本申请涉及电池技术领域,尤其是涉及一种电池及用电装置。
背景技术
近些年,新能源汽车有了飞跃式的发展,在电动汽车领域,电池作为电动汽车的动力源,起着不可替代的重要作用。然而,针对不同的车型,需要针对性调整电池的结构,以满足电池与车辆的安装及电连接要求。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电池及用电装置,有利于提高电池的通配性。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供一种电池,包括:箱体组件和接插组件,箱体组件包括第一壁,第一壁上具有第一穿孔,接插组件安装于箱体组件,且包括接插件和转接件,接插件包括安装部和接电部,安装部位于第一壁的外侧,接电部包括位于安装部的远离第一壁的一侧的外接电端,以及位于安装部的靠近箱体组件的内部的一侧的内接电端,内接电端对应第一穿孔设置,转接件的至少部分位于箱体组件外,且支撑安装部使安装部与第一壁间隔。
在上述技术方案中,通过在第一壁与接插件的配合处设置转接件,使得接插件与第一壁相对位置可以根据转接件的尺寸不同而发生改变,从而对于不同的用电装置,无需对箱体组件的尺寸进行差异化设计,也无需对接插件的尺寸进行差异化设计,仅需根据不同用电装置的实际情况,选用合适尺寸的转接件使接插件与第一壁隔开适合的间距,从而满足了电池对于不同用电装置的适用性,实现了箱体组件及接插件的通配性,降低了制造成本。
在一些实施例中,转接件包括支撑部,支撑部设于第一壁与安装部之间以支撑安装部。
在上述技术方案中,由于转接件包括设于第一壁与安装部之间的支撑部,支撑部对应安装部设置,支撑部对接插件的支撑更加可靠稳定,使得接插件可以与用电装置的对插结构稳定电连接,提升电池为用电装置供电的稳定性与可靠性。而且,转接件与接插件的配合紧凑,有利于减少接插组件整体的空间占用。
在一些实施例中,支撑部环绕第一穿孔设置,且支撑部上开设有对应第一穿孔设置的第二穿孔,接电部穿设于第二穿孔。
在上述技术方案中,支撑部有利于更大范围地支撑安装部,进一步提升对接插件的支撑稳定性。而且,转接件的形式及设置位置,有利于提升箱体组件在安装接插件处的密封性, 提高电池的可靠性。此外,支撑部还可以遮挡接电部,提升接电部短接或漏电等风险,提升电池的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,支撑部与第一壁之间设有第一密封件,第一密封件环绕第一穿孔设置。
在上述技术方案中,通过设置第一密封件,可以提升转接件与箱体组件配合位置的密封性,有利于提升箱体组件在安装接插件处的密封性,提高电池的可靠性。而且,在转接件与第一壁之间设置第一密封件的方式简单,容易实现,降低密封难度,提高密封效果。
在一些实施例中,支撑部的朝向第一壁的端面具有环形的凹槽,第一密封件嵌设于凹槽。
在上述技术方案中,通过将第一密封件嵌设于凹槽,可以提升第一密封件的安装稳定性,提升第一壁与转接件配合位置的密封可靠性。而且,通过将凹槽加工在转接件上,而非加工在第一壁上,可以降低箱体组件的加工难度和生产成本。并且将凹槽加工在转接件上,有利于提升凹槽的深度,以提升第一密封件与凹槽配合的稳定性,进而提升第一密封件的密封可靠性。
在一些实施例中,支撑部与安装部之间设有第二密封件,第二密封件环绕第二穿孔设置。
在上述技术方案中,通过设置第二密封件,可以提升转接件与接插件配合位置的密封性,有利于提升箱体组件在安装接插件处的密封性,提高电池的可靠性。而且,在转接件与安装部之间设置第二密封件的方式简单,容易实现,降低密封难度,提高密封效果。
在一些实施例中,支撑部包括端板部和围板部,围板部环绕第一穿孔设置,端板部连接在围板部的远离第一壁的一端,安装部支撑在端板部的远离第一壁的一侧,第二穿孔贯穿端板部,端板部与围板部之间形成朝向第一壁的方向敞开的避让腔,避让腔连通第一穿孔和第二穿孔,避让腔的横截面积大于第二穿孔的横截面积。
在上述技术方案中,转接件可以形成为罩盖形式,可以实现减重,降低成本。
在一些实施例中,围板部包括从端板部到第一壁的方向依次设置的第一围板段和第二围板段,第一围板段的壁厚沿着从端板部到第一壁的方向逐渐减小,第二围板段的壁厚大于第一围板段的靠近第一壁的端部的壁厚。
在上述技术方案中,第一围板部朝向靠近端板部的方向逐渐增厚,可以提升围板部与端板部的连接强度,提升围板部对端板部的支撑稳定性,通过设置第二围板段的壁厚大于第一围板段的靠近第一壁的端部的壁厚,可以提升围板部支撑于第一壁的稳定性,从而提升转接件对接插件的支撑稳定性,使得接插件可以与用电装置的对插结构稳定电连接,提升电池为用电装置供电的稳定性与可靠性。
在一些实施例中,支撑部上设置贯穿的通孔,通孔与第一穿孔对应设置,通孔在支撑部的远离第一壁的一侧表面所形成的孔口构成第二穿孔。
在上述技术方案中,可以简化转接件的结构,便于转接件的加工,且有利于提升转接件的支撑强度。
在一些实施例中,转接件整体位于第一壁的外侧。
在上述技术方案中,通过将转接件整体外置于箱体组件,从而可以直接从箱体组件的外侧进行转接件的安装、调换等等,从而方便转接件的拆装,而且转接件不会占用箱体组件 内的空间,有利于保证电池的容量。
在一些实施例中,接插件与转接件连接,转接件与第一壁连接。
在上述技术方案中,有利于提升接插件与转接件的连接可靠性,且有利于提升转接件与第一壁的连接可靠性,从而提升接插组件安装于箱体组件的可靠性。
在一些实施例中,转接件包括支撑部,支撑部设于第一壁与安装部之间以支撑安装部,安装部与支撑部连接。
在上述技术方案中,由于转接件包括设于第一壁与安装部之间的支撑部,支撑部对应安装部设置,支撑部对接插件的支撑更加可靠稳定。而且,利用转接件支撑接插件的位置与接插件连接,从而可以降低转接件与接插件的连接难度,简化结构设计。
在一些实施例中,安装部与支撑部通过第一连接件连接,第一连接件包括第一杆部和第一头部,第一头部抵接于安装部的远离支撑部的一侧,第一杆部贯穿安装部且与支撑部连接。
在上述技术方案中,可以从外侧进行接插件与转接件的装配,提高装配便捷性,而且,既可以在转接件与第一壁连接之前,先进行转接件与接插件的安装,又可以在转接件与第一壁连接之后,后进行转接件与接插件的安装,从而使得装配步骤灵活。
在一些实施例中,转接件还包括连接部,连接部位于支撑部的外围且超出安装部的覆盖范围,连接部与第一壁连接。
在上述技术方案中,由于转接件还包括位于支撑部外围的连接部,且连接部超出安装部的覆盖范围,从而连接部与第一壁的连接位置可以与支撑部与安装部的连接位置错开,使得连接部与第一壁的连接不影响支撑部对安装部的支撑和连接,因而安装部与支撑部的连接步骤、以及连接部与第一壁的连接步骤没有先后顺序要求,使得装配灵活。
在一些实施例中,连接部与第一壁通过第二连接件连接,第二连接件包括第二杆部和第二头部,第二头部抵接于连接部的远离第一壁的一侧,第二杆部贯穿连接部且与第一壁连接。
在上述技术方案中,可以从外侧进行转接件与箱体组件的装配,提高装配便捷性,而且,既可以在转接件与接插件之前,先进行转接件与箱体组件的安装,又可以在转接件与接插件连接之后,后进行转接件与箱体组件的安装,从而使得装配步骤灵活。
在一些实施例中,转接件还包括连接在支撑部与连接部之间的加强斜筋。
在上述技术方案中,可以提升转接件的结构强度,既可以提升转接件与第一壁连接可靠性,又可以提升转接件对接插件的支撑可靠性。
在一些实施例中,支撑部与第一壁通过第三连接件连接,第三连接件包括第三杆部和第三头部,第三头部抵接于第一壁的内侧,第三杆部贯穿第一壁且与支撑部连接。
在上述技术方案中,可以从内侧进行转接件与箱体组件的装配,有利于减小转接件的体积和占用空间。此外,当安装部与支撑部通过上述第一连接件连接时,既可以在转接件与接插件之前,先进行转接件与箱体组件的安装,又可以在转接件与接插件连接之后,后进行转接件与箱体组件的安装,从而使得装配步骤灵活,且转接件与第一壁连接时,仅需要 对准转接件与第一壁二者,转接件与接插件连接时,也仅需要对准转接件与接插件二者,从而可以降低装配难度,进一步提高装配效率。
在一些实施例中,支撑部与安装部的连接位置,和支撑部与第一壁的连接位置错开。
在上述技术方案中,当支撑部的壁厚较薄时,通过设置上述两个连接位置错开,可以分别利用支撑部不同位置的壁厚满足连接要求。当然,如果支撑部的壁厚足够,也可以设置上述两个连接位置对应,或者也可以设置上述两个连接位置错开,从而实现灵活设计。
在一些实施例中,接插件、转接件与第一壁通过第四连接件一并连接。
在上述技术方案中,有利于减小转接件的体积和占用空间,而且可以节省连接件的使用数量,降低成本。
在一些实施例中,第四连接件包括第四杆部和第四头部,第四头部抵接于安装部的远离转接件的一侧,第四杆部贯穿安装部和转接件且与第一壁连接。
在上述技术方案中,可以从外侧进行接插组件与箱体组件的装配,提高装配便捷性。
在一些实施例中,在第一穿孔的轴向上,安装部与第一壁的间隔距离大于安装部的壁厚。
在上述技术方案中,在安装部与第一壁之间的间隔距离相对较大的情况下,在接插件与箱体组件之间设置满足支撑强度和密封要求的转接件更加需要。
在一些实施例中,箱体组件包括箱体,电池包括设于箱体内的电芯组件,电芯组件包括多个电池单体,电池包括调温件,调温件包括第一调温件、第二调温件和第三调温件中的至少一个,第一调温件设于箱体外,且与箱体的外壁贴合,第二调温件设于箱体内,且位于电芯组件与箱体组件之间,第三调温件设于箱体内,且位于相邻的电池单体之间。
在上述技术方案中,电池可以仅包括第一调温件、第二调温件和第三调温件中的一个,还可以同时包括第一调温件、第二调温件和第三调温件中的两个,或者还可以同时包括第一调温件、第二调温件和第三调温件三者。由此,可以根据实际情况,选择合适的位置设置调温件,以满足电池的温度调节需求。
在一些实施例中,箱体组件包括一体冲压成型件的箱体,且箱体包括底壁和围壁,围壁的一个侧壁构成第一壁。
在上述技术方案中,由于箱体的底壁和围壁为一体冲压成型,因此底壁和围壁的连接处无需考虑密封问题,就可以保证密封效果,从而可以避免泥水从底壁和围壁的连接处渗入箱体内对电芯组件造成影响,提升电池的可靠性。而且,一体冲压成型的箱体无需拼接,可以提高生产效率。另外,将接插件设置在箱体组件的侧面,而非底面或顶面,有利于降低接插件与用电装置上的对插结构的连接难度。
在一些实施例中,箱体内设有电芯组件,箱体的底壁铺设有换热件,换热件与电芯组件换热设置。
在上述技术方案中,可以提升换热件与电芯组件的换热面积,从而提升对电芯组件的调温效果。
在一些实施例中,换热件包括至少一个第一换热流道,第一换热流道包括第一换热段、第二换热段和第三换热段,第二换热段弯折形成有第一U型区域,第一换热段弯折设置于 第一U型区域内,且与第二换热段通过第三换热段弯折连接,第二换热段位于第一换热流道的周向的最外侧。
在上述技术方案中,通过将第二换热段折弯形成有第一U型区域,且将第一换热段弯折设置于第一U型区域内,且通过设置第二换热段位于第一换热流道的周向的最外侧,当采用本实施例的换热件与电芯组件换热时,可将外围的第二换热段形成的第一U型区域的至少部分与电芯组件外周的至少部分的电池单体相对,使第二换热段能够对电芯组件外周的至少部分的电池单体进行换热,将第一U型区域内的第一换热段与内部电池单体相对,使得换热件可以弥补外围电池单体与环境之间的热交换导致的内外温差,使电芯组件外围的电池单体与电芯组件内部的电池单体的换热效果趋于一致,有利于改善电芯组件在不同环境中温差,提升电池的均温性,由此可以在一定程度上提高电池的使用寿命。
在一些实施例中,电芯组件包括沿第一方向排列的多个电池单元,每个电池单元包括沿第二方向依次层叠布置的多个电池单体,第二换热段的至少部分与电芯组件位于周向最外围的多个电池单体对应换热。
在上述技术方案中,通过协同电池单体的排布以及第一换热流道的延伸排布,并设置第二换热段的至少部分与外围电池单体组对应换热,可以使得外围电池单体组的换热效率提高,进而可以进一步均衡电池组件的外围电池单体散热大于内围的电池单体的散热所带来的温差。
在一些实施例中,换热件还包括至少一个第二换热流道,且第二换热流道和第一换热流道在同一平面内折弯,第二换热流道弯折设于第一换热流道的第一U型区域内。
在上述技术方案中,通过设置至少一个第一换热流道和至少一个第二换热流道,通过协同二者的相对位置关系,使得换热流道的排布可以根据电池的冷却需求进行设计,进而可以进一步优化对电芯组件的温度调节效果,提高电池的均温性。
在一些实施例中,至少一个第二换热流道弯折形成有第二U型区域,第一换热段的至少部分设于第二换热流道的第二U型区域内。
在上述技术方案中,通过设置至少一个第二换热流道弯折形成有第二U型区域,且将第一换热段的至少部分设于第二换热流道的第二U型区域内,有利于第一换热流道和第二换热流道的协同配合,以进一步提高电池的均温性。
在一些实施例中,换热件包括至少一根弯折延伸的换热管,每个换热管内分别限定出一个换热流道,换热管为扁管结构。
在上述技术方案中,扁管结构的换热件占用空间小,有利于提升电池的容量,降低电池的重量、体积和成本。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供一种用电装置,包括上述任一方案的电池。
在上述技术方案中,由于电池的性能有所提升,因而有利于提升用电装置的工作用电性能。

本申请中,电池单体可以包括锂离子二次电池、锂离子一次电池、锂硫电池、钠锂离子电池、钠离子电池或镁离子电池等,本申请实施例对此并不限定。电池单体可呈圆柱体、扁平体、长方体或其它形状等,本申请实施例对此也不限定。电池单体一般按封装的方式分成三种:柱形电池单体、方形电池单体和软包电池单体,本申请实施例对此也不限定。
本申请的实施例所提到的电池是指包括一个或多个电池单体以提供更高的电压和容量的单一的物理模块。电池一般包括用于封装一个或多个电池单体或一个或多个电池模组的箱体组件,电池模组一般包括多个电池单体,箱体组件可以改善液体或其他异物影响电池单体的充电或放电。
电池单体包括壳体、电极组件和电解液,壳体用于容纳电极组件和电解液,壳体内设有一个或者多个电极组件。电极组件由正极极片、负极极片和隔离膜组成,电极组件可以是卷绕式结构,也可以是叠片式结构等。电池单体主要依靠金属离子在正极极片和负极极片之间移动来工作。
正极极片一般可以包括正极集流体和正极活性物质层,正极活性物质层直接或间接涂覆于正极集流体上,未涂覆正极活性物质层的正极集流体凸出于已涂覆正极活性物质层的正极集流体,未涂覆正极活性物质层的正极集流体作为正极极耳。以锂离子电池为例,正极集流体的材料可以为铝,正极活性物质层的材料可以为钴酸锂、磷酸铁锂、三元锂或锰酸锂等。
负极极片一般可以包括负极集流体和负极活性物质层,负极活性物质层直接或间接涂覆于负极集流体上,未涂覆负极活性物质层的负极集流体凸出于已涂覆负极活性物质层的负极集流体,未涂覆负极活性物质层的负极集流体作为负极极耳。负极集流体的材料可以为铜,负极活性物质层的材料可以为碳或硅等。
为了保证通过大电流而不发生熔断,正极极耳的数量为多个且层叠在一起形成正极的极耳部,负极极耳的数量为多个且层叠在一起形成负极的极耳部。壳体上设有极柱,正极的极耳部电连接至正极的极柱,负极的极耳部电连接至负极的极柱。其中,极耳部可以直接连接至极柱,也可以通过转接片间接连接至极柱。
隔离膜的材质不限,例如可以为聚丙烯或聚乙烯等。
相关技术中的电池用于用电装置时,用电装置上会设置电池安装位以及对插结构,电池安装于电池安装位,且电池上具有与对插结构接插配合的接插件,以实现电导通,然而,不同用电装置上电池安装位与对插结构的相对位置不同,需要针对不同通电装置单独设置不同的箱体组件或者接插件,通配性较差,制造成本较高。
为此,本申请的实施例提出了一种电池,通过在箱体组件与接插件之间设置转接件,针对不同用电装置上电池安装位与对插结构的相对位置不同的情况,可以通过选择不同尺寸的转接件,以改变接插件与箱体组件的相对位置,从而可以在不改变箱体组件和接插件结构的前提下,使得电池可以安装于电池安装位,且接插件可以与对插结构对接,适应电池安装位与对插结构的相对位置不同的多种情况,提高电池的适用范围,降低制造成本。
本申请实施例提供一种使用电池作为电源的用电装置,用电装置可以为但不限于手机、 平板、笔记本电脑、电动玩具、电动工具、电瓶车、电动汽车、轮船、航天器等等。其中,电动玩具可以包括固定式或移动式的电动玩具,例如,游戏机、电动汽车玩具、电动轮船玩具和电动飞机玩具等等,航天器可以包括飞机、火箭、航天飞机和宇宙飞船等等。
以下实施例为了方便说明,以本申请一实施例的一种用电装置为车辆为例进行说明。
请参照图1,图1为本申请一些实施例提供的车辆1000的结构示意图。车辆1000可以为燃油汽车、燃气汽车或新能源汽车,新能源汽车可以是纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车或增程式汽车等。车辆1000的内部设置有电池100,电池100可以设置在车辆1000的底部或头部或尾部。电池100可以用于车辆1000的供电,例如,电池100可以作为车辆1000的操作电源。车辆1000还可以包括控制器200和马达300,控制器200用来控制电池100为马达300供电,例如,用于车辆1000的启动、导航和行驶时的工作用电需求。
在本申请一些实施例中,电池100不仅可以作为车辆1000的操作电源,还可以作为车辆1000的驱动电源,代替或部分地代替燃油或天然气为车辆1000提供驱动动力。
请参照图2,图2为本申请一些实施例提供的电池100的结构爆炸图。电池100包括箱体组件1和电芯组件2,电芯组件2设于箱体组件1内,电芯组件2包括多个电池单体21,多个电池单体21之间可串联或并联或混联,混联是指多个电池单体21中既有串联又有并联。多个电池单体21之间可直接串联或并联或混联在一起,再将多个电池单体21构成的整体容纳于箱体组件1内;当然,也可以是多个电池单体21先串联或并联或混联组成电池模块形式,多个电池模块再串联或并联或混联形成一个整体,并容纳于箱体组件1内。
电池100还可以包括其他结构,例如,电池100还可以包括调温件7,调温件7用于与电芯组件2换热,以调节电芯组件2的温度,从而提高电池100的工作可靠性。再例如,电池100还可以包括汇流部件,汇流部件用于实现多个电池单体21之间的电连接。其中,每个电池单体21可以为二次电池或一次电池;还可以是锂硫电池、钠离子电池或镁离子电池,但不局限于此。电池单体21可呈圆柱体、扁平体、长方体等。
如图3和图4所示,箱体组件1包括第一壁111,第一壁111上具有第一穿孔1111。在本申请的实施例中,箱体组件1的形状及构成不限,例如箱体组件1可以包括箱体11和盖设于箱体11的箱盖12,箱体11可以是顶部敞开的形状,或者底部敞开的形状等;例如箱体11可以为一体冲压成型的钣金件,或者是多钣金拼接而成的组件等。其中,第一壁111是箱体组件1的哪个壁不限,可以根据箱体组件1的具体形状以及具体实际情况确定,例如可以是箱体组件1的侧面壁、顶部壁、或底部壁等。
如图4-图6所示,电池100还包括接插组件4,接插组件4安装于箱体组件1,接插组件4包括接插件41,接插件41包括安装部411和接电部412,安装部411位于第一壁111的外侧(既第一壁111的远离箱体组件1内部的一侧,而第一壁111的靠近箱体组件1内部的一侧为第一壁111的内侧),接电部412包括位于安装部411的远离第一壁111的一侧的外接电端4121,以及位于安装部411的靠近箱体组件1的内部的一侧的内接电端4122,内接电端4122对应第一穿孔1111设置。在本申请的实施例中,接插件41的功能可以是用于实现电池100与用电装置的电连接,接电部412的内接电端4122从第一穿孔1111伸入箱体 组件1内或者显露于第一穿孔1111处,以使箱体组件1内的电芯组件2可以与内接电端4122构成电连接,接电部412的外接电端4121位于箱体组件1外且用于与用电装置的对插结构插接,例如外接电端4121可以作为电池100的高压连接器的插座,与用电装置的对插结构(如插头)插接。
如图4和图6所示,转接件42的至少部分位于箱体组件1外,且支撑安装部411使安装部411与第一壁111间隔。也即,通过设置转接件42,在转接件42的支撑作用下,使得安装部411与第一壁111之间具有间距,而非安装部411紧贴在第一壁111上。其中,安装部411与第一壁111之间间隔的空间可以空置,也可以被转接件42填补,这里不作限制,只要安装部411与第一壁111之间具有间距均属于二者间隔设置。转接件42与箱体组件1的相对位置不限,例如转接件42可以只有一部分位于箱体组件1外,也可以全部位于箱体组件1外,只要转接件42能够将安装部411支撑起,使安装部411与第一壁111之间具有间距,使得外接电端4121相对第一壁111的凸出位置符合与对插结构接插的需求即可。
由此,根据本申请的实施例,通过在箱体组件1与接插件41的连接处设置转接件42,使得接插件41与箱体组件1相对位置可以根据转接件42的尺寸不同而发生改变,从而对于不同的用电装置,无需对箱体组件1的尺寸进行差异化设计,也无需对接插件41的尺寸进行差异化设计,仅需根据不同用电装置的实际情况(如用电装置上的电池安装位与对插结构的相对位置),选用合适尺寸的转接件42使接插件41与箱体组件1隔开适合的间距,使得接插件41相对箱体组件1的凸出位置,可以兼顾满足电池100安装于电池安装位、以及接插件41与用电装置上对插结构接插的需求,从而满足了电池100对于不同用电装置的适用性,实现了箱体组件1及接插件41的通配性,降低了制造成本。
相关技术中的电池,接插件直接安装在箱体上,接插件相对箱体的凸出位置固定,当用电装置上的电池安装位与对插结构的相对位置发生改变时,与对插结构对插的接插件则无法安装到箱体上,或者安装在箱体上的接插件无法接近用电装置上的对插结构,无法实现对插。因此,只能通过改变箱体的尺寸,或者改变接插件的尺寸,以使得安装于电池安装位的电池上的接插件相对箱体的凸出位置满足接插件与对插结构的接插需求,这样的箱体和接插件无法满足通配性需求,需要增加制造成本。
而根据本申请实施例的电池100,通过在箱体组件1和接插件41的连接处设置转接件42,通过转接件42实现了接插件41相对箱体组件1的位置可调整,以使得接插件41相对箱体组件1的凸出位置,可以满足接插件41与不同用电装置上的对插结构的接插需求,可以适用于不同的用电装置。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4、图6和图7所示,转接件42包括支撑部421,支撑部421设于第一壁111与安装部411之间以支撑安装部411。由此,由于转接件42包括设于第一壁111与安装部411之间的支撑部421,支撑部421对应安装部411设置,支撑部421对接插件41的支撑更加可靠稳定,使得接插件41可以与用电装置的对插结构稳定电连接,提升电池100为用电装置供电的稳定性与可靠性。而且,转接件42与接插件41的配合紧凑,有利于减少接插组件4整体的空间占用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4、图6和图7所示,支撑部421环绕第一穿孔1111设置,且支撑部421上开设有对应第一穿孔1111设置的第二穿孔4211,接电部412穿设于第二穿孔4211。由此,支撑部421有利于更大范围地支撑安装部411,从而进一步提升对接插件41的支撑稳定性,使得接插件41可以与用电装置的对插结构稳定电连接,提升电池100为用电装置供电的稳定性与可靠性。而且,转接件42的形式及设置位置,有利于提升箱体组件1在安装接插件41处的密封性,提高电池100的可靠性。此外,支撑部421还可以遮挡接电部412,提升接电部412短接或漏电等风险,提升电池100的可靠性。
当然,本申请不限于此,例如在本申请的其他实施例中,支撑部421也可以并非围绕第一穿孔1111设置,例如,支撑部421也可以是间隔设置在接电部412周围的多个支柱等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图7所示,支撑部421与第一壁111之间设有第一密封件51,第一密封件51环绕第一穿孔1111设置。由此,通过设置第一密封件51,可以提升转接件42与箱体组件1配合位置的密封性,有利于提升箱体组件1在安装接插件41处的密封性,提高电池100的可靠性。而且,在转接件42与第一壁111之间设置第一密封件51的方式简单,容易实现,降低密封难度,提高密封效果。
示例性地,如图4和图7所示,支撑部421的朝向第一壁111的端面具有环形的凹槽4212,第一密封件51为密封圈且嵌设于凹槽4212,由此,通过将第一密封件51嵌设于凹槽4212,可以提升第一密封件51的安装稳定性,提升第一壁111与转接件42配合位置的密封可靠性。而且,通过将凹槽4212加工在转接件42上,而非加工在第一壁111上,可以降低箱体组件1的加工难度和生产成本。并且将凹槽4212加工在转接件42上,有利于提升凹槽4212的深度,以提升第一密封件51与凹槽4212配合的稳定性,进而提升第一密封件51的密封可靠性。
示例性地,如图4和图7所示,第一密封件51的内圈面和外圈面分别具有沿周向间隔设置的多个凸出部511,第一密封件51通过凸出部511与凹槽4212过盈配合,即第一密封件51的内圈面上的多个凸出部511与凹槽4212的内环面过盈配合,第一密封件51的外圈面上的多个凸出部511与凹槽4212的外环面过盈配合。由此,可以提升第一密封件51与凹槽4212配合的可靠性,进一步提升第一密封件51的密封可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图7所示,支撑部421与安装部411之间设有第二密封件52,第二密封件52环绕第二穿孔4211设置。由此,通过设置第二密封件52,可以提升转接件42与接插件41配合位置的密封性,有利于提升箱体组件1在安装接插件41处的密封性,提高电池100的可靠性。而且,在转接件42与安装部411之间设置第二密封件52的方式简单,容易实现,降低密封难度,提高密封效果。
示例性地,转接件42与安装部411中的至少一个上可以设置环形的沉槽,第二密封件52可以嵌设于沉槽,以提升第二密封件52的安装稳定性,提升转接件42与安装部411配合位置的密封可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图7所示,支撑部421包括端板部4213和围板部4214,围板部4214环绕第一穿孔1111设置,端板部4213连接在围板部4214的远离第一壁 111的一端,安装部411支撑在端板部4213的远离第一壁111的一侧,第二穿孔4211贯穿端板部4213,端板部4213与围板部4214之间形成朝向第一壁111的方向敞开的避让腔4215,避让腔4215连通第一穿孔1111和第二穿孔4211,避让腔4215的横截面积大于第二穿孔4211的横截面积。其中,避让腔4215的横截面和第二穿孔4211的横截面均由垂直于第一穿孔1111的轴线的平面截得。由此,转接件42可以形成为罩盖形式,而非实心块,可以实现减重,降低成本。
当然,本申请不限于此,在本申请的其他实施例中,也可以将转接件42设置为实心块形式,且在转接件42上设置贯穿的通孔4216,参考图12和图16,通孔4216在转接件42的远离第一壁111的一侧表面所形成的孔口构成第二穿孔4211,由此可以简化转接件42的结构,便于转接件42的加工,且有利于提升转接件42的支撑强度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图7所示,围板部4214包括从端板部4213到第一壁111的方向依次设置的第一围板段42141和第二围板段42142,第一围板段42141的壁厚沿着从端板部4213到第一壁111的方向逐渐减小,第二围板段42142的壁厚大于第一围板段42141的靠近第一壁111的端部的壁厚。
由此,第一围板部4214朝向靠近端板部4213的方向逐渐增厚,可以提升围板部4214与端板部4213的连接强度,提升围板部4214对端板部4213的支撑稳定性,通过设置第二围板段42142的壁厚大于第一围板段42141的靠近第一壁111的端部的壁厚,可以提升围板部4214支撑于第一壁111的稳定性,从而提升转接件42对接插件41的支撑稳定性,使得接插件41可以与用电装置的对插结构稳定电连接,提升电池100为用电装置供电的稳定性与可靠性。此外,当围板部4214上形成用于嵌设第一密封件51的凹槽4212时,通过设置第二围板段42142的壁厚较大,有利于增大凹槽4212的槽宽,提升第一密封件51的厚度,从而有利于提升转接件42与箱体组件1配合的密封性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图6所示,转接件42整体位于第一壁111的外侧(即远离箱体组件1的内部的一侧)。由此,通过将转接件42整体外置于箱体组件1,从而可以直接从箱体组件1的外侧进行转接件42的安装、调换等等,从而方便转接件42的拆装,而且转接件42不会占用箱体组件1内的空间,有利于保证电池100的容量。
示例性地,如图4和图6所示,转接件42包括支撑部421和连接部422,支撑部421设于安装部411与第一壁111之间,连接部422位于支撑部421的外围,且用于与第一壁111连接,当转接件42整体位于第一壁111的外侧时,支撑部421和连接部422均位于第一壁111的外侧。
在本申请的实施例中,转接件42、箱体组件1以及接插件41三者的连接关系及安装顺序不限,例如,可以先将转接件42安装在箱体组件1上,再将接插件41安装在转接件42上,又例如,可以先将转接件42安装在接插件41上,再将接插件41安装在箱体组件1上,再例如,可以将转接件42、接插件41分别单独安装在箱体组件1上,等等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图7所示,接插件41与转接件42连接,转接件42与第一壁111连接。由此,有利于提升接插件41与转接件42的连接可靠性,且有利于 提升转接件42与第一壁111的连接可靠性,从而提升接插组件4安装于箱体组件1的可靠性。接插件41与转接件42的连接,可以是可拆卸连接,例如螺纹连接,也可以是不可拆卸连接,例如铆接,转接件42与第一壁111的连接,可以是可拆卸连接,例如螺纹连接,也可以是不可拆卸连接,例如铆接,当选择可拆卸连接时,便于转接件42的更换,当选择不可拆卸连接时,便于提高连接的密封性与可靠性。
示例性地,接插件41与转接件42的装配操作,不受转接件42与第一壁111的连接与否的状态影响,也就是说,无论转接件42与第一壁111是连接状态,还是拆分状态,都可以进行接插件41与转接件42的装配步骤,从而使得安装顺序灵活。例如,可以先将接插件41与转接件42连接形成组件,再将组件安装至箱体组件1,再例如,还可以先将转接件42安装于第一壁111,再将接插件41安装于转接件42,从而有利于提升装配灵活性。
示例性地,当接插件41与转接件42连接,转接件42与第一壁111连接时,转接件42可以完全位于箱体组件1外,以更加方便转接件42与第一壁111的装配。但是本申请不限于此,在本实施例的另外一些具体示例中,当接插件41与转接件42连接,转接件42与第一壁111连接时,转接件42也可以局部伸入到箱体组件1内,例如局部可以通过第一穿孔1111伸入箱体组件1内,以提高设计的灵活性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4、图6和图7所示,转接件42包括支撑部421,支撑部421设于第一壁111与安装部411之间以支撑安装部411,安装部411与支撑部421连接。
由此,由于转接件42包括设于第一壁111与安装部411之间的支撑部421,支撑部421对应安装部411设置,支撑部421对接插件41的支撑更加可靠稳定。而且,利用转接件42支撑接插件41的位置与接插件41连接,从而可以降低转接件42与接插件41的连接难度,简化结构设计。
示例性地,安装部411与支撑部421通过第一连接件61连接,第一连接件61包括第一杆部611和第一头部612,第一头部612抵接于安装部411的远离支撑部421的一侧,第一杆部611贯穿安装部411且与支撑部421连接。
例如,第一连接件61可以为螺纹紧固件或者铆钉等,沿着从第一壁111的外侧到第一壁111的内侧的方向伸入安装部411和支撑部421,可以实现安装部411与支撑部421的连接。示例性地,当第一连接件61为螺纹紧固件(如螺钉或螺栓),则支撑部421可以设置螺纹孔、或嵌设螺母或外置螺母等实现连接,当第一连接件61为铆钉,可以通过拉铆等方式连接。
由此,可以从外侧进行接插件41与转接件42的装配,提高装配便捷性,而且,既可以在转接件42与第一壁111连接之前,先进行转接件42与接插件41的安装,又可以在转接件42与第一壁111连接之后,后进行转接件42与接插件41的安装,从而使得装配步骤灵活。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4、图6、图8和图9所示,转接件42还包括连接部422,连接部422位于支撑部421的外围且超出安装部411的覆盖范围,连接部422与第一壁111连接。
由此,由于转接件42还包括位于支撑部421外围的连接部422,且连接部422超出安装部411的覆盖范围,从而连接部422与第一壁111的连接位置可以与支撑部421与安装部411的连接位置错开,从而连接部422与第一壁111的连接不影响支撑部421对安装部411的支撑和连接,使得安装部411与支撑部421的连接步骤、以及连接部422与第一壁111的连接步骤没有先后顺序要求,可以根据实际需求选择先后顺序,如可以先连接安装部411与支撑部421、后连接第一壁111与连接部422,或者还可以先连接第一壁111与连接部422、后连接安装部411与支撑部421,使得装配灵活。
示例性地,如图4、图6和图9所示,连接部422与第一壁111通过第二连接件62连接,第二连接件62包括第二杆部621和第二头部622,第二头部622抵接于连接部422的远离第一壁111的一侧,第二杆部621贯穿连接部422且与第一壁111连接。
例如,第二连接件62可以为螺纹紧固件或者铆钉等,沿着从第一壁111的外侧到第一壁111的内侧的方向伸入连接部422和第一壁111,可以实现连接部422与第一壁111的连接。示例性地,当第二连接件62为螺纹紧固件(如螺钉或螺栓),则第一壁111可以设置螺纹孔、或嵌设螺母或外置螺母等实现连接,当第二连接件62为铆钉,可以通过拉铆等方式连接。
由此,可以从外侧进行转接件42与箱体组件1的装配,提高装配便捷性,而且,既可以在转接件42与接插件41之前,先进行转接件42与箱体组件1的安装,又可以在转接件42与接插件41连接之后,后进行转接件42与箱体组件1的安装,从而使得装配步骤灵活。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图4和图6所示,转接件42还包括连接在支撑部421与连接部422之间的加强斜筋423。由此,可以提升转接件42的结构强度,既可以提升转接件42与第一壁111连接可靠性,又可以提升转接件42对接插件41的支撑可靠性。
当然,本申请不限于此,当转接件42并不包括位于支撑部421周围的连接部422时,也可以实现转接件42与箱体组件1的连接。例如,在本申请的另外一些实施例中,如图10-图13所示,支撑部421与第一壁111通过第三连接件63连接,第三连接件63包括第三杆部631和第三头部632,第三头部632抵接于第一壁111的内侧,第三杆部631贯穿第一壁111且与支撑部421连接。
例如,第三连接件63可以为螺纹紧固件或者铆钉等,沿着从第一壁111的内侧到第一壁111的外侧的方向伸入第一壁111和支撑部421,可以实现支撑部421与第一壁111的连接。示例性地,当第三连接件63为螺纹紧固件(如螺钉或螺栓),则支撑部421可以设置螺纹孔、或嵌设螺母或外置螺母等实现连接,当第三连接件632为铆钉,可以通过拉铆等方式连接。
由此,可以从内侧进行转接件42与箱体组件1的装配,转接件42不需要设置位于支撑部421周围的连接部422,从而可以减小转接件42的体积和占用空间。此外,当安装部411与支撑部421通过上述第一连接件61连接时,既可以在转接件42与接插件41之前,先进行转接件42与箱体组件1的安装,又可以在转接件42与接插件41连接之后,后进行转接件42与箱体组件1的安装,从而使得装配步骤灵活,且转接件42与第一壁111连接时,仅 需要对准转接件42与第一壁111二者,转接件42与接插件41连接时,也仅需要对准转接件42与接插件41二者,从而可以降低装配难度,进一步提高装配效率。
示例性地,当安装部411与支撑部421连接,且支撑部421与第一壁111通过上述第三连接件63连接时,支撑部421与安装部411的连接位置,和支撑部421与第一壁111的连接位置错开,例如,上述第一连接件61与第三连接件63并非正对。
由此,当支撑部421的壁厚较薄时,通过设置上述两个连接位置错开,可以分别利用支撑部421不同位置的壁厚满足连接要求。当然,如果支撑部421的壁厚足够,也可以设置上述两个连接位置对应,或者也可以设置上述两个连接位置错开,从而实现灵活设计。
另外,在本申请中,也不限于转接件42与接插件41、第一壁111分别单独连接,例如在本申请的另外一些实施例中,如图14-图17所示,还可以是接插件41、转接件42与第一壁111通过第四连接件64一并连接,也就是说,第四连接件64同时连接接插件41、转接件42与第一壁111三者。由此,转接件42也不需要设置位于支撑部421周围的连接部422,从而可以减小转接件42的体积和占用空间,而且可以节省连接件的使用数量,降低成本。
示例性地,如图14-图17所示,第四连接件64包括第四杆部641和第四头部642,第四头部642抵接于安装部411的远离转接件42的一侧,第四杆部641贯穿安装部411和转接件42且与第一壁111连接。
例如,第四连接件64可以为螺纹紧固件或者铆钉等,沿着从第一壁111的外侧到第一壁111的内侧的方向伸入安装部411、支撑部421和第一壁111,可以实现接插件41、转接件42与第一壁111三者的连接。由此,可以从外侧进行接插组件4与箱体组件1的装配,提高装配便捷性。示例性地,当第四连接件64为螺纹紧固件(如螺钉或螺栓),则第一壁111可以设置螺纹孔、或嵌设螺母或外置螺母等实现连接,当第四连接件64为铆钉,可以通过拉铆等方式连接。
此外,在本申请中,当不选用转接件42与接插件41、第一壁111分别单独连接,或者接插件41、转接件42与第一壁111三者一并连接的方案时,还可以采用转接件42与接插件41连接,接插件41与第一壁111连接的方案,也即,接插件41与转接件42、第一壁111分别单独连接。
例如,可以先将转接件42安装在接插件41上,再将接插件41安装在第一壁111上,有利于实现转接件42的灵活安装。值得说明的是,转接件42与接插件41的连接方式不限,例如可以通过连接件连接,或者通过卡接、粘接配合等方式连接。
需要说明的是,支撑部421的壁厚不限,可以根据情况(即接插件41相对箱体组件1的凸出位置)具体设定。例如在一些实施例中,结合图11和图12,在第一穿孔1111的轴向F上,安装部411与第一壁111的间隔距离W大于安装部411的壁厚D。这样,由于安装部411与第一壁111之间的间隔距离相对较大,并非通过普通的垫片可以解决,更加有利于设置考虑支撑强度和密封要求的转接件42。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图3所示,箱体组件1包括一体冲压成型件的箱体11,且箱体11包括底壁11a和围壁11b,围壁11b的一个侧壁构成第一壁111。例如,箱体11 可以为钣金材质,且冲压形成为盆形,以包括底壁11a和围壁11b。由此,由于箱体11的底壁11a和围壁11b为一体冲压成型,因此底壁11a和围壁11b的连接处无需考虑密封问题,就可以保证密封效果,从而可以避免泥水从底壁11a和围壁11b的连接处渗入箱体11内对电芯组件2造成影响,提升电池100的可靠性。而且,一体冲压成型的箱体11无需拼接,可以提高生产效率。另外,将接插件41设置在箱体组件1的侧面,而非底面或顶面,有利于降低接插件41与用电装置上的对插结构的连接难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2和图21所示,箱体11的底壁11a铺设有换热件31,换热件31与箱体11内的电芯组件2换热设置。
在本实施例中,箱体11为一体冲压成型件且包括底壁11a和围壁11b,换热件31铺设于底壁11a,例如铺设于底壁11a的上表面(例如图2所示实施例),或者铺设于底壁11a的下表面(例如图21所示实施例),由此,可以提升换热件31与电芯组件2的换热面积,从而提升对电芯组件2的调温效果。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21-图23所示,换热件31包括至少一根弯折延伸的换热管312,每个换热管312内分别限定出一个换热流道311,由此可知,当换热件31包括多个弯折延伸的换热管312时,换热件31包括多个换热流道311。示例性地,换热管312可为铝材质,亦可以为钢材质,例如为铝材质,以使得电池100整体重量较轻。
示例性地,换热管312在折弯位置弧形折弯,弧线型折弯可以减少流体的流动阻力,减少压降,进而,换热管312在折弯位置弧形折弯,可以提高换热流体在换热流道311中的流动速率,进而可以增加换热件31的换热效率。
示例性地,换热管312为扁管结构。结合图18和图23,扁管结构指的是宽度m大于厚度n的管形态。通常电池采用的换热件为双层钎焊板结构,即由两层板材钎焊而成,两层板材之间形成换热流道,示例性地,扁管可以由挤出成型的多段管拼接而成,扁管的厚度可以远小于双层钎焊板结构的厚度,从而可以占用更小的空间,提升电池100的容量,降低电池100的重量、体积和成本。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21所示,箱体组件1包括位于箱体11下方的底护板14,换热件31位于箱体11外,且位于箱体11的底壁11a与底护板14之间。由此,通过将换热件31外置于箱体11,无需考虑换热件31与箱体11内的电池单体11的绝缘问题,从而简化了换热件31的绝缘设计,降低了加工难度和生产成本,解决电芯组件2与换热件31的短接问题,提升电池100的可靠性,而且,通过将换热件31外置于箱体11,换热件31不会占用箱体11内的空间,使得电池100的容量不会因为安装换热件31而减小,较好地保证了电池100的容量。并且,通过将换热件31设于箱体11的底壁11a的下方,换热件31可以在较大范围内与电芯组件2换热,提高对电芯组件2的调温效果和调温效率,并且,通过在换热件31的下方设置底护板14,可以较为可靠地保护换热件31,降低换热件31受冲撞磕碰而损坏的风险,提高换热件31的工作可靠性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21和图23所示,换热件31通过贯穿底壁11a的连接管36与集流体32连接。由此,通过将集流体32内置于箱体11,且将换热件31外置于箱 体11,并设置贯穿箱体11的连接管36连通集流体32与换热件31,从而方便集流体32与换热件31的连通,且便于集流体32与换热件31的安装。而且可以缩短流道,降低了换热液体的流动阻力。而且将集流体32内置于箱体11,无需在箱体11外设置与换热件31连通的外置进出液体路径,从而无需为了满足外置进出液体路径的延伸需求而增加密封难度,因而可以降低电池100的密封难度,简化了电池100的结构和成本,提高了密封可靠性。而且内置的集流体32不易磕碰损坏,降低了泄漏风险,提高了换热组件3的工作稳定性与可靠性,可以提升电池100在运输及车载使用中的可靠性。当然,本申请不限于此,例如在本申请的其他实施例中,也可以将换热件31设置为局部贯穿底壁11a以与箱体11内的集流体32直接连接。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图23所示,连接管36套接在集流体32内,集流体32与箱体11之间密封配合有第一密封件37,且第一密封件37环绕集流体32与连接管36的配合面设置。在上述的技术方案中,通过在集流体32与箱体11之间设置第一密封件37,且将第一密封件37设置为环绕集流体32与连接管36的配合面,即连接管36与集流体32连接的整周区域都可以被第一密封件37密封,从而可以降低从连接管36配合处溢出的换热流体从集流体32与箱体11的配合处溢出到箱体11内的风险,进而可以提高电池100的可靠性。而且第一密封件37的设置位置清晰,使得第一密封件37的装配容易,从而可以降低装配难度和设计难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图23所示,集流体32与连接管36的配合位置还设有第二密封件38,第二密封件38围绕连接管36设置。在上述的技术方案中,通过在集流体32与连接管36之间设置第二密封件38,从而可以降低换热流体从集流体32与连接管36的配合处溢出的风险,进而可以提高电池100的可靠性。而且第二密封件38的设置位置清晰,使得第二密封件38的装配容易,从而可以降低装配难度和设计难度。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21和图23所示,箱体组件1还包括:密封件18,密封件18密封配合在底壁11a与底护板14之间,且包括环绕换热件31设置的外周部181,连接管36对应外周部181的环内区域贯穿底壁11a。
由此,通过将连接管36贯穿底壁11a的位置设置在外周部181所环绕的区域内,从而当外周部181密封配合在底壁11a与底护板14之间时,箱体组件1外的泥水、颗粒物等不易穿过外周部181进入底壁11a与底护板14之间,并流动到连接管36贯穿底壁11a的位置处进入箱体11内,从而可以提升电池100的可靠性。而且,由于外周部181环绕换热件31设置,从而箱体组件1外的泥水、颗粒物等不易穿过外周部181进入底壁11a与底护板14之间,污染或腐蚀底壁11a与底护板14之间的换热件31,从而提高换热件31的可靠性和使用寿命。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21和图23所示,换热件31与底壁11a及底护板14之间分别设有底胶层19。也即,换热件31的朝向底壁11a的一侧表面与底壁11a通过底胶层19固定连接,换热件31的朝向底护板14的一侧表面与底护板14也通过底胶层19固定连接,由此,一方面可以提升换热件31与底壁11a传热的稳定性,另一方面可以提升换热 件31两侧表面的防护性,起到保护换热件31的作用。值得说明的是,底胶层19的设置次序不限,例如可以在换热件31的两侧涂覆,或者在底壁11a的朝向换热件31的一侧涂覆,或者在底护板14的朝向换热件31的一侧涂覆等。示例性地,底胶层19可以为结构胶、高导热双面胶等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21和图23所示,换热件31包括至少一根弯折延伸的换热管312,箱体组件1还包括:发泡件17,发泡件17设于底壁11a与底护板14之间,且包括围绕换热件31设置的第一发泡部171,以及设于同一换热管312的相邻管段之间或者设于相邻换热管312之间的第二发泡部172。
由此,可以利用发泡件17填补底壁11a与底护板14之间刨除换热件31的空间,即与换热件31互补设置,从而发泡件17可以起到支撑底壁11a与底护板14的作用,当防护板13受到碰撞冲击时,发泡件17可以缓冲冲击力,降低底护板14冲击换热件31或箱体11的作用力,进而起到保护换热件31及箱体11内电芯组件2的效果,而且,发泡件17还可以填充换热管312之间的间隙,可以起到支撑限位换热管312位置的作用,使得换热管312可以稳定地处于设置位置,以起到稳定的温度调节作用。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图21和图23所示,发泡件17连接于底护板14,换热件31的上表面高于发泡件17的上表面。也即,换热件31的朝向底壁11a的一侧表面,相对发泡件17的朝向底壁11a的一侧表面更靠近底壁11a设置。由此,可以降低发泡件17的成型难度,且有利于控制发泡件17的厚度均匀性,使得发泡件17的设置不会干涉换热件31与底壁11a的传热配合,从而提升换热件31与底壁11a之间传热的稳定性与可靠性,有利于提升对电芯组件2温度调节的效果,进而提升电池100的工作可靠性。
此外,当换热件31与底壁11a之间设置有底胶层19时,将发泡件17设置为与底护板14连接,有利于降低在换热件31与底壁11a之间设置底胶层19的难度,并有利于提高换热件31与底壁11a之间所设置的底胶层19的均匀性,从而提升换热件31与底壁11a之间传热的稳定性与可靠性,有利于提升对电芯组件2温度调节的效果,进而提升电池100的工作可靠性。
例如,可以通过模具在底护板14上通过发泡工艺加工发泡件17,从而可以保证发泡件17的厚度均匀性,然后向换热件31或底壁11a涂胶,接着将换热件31安装在具有发泡件17的防护板13与底壁11a之间,当换热件31相对发泡件17朝向底壁11a的方向凸出时,可以保证换热件31与底壁11a传热配合的稳定性与可靠性。
在本申请的另外一些实施例中,还可以先将底护板14、箱体11与换热件31装配到位,然后向底护板14与箱体11的底壁11a之间注入发泡液进行发泡,此时,需要考虑发泡液的注入位置,以保证各处发泡高度均匀,避免对换热件31与箱体11的连接造成影响。或者,在本申请的另外一些实施例中,还可以通过模具在箱体11的底壁11a上通过发泡工艺加工发泡件17,然后再装配换热件31及防护板13等。
值得说明的是,底护板14的构成和材质不限。示例性地,底护板14可以为单层板,例如可以为金属板且外表面具有防腐层。或者,底护板14还可以由多层板组合而成,示例性 地,结合图21,底护板14包括第一护板141和第二护板142,第二护板142位于第一护板141的下方,第一护板141可以为金属材质,第二护板142可以为耐腐材质,例如PVC材质(聚氯乙烯,Polyvinyl chloride的缩写)等。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图22和图24所示,换热件31包括至少一个第一换热流道3110。例如,至少一个换热管312内所限定出的换热流道311为第一换热流道3110。
其中,第一换热流道3110可以包括第一换热段3111、第二换热段3112和第三换热段3113,第二换热段3112弯折形成有第一U型区域Z1,第一换热段3111弯折设置于第一U型区域Z1内,第一换热段3111与第二换热段3112通过第三换热段3113弯折连接,第二换热段3112位于换热流道311的周向的最外侧。
由于布置在外围的电池单体21相对于内部电池单体21更靠近箱体组件1的侧壁,因此外围的电池单体21较为容易地通过箱体组件1的侧壁等结构向外散热,而处于内部电池单体21散热较为困难且受到相邻的电池单体21的散热影响较大,这样,不同位置的电池单体21的散热情况不同,导致电池100在运转后,电池100内的外围电池单体21和内部电池单体21相互之间的温度分布较为不均匀,这使得电池100在运转过程中稳定性较差且电池性能容易出现衰减的情况。
有鉴于此,在上述技术方案中,通过将第二换热段3112折弯形成有第一U型区域Z1,且将第一换热段3111弯折设置于第一U型区域Z1内,且通过设置第二换热段3112位于第一换热流道3110的周向的最外侧,当采用本实施例的换热件31与电芯组件2换热时,可将外围的第二换热段3112形成的第一U型区域Z1的至少部分与电池100的外围电池单体21相对,使第二换热段3112能够对电芯组件2的外侧周向进行换热,将第一U型区域Z1内的第一换热段3111与内部电池单体21相对,使得换热件31可以弥补外围的至少部分电池单体21与环境之间的热交换导致的内外温差,使电芯组件2外围的电池单体21与电芯组件2内部的电池单体21的换热效果趋于一致,有利于改善电芯组件2在不同环境中温差,提升电池100的均温性,由此可以在一定程度上提高电池100的使用寿命。
示例性地,当换热件31在对电芯组件2进行加热升温时,换热流体也可以从第一换热段3111流向第二换热段3112,但换热流体也可以从第二换热段3112流向第一换热段3111。示例性地,当换热流体从第二换热段3112流向第一换热段3111时,可以先对电芯组件2外围的电池单体21进行加热,换热流体再对电芯组件2中部位置的电池单体21进行冷却,由于电池100外围的电池单体21向外部环境散热较多,电池100外围的电池单体21温度更容易下降,换热流体先对电池100外围的电池单体21进行加热,较高温度的换热流体可以在升高外围的电池单体21的温度的同时,弥补电池单体21由于向外部环境散热丢失的热量,满足其加热需要,电芯组件2中部位置的电池单体21与外部环境接触面积少,热量损失少,在第一换热段3111中流动的较低温度的换热流体可以配合电池单体21自身产生的热量很好地满足其加热需要,由此,可以使电池100外围的电池单体21和电芯组件2中部位置的电池单体21均获得的加热效果基本一致,进而使电池100外围的电池单体21与电芯组件2中部位置的电池单体21在加热升温后的温度较为一致,使电池100内的温度分布 更加均匀。
示例性地,本实施例中换热件31在对电芯组件2进行散热冷却时,换热流体也可以从第一换热段3111流向第二换热段3112,但换热流体也可以从第二换热段3112流向第一换热段3111。当换热流体也从第一换热段3111流向第二换热段3112时,可以先对电池100中部位置的电池单体21(也即外围内侧的内部的电池单体21)进行冷却,再对电池100的周沿位置处的电池单体21进行冷却,由于电池100周沿位置的电池单体21散热情况较内部电池单体21的散热情况更好,第一换热段3111的温度较低的换热流体可以更好地满足电池100中部位置的电池单体21的散热需求,同时由于周沿位置的电池单体21可以直接朝向外部环境自然散热,当第二换热段3112的换热流体的温度稍高时,依然能满足外围电池单体21的散热需求,从而使电池100周沿位置处的电池单体21和电池100中部位置的电池单体21获得的冷却效果大体一致,进而使电池100周沿位置处的电池单体21和电池100中部位置的电池单体21在冷却散热后的温度较为一致,使电池100内的温度分布更加均匀。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图2和图24所示,电芯组件2包括沿第一方向X排列的多个电池单元20,每个电池单元20包括沿第二方向Y依次层叠布置的多个电池单体21,第二换热段3112的至少部分与电芯组件2位于周向最外围的多个电池单体21对应换热。
在上述技术方案中,通过协同电池单体21的排布以及第一换热流道3110的延伸排布,并设置第二换热段3112的至少部分与外围电池单体21对应换热,例如可以贴合传热,可以使得外围电池单体21的换热效率提高,进而可以进一步均衡电池100中外围电池单体21散热大于内围的电池单体21的散热所带来的温差。
在一些实施例中,结合图24和图25,第二换热段3112包括顺次弯折相连以构造出第一U型区域Z1的第一段R1、第二段R2和第三段R3,第一段R1和第三段R3均沿第二方向Y延伸,第二段R2沿第一方向X延伸。在上述技术方案中,第一U型区域Z1的覆盖范围可以相对较广,有利于对电芯组件2的外周电池单体21换热,进一步提升电池100的均温性。
在一些实施例中,结合图24和图25,第二换热段3112还包括与第一段R1弯折相连的第四段R4,第四段R4与第二段R2分置于第一段R1沿第二方向Y的两侧,第四段R4在第一方向X上朝向靠近第三段R3的方向延伸。由此,第四段R4可以遮挡第一U型区域Z1的开口的至少部分,使得位于第一换热流道3110外周的第二换热段3112能够更大范围地与电芯组件2外周的电池单体21换热,进一步提升电池100的均温性。
在一些实施例中,结合图25和图26,换热件31还包括至少一个第二换热流道3114,且第二换热流道3114和第一换热流道3110在同一平面内折弯,第二换热流道3114弯折设于第一U型区域Z1内。
例如图25的实施例展示了一个第一换热流道3110和一个第二换热流道3114的其中一种配合方式,例如图26的实施例展示了一个第一换热流道3110和两个第二换热流道3114的其中一种配合方式。
在上述技术方案中,通过设置至少一个第一换热流道3110和至少一个第二换热流道 3114,通过协同二者的相对位置关系,使得换热流道的排布可以根据电池100的冷却需求进行灵活设计,进而可以进一步优化对电芯组件的温度调节效果,提高电池100的均温性。
在一些实施例中,结合图26,至少一个第二换热流道3114弯折形成有第二U型区域Z2,第一换热段3111的至少部分设于第二换热流道3114的第二U型区域Z2内。
例如图26展示了其中一个第二换热流道3114弯折形成有第二U型区域Z2,第一换热段3111的至少部分设于该第二换热流道3114的第二U型区域Z2内,另外一个第二换热流道3114也设于该第二换热流道3114的第二U型区域Z2内。
在上述技术方案中,通过设置至少一个第二换热流道3114弯折形成有第二U型区域Z2,且将第一换热段3111的至少部分设于第二换热流道3114的第二U型区域Z2内,有利于第一换热流道3110和第二换热流道3114的协同配合,以进一步提高电池100的均温性。
在本申请的一些实施例中,如图18和图19所示,箱体组件1包括箱体11,电池100包括设于箱体11内的电芯组件2,电芯组件2包括多个电池单体21,电池100包括调温件7,调温件7包括第一调温件71、第二调温件72和第三调温件73中的至少一个。第一调温件71设于箱体11外,且与箱体11的外壁贴合。第二调温件72设于箱体11内,且位于电芯组件2与箱体组件1之间。第三调温件73设于箱体11内,且位于相邻的电池单体21之间。
例如,电池100可以仅包括第一调温件71、第二调温件72和第三调温件73中的一个,还可以同时包括第一调温件71、第二调温件72和第三调温件73中的两个,或者还可以同时包括第一调温件71、第二调温件72和第三调温件73三者。由此,可以根据实际情况,选择合适的位置设置调温件7,以满足电池100的温度调节需求。
第一调温件71在箱体11外的具体设置位置不限,例如结合图18,至少部分第一调温件71可以设于箱体11的底壁11a的下方,从而可以更大范围地与电芯组件2换热,提高对电芯组件2的调温效果。又例如,至少部分第一调温件71还可以设于箱体11的围壁11b的外侧等。
示例性地,如图18所示,箱体组件1还可以包括位于箱体11的底壁11a下方的底护板14,以起到防磕碰等保护箱体11的作用,此时,如果在箱体11的底壁11a的下方设置第一调温件71,第一调温件71可以位于底护板14与箱体11的底壁11a之间,从而底护板14还可以起到保护第一调温件71的作用。
第二调温件72在箱体组件1内的具体设置位置不限,例如结合图18,至少部分第二调温件72可以设于箱体11的底壁11a的上方,以夹设在箱体11的底壁11a与电芯组件2的底部之间,从而可以更大范围地与电芯组件2换热,提高对电芯组件2的调温效果。又例如,至少部分第二调温件72可以设于箱盖12的下方,以夹设在箱盖12与电芯组件2的顶部之间,从而可以更大范围地与电芯组件2换热,提高对电芯组件2的调温效果。
第三调温件73在箱体组件1内的具体设置位置不限,例如结合图19,电芯组件2中相邻的电池单体21可以大面与大面相对,将第三调温件73设置在相邻的电池单体21的大面之间,可以提升对电池单体21的调温效果。
示例性地,结合图18,调温件7可为扁管结构,即调温件7形成为宽度m大于厚度n的扁管形式,扁管内可以形成流道,可以通过向流道内通入换热液体,以与电芯组件2换热,实现对电池100的调温效果。
通常电池采用的换热件为双层钎焊板结构,即由两层板材钎焊而成,两层板材之间形成换热流道,示例性地,扁管可以由挤出成型的多段管拼接而成,扁管的厚度可以远小于双层钎焊板结构的厚度,从而可以占用更小的空间,提升电池的容量。
此外,电池100的热管理系统不限于仅包括上述调温件7,例如在一些实施例中,结合图20,箱体组件1还可以包括设于箱体11内的膨胀梁13,例如膨胀梁13可以为多个,电芯组件2夹设在多个膨胀梁13之间,例如可以包括第一膨胀梁131和第二膨胀梁132,电芯组件2夹设在第一膨胀梁131和第二膨胀梁132之间,膨胀梁13内可以设置换热流道以用于调温,从而构成热管理系统的一部分。
根据本申请的第三方面实施例,本申请实施例还提供一种用电装置,包括上述任一方案的电池100,电池100用于为用电装置提供电能。用电装置可以是前述任一应用电池100的设备或系统。由于电池100的性能有所提升,因而有利于提升用电装置的工作用电性能。
下面,描述根据本申请三个具体实施例的电池100。
实施例一
结合图2-图9,电池100包括:箱体组件1、电芯组件2和接插组件4,其中,箱体组件1包括:箱体11、箱盖12和底护板14,箱体11为一体冲压成型件且包括底壁11a和围壁11b,以形成为顶部敞开的冲压盒形状,电芯组件2设于箱体11内,接插组件4安装在围壁11b上且与电芯组件2电连接,箱盖12盖设于箱体11的顶部,底护板14设于底壁11a的下方以保护箱体11。
结合图20,箱体11内设有第一膨胀梁131,第一膨胀梁131沿第一方向X延伸,围壁11b在第二方向Y上相对的两侧壁分别为第一壁111和第二壁112,箱体11内位于第一膨胀梁131与第一壁111之间的空间为第一空间113,箱体11内位于第一膨胀梁131与第二壁112之间的空间为第二空间114,电芯组件2设于第二空间114且与第一膨胀梁131抵接,第一空间113内用于安装高压电器等。值得说明的是,第一方向X和第二方向Y垂直且其中一个为箱体11的长度方向,另一个为箱体11的宽度方向,箱体11的高度方向为第三方向Z,第三方向Z垂直于第一方向X及第二方向Y,即箱体11的底壁11a与箱盖12的间隔方向。
第一壁111上具有第一穿孔1111,接插组件4包括接插件41和转接件42,接插件41包括安装部411和接电部412,安装部411位于第一壁111的外侧,接电部412包括位于安装部411的远离第一壁111的一侧的外接电端4121,以及位于安装部411的靠近箱体组件1的内部的一侧的内接电端4122,内接电端4122对应第一穿孔1111设置。转接件42位于箱体组件1外,且包括支撑部421和连接部422,支撑部421设于第一壁111与安装部411之间,以支撑安装部411使安装部411与第一壁111间隔,连接部422位于支撑部421的外围且与第一壁111连接。
支撑部421包括端板部4213和围板部4214,围板部4214环绕第一穿孔1111设置,端板部4213连接在围板部4214的远离第一壁111的一端,安装部411支撑在端板部4213的远离第一壁111的一侧,端板部4213上形成有贯穿的第二穿孔4211,端板部4213与围板部4214之间形成朝向第一壁111的方向敞开的避让腔4215,第二穿孔4211对应第一穿孔1111设置,避让腔4215连通第一穿孔1111和第二穿孔4211,接电部412穿设于第二穿孔4211。围板部4214与第一壁111之间设有第一密封件51,第一密封件51环绕第一穿孔1111设置。支撑部421与安装部411之间设有第二密封件52,第二密封件52环绕第二穿孔4211设置。
安装部411与支撑部421通过第一连接件61连接,第一连接件61包括第一杆部611和第一头部612,第一头部612抵接于安装部411的远离支撑部421的一侧,第一杆部611贯穿安装部411且与支撑部421连接。转接件42还包括连接部422,连接部422位于支撑部421的外围且超出安装部411的覆盖范围,连接部422与第一壁111连接。连接部422与第一壁111通过第二连接件62连接,第二连接件62包括第二杆部621和第二头部622,第二头部622抵接于连接部422的远离第一壁111的一侧,第二杆部621贯穿连接部422且与第一壁111连接。
示例性地,装配时,先将转接件42设置在箱体组件1外侧,然后可以从外向内打入第二连接件62(如螺钉),以先将转接件42固定在箱体组件1上,然后将接插件41配合在转接件42外侧,再从外向内打入第一连接件61(如螺钉),以将接插件41固定在转接件42上,从而完成接插组件4的安装。
实施例二
实施例二与实施例一中转接件42的形态不同,且与接插件41及箱体组件1的连接方式有区别。在实施例二中,结合图10-图13,转接件42包括支撑部421但不包括连接部422,支撑部421上设置贯穿的通孔4216,通孔4216与第一穿孔1111对应且在支撑部421的远离第一壁111的一侧表面所形成的孔口构成第二穿孔4211,由此可以简化转接件42的结构,便于转接件42的加工,且有利于提升转接件42的支撑强度。
安装部411与支撑部421通过第一连接件61连接,第一连接件61包括第一杆部611和第一头部612,第一头部612抵接于安装部411的远离支撑部421的一侧,第一杆部611贯穿安装部411且与支撑部421连接,且支撑部421与第一壁111通过第三连接件63连接,第三连接件63包括第三杆部631和第三头部632,第三头部632抵接于第一壁111的内侧,第三杆部631贯穿第一壁111且与支撑部421连接。第一连接件61与第三连接件63的位置错开。
示例性地,装配时,先将转接件42设置在箱体组件1外侧,然后可以从内向外打入第三连接件63(如螺钉),以先将转接件42固定在箱体组件1上,然后将接插件41配合在转接件42外侧,再从外向内打入第一连接件61(如螺钉),以将接插件41固定在转接件42上,从而完成接插组件4的安装。由此,可以减少转接件42的空间占用,并实现转接件42与箱体组件1的单独连接,以及转接件42与接插件41的单独连接,提升了接插组件4 的装配效率。
实施例三
实施例三与实施例一中转接件42的形态不同,且与接插件41及箱体组件1的连接方式有区别。在实施例三中,结合图14-图17,转接件42包括支撑部421但不包括连接部422,支撑部421上设置贯穿的通孔4216,通孔4216与第一穿孔1111对应且在支撑部421的远离第一壁111的一侧表面所形成的孔口构成第二穿孔4211,由此可以简化转接件42的结构,便于转接件42的加工,且有利于提升转接件42的支撑强度。接插件41、转接件42与第一壁111通过第四连接件64一并连接,第四连接件64包括第四杆部641和第四头部642,第四头部642抵接于安装部411的远离转接件42的一侧,第四杆部641贯穿安装部411和转接件42且与第一壁111连接。
示例性地,装配时,先将转接件42设置在箱体组件1外侧,且将接插件41配合在转接件42外侧,然后可以从外向内打入第四连接件64(如螺钉),以将接插件41、转接件42一起固定到箱体组件1上,由此,实现了接插组件4的安装固定,同时减少了转接件42的空间占用。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合。

Claims (30)

  1. 一种电池,其中,包括:
    箱体组件,包括第一壁,所述第一壁上具有第一穿孔;和
    接插组件,安装于所述箱体组件,且包括接插件和转接件,所述接插件包括安装部和接电部,所述安装部位于所述第一壁的外侧,所述接电部包括位于所述安装部的远离所述第一壁的一侧的外接电端,以及位于所述安装部的靠近所述箱体组件的内部的一侧的内接电端,所述内接电端对应所述第一穿孔设置,所述转接件的至少部分位于所述箱体组件外,且支撑所述安装部使所述安装部与所述第一壁间隔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池,其中,所述转接件包括支撑部,所述支撑部设于所述第一壁与所述安装部之间以支撑所述安装部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部环绕所述第一穿孔设置,且所述支撑部上开设有对应所述第一穿孔设置的第二穿孔,所述接电部穿设于所述第二穿孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部与所述第一壁之间设有第一密封件,所述第一密封件环绕所述第一穿孔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部的朝向所述第一壁的端面具有环形的凹槽,所述第一密封件嵌设于所述凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部与所述安装部之间设有第二密封件,所述第二密封件环绕所述第二穿孔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部包括端板部和围板部,所述围板部环绕所述第一穿孔设置,所述端板部连接在所述围板部的远离所述第一壁的一端,所述安装部支撑在所述端板部的远离所述第一壁的一侧,所述第二穿孔贯穿所述端板部,所述端板部与所述围板部之间形成朝向所述第一壁的方向敞开的避让腔,所述避让腔连通所述第一穿孔和所述第二穿孔,所述避让腔的横截面积大于所述第二穿孔的横截面积。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池,其中,所述围板部包括从所述端板部到所述第一壁的方向依次设置的第一围板段和第二围板段,所述第一围板段的壁厚沿着从所述端板部到所述第一壁的方向逐渐减小,所述第二围板段的壁厚大于所述第一围板段的靠近所述第一壁的端部的壁厚。
  9. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部上设置贯穿的通孔,所述通孔与所述第一穿孔对应设置,所述通孔在所述支撑部的远离所述第一壁的一侧表面所形成的孔口构成所述第二穿孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述转接件整体位于所述第一壁的外侧。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述接插件与所述转接件连接,所述转接件与所述第一壁连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电池,其中,所述转接件包括支撑部,所述支撑部设于所 述第一壁与所述安装部之间以支撑所述安装部,所述安装部与所述支撑部连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电池,其中,所述安装部与所述支撑部通过第一连接件连接,所述第一连接件包括第一杆部和第一头部,所述第一头部抵接于所述安装部的远离所述支撑部的一侧,所述第一杆部贯穿所述安装部且与所述支撑部连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的电池,其中,所述转接件还包括连接部,所述连接部位于所述支撑部的外围且超出所述安装部的覆盖范围,所述连接部与所述第一壁连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电池,其中,所述连接部与所述第一壁通过第二连接件连接,所述第二连接件包括第二杆部和第二头部,所述第二头部抵接于所述连接部的远离所述第一壁的一侧,所述第二杆部贯穿所述连接部且与所述第一壁连接。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的电池,其中,所述转接件还包括连接在所述支撑部与所述连接部之间的加强斜筋。
  17. 根据权利要求12或13所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部与所述第一壁通过第三连接件连接,所述第三连接件包括第三杆部和第三头部,所述第三头部抵接于所述第一壁的内侧,所述第三杆部贯穿所述第一壁且与所述支撑部连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的电池,其中,所述支撑部与所述安装部的连接位置,和所述支撑部与所述第一壁的连接位置错开。
  19. 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述接插件、所述转接件与所述第一壁通过第四连接件一并连接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的电池,其中,所述第四连接件包括第四杆部和第四头部,所述第四头部抵接于所述安装部的远离所述转接件的一侧,所述第四杆部贯穿所述安装部和所述转接件且与所述第一壁连接。
  21. 根据权利要求1-20中任一项所述的电池,其中,在所述第一穿孔的轴向上,所述安装部与所述第一壁的间隔距离大于所述安装部的壁厚。
  22. 根据权利要求1-21中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述箱体组件包括箱体,所述电池包括设于所述箱体内的电芯组件,所述电芯组件包括多个电池单体,所述电池包括调温件,所述调温件包括第一调温件、第二调温件和第三调温件中的至少一个,
    所述第一调温件设于所述箱体外,且与所述箱体的外壁贴合;
    所述第二调温件设于所述箱体内,且位于所述电芯组件与所述箱体组件之间;
    所述第三调温件设于所述箱体内,且位于相邻的所述电池单体之间。
  23. 根据权利要求1-22中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述箱体组件包括一体冲压成型件的箱体,且所述箱体包括底壁和围壁,所述围壁的一个侧壁构成所述第一壁。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的电池,其中,所述箱体内设有电芯组件,所述箱体的底壁铺设有换热件,所述换热件与所述电芯组件换热设置。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的电池,其中,所述换热件包括至少一个第一换热流道,所述第一换热流道包括第一换热段、第二换热段和第三换热段,所述第二换热段弯折形成有第一U型区域,所述第一换热段弯折设置于所述第一U型区域内,且与所述第二换热段通 过所述第三换热段弯折连接,所述第二换热段位于所述第一换热流道的周向的最外侧。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的电池,其中,所述电芯组件包括沿第一方向排列的多个电池单元,每个所述电池单元包括沿第二方向依次层叠布置的多个电池单体,所述第二换热段的至少部分与所述电芯组件位于周向最外围的多个所述电池单体对应换热。
  27. 根据权利要求25或26所述的电池,其中,所述换热件还包括至少一个第二换热流道,且所述第二换热流道和所述第一换热流道在同一平面内折弯,所述第二换热流道弯折设于所述第一换热流道的第一U型区域内。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的电池,其中,至少一个所述第二换热流道弯折形成有第二U型区域,所述第一换热段的至少部分设于所述第二换热流道的第二U型区域内。
  29. 根据权利要求24-28中任一项所述的电池,其中,所述换热件包括至少一根弯折延伸的换热管,每个所述换热管内分别限定出一个换热流道,所述换热管为扁管结构。
  30. 一种用电装置,其中,包括根据权利要求1-29中任一项所述的电池。
