电池的电压和电流等参数。
发明内容
本申请旨在至少解决背景技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提供一种电池测试机构,以改善测试过程中由于探针对电池过度挤压而损坏电池的问题。
本申请第一方面的实施例提供一种电池测试机构,包括:两个探针,被构造成与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;运动机构,两个探针设置在运动机构上,运动机构被构造成能够朝向电池运动以使两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;以及防过压检测装置,设置在运动机构上,被构造成在两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压电池,并检测电池是否被抵压超过预定程度,其中,运动机构包括安装板,安装板上安装有第一接近传感器组件,防过压检测装置包括:至少一个导杆,被构造成贯穿安装板,至少一个导杆的第一端部用于抵压电池;以及第二接近传感器组件,与至少一个导杆固定连接,第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件配合以检测 第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件之间的距离是否小于预定值,其中,距离小于预定值指示电池被抵压超过预定程度。
本申请实施例的技术方案中,具有防过压检测装置的电池测试机构可以提供对电池的安全保护,以免电池受到过高压力的损害。电池测试机构上设置接近传感器组件可以进一步提高对电池被抵压程度的判断的准确性,使得本申请的电池测试机构能够更加快速、准确地检测和响应压力变化,提供更为可靠的过压保护功能。此外,电池被抵压的预定程度可以根据实际需求进行调整。可以根据不同类型的电池的尺寸和特性,设置适当的安全阈值,以满足不同应用场景的需要。
在一些实施例中,至少一个导杆各自包括与第一端部相对的第二端部,第一端部和第二端部分别位于安装板的两侧,第二接近传感器组件设置在至少一个导杆中的任一导杆的任一端部,第一接近传感器组件与第二接近传感器组件相对应地设置。传感器组件的此设置方式增加了电池测试机构的布置灵活性,使得可以根据实际需求对传感器组件的位置进行调整。
在一些实施例中,至少一个导杆的第二端部和安装板之间套设有相应的轴承,轴承固定在安装板上。轴承可以为导杆提供直线运动的支持和导向,使导杆能够在预定的轨道上进行平稳的直线运动。

在一些实施例中,两个探针与至少一个导杆的第一端部设置在安装板的同一侧,并且电池测试机构还包括压力传感器和第二弹性部件,压力传感器设置在安装板的设置有两个探针的一侧,第二弹性部件设置在两个探针与压力传感器之间,使得压力传感器能够经由第二弹性部件感测两个探针受到的压力。通过设置压力传感器和弹性部件可以获取两个探针在与电池的总正极和总负极电接触时所受到的压力。
在一些实施例中,第二弹性部件包括弹簧。在探针与压力传感器之间设置弹簧使得能够获取探针在与电池的总正极和总负极电接触时所受到的压力。
在一些实施例中,运动机构被构造成能够在第一方向和与第一方向垂直的第二方向上运动,以调整与电池之间的距离。对运动机构的此设置可以增加电池测试机构的灵活性和适应性。
在一些实施例中,两个探针在运动机构上有多个安装位置,以使两个探针之间的位置可调。在运动机构上设置探针的多个安装位置可以兼容不同尺寸大小的电池。
本申请第二方面的实施例提供一种电池测试方法,应用于电池测试机构。电池测试机构包括:两个探针,被构造成与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;运动机构,两个探针设置在运动机构上,运动机构被构造成能够朝向电池运动以使两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;以及防过压检测装置,设置在运动机构上,被构造成在两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压电池,其中运动机构包括安装板,安装板上安装有第一接近传感器组件,防过压检测装置包括:至少一个导杆,被构造成贯穿安装板,至少一个导杆的第一端部用于抵压电池;以及第二接近传感器组件,与至少一个导杆固定连接,第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件配合以检测第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件之间的距离是否小于预定值,其中,距离小于预定值指示电池被抵压超过预定程度。方法包括:控制运动机构朝向待测试的电池运动,以使两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;接收来自防过压检测装置的检测信号,检测信号指示电池被防过压检测装置抵压超过预定程度,并且检测信号是响应于第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件之间的距离小于预定值而生成的;以及响应于接收到检测信号,触发保护动作。通过将运动机构设置为包括接近传感器组件可以进一步提高对电池被抵压程度的判断的准确性,从而提供更为可靠的过压保护功能。
在一些实施例中,保护动作包括以下至少一者:电池测试机构发出报警;或者电池测试机构停机。进一步设置保护动作可以为更好地保护待测试的电池。
本申请第三方面的实施例提供一种电池测试装置,应用于电池测试机构。电池测试机构包括:两个探针,被构造成与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;运动机构,两个探针设置在运动机构上,运动机构被构造成能够朝向电池运动以使两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;以及防过压检测装置,设置在运动机构上,被构造成在两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压电池,其中运动机构包括安装板,安装板上安装有第一接近传感器组件,防过压检测装置包括:至少一个导杆,被构造成贯穿安装板,至少一个导杆的第一端部用于抵压电池;以及第二接近传感器组件,与至少一个导杆固定连接,第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件配合以检测第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件之间的距离是否小于预定值,其中,距离小于预定值指示电池被抵压超过预定程度。装置包括:第一模块,用于控制运动机构朝向待测试的电池运动,以使两个探针与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;第二模块,用于接收来自防过压检测装置的检测信号,检测信号指示电池被防过压检测装置抵压超过预定程度,并且检测信号是响应于第二接近传感器组件与第一接近传感器组件之间的距离小于预定值而生成的;以及第三模块,用于响应于接收到检测信号,触发保护动作。

目前,从市场形势的发展来看,动力电池的应用越加广泛。动力电池不仅被应被构造成水力、火力、风力和太阳能电站等储能电源系统,而且还被广泛应被构造成电动自行车、电动摩托车、电动汽车等电动交通工具,以及军事装备和航空航天等多个领域。随着动力电池应用领域的不断扩大,其市场的需求量也在不断地扩增。
电池出厂前通常需要进行性能测试,例如直流阻抗测试以及电池单体的一致性测试等。在相关技术中,通常利用在伺服中预先设置的下压参数来下压探针以使探针与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极电接触并提供一定的压紧力。然而,在测试过程中,存在由于获取到的实际下压数据不准确而导致的探针对电池过度挤压从而损坏电池的情况。
参考图1-图3,图1示出了本申请一些实施例的电池测试机构的结构示意图,图2示出了本申请一些实施例的电池测试机构的一部分的结构示意图,图3示出了本申请一些实施例的电池测试机构的一部分的结构示意图。
本申请实施例提供了一种电池测试机构,其包括两个探针100、运动机构200和防过压检测装置300。两个探针100被构造成能够与待测试的电池(未示出)的总正极和总负极分别电接触。两个探针100设置在运动机构200上,运动机构200被构造成能够朝向电池运动以使两个探针100与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触。防过压检测装置300设置在运动机构200上,被构造成在两个探针100与电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压电池,并检测电池是否被抵压超过预定程度。运动机构200包括安装板210,安装板210上安装有第一接近传感器组件320,防过压检测装置300包括至少一个导杆310和第二接近传感器组件330。其中,至少一个导杆310被构造成贯穿安装板210,并且其第一端部用于抵压电池。第二接近传感器组件330与至少一个导杆310固定连接,第二接近传感器组件330与第一接近传感器组件320配合以检测第二接近传感器组件330与第一接近传感器组件320之间的距离是否小于预定值。其中,距离小于预定值指示电池被抵压超过预定程度。
在本申请的实施例中,“电池”可以指由多个电池单体串联或并联或混联组成的电池模组,其中电池模组可以是例如单排模组、双排模组、多排模组。电池模组分别具有总 输出正极和总输出负极。电池模组的总输出正极和总输出负极共同构成了电池模组的电源输出,用于连接到外部电路的正负极,使得电能能够从电池模组流向外部电路,为其他设备提供所需的电力。
电池测试机构包括两个探针100,用于分别与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极接触并压紧,以能够从电池中提取电流。在一些实施例中,探针100的由导电材料制成的端部可以插入电池的总正极和总负极,以实现电流的传递和放电过程。在一些实施例中,可以提供用于控制探针100放电过程的控制装置。该控制装置例如包括用于调节从电池中提取的电流大小和稳定性的电流调节器,以及用于记录放电时间和电量的计时器或计数器。
电池测试机构还包括运动机构200。探针100和防过压检测装置300被设置在运动机构200上,以使探针100和防过压检测装置300能够伴随运动机构200进行上下运动,进而使得两个探针100能够与电池的总正极和总负极电接触和压紧。在一些实施例中,可以提供机架600、丝杆700和伺服电机800以驱动运动机构200朝向待测试的电池运动。参考图1,机架600可以是结构框架,用于支撑和固定整个电池测试机构的各个组件。丝杆700可以是螺旋形的金属杆,通常与螺母配合使用以通过旋转运动将旋转力转换为线性运动力。伺服电机800用于提供动力并且能够控制运动机构200的运动。伺服电机800可以根据控制信号进行精确的位置和速度调节,以实现对运动机构200的准确控制。其通常由直流电机或步进电机组成,并配备编码器等反馈装置,以提供闭环控制。应当理解,机架600、丝杆700和伺服电机800只是为了说明的目的而示出的,它们对于本公开的目的而言不是必须的。
电池测试机构还包括防过压检测装置300。防过压检测装置300会随着运动机构200的运动,接触然后抵压电池,并能够在检测到对电池的抵压超过设定的安全程度时提供检测信号。该检测信号可以触发保护动作,以减小电池受到过高压力的损害的可能性。
在一些实施例中,参考图1和图2,运动机构200包括位于该运动机构200下部的安装板210,防过压检测装置300被设置在该安装板210上。
在一些实施例中,防过压检测装置300包括贯穿安装板210的至少一个导杆310。参考图2,导杆310的数量可以为两个,即第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b。在一些实施例中,导杆310的数量可以是一个或者更多个,此处不做任何限制。导杆310的第一端部可以用来在运动机构200移动时对电池进行抵压。在一些情况下,导杆的端部抵压电池有助于将电池固定。
在一些实施例中,安装板210上安装有第一接近传感器组件320,导杆310上连接第二接近传感器组件330。第一接近传感器组件320和第二接近传感器组件330可以相互配合以检测二者之间的距离是否小于预定值,从而指示待测试的电池是否被过度挤压。具体而言,导杆310随着运动机构200中的安装板210一起运动,当导杆310的第一端部接触到待测试的电池后会继续对电池进行抵压。由于导杆310贯穿安装板,被抵压的电池会对导杆310施加与运动机构200的运动方向相反的反作用力,使得导杆310朝向相反方向运动。位于导杆310上的第二接近传感器组件330因此会逐渐接近安装在安装板210上的第一接近传感器组件320,直至二者之间的距离小于预定值时发出检测信号。该检测信号可以触发保护动作,从而发出报警或使得电池测试机构停机。该预定值可以为预先确定的、表征电池所能承受的最大抵压程度的参数。保护动作被触发意味着当前被测试的电池存在被过度抵压的风险,此时可以发出报警以进行人为干预,或者使得电池测试机构停机,从而降低损坏电池的概率。
在一些实施例中,可以针对待测试的电池的不同的产品参数设置该预定值。
根据本申请实施例的具有防过压检测装置的电池测试机构可以提供对电池的安全保护,以免电池受到过高压力的损害。电池测试机构上设置接近传感器组件可以进一步提高对电池被抵压程度的判断的准确性,使得本申请的电池测试机构能够更加快速、准确地检测和响应压力变化,提供更为可靠的过压保护功能。此外,电池被抵压的预定程度可以根据实际需求进行调整。可以根据不同类型的电池的尺寸和特性,设置适当的安全阈值,以满足不同应用场景的需要。
根据本申请的一些实施例,至少一个导杆310各自包括与第一端部相对的第二端部,第一端部和第二端部分别位于安装板210的两侧,第二接近传感器组件330设置在至少一个导杆310中的任一导杆的任一端部,第一接近传感器组件320与第二接近传感器组件330相对应地设置。
在一些实施例中,参考图2,导杆310具有分别位于安装板210两侧的第一端部和第二端部。
在一些实施例中,第二接近传感器组件330例如可以设置在第一导杆310a的用于抵压电池的第一端部,或者设置在第一导杆310a的与第一端部相对应的第二端部。第二接近传感器组件330可以设置在任一导杆310的任一端部,此处不做任何限制。
第一接近传感器组件320与第二接近传感器组件330相对应地设置指第一接近传感器组件320邻近第二接近传感器组件330设置,以使第二接近传感器组件330在随着 导杆的移动过程中能够和第一接近传感器组件320相互感应。例如图2所示出的实施例中,在第二接近传感器组件330设置在第一导杆310a的第二端部的情况下,第一接近传感器组件320可以被架设在传感器支架上,并邻近第二接近传感器组件330设置,该传感器支架设置在安装板210的与该第二端部相同的一侧。随着运动机构200向下移动,导杆被电池抵压而向上移动,第二接近传感器组件330也逐渐靠近或接触第一接近传感器组件320,从而产生电信号并触发开关动作。电池测试机构检测到相应信号或者动作后会报警或停机,以防止运动机构200的下压距离超过电池能够承受的抵压程度或者探针100的最大压缩量。
传感器组件的此设置方式增加了电池测试机构的布置灵活性,使得可以根据实际需求对传感器组件的位置进行调整。
根据本申请的一些实施例,至少一个导杆310的第二端部和安装板210之间套设有相应的轴承340,轴承340固定在安装板210上。
在一些实施例中,继续参考图2,第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b在各自的第二端部和安装板210之间套设有轴承340。
轴承可以为导杆提供直线运动的支持和导向,使导杆能够在预定的轨道上进行平稳的直线运动。
根据本申请的一些实施例,至少一个导杆310的第一端部和安装板210之间套设有相应的第一弹性部件350。
在一些实施例中,继续参考图2,第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b在各自的第一端部和安装板210之间还套设有第一弹性部件350。在一些实施例中,第一弹性部件350的一端可以与安装板210固定。随着运动机构200向下移动,导杆310抵压电池后向上移动并挤压第一弹性部件350,使得在测试完成后,第一弹性部件350能够帮忙导杆310快速归位。
设置弹性部件有助于导杆的归位。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一弹性部件350包括弹簧。

根据本申请的一些实施例,第一接近传感器组件320包括光电传感器,第二接近传感器组件330包括感应部件;或者第一接近传感器组件320包括感应部件,第二接近传感器组件330包括光电传感器。
在一些实施例中,参考图2,第一接近传感器组件320可以包括光电传感器或感应部件,第二接近传感器组件330可以包括与第一接近传感器组件320相对应的感应部件或光电传感器。当感应部件和光电传感器相互接近或者接触时会发出检测信号。该检测信号可以触发保护动作,发出报警或使得电池测试机构停机。
光电传感器和相应的感应部件能够为电池测试机构提供更加精确的检测能力。
根据本申请的一些实施例,光电传感器包括彼此面对的光发射器和光接收器,光发射器和光接收器之间具有空隙,感应部件包括挡光板,光电传感器被配置为当挡光板处于空隙时触发检测信号,检测信号指示光电传感器和感应部件之间的距离小于预定值。
在一些实施例中,光电传感器可以包括光发射器和光接收器。光发射器用于发射光线,例如红外光或可见光。光发射器和光接收器之间具有空隙,在光发射器和光接收器之间没有任何阻挡的情况下光接收器能接收到从光发射器发出的光线。当感应部件(例如挡光板)从该空隙中通过时,光被遮挡而未能被光接收器接收,将会触发检测信号。
在一些实施例中,参考图2,第一导杆310a的第二端部设置有挡光板,包括光发射器和光接收器的光电传感器被架设在传感器支架上并邻近挡光板设置。当运动机构200向下运动时,探针100和防过压检测装置300也随之向下移动。探针100接触到电池的总正极和总负极并继续下压。当压块360接触到电池后,第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b会随着运动机构200的向下运动而逐渐上移。当设置在第一导杆310a的第二端部的挡光板通过光发射器和光接收器之间的空隙时将触发检测信号,该检测信号可以指示光电传感器和感应部件之间的距离小于预定值并触发保护动作,从而防止运动机构200的下压距离超过电池能够承受的抵压距离。
通过设置包括彼此面对的光发射器和光接收器的光电传感器,能够为电池测试机构提供更加精确的检测能力。
根据本申请的一些实施例,至少一个导杆310中的每一个导杆的第一端部形成为具有凸台形状的压块360,用于抵压电池。
在一些实施例中,参考图2,第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b在各自的第一端部形成为具有凸台形状的压块360。
将导杆的第一端部形成为具有凸台形状的压块可以增大防过压检测装置与电池的接触面积,减小抵压时对电池的损伤。
根据本申请的一些实施例,两个探针100与至少一个导杆310的第一端部设置在安装板210的同一侧,并且电池测试机构还包括压力传感器400和第二弹性部件500,压 力传感器400设置在安装板210的设置有两个探针100的一侧,第二弹性部件500设置在两个探针100与压力传感器400之间,使得压力传感器400能够经由第二弹性部件500感测两个探针100受到的压力。
在一些实施例中,参考图3,电池测试机构还包括压力传感器400和第二弹性部件500。其中压力传感器400与探针100位于安装板210的同一侧,第二弹性部件500设置在探针100与压力传感器400之间。运动机构200向下运动时,探针100也向下移动以与电池的总正极和总负极电接触。当探针100接触到电池的总正极和总负极并继续下压时,电池经由第二弹性部件500对压力传感器400施加压力,使得压力传感器400能够感测探针100受到的压力。
通过设置压力传感器和弹性部件可以获取探针在与电池的总正极和总负极电接触时所受到的压力。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第二弹性部件500包括弹簧。
在一些实施例中,参考图3,第二弹性部件500可以是弹簧。
在探针与压力传感器之间设置弹簧使得能够获取探针在与电池的总正极和总负极电接触时所受到的压力。
根据本申请的一些实施例,运动机构200被构造成能够在第一方向和与第一方向垂直的第二方向上运动,以调整与电池之间的距离。
在一些实施例中,“第一方向”可以指平行于安装板210延伸的方向,“第二方向”可以指平行于导杆310延伸的方向。在一些实施例中,“第一方向”可以指平行于导杆310延伸的方向,“第二方向”可以指平行于安装板210延伸的方向。根据实际电池测试的需要,设置其他的相互垂直的两个方向也是可能的,此处不做任何限制。
对运动机构的此设置可以增加电池测试机构的灵活性和适应性。
根据本申请的一些实施例,两个探针100在运动机构200上有多个安装位置,以使两个探针100之间的位置可调。
在一些实施例中,运动机构200上可以有多个用于安装两个探针100的安装位置,这些安装位置可以被设置在例如具有不同高度水平的安装板上,或者同一安装板的不同位置处。应理解,在电池测试机构的其他部分设置安装位置也是可能的,此处不做任何限制。
在一些实施例中,运动机构200还可以包括滑槽作为两个探针100的安装位置,用于滑动调节两个探针100之间的距离。

下面结合具体实施例对本申请的电池测试机构作进一步的描述。
参考图1-图3,电池测试机构包括两个探针100、运动机构200和防过压检测装置300。运动机构200包括安装板210,其中两个探针100和防过压检测装置300被设置在该安装板210上。
防过压检测装置300包括贯穿安装板210的第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b,它们各自具有相对的第一端部和第二端部。第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b的第一端部被形成为具有凸台形状的压块360,以用于对电池进行抵压。第一导杆310a的第二端部设置有第二接近传感器组件330,第一接近传感器组件320被架设在传感器支架上并邻近第二接近传感器组件330设置。第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b在各自的第二端部和安装板210之间套设有轴承340,并在各自的第一端部和安装板210之间套设有弹簧。
电池测试机构还包括与探针100同侧设置的压力传感器400和以及设置在探针100与压力传感器400之间的弹簧。
当运动机构200向下运动时,探针100和防过压检测装置300也随之向下移动。当探针100接触到电池的总正极和总负极并继续下压时,设置在探针100与压力传感器400之间的弹簧对压力传感器400施加压力以使其感测探针100受到的压力。压块360接触到电池后,第一导杆310a和第二导杆310b会随着运动机构200的向下运动而逐渐上移。当设置在第一导杆310a的第二端部的第二接近传感器组件330与第一接近传感器组件320靠近或接触时将产生电信号并触发开关动作,电池测试机构检测到相应信号或者动作后会报警或停机,以防止运动机构200的下压距离超过电池能够承受的抵压距离或者探针100的最大压缩量。
最后应说明的是:以上各实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述各实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本申请的权利要求和说明书的范围当中。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本申请并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种电池测试机构,包括:
    两个探针(100),被构造成与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;
    运动机构(200),所述两个探针(100)设置在所述运动机构(200)上,所述运动机构(200)被构造成能够朝向所述电池运动以使所述两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;以及
    防过压检测装置(300),设置在所述运动机构(200)上,被构造成在所述两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压所述电池,并检测所述电池是否被抵压超过预定程度,
    其中,所述运动机构(200)包括安装板(210),所述安装板(210)上安装有第一接近传感器组件(320),所述防过压检测装置(300)包括:
    至少一个导杆(310),被构造成贯穿所述安装板(210),所述至少一个导杆(310)的第一端部用于抵压所述电池;以及
    第二接近传感器组件(330),与所述至少一个导杆(310)固定连接,所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)配合以检测所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)之间的距离是否小于预定值,其中,所述距离小于预定值指示所述电池被抵压超过预定程度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述至少一个导杆(310)各自包括与所述第一端部相对的第二端部,所述第一端部和所述第二端部分别位于所述安装板(210)的两侧,所述第二接近传感器组件(330)设置在所述至少一个导杆(310)中的任一导杆的任一端部,所述第一接近传感器组件(320)与所述第二接近传感器组件(330)相对应地设置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述至少一个导杆(310)的所述第二端部和所述安装板(210)之间套设有相应的轴承(340),所述轴承(340)固定在所述安装板(210)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述至少一个导杆(310)的所述第一端部和所述安装板(210)之间套设有相应的第一弹性部件(350)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述第一弹性部件(350)包括弹簧。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述第一接近传感器组件(320)包括光电传感器,所述第二接近传感器组件(330)包括感应部件;或者
    所述第一接近传感器组件(320)包括感应部件,所述第二接近传感器组件(330)包括光电传感器。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述光电传感器包括彼此面对的光发射器和光接收器,所述光发射器和所述光接收器之间具有空隙,所述感应部件包括挡光板,所述光电传感器被配置为当所述挡光板处于所述空隙时触发检测信号,所述检测信号指示所述光电传感器和所述感应部件之间的距离小于预定值。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述至少一个导杆(310)中的每一个导杆的所述第一端部形成为具有凸台形状的压块(360),用于抵压所述电池。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述两个探针(100)与所述至少一个导杆(310)的所述第一端部设置在所述安装板(210)的同一侧,并且所述电池测试机构还包括压力传感器(400)和第二弹性部件(500),所述压力传感器(400)设置在所述安装板(210)的设置有所述两个探针(100)的一侧,所述第二弹性部件(500)设置在所述两个探针(100)与所述压力传感器(400)之间,使得所述压力传感器(400)能够经由所述第二弹性部件(500)感测所述两个探针(100)受到的压力。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述第二弹性部件(500)包括弹簧。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述运动机构(200)被构造成能够在第一方向和与所述第一方向垂直的第二方向上运动,以调整与所述电池之间的距离。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的电池测试机构,其中,所述两个探针(100)在所述运动机构(200)上有多个安装位置,以使所述两个探针(100)之间的位置可调。
  13. 一种电池测试方法,应用于电池测试机构,所述电池测试机构包括:两个探针(100),被构造成与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;运动机构(200),所述两个探针(100)设置在所述运动机构(200)上,所述运动机构(200)被构造成能够朝向所述电池运动以使所述两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;以及防过压检测装置(300),设置在所述运动机构(200)上,被构造成在所述两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压所述电池,其中所述运动机构(200)包括安装板(210),所述安装板(210)上安装有第一接近传感器组件(320),所述防过压检测装置(300)包括:至少一个导杆(310),被构造成贯穿所述安装板(210),所述至少一个导杆(310)的第一端部用于抵压所述电池;以及第二接近传感器组件(330),与所述至少一个导杆(310)固定连接,所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)配合以检测所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)之间的距离是否小于预定值,其中,所述距离小于预定值指示所述电池被抵压超过预定程度,所述方法包括:
    控制运动机构(200)朝向待测试的电池运动,以使两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;
    接收来自防过压检测装置(300)的检测信号,所述检测信号指示所述电池被所述防过压检测装置(300)抵压超过预定程度,并且所述检测信号是响应于所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)之间的距离小于预定值而生成的;以及
    响应于接收到所述检测信号,触发保护动作。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述保护动作包括以下至少一者:
    所述电池测试机构发出报警;或者
    所述电池测试机构停机。
  15. 一种电池测试装置,应用于电池测试机构,所述电池测试机构包括:两个探针(100),被构造成与待测试的电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;运动机构(200),所述两个探针(100)设置在所述运动机构(200)上,所述运动机构(200)被构造成能够 朝向所述电池运动以使所述两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;以及防过压检测装置(300),设置在所述运动机构(200)上,被构造成在所述两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触期间抵压所述电池,其中所述运动机构(200)包括安装板(210),所述安装板(210)上安装有第一接近传感器组件(320),所述防过压检测装置(300)包括:至少一个导杆(310),被构造成贯穿所述安装板(210),所述至少一个导杆(310)的第一端部用于抵压所述电池;以及第二接近传感器组件(330),与所述至少一个导杆(310)固定连接,所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)配合以检测所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)之间的距离是否小于预定值,其中,所述距离小于预定值指示所述电池被抵压超过预定程度,所述电池测试装置包括:
    第一模块,用于控制运动机构(200)朝向待测试的电池运动,以使两个探针(100)与所述电池的总正极和总负极分别电接触;
    第二模块,用于接收来自防过压检测装置(300)的检测信号,所述检测信号指示所述电池被所述防过压检测装置(300)抵压超过预定程度,并且所述检测信号是响应于所述第二接近传感器组件(330)与所述第一接近传感器组件(320)之间的距离小于预定值而生成的;以及
    第三模块,用于响应于接收到所述检测信号,触发保护动作。
