通过增强5G(5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology,第五代移动通信技术)系统以允许创建和使用用户特定身份,运营商将能够提供增强的用户体验、优化的性能,并向不属于运营商3GPP(3rd Generation Partnership Project,第三代合作伙伴计划)网络的设备和用户提供服务。

第一方面,本公开实施例提出了一种通信方法,由统一数据管理网元UDM执行,所述方法包括:接收接入与移动性管理功能网元AMF发送的第一请求,所述第一请求是所述AMF在接收到终端发送的第二请求后发送的,所述第一请求包括所述终端的第一用户信息;对所述第一用户信息进行管理。
在上述实施例中,在5G系统中通过UDM对终端的第一用户信息进行管理可增强5G系统,从而可为用户提供增强的用户体验以及优化的性能。

在一些实施例中,本公开的技术方案可适用于Open RAN架构,此时,本公开实施例所涉及的接入网设备间或者接入网设备内的接口可变为Open RAN的内部接口,这些内部接口之间的流程和信息交互可以通过软件或者程序实现。

在一些实施例中,通过增强5G系统,以允许创建和使用用户特定身份,运营商将能够提供增强的用户体验、优化的性能,并向不属于运营商3GPP网络的设备和用户提供服务。例如,可以根据用户的需求调整网络设置并向用户提供服务,不同于用户用来建立连接的订阅标识符。

应说明的是,由于3GPP是一个非常安全的系统,许多算法和协议已经被引入,不仅可以保证认证和保密性/隐私,还可以保证其他安全功能,如数据完整性和可用性等。所以在终端101接入网络时,网络会对终端101进行安全处理,安全处理可以是合法性验证处理、隐私处理等。终端101可携带安全凭证以合法接入网络。安全凭证包括但不限于安全建立过程中使用的秘钥 等表征合法身份的信息。

    对所述第一用户信息进行管理。

  12. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,由AMF执行,所述方法包括:
    接收终端发送的第二请求,所述第二请求包括所述终端的第一用户信息;
    向UDM发送第一请求,所述第一请求包括所述第一用户信息,所述第一请求用于请求所述UDM对所述第一用户信息进行管理。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一用户信息包括以下至少一种:
    用户标识符;
    所述终端的设备标识符;

  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二请求为以下任一种:
    注册请求;
    服务请求。
  15. 根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述UDM发送的第一响应信息,所述第一响应信息包括第一ID,所述第一ID是所述UDM为所述第一用户信息对应的用户分配的ID;
    向所述终端发送第二响应信息,所述第二响应信息包括所述第一ID。
  16. 一种通信方法,其特征在于,由终端执行,所述方法包括:
    向AMF发送第二请求,所述第二请求包括所述终端的第一用户信息,所述第一用户信息用于供所述AMF向UDM发送包括所述第一用户信息的第一请求,所述第一请求用于所述AMF请求所述UDM对所述第一用户信息进行管理。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一用户信息包括以下至少一种:
    用户标识符;
    所述终端的设备标识符;
    特定服务质量QoS设置;
    安全凭证。
  18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述第二请求为以下任一种:
    注册请求;
    服务请求。
  19. 根据权利要求16-18中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述AMF发送的第二响应信息,所述第二响应信息包括第一ID,所述第一ID 是所述UDM为所述第一用户信息对应的用户分配的ID;
    根据所述第一ID更新本地的所述第一用户信息。
  20. 一种第一网元,其特征在于,包括:
    收发模块,用于接收接入与移动性管理功能网元AMF发送的第一请求,所述第一请求是所述AMF在接收到终端发送的第二请求后发送的,所述第一请求包括所述终端的第一用户信息;
    处理模块,用于对所述第一用户信息进行管理。
  21. 一种第二网元,其特征在于,包括:
    收发模块,用于接收终端发送的第二请求,所述第二请求包括所述终端的第一用户信息;向UDM发送第一请求,所述第一请求包括所述第一用户信息,所述第一请求用于请求所述UDM对所述第一用户信息进行管理。
  22. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    收发模块,用于向AMF发送第二请求,所述第二请求包括所述终端的第一用户信息,所述第一用户信息用于供所述AMF向UDM发送包括所述第一用户信息的第一请求,所述第一请求用于所述AMF请求所述UDM对所述第一用户信息进行管理。
  23. 一种第一网元,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    耦合于所述处理器上的存储器,所述存储器上存储有可执行指令,当所述可执行指令由所述处理器执行时,使所述第一网元执行权利要求1-11中任一项所述的通信方法。
  24. 一种第二网元,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    耦合于所述处理器上的存储器,所述存储器上存储有可执行指令,当所述可执行指令由所述处理器执行时,使所述第二网元执行权利要求12-15中任一项所述的通信方法。
  25. 一种终端,其特征在于,包括:
    一个或多个处理器;
    耦合于所述处理器上的存储器,所述存储器上存储有可执行指令,当所述可执行指令由所述处理器执行时,使所述终端执行权利要求16-19中任一项所述的通信方法。
  26. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括第一网元、第二网元、以及终端,其中,所述第一网元被配置为实现权利要求1-11中任一项所述的通信方法,所述第二网元被配置为实现权利要求12-15中任一项所述的通信方法,所述终端被配置为实现权利要求16-19中任一项所述的通信方法。
  27. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质存储有指令,其特征在于,当所述指令在通信设备上运行时,使得所述通信设备执行权利要求1-19中任一项所述的通信方法。
